Explaining The Ever King to People Who Haven’t Read It | Season 6 Bonus Chaos

WEBVTT
00:00:13.705 --> 00:00:14.455
Hello everybody.
00:00:14.596 --> 00:00:15.016
Hey guys.
00:00:15.226 --> 00:00:15.576
We're
00:00:16.576 --> 00:00:18.196
about to drop our new album.
00:00:19.196 --> 00:00:19.646
Anyone?
00:00:20.185 --> 00:00:21.085
I'm the moody one.
00:00:22.085 --> 00:00:23.196
I have glasses now.
00:00:24.196 --> 00:00:25.425
Yeah, you're the one with glasses.
00:00:26.356 --> 00:00:27.015
There's always one.
00:00:28.015 --> 00:00:28.631
Your name's the
00:00:28.631 --> 00:00:29.231
front man.
00:00:29.501 --> 00:00:30.131
Are you the front man?
00:00:30.131 --> 00:00:30.431
Ruby?
00:00:30.490 --> 00:00:30.731
Mm-hmm.
00:00:31.001 --> 00:00:31.271
Ruby.
00:00:31.271 --> 00:00:32.591
Get your face in frame.
00:00:32.591 --> 00:00:33.040
Yeah.
00:00:33.045 --> 00:00:33.225
Look
00:00:33.225 --> 00:00:33.426
at this.
00:00:33.426 --> 00:00:35.081
It's like you've never had media training.
00:00:35.081 --> 00:00:35.621
Girl,
00:00:35.621 --> 00:00:35.890
Ruby.
00:00:35.890 --> 00:00:38.170
We paid for all that media training for no reason.
00:00:39.170 --> 00:00:40.310
Here's the media training.
00:00:40.310 --> 00:00:40.670
Wasted,
00:00:41.670 --> 00:00:42.091
wasted.
00:00:42.826 --> 00:00:43.426
Anyways, welcome.
00:00:43.426 --> 00:00:44.926
Come back to that pretend book club.
00:00:45.286 --> 00:00:49.185
If you guys are watching this video on YouTube, you're like, wow, this is a lot.
00:00:49.216 --> 00:00:53.235
If you're not watching this video on YouTube, I highly suggest watching this.
00:00:53.240 --> 00:00:53.896
This one on YouTube.
00:00:53.896 --> 00:00:54.045
I
00:00:54.371 --> 00:00:55.051
all suggest it, at least
00:00:55.371 --> 00:00:55.451
together.
00:00:55.451 --> 00:01:01.816
This one is a visual media fully, and if you're my mom, don't listen or watch it all to this one.
00:01:01.875 --> 00:01:02.716
You're not allowed to.
00:01:02.926 --> 00:01:03.886
That has to be the front.
00:01:04.320 --> 00:01:05.730
Soundbite too, mom.
00:01:05.730 --> 00:01:06.001
That's right.
00:01:06.090 --> 00:01:09.960
You're not allowed to read this book or listen to this podcast for this episode.
00:01:10.146 --> 00:01:10.766
No, I'm scared.
00:01:11.115 --> 00:01:11.445
It's okay.
00:01:11.581 --> 00:01:12.930
I'm gonna get her mom a whole word
00:01:13.441 --> 00:01:13.740
dress
00:01:13.740 --> 00:01:14.340
to this one.
00:01:14.340 --> 00:01:14.581
Who?
00:01:14.581 --> 00:01:15.001
My mom.
00:01:15.626 --> 00:01:17.596
So that is amazing.
00:01:18.555 --> 00:01:23.775
Anyway, so we're doing a really, a different thing today, um, which I'm very excited about.
00:01:23.835 --> 00:01:27.676
Uh, Gino's a different thing is that she's gonna be moody, as if that's different.
00:01:28.096 --> 00:01:30.495
And um, sorry, I'm literally in the middle of sentence.
00:01:30.495 --> 00:01:31.725
I'm gonna take a drink'cause I'm pregnant.
00:01:31.725 --> 00:01:32.415
Someone else continue.
00:01:32.956 --> 00:01:49.546
Um, what we have here is we have, uh, Lacey, but that's not relevant because what we have is not everyone, not everyone read the book, which we did that once before, but this time intentionally wheezy and Dr.
00:01:49.546 --> 00:01:52.426
Spoons, pal and Mo have not read the book.
00:01:52.936 --> 00:01:56.566
And myself, Gino, and.
00:01:57.165 --> 00:01:58.695
Pg, but I don't
00:01:58.695 --> 00:01:58.816
know
00:01:58.816 --> 00:01:58.965
when
00:01:58.965 --> 00:01:59.176
that
00:01:59.176 --> 00:01:59.566
started.
00:01:59.566 --> 00:02:00.376
Pg, I missed that.
00:02:00.406 --> 00:02:06.436
Well the last, the last podcast I was recording with you, I actually had pneumonia and I didn't know it so that's why I was coughing that entire time.
00:02:07.186 --> 00:02:07.275
Was
00:02:07.275 --> 00:02:07.786
this?
00:02:08.145 --> 00:02:08.626
Yeah,
00:02:08.626 --> 00:02:09.045
I thought I told you.
00:02:09.045 --> 00:02:10.936
I was like maybe then how I'm gonna forever.
00:02:11.890 --> 00:02:12.390
That's why
00:02:12.431 --> 00:02:13.950
I have, I was sick when I go.
00:02:14.950 --> 00:02:16.045
I gave you pneumonia
00:02:16.045 --> 00:02:16.286
as well.
00:02:16.385 --> 00:02:18.100
All new band names were the pneumonia girls.
00:02:18.105 --> 00:02:18.566
Money girls.
00:02:19.566 --> 00:02:19.686
I
00:02:20.686 --> 00:02:21.675
to my left here
00:02:22.216 --> 00:02:23.325
instead of PG 13.
00:02:23.325 --> 00:02:25.096
We're PG four and a
00:02:25.096 --> 00:02:27.105
and Ruby PG four and Ruby
00:02:27.346 --> 00:02:27.765
PG four.
00:02:27.765 --> 00:02:28.425
And a dog.
00:02:29.235 --> 00:02:31.425
What is the, bless you.
00:02:31.695 --> 00:02:34.395
I dunno if you guys can hear my husband sneeze in the other room through the closed door.
00:02:34.906 --> 00:02:37.066
Uh, what is the baby in my womb count for
00:02:38.066 --> 00:02:38.515
an eight.
00:02:39.515 --> 00:02:40.596
I think it's eight, nine.
00:02:40.596 --> 00:02:40.836
So
00:02:41.836 --> 00:02:41.895
eight.
00:02:41.895 --> 00:02:42.436
Yeah.
00:02:42.441 --> 00:02:42.681
80.
00:02:43.501 --> 00:02:44.441
80% cook.
00:02:44.670 --> 00:02:46.520
Yeah, 80% cook.
00:02:46.725 --> 00:02:47.800
That's a good band name.
00:02:47.980 --> 00:02:48.360
New band
00:02:48.616 --> 00:02:48.705
name.
00:02:48.705 --> 00:02:49.455
I kinda like that.
00:02:50.455 --> 00:02:50.906
Anyways.
00:02:50.966 --> 00:02:51.325
Um,
00:02:51.385 --> 00:02:52.765
yeah, so we have not read the book.
00:02:53.186 --> 00:02:54.776
Um, well we have not
00:02:55.346 --> 00:02:56.635
this side of the screen,
00:02:56.665 --> 00:03:01.105
so it'll be fun to, I have heard concerning things only thus far.
00:03:01.105 --> 00:03:02.635
So I have heard, um,
00:03:02.665 --> 00:03:03.235
what happened
00:03:03.235 --> 00:03:04.091
was pretty mixture
00:03:04.091 --> 00:03:04.450
of things.
00:03:05.040 --> 00:03:11.096
What happened was after we recorded the one with the Scary Eyes, what was that one?
00:03:11.100 --> 00:03:11.290
The Night
00:03:11.290 --> 00:03:11.371
In
00:03:11.906 --> 00:03:12.020
The Moth?
00:03:12.020 --> 00:03:12.031
Moth.
00:03:12.031 --> 00:03:12.895
The Night In the Moth.
00:03:13.165 --> 00:03:15.506
Not as scary as the way she describes them, but yeah,
00:03:15.510 --> 00:03:20.336
we, we um, we stopped recording and I was like, Hey, I'm reading this book right now.
00:03:20.336 --> 00:03:27.686
And I started describing it and immediately the reactions I got from Whe and Spoons were amazing.
00:03:27.686 --> 00:03:30.265
And I was like, stop, this has to be recorded.
00:03:30.686 --> 00:03:32.635
And then, uh, told.
00:03:32.950 --> 00:03:33.700
Lacey about it.
00:03:33.700 --> 00:03:35.860
And she was like, I love that book.
00:03:35.950 --> 00:03:37.181
So, um, here
00:03:37.181 --> 00:03:37.390
we are.
00:03:37.390 --> 00:03:41.895
She tried to, you know, take one over on me, pull one over on me.
00:03:42.895 --> 00:03:43.295
I really shouldn't.
00:03:43.371 --> 00:03:43.610
Take
00:03:43.610 --> 00:03:43.850
one
00:03:43.850 --> 00:03:45.131
over on me, take one over on me.
00:03:45.131 --> 00:03:46.580
She thought she could take one over on me.
00:03:47.580 --> 00:03:49.020
She was wrong, dead wrong.
00:03:50.020 --> 00:03:51.251
No one takes one over on me.
00:03:51.371 --> 00:03:51.971
The pg
00:03:52.971 --> 00:03:59.241
pg the way that Ruby, the dog, if you guys are not watching this is like Kendall, you're not allowed to talk to anyone else.
00:03:59.270 --> 00:03:59.600
I know.
00:03:59.600 --> 00:03:59.721
I
00:03:59.931 --> 00:04:01.881
don't stop speaking to other people much talking.
00:04:02.881 --> 00:04:03.230
I can, I can.
00:04:03.631 --> 00:04:06.871
She might have to if she's gonna continue to be horrible
00:04:07.871 --> 00:04:08.360
Anyways.
00:04:08.376 --> 00:04:08.436
She,
00:04:08.885 --> 00:04:09.336
I'm not.
00:04:09.395 --> 00:04:12.455
Are we up, are we doing normal format and updating about our lives?
00:04:12.455 --> 00:04:13.415
We didn't even do intros.
00:04:13.420 --> 00:04:13.561
I mean,
00:04:13.561 --> 00:04:14.241
let's just do it.
00:04:14.496 --> 00:04:14.675
I,
00:04:15.336 --> 00:04:15.906
the book,
00:04:15.966 --> 00:04:18.846
we mentioned everyone's name, so that was like sufficient intro.
00:04:18.961 --> 00:04:23.165
Everyone, if you don't know which of us is which name, then this is, you get to be a fun guessing name for you.
