In November of 1985 a local hunter would find 55 gallon steel drum and when the police were called they would find a remains of a woman and a young girl in Bear Brook State Park near Allen’s Town in New Hampshire. Over the course of the years these two victims were unidentified but would become one of the victims of Terry Rasmussen who would go by multiple different names trying to hide his identity from the murders he had done.