00:04:23.560 --> 00:04:23.800
Mm-hmm.
00:04:24.800 --> 00:04:25.341
All right.
00:04:25.341 --> 00:04:27.110
Well then I guess let's get into it.
00:04:27.110 --> 00:04:33.831
And I did have to spark notes the book because, um, I read it a like a month ago.
00:04:33.951 --> 00:04:36.081
It disappoints me that there's a Sparks notes about this
00:04:36.081 --> 00:04:36.261
book.
00:04:36.350 --> 00:04:37.125
That's what we were saying.
00:04:37.505 --> 00:04:38.005
That's weird.
00:04:38.076 --> 00:04:38.511
Were like,
00:04:38.540 --> 00:04:39.500
there's a study guide.
00:04:39.680 --> 00:04:40.190
Like what?
00:04:40.281 --> 00:04:50.661
It's actually really cool because you is a good author because she got picked up by traditional publishers halfway through, like writing her eighth book within like this world.
00:04:51.141 --> 00:04:51.170
Oh.
00:04:51.170 --> 00:04:53.750
And so everything is is that unavailable means for a while?
00:04:54.750 --> 00:04:55.261
Yes.
00:04:55.290 --> 00:04:55.980
Oh, that's cool.
00:04:55.980 --> 00:04:56.221
What
00:04:56.461 --> 00:04:56.761
is that?
00:04:56.761 --> 00:04:58.170
I'm just asking is that what that means?
00:04:58.201 --> 00:04:58.860
What means
00:04:58.860 --> 00:05:02.040
that she's a, that she's a good author because she got picked up halfway through.
00:05:02.161 --> 00:05:04.440
Yeah, because she, what did I think so?
00:05:04.471 --> 00:05:04.531
Yeah.
00:05:04.531 --> 00:05:08.370
Or does it just mean that there's a lot more freaky, freaky dey readers out there
00:05:09.000 --> 00:05:10.321
compared to other things?
00:05:10.321 --> 00:05:11.850
I've not, it's really not that freaky.
00:05:11.850 --> 00:05:12.180
No.
00:05:12.630 --> 00:05:16.355
I like the other things that, okay, so let's start, there are people who are freak you than you.
00:05:16.920 --> 00:05:20.940
No, let's start there because the book definitely on the opening pages is.
00:05:21.940 --> 00:05:22.810
Trigger warnings.
00:05:22.810 --> 00:05:22.961
Oh yeah.
00:05:23.471 --> 00:05:27.821
This like, like, and I was so, I was prepared to be uncomfortable.
00:05:27.850 --> 00:05:27.971
Mm-hmm.
00:05:28.211 --> 00:05:30.971
And I was like, uh, I'm not that freaky Dicky.
00:05:31.750 --> 00:05:37.630
Um, I was prepared to maybe have to not finish this book,
00:05:37.961 --> 00:05:40.690
but a level of Gino to PG tell Freaky Dicky.
00:05:40.696 --> 00:05:40.995
Are you?
00:05:41.680 --> 00:05:43.930
But it, um, it wasn't that bad at all.
00:05:43.930 --> 00:05:48.971
I mean, there was, there was lots of like ripping people's eyeballs out and stuff.
00:05:48.975 --> 00:05:49.156
Oh.
00:05:49.656 --> 00:05:50.235
But, um,
00:05:50.740 --> 00:05:51.461
not my favorite.
00:05:51.461 --> 00:05:52.480
That's not my, that's
00:05:52.480 --> 00:05:52.870
it wasn't
00:05:52.870 --> 00:05:54.281
pretty low on my list of things.
00:05:54.281 --> 00:05:54.610
I like
00:05:54.610 --> 00:05:55.391
It didn't bother me.
00:05:55.750 --> 00:05:56.651
That doesn't bother me.
00:05:56.651 --> 00:05:56.860
Yeah.
00:05:56.860 --> 00:05:59.290
Like different forms of detailed torture.
00:05:59.380 --> 00:05:59.591
Oh,
00:05:59.860 --> 00:06:00.730
I'm cool with that.
00:06:00.730 --> 00:06:01.600
It was okay.
00:06:01.600 --> 00:06:01.781
Oh, it was
00:06:01.841 --> 00:06:03.250
really freaky blood play.
00:06:04.250 --> 00:06:06.110
Sorry for the crunching of my water bottle.
00:06:06.920 --> 00:06:07.610
And the blood play,
00:06:07.911 --> 00:06:09.771
there was actually quite a bit of blood place.
00:06:10.071 --> 00:06:10.100
Oh.
00:06:10.100 --> 00:06:13.100
Being as if, as the guy's name is blood singer.
00:06:13.100 --> 00:06:21.800
So I need, so he's, listen, his blood, his powers are literally within his blood, so he has to use them to, you know, that's a good excuse for the blood play.
00:06:22.040 --> 00:06:28.636
I was about to say, this doesn't feel like an, like an apt excuse to give someone magical blood, but there's two schools of thought and seen,
00:06:28.641 --> 00:06:29.701
Hey, I'm sorry, but you know,
00:06:29.701 --> 00:06:32.641
see, he's like it, it says it all right there upfront.
00:06:32.641 --> 00:06:33.961
He's an honest upfront guy.
00:06:34.261 --> 00:06:34.680
He really is.
00:06:34.891 --> 00:06:35.461
That's what I'm getting
00:06:35.461 --> 00:06:35.880
from, from him
00:06:35.880 --> 00:06:36.180
actually.
00:06:36.180 --> 00:06:36.300
Yes.
00:06:36.750 --> 00:06:36.841
Well,
00:06:37.651 --> 00:06:41.130
he couldn't even hide his identity for more than like a chapter.
00:06:41.250 --> 00:06:41.911
So he's stupid.
00:06:41.911 --> 00:06:42.750
I love that.
00:06:42.841 --> 00:06:47.011
He was like, yeah, I'm gonna attempt you into coming with me and to steal you away also.
00:06:47.011 --> 00:06:48.240
I'm like, that guy.
00:06:48.630 --> 00:06:51.821
Ooh, Gino just leaned over my shoulder really close.
00:06:51.971 --> 00:06:52.180
Um,
00:06:52.240 --> 00:06:53.725
okay, that's spoons, but that was me.
00:06:53.975 --> 00:06:54.326
Sorry.
00:06:55.326 --> 00:07:00.225
I was thinking, as I said, I was thinking about was I was trying to get closer to you earlier and you away.
00:07:01.225 --> 00:07:03.536
I, I'm, I don't play hard to get enough.
00:07:04.225 --> 00:07:05.906
You know, you can talk whenever you want.
00:07:06.415 --> 00:07:08.516
I'm removing Ruby from the situation.
00:07:08.545 --> 00:07:09.485
Ruby's being removed from Ruby
00:07:09.565 --> 00:07:10.076
Situation.
00:07:10.196 --> 00:07:11.005
You for joining us.
00:07:11.005 --> 00:07:11.276
Ruby.
00:07:11.665 --> 00:07:12.055
Thank you.
00:07:12.326 --> 00:07:14.065
And that's a wrap on Ruby, everyone.
00:07:15.065 --> 00:07:15.355
Okay.
00:07:16.355 --> 00:07:18.990
There's gonna be some structural changes to 80% cooked.
00:07:19.990 --> 00:07:21.490
We need a new plan, guys.
00:07:21.490 --> 00:07:21.610
We're
00:07:21.610 --> 00:07:22.696
here to address the, uh,
00:07:23.175 --> 00:07:25.305
the changes, the loss of our member, Ruby.
00:07:25.906 --> 00:07:26.146
Mm-hmm.
00:07:27.146 --> 00:07:27.235
She
00:07:27.235 --> 00:07:29.966
just didn't follow our vision.
00:07:30.146 --> 00:07:30.355
Yeah.
00:07:30.355 --> 00:07:31.886
She just didn't really have the vision.
00:07:31.886 --> 00:07:33.415
We had artistic differences with Ruby.
00:07:33.596 --> 00:07:33.896
Yeah.
00:07:33.896 --> 00:07:34.165
As her
00:07:34.646 --> 00:07:35.005
vision.
00:07:35.005 --> 00:07:37.105
Her whole scope of vision was just spoons.
00:07:37.105 --> 00:07:37.346
Sorry.
00:07:37.346 --> 00:07:38.696
I was trying to do windows again.
00:07:38.696 --> 00:07:38.995
Windows.
00:07:38.995 --> 00:07:39.415
Yes.
00:07:39.565 --> 00:07:39.865
Yes.
00:07:39.865 --> 00:07:44.346
But yeah, her, I safety vision was violent.
00:07:45.346 --> 00:07:45.586
Wow.
00:07:45.586 --> 00:07:46.906
This is really good content.
00:07:46.935 --> 00:07:50.026
Everyone like me, everyone's like, well, we quit this episode
00:07:50.026 --> 00:07:59.425
already because what you can see, what you're gonna notice if you watch this back is every time that spoons leans close to me and puts an arm over my shoulder and put her drink down, I'm like, really?
00:08:00.425 --> 00:08:01.355
Every single time.
00:08:02.355 --> 00:08:02.576
Hey.
00:08:02.940 --> 00:08:03.420
Hey there.
00:08:04.420 --> 00:08:04.630
Hey, it's,
00:08:04.750 --> 00:08:05.440
you guys can go to
00:08:05.920 --> 00:08:07.386
getting hot in here.
00:08:08.386 --> 00:08:08.625
Okay.
00:08:08.625 --> 00:08:12.886
So the book is called The Ever King, and it is by LJ Andrews.
00:08:13.156 --> 00:08:13.276
Mm-hmm.
00:08:13.456 --> 00:08:13.935
Um,
00:08:14.026 --> 00:08:14.565
oh, lj.
00:08:14.685 --> 00:08:15.165
Yeah.
00:08:16.065 --> 00:08:18.225
And that's all you need to know about the Facebook group.
00:08:18.675 --> 00:08:18.795
Oh,
00:08:18.795 --> 00:08:20.745
they do have a lot of books.
00:08:20.745 --> 00:08:21.435
I love that.
00:08:21.771 --> 00:08:22.130
A lot of books.
00:08:22.136 --> 00:08:22.456
A little
00:08:22.456 --> 00:08:23.055
adjusted
00:08:23.596 --> 00:08:24.016
this world.
00:08:24.016 --> 00:08:27.165
Lacey has more opinions here and we're just really brushing past them.
00:08:27.165 --> 00:08:27.675
I think
00:08:27.735 --> 00:08:29.355
she needs to be more aggressive.
00:08:29.745 --> 00:08:31.906
Well, Gino, it's hard with you in the room.
00:08:31.966 --> 00:08:32.596
Okay.
00:08:33.076 --> 00:08:34.696
Listen, it's hard when you've had pneumonia.
00:08:35.696 --> 00:08:37.316
I had pneumonia when I was two.
00:08:37.316 --> 00:08:37.706
Okay.
00:08:37.706 --> 00:08:38.306
Beat that.
00:08:38.336 --> 00:08:39.296
Oh, wow.
00:08:39.505 --> 00:08:40.676
She's coming for you.
00:08:40.676 --> 00:08:40.855
I had
00:08:41.855 --> 00:08:42.466
emotional
00:08:42.485 --> 00:08:42.905
damage.
00:08:43.905 --> 00:08:46.235
I have emotional damage.
00:08:47.235 --> 00:08:48.076
Oh my gosh.
00:08:48.105 --> 00:08:48.466
It's okay.
00:08:48.466 --> 00:08:48.826
We know.
00:08:49.216 --> 00:08:52.456
Okay, so you're in the, you're in the Facebook group?
00:08:52.485 --> 00:08:53.596
Yeah, I'm in the Facebook group.
00:08:53.625 --> 00:08:54.196
Oh, okay.
00:08:54.196 --> 00:08:55.576
I've been on there for like two and a half years now.
00:08:55.576 --> 00:08:56.176
I love that.
00:08:56.176 --> 00:08:56.686
It's great.
00:08:57.436 --> 00:08:57.645
Yep.
00:08:58.645 --> 00:08:59.086
cause she
00:08:59.625 --> 00:09:01.525
so did, what was that?
00:09:01.696 --> 00:09:04.566
Why'd you, because I wide open.
00:09:05.405 --> 00:09:07.926
I like her as the
00:09:08.926 --> 00:09:09.645
Oh my God.
00:09:09.706 --> 00:09:11.025
I just think I'll get noticed.
00:09:11.025 --> 00:09:11.596
What I, I
00:09:11.596 --> 00:09:12.466
think she shouldn't be.
00:09:12.645 --> 00:09:13.936
She's just really cool.
00:09:14.686 --> 00:09:16.875
I've been her fan before she was traditionally English.
00:09:17.115 --> 00:09:18.436
That is, that is,
00:09:18.495 --> 00:09:18.946
I'm a real
00:09:18.946 --> 00:09:18.956
boy.
00:09:19.020 --> 00:09:20.701
A you're an og.
00:09:20.931 --> 00:09:21.221
Real.
00:09:21.260 --> 00:09:23.926
I had Care on Kind Unlimited and then bought her books,
00:09:24.926 --> 00:09:24.985
so.
00:09:24.985 --> 00:09:25.166
Aw.
00:09:25.196 --> 00:09:26.725
You're like a true, true fan.
00:09:26.785 --> 00:09:26.995
Yeah.
00:09:27.535 --> 00:09:28.975
I'd like to say I like stuff.
00:09:29.155 --> 00:09:29.456
Wow.
00:09:29.515 --> 00:09:29.905
When would,
00:09:29.905 --> 00:09:31.525
when was this book written or when did it come out?
00:09:32.035 --> 00:09:34.350
Um, 2023.
00:09:35.091 --> 00:09:35.311
Oh.
00:09:36.091 --> 00:09:36.311
She
00:09:36.311 --> 00:09:37.466
was a TikTok Sens.
00:09:37.466 --> 00:09:37.525
Oh.
00:09:38.410 --> 00:09:39.750
Oh, makes
00:09:39.750 --> 00:09:40.140
sense.
00:09:40.140 --> 00:09:44.880
And technically these are her ever King was like her seventh book.
00:09:45.480 --> 00:09:45.870
Oh wow.
00:09:46.110 --> 00:09:47.880
Because she wrote the other ones first.
00:09:47.941 --> 00:09:48.750
Mm.
00:09:48.900 --> 00:09:49.921
They're all in the same world.
00:09:49.921 --> 00:09:50.221
Yeah.
00:09:50.461 --> 00:09:53.191
And you like see the characters in this book.
00:09:53.370 --> 00:09:53.551
Yeah.
00:09:53.610 --> 00:09:54.240
That's fun.
00:09:54.421 --> 00:09:54.780
Um.
00:09:55.740 --> 00:10:01.291
So there is this girl this, well, this elf, Olivia Ferris,
00:10:01.546 --> 00:10:01.765
Fay
00:10:02.160 --> 00:10:02.490
Fay.
00:10:02.701 --> 00:10:03.510
I don't know why I said Elf.
00:10:04.510 --> 00:10:05.500
I didn't even read this book.
00:10:05.500 --> 00:10:06.191
Calling you out.
00:10:07.191 --> 00:10:08.390
She's like, at least get it right.
00:10:09.390 --> 00:10:10.471
Confused with the elf in there.
00:10:11.471 --> 00:10:13.096
We're not talking about the elves yet.
00:10:13.096 --> 00:10:13.275
The elves.
00:10:14.201 --> 00:10:14.660
The elves.
00:10:14.660 --> 00:10:15.196
The elves.
00:10:15.225 --> 00:10:15.525
Okay.
00:10:15.735 --> 00:10:18.676
We're not talking about the Olivia, Olivia Ferris.
00:10:18.796 --> 00:10:18.916
Yes.
00:10:18.946 --> 00:10:21.466
And she is a princess of the Fay.
00:10:22.066 --> 00:10:24.975
Um, because there are land Fay and there are
00:10:25.755 --> 00:10:26.535
the ocean.
00:10:26.596 --> 00:10:26.716
Yeah.
00:10:26.836 --> 00:10:27.495
Yes.
00:10:27.495 --> 00:10:34.936
Do you mean so, so the No, because the ocean fay, the sea Fay are, they live in the ever sea.
00:10:34.936 --> 00:10:35.655
Mm-hmm.
00:10:35.836 --> 00:10:38.355
And correct me if I get anything wrong, which I know you will.
00:10:38.355 --> 00:10:38.716
Anyway.
00:10:39.716 --> 00:10:40.610
I wanna be living in the ever sea.
00:10:40.610 --> 00:10:41.765
But the ever sea is like.
00:10:42.056 --> 00:10:46.466
Like, it's still like a, you go into the water
00:10:46.525 --> 00:10:46.615
uhhuh
00:10:46.885 --> 00:10:50.245
and then you're, they have islands and then you come back up.
00:10:50.245 --> 00:10:50.666
Yeah.
00:10:50.696 --> 00:10:51.355
So like,
00:10:51.355 --> 00:10:52.796
it's like the upside down world kind.
00:10:52.796 --> 00:10:53.066
Yeah.
00:10:53.066 --> 00:10:54.895
Like from straight, like you're underwater the
00:10:54.895 --> 00:10:55.405
whole time.
00:10:55.405 --> 00:10:56.216
That's so cool.
00:10:56.515 --> 00:10:57.446
See, I like it.
00:10:57.446 --> 00:10:58.796
But also, are there mermaids?
00:10:59.005 --> 00:10:59.755
There are mermaid.
00:10:59.966 --> 00:11:00.265
Okay.
00:11:00.355 --> 00:11:00.775
I'm cool.
00:11:01.015 --> 00:11:02.515
I am so down with the ever sea.
00:11:02.515 --> 00:11:03.326
It's not even funny.
00:11:03.385 --> 00:11:07.826
Um, but the land, they do not have,
00:11:08.826 --> 00:11:09.115
they
00:11:09.120 --> 00:11:16.230
don't have, I'm, they can't go to the ever, the ever world, um, the ever sea because
00:11:16.860 --> 00:11:17.370
Are there also
00:11:17.370 --> 00:11:18.421
humans You can talk
00:11:19.421 --> 00:11:21.910
Not, no, there's not humans in this world.
00:11:22.181 --> 00:11:23.350
There are humans.
00:11:23.350 --> 00:11:23.650
Yeah.
00:11:23.831 --> 00:11:24.130
Yeah.
00:11:24.250 --> 00:11:24.701
Is it just
00:11:25.676 --> 00:11:26.015
her mom
00:11:26.316 --> 00:11:26.816
is half human?
00:11:27.046 --> 00:11:27.495
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:11:27.495 --> 00:11:27.735
That's right.
00:11:27.735 --> 00:11:28.655
Her mom is half human.
00:11:28.931 --> 00:11:29.770
This is fascinating.
00:11:29.831 --> 00:11:33.341
Um, but the humans aren't really like in the story at all.
00:11:33.490 --> 00:11:33.730
Not
00:11:34.730 --> 00:11:39.605
they, anyways, the way the Land fa work is there's all different.
00:11:40.605 --> 00:11:40.966
I don't know.
00:11:40.966 --> 00:11:41.535
What would you say?
00:11:41.535 --> 00:11:41.716
Like
00:11:41.716 --> 00:11:42.765
they call them uh,
00:11:42.796 --> 00:11:44.296
clams like kind of thing.
00:11:44.416 --> 00:11:45.135
Yes.
00:11:45.255 --> 00:11:46.635
Sorry, I thought we were going the magic rock.
00:11:46.666 --> 00:11:48.316
'cause they call their magic something else.
00:11:48.405 --> 00:11:48.855
And
00:11:49.855 --> 00:11:50.515
if you have the word
00:11:50.515 --> 00:11:52.586
fury, they call it like the earth Fay.
00:11:52.586 --> 00:11:55.525
Like where she specifically is her magic, they call fury.
00:11:56.275 --> 00:11:57.890
Like that's their fury talent.
00:11:57.890 --> 00:11:58.316
I love that.
00:11:58.706 --> 00:12:01.615
Instead of like their magic talent, there is a C clam.
00:12:01.615 --> 00:12:02.995
They call it their magic.
00:12:03.716 --> 00:12:03.745
Oh.
00:12:03.745 --> 00:12:05.966
But her specific, it's like, what's your fury?
00:12:06.176 --> 00:12:06.566
Like what's
00:12:06.566 --> 00:12:06.686
your
00:12:06.686 --> 00:12:07.046
talent?
00:12:07.405 --> 00:12:08.725
My fury is my fury.
00:12:08.875 --> 00:12:09.145
Yeah.
00:12:09.265 --> 00:12:10.346
And the story
00:12:10.346 --> 00:12:13.975
starts, starts out actually fun fact, her father does have some like, it's like crazy.
00:12:14.245 --> 00:12:14.605
Actually.
00:12:14.605 --> 00:12:34.975
The story starts out as a little prologue where Olivia is a child and there's this child, Faye prisoner boy, and she comes and visits him and reads him stories, sneaks in at night and reads him stories about the serpent and the
00:12:35.005 --> 00:12:35.546
songbird.
00:12:35.635 --> 00:12:36.475
Songbird.
00:12:36.566 --> 00:12:36.625
Oh.
00:12:37.105 --> 00:12:37.946
And she's like.
00:12:38.890 --> 00:12:40.780
I think that they could be friends.
00:12:41.591 --> 00:12:42.296
And I,
00:12:42.520 --> 00:12:44.650
I wonder if this is foreshadowing anything in the future.
00:12:44.740 --> 00:12:45.341
Absolutely not.
00:12:45.346 --> 00:12:45.640
Never, never.
00:12:46.640 --> 00:12:46.860
No.
00:12:47.495 --> 00:12:49.025
Sorry, this is just merely device.
00:12:49.086 --> 00:12:50.495
It was just a random device.
00:12:50.525 --> 00:12:50.826
Yeah.
00:12:50.885 --> 00:12:52.505
It's just like to fill space.
00:12:52.716 --> 00:12:53.765
Yeah, exactly.
00:12:53.855 --> 00:12:54.785
Can we word count?
00:12:55.145 --> 00:13:03.916
Um, and he gives her, no, he asks her, he gives her this talisman kind of
00:13:03.916 --> 00:13:04.066
thing?
00:13:04.066 --> 00:13:07.196
No, she gives him, she gives him, well,
00:13:07.291 --> 00:13:08.471
she doesn't give him the talisman.
00:13:08.730 --> 00:13:09.926
Yes, she gives him the bird.
00:13:10.926 --> 00:13:13.115
Oh, she gives him the, a little bird necklace.
00:13:13.206 --> 00:13:13.385
Oh.
00:13:13.385 --> 00:13:18.666
And then she also brings by the, basically it's, oh yeah.
00:13:18.666 --> 00:13:20.836
They call it the, dang,
00:13:20.865 --> 00:13:21.735
it's a Tasman,
00:13:21.735 --> 00:13:21.975
essentially.
00:13:21.975 --> 00:13:22.426
Yeah, it is.
00:13:22.666 --> 00:13:27.135
But, and then it's the thing that holds the magic, the key to the, basically, but we don't know this
00:13:27.135 --> 00:13:27.436
now.
00:13:27.885 --> 00:13:28.155
No,
00:13:28.186 --> 00:13:29.475
we don't know this till way later.
00:13:29.775 --> 00:13:31.066
Don't you know it at the beginning?
00:13:31.520 --> 00:13:33.051
Because that's how they, did you even write
00:13:33.051 --> 00:13:33.571
this brochure?
00:13:34.571 --> 00:13:35.985
cause they lock it away because they use
00:13:35.985 --> 00:13:36.046
it.
00:13:36.201 --> 00:13:36.691
Well, they,
00:13:36.921 --> 00:13:37.211
they
00:13:37.211 --> 00:13:37.490
locked it.
00:13:37.495 --> 00:13:39.556
Well, you don't know this till way later
00:13:39.645 --> 00:13:39.826
they
00:13:39.826 --> 00:13:41.235
say how they locked it though.
00:13:41.535 --> 00:13:44.806
No, she just said she broke in and got it from her dad's.
00:13:44.806 --> 00:13:46.485
So let's just start picking sides.
00:13:46.490 --> 00:13:46.610
I
00:13:46.610 --> 00:13:46.650
know.
00:13:47.650 --> 00:13:48.400
I think is right.
00:13:48.400 --> 00:13:49.551
She did.
00:13:49.551 --> 00:13:50.870
She got it from her dad.
00:13:51.086 --> 00:13:52.885
She got it it from her
00:13:52.885 --> 00:13:52.966
dad.
00:13:53.245 --> 00:13:54.086
I think she got it from her mom.
00:13:54.105 --> 00:13:55.061
She didn't get it from her dad.
00:13:55.061 --> 00:13:56.020
It was her aunt.
00:13:56.081 --> 00:13:57.160
It was her third cousin.
00:13:57.160 --> 00:13:58.091
You guys were all wrong.
00:13:58.721 --> 00:13:59.230
Yeah.
00:13:59.230 --> 00:13:59.681
And she, I
00:13:59.765 --> 00:14:00.701
don't think I read this.
00:14:00.730 --> 00:14:02.471
And he was like, keep it safe.
00:14:02.561 --> 00:14:07.240
And then she ran away and she tripped and she fell and landed on it and broke it.
00:14:07.360 --> 00:14:12.010
And when she landed on it, it like burned into her, the symbol burned in her skin.
00:14:12.010 --> 00:14:12.100
Wait.
00:14:12.221 --> 00:14:12.610
Be used to.
00:14:12.610 --> 00:14:19.270
And she was like, and she was like, oh no, I broke it and he's gonna like hate me forever so I can never let him know.
00:14:19.331 --> 00:14:20.650
And then cut to.
00:14:20.995 --> 00:14:22.826
What, like 10 years later something.
00:14:22.826 --> 00:14:22.885
Yeah.
00:14:23.216 --> 00:14:25.586
Um, and she's 18, 20, 20.
00:14:25.885 --> 00:14:28.301
Um, and he is
00:14:28.306 --> 00:14:29.255
like 24.
00:14:29.421 --> 00:14:32.586
'cause they said he's like a few turns older, which is their version of you.
00:14:32.586 --> 00:14:34.265
If he still a prisoner, why is he a prisoner?
00:14:34.265 --> 00:14:35.796
No, he's not there because they sent him back.
00:14:35.975 --> 00:14:36.365
Yeah.
00:14:36.426 --> 00:14:37.326
Well, we can, we don't know
00:14:37.326 --> 00:14:37.926
this yet.
00:14:37.985 --> 00:14:38.285
We don't
00:14:38.285 --> 00:14:39.096
know these things yet.
00:14:39.155 --> 00:14:40.086
We know that he is not fair.
00:14:40.086 --> 00:14:40.416
Four years
00:14:40.416 --> 00:14:40.625
old.
00:14:40.625 --> 00:14:42.275
We don't know why he's a was a prisoner.
00:14:42.816 --> 00:14:43.745
I thought they do.
00:14:43.745 --> 00:14:44.541
I just, yeah,
00:14:44.541 --> 00:14:44.796
you're just I
00:14:44.796 --> 00:14:45.605
know the story.
00:14:45.605 --> 00:14:46.416
Yes, yes.
00:14:46.416 --> 00:14:47.316
They don't tell, they
00:14:47.316 --> 00:14:49.056
don't tell you all this until way later.
00:14:49.115 --> 00:14:49.265
No,
00:14:49.270 --> 00:14:54.096
but then, but he's like the fourth point of view chapter and he's in the fa and he's in the ever sea.
00:14:54.456 --> 00:14:58.655
So like we do know he's in the ever sea by like chapter four because it's his point of view.
00:14:59.046 --> 00:14:59.676
Yeah, but you don't know.
00:14:59.676 --> 00:15:00.936
That's the same as the little boy.
00:15:00.936 --> 00:15:01.836
They don't say it
00:15:02.615 --> 00:15:03.605
Well, he brings out the bird.
00:15:03.605 --> 00:15:04.745
He fight fights for the bird bag.
00:15:05.691 --> 00:15:06.770
But he fights for the bird.
00:15:07.671 --> 00:15:08.270
It's heavily
00:15:09.270 --> 00:15:09.451
implied.
00:15:09.451 --> 00:15:10.051
We all agree.
00:15:10.051 --> 00:15:11.066
It's heavily implied.
00:15:11.216 --> 00:15:12.186
Okay, so then what happens?
00:15:13.186 --> 00:15:16.936
And also let's all acknowledged that Gino's Knee has been touching my knees for like,
00:15:16.936 --> 00:15:17.505
I did not
00:15:18.505 --> 00:15:19.306
cracking up.
00:15:20.306 --> 00:15:27.150
There's a lot just arguing about No, I definitely thought there was gonna be more cohesion between y'all.
00:15:28.150 --> 00:15:28.831
I enjoyed it.
00:15:29.831 --> 00:15:31.716
Um, okay, you, you tell this story.
00:15:32.716 --> 00:15:33.105
You know what,
00:15:34.105 --> 00:15:34.716
interrupt.
00:15:35.716 --> 00:15:40.681
Um, so it's Olivia and she wakes up and she has night terrors about the
00:15:40.900 --> 00:15:41.600
Oh brother.
00:15:41.890 --> 00:15:45.946
About the, ever someone will happen, ever king to murder her.
00:15:46.336 --> 00:15:46.995
Mm-hmm.
00:15:47.235 --> 00:15:47.385
Coming
00:15:47.385 --> 00:15:48.255
back Talisman.
00:15:48.405 --> 00:15:49.005
Yeah.
00:15:49.306 --> 00:15:53.505
So that's when we, we know that that's the kid was the ever king.
00:15:54.105 --> 00:15:55.125
And will you find out that?
00:15:55.125 --> 00:15:55.336
Can I say
00:15:56.336 --> 00:16:00.740
from the second that you said she was reading a story to a little boy in prison?
00:16:01.740 --> 00:16:04.201
I was like, yep, I know exactly who that it.
00:16:05.201 --> 00:16:06.905
Also in the pro log.
00:16:06.926 --> 00:16:08.145
He asked the
00:16:08.145 --> 00:16:09.105
first take
00:16:09.105 --> 00:16:09.586
care of the,
00:16:09.655 --> 00:16:09.946
that
00:16:09.946 --> 00:16:10.745
is the first chapter.
00:16:11.745 --> 00:16:13.980
You're like, we did not know that for a fact.
00:16:14.461 --> 00:16:14.941
Okay.
00:16:15.941 --> 00:16:18.316
It so worried about coming back
00:16:18.316 --> 00:16:18.796
to get the Ali.
00:16:19.796 --> 00:16:21.681
So ever he ever king.
00:16:21.681 --> 00:16:22.610
Is he ever king?
00:16:23.061 --> 00:16:23.630
We don't know.
00:16:23.691 --> 00:16:24.350
No, we don't.
00:16:24.380 --> 00:16:27.500
What I was trying to argue is we don't know why he was imprisoned.
00:16:27.681 --> 00:16:27.951
Why?
00:16:27.980 --> 00:16:28.581
Okay.
00:16:29.150 --> 00:16:29.451
Yeah.
00:16:29.451 --> 00:16:30.711
Well, I guess
00:16:30.770 --> 00:16:32.946
we don't know yet why he was in unless have
00:16:32.951 --> 00:16:34.160
read the upper series first.
00:16:34.160 --> 00:16:35.546
Well, I have not read the other series.
00:16:35.615 --> 00:16:35.905
Okay.
00:16:35.910 --> 00:16:37.610
So if he read those first, because they're technic.
00:16:37.610 --> 00:16:37.701
So
00:16:37.701 --> 00:16:38.421
we don't know why.
00:16:38.870 --> 00:16:39.230
So what?
00:16:39.230 --> 00:16:40.760
How, so go ahead and tell us then.
00:16:40.910 --> 00:16:41.120
Yeah.
00:16:41.390 --> 00:16:42.230
Why is he there?
00:16:42.321 --> 00:16:42.530
Yeah.
00:16:43.341 --> 00:16:44.721
Find out later in this story,
00:16:45.110 --> 00:16:45.230
you
00:16:45.230 --> 00:16:45.561
find out
00:16:45.561 --> 00:16:45.740
later.
00:16:46.071 --> 00:16:46.760
She already knew.
00:16:47.760 --> 00:16:48.931
True Fans already know.
00:16:49.931 --> 00:16:51.221
Yeah, she just like knew
00:16:51.760 --> 00:16:52.091
lj.
00:16:52.301 --> 00:16:54.311
Wait, should start with the first book though,
00:16:54.311 --> 00:16:54.385
if you knew
00:16:54.566 --> 00:16:56.186
LJ Vegan, so,
00:16:56.966 --> 00:16:58.066
and her brother.
00:16:58.811 --> 00:16:59.201
Um,
00:16:59.770 --> 00:17:00.910
so like, is he hot now?
00:17:00.910 --> 00:17:01.331
Or what?
00:17:02.110 --> 00:17:03.010
I assume right?
00:17:03.010 --> 00:17:03.071
I
00:17:03.071 --> 00:17:03.640
would assume.
00:17:03.640 --> 00:17:03.910
Yeah.
00:17:04.000 --> 00:17:05.230
Well, trying to take a picture
00:17:06.230 --> 00:17:07.250
picture of Lacey has pictures.
00:17:08.250 --> 00:17:09.226
Like, for real?
00:17:09.826 --> 00:17:10.006
No,
00:17:10.006 --> 00:17:10.395
please.
00:17:10.726 --> 00:17:10.816
Yes.
00:17:11.816 --> 00:17:13.705
You think, oh, okay.
00:17:14.705 --> 00:17:16.026
Oh, what's going on here?
00:17:16.026 --> 00:17:16.476
I wanna see.
00:17:16.476 --> 00:17:16.506
Oh.
00:17:17.506 --> 00:17:17.925
Mm-hmm.
00:17:18.026 --> 00:17:18.445
Mm-hmm.
00:17:18.711 --> 00:17:19.461
Wait a minute.
00:17:19.730 --> 00:17:21.830
I wanna see like a pirate thing.
00:17:21.830 --> 00:17:22.846
Is their official,
00:17:23.480 --> 00:17:24.141
official outfit
00:17:24.740 --> 00:17:25.701
the official art,
00:17:26.076 --> 00:17:27.006
like work?
00:17:27.115 --> 00:17:27.405
Yeah.
00:17:28.105 --> 00:17:29.645
Um, I mean
00:17:30.026 --> 00:17:30.246
Oh.
00:17:30.865 --> 00:17:31.086
Oh.
00:17:32.086 --> 00:17:32.375
Have,
00:17:33.375 --> 00:17:34.476
I'm not even surprised at all.
00:17:34.905 --> 00:17:37.020
Wait, you, his name is Eric?
00:17:37.080 --> 00:17:37.560
Yes.
00:17:37.590 --> 00:17:37.980
Okay.
00:17:38.070 --> 00:17:38.490
Because like,
00:17:38.490 --> 00:17:39.421
I'll have to get over it.
00:17:39.421 --> 00:17:40.486
He's a redhead though, right?
00:17:40.486 --> 00:17:40.635
Yeah.
00:17:40.635 --> 00:17:41.040
In the picture.
00:17:41.101 --> 00:17:44.320
He's like, it's literally kind of like a NOx little mermaid.
00:17:44.875 --> 00:17:45.925
Eric Redhead.
00:17:46.256 --> 00:17:47.066
Eric is the prince.
00:17:47.935 --> 00:17:48.506
Oh, that's right.
00:17:48.776 --> 00:18:05.570
Can this one, um, tell the basic similarities from people is that, like, for example, if lip it lip like looks exactly like her, but she has like a, like a fin instead of legs.
00:18:05.570 --> 00:18:07.125
Do you think he would recognize her?
00:18:07.685 --> 00:18:09.560
I think that's one of Prince Eric's charms, though.
00:18:09.770 --> 00:18:10.191
I love that.
00:18:10.191 --> 00:18:10.405
He's stupid.
00:18:10.476 --> 00:18:10.846
He's just
00:18:10.846 --> 00:18:11.510
a little ditzy.
00:18:11.510 --> 00:18:12.830
He's just kind of, well, he
00:18:12.830 --> 00:18:13.701
halfway drowned.
00:18:13.760 --> 00:18:17.030
He was sort of drowned and we did give him a lot of shit for that, you know.
00:18:17.451 --> 00:18:17.510
Yeah.
00:18:17.510 --> 00:18:17.631
He
00:18:17.631 --> 00:18:18.800
did fully fall off
00:18:18.800 --> 00:18:19.161
during the hurricane.
00:18:19.161 --> 00:18:20.240
I like, he's nice.
00:18:20.300 --> 00:18:24.260
He's got a dog, he's got a little flute, like he's got a lot going on, you know.
00:18:24.320 --> 00:18:25.161
He's a mbo.
00:18:25.580 --> 00:18:26.000
Yes.
00:18:26.000 --> 00:18:27.201
Which is what I like about it.
00:18:27.441 --> 00:18:27.471
Oh.
00:18:28.471 --> 00:18:32.300
So yeah, we find out she's a princess of one of the clans.
00:18:32.300 --> 00:18:36.111
Her father's like the king and, uh, she has a, a little brother.
00:18:36.770 --> 00:18:41.631
And she has night terrors about the ever king coming back and it's this day of festivities.
00:18:41.750 --> 00:18:43.431
Um, go ahead.
00:18:44.000 --> 00:18:44.330
What did I say?
00:18:44.395 --> 00:18:45.016
Day of festivities.
00:18:45.020 --> 00:18:46.461
It's the day before the festivities.
00:18:46.461 --> 00:18:47.421
No, it's like a few days.
00:18:47.421 --> 00:18:47.750
Go ahead.
00:18:47.871 --> 00:18:48.111
Go ahead.
00:18:49.040 --> 00:18:50.270
What did I say wrong this time?
00:18:50.276 --> 00:18:51.471
Leaving because they're leaving.
00:18:51.471 --> 00:18:52.280
Their parents are all
00:18:52.280 --> 00:18:52.550
leaving.
00:18:52.550 --> 00:18:53.931
That's a really big portion of it.
00:18:54.215 --> 00:18:56.000
I mean, I was gonna say they parents are leaving, but
00:18:56.296 --> 00:18:58.820
it's so, but it's because everyone's coming in.
00:18:58.881 --> 00:19:00.111
Like of all the clans
00:19:00.155 --> 00:19:00.655
are friends.
00:19:00.655 --> 00:19:04.611
It's three days before the festival, their parents leave and then it's the day of the festival.
00:19:05.611 --> 00:19:08.080
And then the child in my love is loving this strike Eric.
00:19:08.080 --> 00:19:08.415
Point of view.
00:19:09.415 --> 00:19:10.165
Mom's like I,
00:19:11.141 --> 00:19:12.851
my chaos baby's so happy right now.
00:19:13.851 --> 00:19:18.351
I'm only gonna be like this for this part because this is like, I literally read the first eight chapters today.
00:19:18.351 --> 00:19:19.671
So this is the only part where I'm guys
00:19:20.671 --> 00:19:21.361
coming from.
00:19:21.421 --> 00:19:21.961
I see where this
00:19:21.961 --> 00:19:22.201
is from.
00:19:23.201 --> 00:19:23.711
This is fresh.
00:19:23.740 --> 00:19:24.671
Um, hi.
00:19:24.730 --> 00:19:32.181
Yeah, but I'm just trying to tell the story until comes in, even though it switches a little in the book.
00:19:32.181 --> 00:19:33.560
But just get this main part.
00:19:33.560 --> 00:19:33.681
The
00:19:34.010 --> 00:19:34.611
main part.
00:19:34.611 --> 00:19:34.911
So
00:19:35.570 --> 00:19:36.441
planning, action.
00:19:36.621 --> 00:19:37.131
Yeah.
00:19:37.131 --> 00:19:39.980
And um, you throw me off.
00:19:39.980 --> 00:19:43.010
So bed, there are other fa Olivia, she has like flaring
00:19:43.010 --> 00:19:43.280
at you
00:19:43.340 --> 00:19:43.520
camera.
00:19:43.520 --> 00:19:45.861
A friend named, she has a friend named Jonas.
00:19:45.861 --> 00:19:46.645
He's another prince.
00:19:46.645 --> 00:19:47.300
He's really hot.
00:19:47.661 --> 00:19:49.730
He's a prince and he is a ladies man,
00:19:50.730 --> 00:19:51.391
really hot.
00:19:51.391 --> 00:19:52.471
He's a ladies Fay.
00:19:52.471 --> 00:19:53.911
And then he has a younger brother who's
00:19:54.911 --> 00:19:55.201
that?
00:19:55.221 --> 00:19:55.641
So funny.
00:19:56.641 --> 00:19:56.961
He's a lady's fa.
00:19:57.760 --> 00:19:58.290
He's a lady.
00:19:59.246 --> 00:20:00.056
That's crazy.
00:20:00.056 --> 00:20:00.115
Yeah.
00:20:01.115 --> 00:20:04.026
She like doesn't wanna get out of bed and she's being really grumpy about it.
00:20:04.026 --> 00:20:09.605
And so he basically starts telling her the story of how he did it with two Fay women.
00:20:10.115 --> 00:20:10.145
Oh.
00:20:10.145 --> 00:20:13.820
And was asking her questions about positioning and how actually would've worked.
00:20:13.820 --> 00:20:15.816
And then she's like, shut up, Jonas.
00:20:15.816 --> 00:20:17.316
And got out of bed and got dressed and he was
00:20:17.316 --> 00:20:17.465
like, uh,
00:20:18.036 --> 00:20:18.875
sucker.
00:20:18.935 --> 00:20:19.355
Wow.
00:20:19.355 --> 00:20:19.836
Jonas
00:20:20.736 --> 00:20:21.665
sounds like a treat.
00:20:22.326 --> 00:20:25.385
Jonas has a younger brother named something.
00:20:25.715 --> 00:20:26.195
Sander.
00:20:26.526 --> 00:20:26.796
Sander.
00:20:27.215 --> 00:20:27.576
He's a twin.
00:20:27.576 --> 00:20:27.965
It's a twin brother.
00:20:27.965 --> 00:20:28.655
She's cold.
00:20:29.586 --> 00:20:30.336
This is the I have to go.
00:20:31.336 --> 00:20:31.905
Oh my God.
00:20:32.326 --> 00:20:33.286
I'm just very pregnant.
00:20:34.286 --> 00:20:35.246
Continue on back.
00:20:36.246 --> 00:20:36.536
Okay.
00:20:37.086 --> 00:20:37.871
Find your window.
00:20:38.290 --> 00:20:38.651
Find your
00:20:38.651 --> 00:20:39.280
window.
00:20:39.851 --> 00:20:44.921
Um, yeah, there's Sandra, there's Olivia's best friend named something.
00:20:45.461 --> 00:20:45.971
Mira.
00:20:45.971 --> 00:20:46.570
Mira.
00:20:47.570 --> 00:20:49.580
I'm not names, I don't do names.
00:20:50.060 --> 00:20:50.601
Um.
00:20:51.020 --> 00:20:51.980
And anyways,
00:20:51.980 --> 00:20:53.810
Alexi actually is her best friend,
00:20:54.351 --> 00:20:56.060
Alexi, who is like one, one of the,
00:20:56.060 --> 00:20:56.145
it's her cousin.
00:20:56.145 --> 00:20:56.306
It's
00:20:56.310 --> 00:20:57.320
one of the soldiers cousin.
00:20:57.320 --> 00:20:58.671
He's one of the soldiers.
00:20:58.760 --> 00:21:00.111
He just came back as a soldier.
00:21:00.381 --> 00:21:00.711
Yeah.
00:21:00.711 --> 00:21:01.671
He went to have
00:21:02.671 --> 00:21:02.961
they?
00:21:02.961 --> 00:21:03.320
They have.
00:21:04.306 --> 00:21:04.965
And they're like, wow.
00:21:04.965 --> 00:21:06.796
He has black on his eyes and black on his lip.
00:21:06.796 --> 00:21:07.756
Also hot.
00:21:07.756 --> 00:21:07.800
That
00:21:07.800 --> 00:21:08.560
is hot, right?
00:21:09.201 --> 00:21:09.800
That's Who
00:21:09.800 --> 00:21:10.080
is this?
00:21:10.080 --> 00:21:10.760
It's Lexi.
00:21:10.766 --> 00:21:10.965
Lexi,
00:21:11.445 --> 00:21:12.316
her cousin.
00:21:12.405 --> 00:21:15.766
And it's the day of the, and he's like the oldest of them, I think.
00:21:15.826 --> 00:21:16.246
Yes.
00:21:16.365 --> 00:21:18.316
It's the day of the festivities.
00:21:18.675 --> 00:21:23.355
And she's like, they're all like, let's go down to the beach and get drunk.
00:21:23.355 --> 00:21:23.715
I'm listening.
00:21:23.776 --> 00:21:28.276
And they do, and then she's like, I'm so afraid of the ever king coming back.
00:21:28.276 --> 00:21:30.016
And Lexi's like, you're being dumb.
00:21:30.016 --> 00:21:30.976
Let me show you.
00:21:31.036 --> 00:21:33.375
And so he takes her swimming to the.
00:21:34.036 --> 00:21:42.405
Essentially this whirlpool wall that is the barrier between the ever, uh, the ever kingdom and their kingdom.
00:21:42.405 --> 00:21:44.445
And he is like, no one can cross this sea.
00:21:44.451 --> 00:21:44.641
Mm-hmm.
00:21:44.721 --> 00:21:45.556
And then she's like, wow.
00:21:45.556 --> 00:21:47.566
And she touches it and he is like, why did you touch it?
00:21:47.566 --> 00:21:48.076
That's weird.
00:21:48.076 --> 00:21:49.185
And she's like, I don't know.
00:21:49.365 --> 00:21:51.615
But then there's like this weird shift in the world.
00:21:51.615 --> 00:21:51.736
She
00:21:51.736 --> 00:21:52.905
like felt drawn to it.
00:21:52.935 --> 00:21:53.955
She's like, in my stomach.
00:21:53.955 --> 00:21:54.826
It's like a tether
00:21:54.826 --> 00:21:55.935
pulling me to the, whoa.
00:21:56.935 --> 00:21:58.016
She's like, I, then we find out that
00:21:58.016 --> 00:21:58.645
Whirlpool, we
00:21:58.645 --> 00:22:14.846
flip other side, flip, flip other side of the, uh, ever sea, um, is Eric Blooding the ever king who has his Faye powers are that.
00:22:15.846 --> 00:22:16.191
I am sorry.
00:22:16.306 --> 00:22:20.421
The, the silliness of Eric Blooding, the ever king just hit me at once.
00:22:21.421 --> 00:22:22.776
Do not insult
00:22:23.746 --> 00:22:24.096
Erics.
00:22:25.096 --> 00:22:25.316
I'm
00:22:25.316 --> 00:22:25.435
sorry.
00:22:26.076 --> 00:22:26.195
I
00:22:26.881 --> 00:22:27.435
Nice guy.
00:22:27.865 --> 00:22:29.851
He's actually point, he's
00:22:29.851 --> 00:22:30.211
actually
00:22:30.211 --> 00:22:30.901
horribly
00:22:31.260 --> 00:22:31.441
not nice.
00:22:31.445 --> 00:22:31.915
Oh, okay.
00:22:31.915 --> 00:22:33.076
Well I don't feel bad.
00:22:33.076 --> 00:22:33.391
He's kind of
00:22:33.391 --> 00:22:34.111
ruthless.
00:22:34.111 --> 00:22:34.500
The name.
00:22:34.500 --> 00:22:37.141
Is it just like when you give them their full title?
00:22:37.141 --> 00:22:37.980
It's so funny.
00:22:37.980 --> 00:22:45.270
So like you find out, it's like their last names usually have and the ever kingdom have to do with their, like their magic,
00:22:45.300 --> 00:22:45.750
right?
00:22:45.840 --> 00:22:47.611
So like they have.
00:22:48.611 --> 00:22:48.901
Okay.
00:22:48.996 --> 00:22:50.885
Like wait, wind walker or something?
00:22:50.915 --> 00:22:51.246
I dunno.
00:22:51.246 --> 00:22:52.020
There's like names like
00:22:52.026 --> 00:22:52.266
that.
00:22:52.266 --> 00:22:53.806
So like everybody has names like Gotcha, gotcha.
00:22:53.826 --> 00:22:56.256
So he's blood zinger because he can sing to his blood
00:22:56.465 --> 00:22:56.945
that Yeah.
00:22:56.976 --> 00:23:01.596
So his blood can either king or can I can either kill or kill you.
00:23:01.601 --> 00:23:01.701
Mm-hmm.
00:23:01.925 --> 00:23:02.135
Mm-hmm.
00:23:02.556 --> 00:23:12.246
So if he, he, he, that's how he tortures people a lot is he'll like cut them up and put his blood in them and then let them get to like the brink of death and then sing them back to health and then cut them up and put his blood in them.
00:23:12.246 --> 00:23:13.300
And then s back to health.
00:23:13.300 --> 00:23:13.661
That is
00:23:13.760 --> 00:23:14.461
fucked up.
00:23:15.461 --> 00:23:19.191
It's pretty, pretty unique I feel like, I feel like we really needs to be
00:23:19.570 --> 00:23:20.191
pretty unique.
00:23:20.516 --> 00:23:25.655
He's kind of like interesting, like, I'm just like, Eric, you maybe like don't get it.
00:23:25.655 --> 00:23:27.546
Like, Eric's kind of different than other guys.
00:23:28.536 --> 00:23:28.865
You know,
00:23:28.925 --> 00:23:34.536
Eric's kinda like unique and special, so not a lot of guys can like do that.
00:23:34.536 --> 00:23:36.080
So, you know, dunno
00:23:36.260 --> 00:23:36.480
he,
00:23:36.605 --> 00:23:37.566
my boyfriend's crazy.
00:23:37.881 --> 00:23:38.441
Um, Eric
00:23:39.441 --> 00:23:39.780
is he,
00:23:40.121 --> 00:23:43.125
he is also captain of the ever ship, I guess.
00:23:43.455 --> 00:23:43.816
Okay.
00:23:43.875 --> 00:23:44.986
Um, yeah.
00:23:44.986 --> 00:23:45.465
Mm-hmm.
00:23:45.705 --> 00:23:48.885
This is the leadership that can cross the ever sea Yes.
00:23:48.885 --> 00:23:49.546
That we know of.
00:23:49.546 --> 00:23:50.026
Sick.
00:23:50.145 --> 00:23:51.645
Well, right then.
00:23:51.705 --> 00:24:01.276
Yeah, because he says that he's like, it's still, it's like the ownership built specifically for, it's kind of like a dude moment where he is bragging on his shit about it's the best.
00:24:01.276 --> 00:24:02.266
My ship is goaded.
00:24:02.476 --> 00:24:03.165
Yeah.
00:24:03.165 --> 00:24:03.556
Literally.
00:24:03.556 --> 00:24:04.861
Have you seen how big my ship is?
00:24:05.861 --> 00:24:06.151
Okay.
00:24:06.770 --> 00:24:10.226
Is the ship magic or is it like heat?
00:24:10.316 --> 00:24:11.036
Something about.
00:24:11.096 --> 00:24:12.536
Baby ever king.
00:24:12.566 --> 00:24:16.586
He cannot actually cross the, the like whirlpool barrier.
00:24:16.645 --> 00:24:16.796
Yes.
00:24:16.796 --> 00:24:22.496
Currently no one can cross it because the whole thing was they, the land fay like sealed it off with his blood.
00:24:22.496 --> 00:24:22.705
Yeah.
00:24:22.766 --> 00:24:26.576
So that he could not get back and start war with them.
00:24:26.576 --> 00:24:32.665
So he's like, so he's a young, he's a young, he was a child at the beginning
00:24:32.665 --> 00:24:32.965
of the book.
00:24:33.020 --> 00:24:33.596
Yes, yes.
00:24:33.596 --> 00:24:37.046
And we'd find out later that he was a child when he became the king, essentially.
00:24:37.076 --> 00:24:37.405
Okay.
00:24:37.405 --> 00:24:37.855
That's crazy.
00:24:37.945 --> 00:24:38.905
Oh, that was my other question.
00:24:38.905 --> 00:24:39.296
Yeah.
00:24:39.300 --> 00:24:39.310
Yeah.
00:24:39.536 --> 00:24:47.546
Because like, basically, hi, Olivia's dad is the one that killed his dad
00:24:48.546 --> 00:24:50.141
and he's like very emo
00:24:50.201 --> 00:24:50.411
in his
00:24:51.340 --> 00:24:51.580
factors.
00:24:51.580 --> 00:24:51.760
Yeah.
00:24:51.760 --> 00:24:57.340
He is like, my whole goal in life is kill, is to kill Olivia's dad.
00:24:57.371 --> 00:24:57.701
Yeah.
00:24:58.701 --> 00:24:59.871
I torture Olivia's dad.
00:24:59.871 --> 00:24:59.961
Well.
00:25:00.351 --> 00:25:02.181
Oh, he, he wants to torture and kill him.
00:25:02.211 --> 00:25:02.480
Yeah.
00:25:02.510 --> 00:25:04.820
But he is also like slightly intrigued with Olivia.
00:25:05.316 --> 00:25:05.965
Well that makes it rough.
00:25:06.201 --> 00:25:06.530
Well, yeah.
00:25:06.536 --> 00:25:07.326
Still, still
00:25:07.326 --> 00:25:07.605
he is.
00:25:08.105 --> 00:25:08.965
He, um.
00:25:09.740 --> 00:25:20.931
So Al wait, there was also, oh,'cause there, the big p Porsche part, part, big part of where Eric is, is that his, the ES has a sickness.
00:25:20.961 --> 00:25:21.320
Yeah.
00:25:21.740 --> 00:25:22.250
That's like,
00:25:22.250 --> 00:25:26.181
so like it kills off all the plants and the land and like everything's dying.
00:25:26.330 --> 00:25:26.570
Yeah.
00:25:26.570 --> 00:25:26.601
Oh.
00:25:26.661 --> 00:25:27.740
And we need him.
00:25:27.740 --> 00:25:30.891
And he is, um, he is like, everything's dying.
00:25:30.891 --> 00:25:33.471
Also, I'm the big bad captain of the ever ship.
00:25:33.471 --> 00:25:37.881
And also these people are kind of pissing me off, so I'm gonna take your eyeballs.
00:25:38.030 --> 00:25:40.851
And then he takes eyeballs and he is like, anyone where
00:25:40.851 --> 00:25:41.631
from the first job?
00:25:41.961 --> 00:25:42.500
Excuse me.
00:25:42.530 --> 00:25:42.861
Yeah.
00:25:42.980 --> 00:25:43.641
I'm pretty sure he had
00:25:44.641 --> 00:25:45.060
eyeballs.
00:25:45.060 --> 00:25:45.570
Did he take,
00:25:46.050 --> 00:25:46.260
um,
00:25:46.260 --> 00:25:48.540
he had the guy who betrayed him on the ship.
00:25:48.570 --> 00:25:48.691
Yeah.
00:25:48.691 --> 00:25:50.070
Did, did not take his eyeballs.
00:25:50.461 --> 00:25:51.750
He put his blood in him.
00:25:52.726 --> 00:25:54.675
He threatened to take eyeballs, but he will.
00:25:54.681 --> 00:25:55.665
But he, but he put his blood in.
00:25:55.665 --> 00:25:56.655
He's not above kicking
00:25:56.655 --> 00:25:57.615
eyeballs, is what
00:25:57.615 --> 00:25:57.796
I'm saying.
00:25:57.800 --> 00:25:58.036
No, no, no.
00:25:58.036 --> 00:25:58.185
No's.
00:25:58.185 --> 00:25:59.145
So he'll take your eyeballs.
00:25:59.145 --> 00:26:01.215
He also is not afraid of scaring little children.
00:26:01.996 --> 00:26:03.796
You know, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do,
00:26:03.796 --> 00:26:09.375
but he is like, Hey, I've run on this island that's dying, that's gonna be loyal to me.
00:26:09.375 --> 00:26:15.826
You can go to my island, which isn't dying, but everyone else I will torture and slay you.
00:26:16.425 --> 00:26:16.846
Um,
00:26:17.746 --> 00:26:18.346
okay.
00:26:18.346 --> 00:26:20.056
I mean, it could be worse, I guess.
00:26:20.115 --> 00:26:20.355
Yeah.
00:26:20.355 --> 00:26:23.326
So then he's like, whoa, I feel this shift in the world.
00:26:23.746 --> 00:26:25.996
And, um, we're like, wow.
00:26:26.086 --> 00:26:31.195
Peter, take Peter take, um, oh, hi Lili.
00:26:32.195 --> 00:26:34.086
And he is like.
00:26:34.790 --> 00:26:36.681
I can get through the overseas now.
00:26:36.921 --> 00:26:39.411
So he's like, here we go right away.
00:26:39.441 --> 00:26:43.250
Like they don't stop to like refuel, think about anything.
00:26:43.250 --> 00:26:46.161
They're like, we're going through that wall of water.
00:26:46.191 --> 00:26:46.820
Oh my God.
00:26:46.881 --> 00:26:48.530
And we're gonna kill the king.
00:26:48.800 --> 00:26:57.590
They like explained to like how they can travel so fast because if they like go under the water instead of staying on top of the water, they can travel faster.
00:26:57.891 --> 00:26:58.340
Oh.
00:26:58.340 --> 00:26:59.415
So like that they, they
00:26:59.415 --> 00:26:59.425
like
00:26:59.425 --> 00:27:01.671
travel in the ship, but it's under water
00:27:01.671 --> 00:27:01.971
take.
00:27:01.971 --> 00:27:02.330
Yeah.
00:27:02.691 --> 00:27:03.320
Gotcha.
00:27:03.590 --> 00:27:05.601
And then they can like pop out where they need to be.
00:27:05.631 --> 00:27:05.931
Yeah.
00:27:05.931 --> 00:27:09.651
They go back under to get through the world's crazy
00:27:09.651 --> 00:27:10.161
nuts.
00:27:10.161 --> 00:27:14.361
So they pop out where the land fair during their celebration and they're like, what's going on?
00:27:14.361 --> 00:27:15.590
And they's a lot of people here and they're like.
00:27:15.651 --> 00:27:17.480
The merchants are like, it's a celebration.
00:27:17.480 --> 00:27:18.201
Are you a merchant?
00:27:18.230 --> 00:27:18.830
They're like, yeah, duh.
00:27:18.830 --> 00:27:19.641
We're merchants.
00:27:19.881 --> 00:27:22.070
So they march in, they're like, we're merchants.
00:27:22.155 --> 00:27:23.480
We are so clearly merchants.
00:27:23.480 --> 00:27:23.601
So,
00:27:23.631 --> 00:27:23.961
yeah.
00:27:24.290 --> 00:27:29.151
Um, even though we know we, we were acting really weird and not like any of the people from your world.
00:27:29.570 --> 00:27:30.320
And then he
00:27:30.530 --> 00:27:39.530
spots well, but, but his, his one of his first, his first mate and then his other first, like the girl, the only girl on the ship, they're like actually being kind of chill.
00:27:39.530 --> 00:27:42.621
And then at some point the merchant like basically clocks.
00:27:42.621 --> 00:27:44.661
Eric is like absolutely acting weird.
00:27:44.661 --> 00:27:46.611
And Celine's like, this is my younger brother.
00:27:46.611 --> 00:27:47.750
He doesn't get out much.
00:27:48.750 --> 00:27:49.530
He doesn't get out.
00:27:49.530 --> 00:27:51.181
He is like, her excuse.
00:27:51.181 --> 00:27:53.191
This is what he's like, sorry I was giggling.
00:27:54.191 --> 00:28:01.780
Um, so he clocks Olivia immediately and he's like, I know that girl and I'm gonna get her.
00:28:01.780 --> 00:28:05.951
It's not blocking to clock, it's not blocking to you that I'm the princess of the land, Fay or whatever.
00:28:06.881 --> 00:28:13.510
He's like, I'm gonna get her, I'm gonna torture her and then make her father suffer because she's suffering.
00:28:14.006 --> 00:28:18.776
And because I'm kind of attracted to her, but also I hate her family and her so much.
00:28:18.776 --> 00:28:19.465
That's a piece of work.
00:28:19.550 --> 00:28:20.560
He's gonna fall in love with her.
00:28:20.560 --> 00:28:23.215
So he, and he goes up to her and that earlier
00:28:23.576 --> 00:28:25.681
when you're coaching someone and then you're like, okay, now hold on.
00:28:25.681 --> 00:28:25.800
I
00:28:25.800 --> 00:28:26.201
mean's
00:28:27.201 --> 00:28:27.891
slightly
00:28:27.891 --> 00:28:28.340
earlier.
00:28:28.340 --> 00:28:31.461
Her friend had made her promise to like, just have fun and
00:28:31.580 --> 00:28:31.911
Oh yeah.
00:28:31.971 --> 00:28:33.496
And promiscuous at the, she
00:28:33.496 --> 00:28:34.455
have fun and enjoy yourself
00:28:34.675 --> 00:28:37.520
at the ball because she's like, I've never had sex with anyone.
00:28:37.520 --> 00:28:39.230
And she's like, well do it tonight.
00:28:39.230 --> 00:28:40.790
And she's like, yeah, but they have to be special.
00:28:40.790 --> 00:28:42.111
She's like, no girl, just do it.
00:28:42.115 --> 00:28:43.221
And she's like, okay, I guess
00:28:43.221 --> 00:28:43.611
special.
00:28:43.611 --> 00:28:46.101
So then, and it's like, isn't it like a masquerade kind of MAs?
00:28:46.101 --> 00:28:48.056
Well we've established he is special and you,
00:28:48.925 --> 00:28:49.215
it's
00:28:49.215 --> 00:28:49.615
very special.
00:28:49.846 --> 00:28:51.111
Well, it's a masquerade.
00:28:51.111 --> 00:28:52.820
And so he's like, Hey.
00:28:53.060 --> 00:28:54.080
Um, and she's like, Hey.
00:28:54.111 --> 00:28:56.030
And then he is like, okay, let's go to your room.
00:28:56.030 --> 00:28:57.290
And she's like, okay, let's go to my room.
00:28:57.290 --> 00:28:57.351
She
00:28:57.351 --> 00:28:58.161
invites him.
00:28:58.250 --> 00:29:05.040
You have some That's very important because she was like, because she's the one taking control of her life.
00:29:05.550 --> 00:29:05.671
And
00:29:05.671 --> 00:29:06.721
boys backfire.
00:29:07.721 --> 00:29:10.121
She was like, so like I paint windows.
00:29:11.121 --> 00:29:12.951
I, and he's like, I'd like to see it sometimes.
00:29:12.951 --> 00:29:15.621
She's like, well, I have a painted window in my room.
00:29:16.621 --> 00:29:17.881
And he's like, the perfect place to
00:29:17.881 --> 00:29:18.871
torture and kill you.
00:29:18.871 --> 00:29:19.020
Like, oh,
00:29:20.010 --> 00:29:20.191
I'd
00:29:20.191 --> 00:29:20.431
love
00:29:20.431 --> 00:29:20.550
to
00:29:20.550 --> 00:29:20.881
see.
00:29:20.881 --> 00:29:21.121
That's great.
00:29:22.046 --> 00:29:22.566
Literally.
00:29:22.865 --> 00:29:24.480
And it was like, am I doing this right now?
00:29:25.111 --> 00:29:26.161
Oh, poor thing.
00:29:26.550 --> 00:29:35.421
And so they go up to her room and start things and uh, I know what that
00:29:35.421 --> 00:29:35.780
could mean.
00:29:36.290 --> 00:29:37.740
Then against the
00:29:37.740 --> 00:29:39.695
wall, there's like some, you know, you know.
00:29:40.296 --> 00:29:42.036
Oh, her first time?
00:29:42.155 --> 00:29:42.576
No,
00:29:42.576 --> 00:29:43.925
actually doesn't get that far.
00:29:44.105 --> 00:29:44.915
I don't remember.
00:29:44.915 --> 00:29:47.195
I know guards interrupt for some reason, but I don't remember why
00:29:47.705 --> 00:29:48.486
the fire starts.
00:29:49.486 --> 00:29:50.175
Explain this.
00:29:50.326 --> 00:29:51.165
I don't remember this part.
00:29:52.165 --> 00:29:53.056
This is so crazy.
00:29:53.645 --> 00:29:56.421
Well, the fire, we're literally on chapter
00:29:56.425 --> 00:29:56.615
two.
00:29:56.736 --> 00:29:57.135
I was like,
00:29:57.135 --> 00:29:58.425
oh no, this is chapter eight.
00:29:58.846 --> 00:29:59.465
This is chapter eight.
00:30:00.141 --> 00:30:00.621
Okay.
00:30:00.621 --> 00:30:00.770
Because
00:30:01.401 --> 00:30:02.631
Lacey read it today.
00:30:02.661 --> 00:30:03.020
I know.
00:30:03.020 --> 00:30:05.931
That's why we're getting such into depth of what, what's going on.
00:30:06.290 --> 00:30:08.510
Because every time I'm like, well, basically this is the dish.
00:30:08.510 --> 00:30:08.631
No,
00:30:09.631 --> 00:30:11.790
the words were court.
00:30:11.836 --> 00:30:12.195
Page
00:30:12.375 --> 00:30:13.455
three literally said,
00:30:13.455 --> 00:30:15.675
you don't understand him the way I do.
00:30:15.705 --> 00:30:16.306
Okay.
00:30:16.875 --> 00:30:16.935
I'm
00:30:16.935 --> 00:30:18.346
not fighting for him.
00:30:18.346 --> 00:30:18.675
Girl.
00:30:18.915 --> 00:30:20.115
Like you can have him.
00:30:20.296 --> 00:30:20.776
No, I'm sorry.
00:30:20.776 --> 00:30:21.286
I enjoy, Jon is
00:30:21.871 --> 00:30:21.911
actually,
00:30:22.351 --> 00:30:22.550
I think
00:30:22.550 --> 00:30:22.951
he's great.
00:30:23.891 --> 00:30:25.365
I'm not fighting for it.
00:30:25.425 --> 00:30:25.756
No.
00:30:25.846 --> 00:30:34.905
Um, I think because I think the, his, his shipmates start that fire and then they're trying to check on Olivia, and then
00:30:34.965 --> 00:30:36.826
he's like, well, I'm the ever king.
00:30:36.826 --> 00:30:38.445
I'm kidnapping you and taking you back.
00:30:38.445 --> 00:30:40.546
And she is like, uh, what?
00:30:40.546 --> 00:30:41.205
And he's like, yep.
00:30:41.266 --> 00:30:44.026
So jump out the window, or your little brother dies.
00:30:44.086 --> 00:30:44.115
Oh.
00:30:44.451 --> 00:30:48.796
And she is like, I guess I'm jumping out a window, but I really don't like you.
00:30:49.171 --> 00:30:50.246
And at least you hot.
00:30:50.310 --> 00:30:53.790
She's like, but I do think you're hot, but I really don't like you,
00:30:53.851 --> 00:30:54.240
God.
00:30:54.480 --> 00:30:56.340
But my body has these feelings
00:30:56.790 --> 00:30:58.260
if we jump out the window and like,
00:30:58.411 --> 00:30:59.280
oh, sucks later.
00:31:00.181 --> 00:31:00.211
Or,
00:31:01.211 --> 00:31:04.705
um, so then they, he's kidnapping her, they're leaving.
00:31:04.705 --> 00:31:08.425
Then her little brother comes up and he's like, he wants to be a guard when he's older.
00:31:08.455 --> 00:31:10.046
So he is like, I will fight you and kill you.
00:31:10.046 --> 00:31:11.006
Leave my sister alone.
00:31:11.096 --> 00:31:11.711
And he's like, he always
00:31:11.711 --> 00:31:12.296
like nine years old
00:31:12.326 --> 00:31:12.385
too.
00:31:12.385 --> 00:31:12.836
Yeah.
00:31:13.016 --> 00:31:18.665
And the ever king's like, um, tell your brother to stop or I will kill him.
00:31:18.726 --> 00:31:21.576
And she's like, um, please don't kill my brother.
00:31:21.576 --> 00:31:22.536
And so he's a
00:31:22.536 --> 00:31:23.195
9-year-old boy.
00:31:23.195 --> 00:31:23.556
Yeah.
00:31:23.556 --> 00:31:27.786
He like, she like tells him, just go, go run, go back.
00:31:28.115 --> 00:31:30.546
Doesn't he like knock him out or something, or No.
00:31:31.026 --> 00:31:31.596
The ever king.
00:31:32.076 --> 00:31:32.586
I don't remember.
00:31:32.590 --> 00:31:34.500
That's, and that's as far as I read
00:31:34.500 --> 00:31:34.740
today.
00:31:35.290 --> 00:31:36.861
Well, now, now guessing.
00:31:36.861 --> 00:31:37.020
Last
00:31:37.175 --> 00:31:38.435
read where, go back and
00:31:38.435 --> 00:31:39.996
then you're like, and I don't dunno what happened.
00:31:39.996 --> 00:31:40.236
Yeah.
00:31:41.236 --> 00:31:44.266
So on our next podcast episode, we'll continue.
00:31:45.266 --> 00:31:46.330
I was like, I can't
00:31:46.330 --> 00:31:46.480
just
00:31:46.480 --> 00:31:47.411
carry this whole thing.
00:31:47.411 --> 00:31:50.976
I don't know why you, you, you didn't even think I would've had read it.
00:31:51.306 --> 00:31:51.996
You were like, no,
00:31:51.996 --> 00:31:53.790
I did not, not think you had read it.
00:31:54.421 --> 00:31:57.645
Just telling you you're creating a story that's not true.
00:31:57.986 --> 00:31:58.766
Oh, am.
00:31:59.766 --> 00:32:04.820
I was just telling a funny story about these two and you were like, that's my favorite book.
00:32:04.820 --> 00:32:06.125
And I was like, that's awesome.
00:32:06.816 --> 00:32:10.655
You're like, you were like, you've never read this and you're never going to,
00:32:11.655 --> 00:32:12.915
I believe Lacey's story.
00:32:13.915 --> 00:32:14.756
I know where you sleep.
00:32:14.756 --> 00:32:19.226
I was like, how many times has been like, I don't want anyone to have read it so we can get all of the
00:32:20.226 --> 00:32:20.796
zero times.
00:32:21.506 --> 00:32:21.796
Zero
00:32:22.796 --> 00:32:22.915
times.
00:32:23.915 --> 00:32:25.540
I like, yeah, I was just putting on lip gloss.
00:32:26.540 --> 00:32:26.631
My
00:32:26.631 --> 00:32:27.500
lips were dry.
00:32:28.500 --> 00:32:29.671
Realize my backpack was
00:32:29.671 --> 00:32:30.060
right here.
00:32:30.060 --> 00:32:32.131
You can't fight the ever king if you ain't cute.
00:32:33.131 --> 00:32:38.471
So I'm pretty sure he knocks the, the 9-year-old out and then take Olivia back to a ship.
00:32:38.471 --> 00:32:46.060
They get in the ship, they, with all his shipmates, and they go, they, he's like, you're gonna have to hold onto me, or, you know, bad things are gonna happen.
00:32:46.780 --> 00:32:49.391
So she, she's like, I'm not gonna hold onto you.
00:32:49.391 --> 00:32:52.030
And then they go underwater and she's like, I have to hold onto you.
00:32:52.391 --> 00:32:53.651
And they go underwater.
00:32:53.651 --> 00:32:58.480
And then they travel to the ever kingdom and then they resurface and she's like, what the heck is going on?
00:32:58.480 --> 00:32:59.891
And he's like, you're my prisoner.
00:32:59.951 --> 00:33:04.480
'cause I'm torturing you and torturing your father, and I'm locking you in my, in the captain's cabinet.
00:33:04.480 --> 00:33:05.320
She's like, oh, is that all
00:33:05.621 --> 00:33:05.830
okay?
00:33:06.161 --> 00:33:08.530
Oh no, I have to be locked in The captain.
00:33:08.530 --> 00:33:10.570
Yeah, in the Captain Gavin, please.
00:33:10.570 --> 00:33:10.810
Not super
00:33:11.810 --> 00:33:12.101
high.
00:33:12.641 --> 00:33:16.016
And she literally is locked in there for, I don't know, three days or something.
00:33:16.016 --> 00:33:24.566
And she's like, it's so confusing because like said he was, he wants to kill my family and I should hate him, but also he's hot.
00:33:24.806 --> 00:33:25.165
She's like, he's
00:33:25.165 --> 00:33:25.375
not
00:33:25.375 --> 00:33:25.586
done
00:33:25.586 --> 00:33:26.096
anything
00:33:26.096 --> 00:33:26.786
yet.
00:33:27.715 --> 00:33:27.955
So
00:33:27.961 --> 00:33:28.141
confusing.
00:33:28.161 --> 00:33:29.221
Get off the floor.
00:33:29.760 --> 00:33:30.445
Oh my god.
00:33:31.445 --> 00:33:35.820
And, um, his, I don't know if she, she's his first mate or something.
00:33:35.820 --> 00:33:37.746
The um, Celine, I bet she Celine.
00:33:37.746 --> 00:33:37.905
Yeah.
00:33:38.536 --> 00:33:40.586
Like every time Lacey knows something she goes,
00:33:41.465 --> 00:33:42.145
Celine, I know.
00:33:42.205 --> 00:33:43.986
She so aggravated with me.
00:33:44.986 --> 00:33:48.286
I read this book once and it was, she said it was fine.
00:33:48.746 --> 00:33:48.965
It
00:33:48.965 --> 00:33:49.056
was fine.
00:33:50.056 --> 00:33:53.205
I just, like, I, you, you almost like look away as if you like.
00:33:53.566 --> 00:33:56.476
Celine, like, not that anyone cares, but her name's Celine.
00:33:56.715 --> 00:33:57.046
You're like,
00:33:57.310 --> 00:33:57.611
no one else.
00:33:58.480 --> 00:33:58.770
Wait.
00:33:58.770 --> 00:34:00.371
Because Celine is not technically okay.
00:34:00.371 --> 00:34:04.576
He has like three first mates because he is like, these people are all like semi special.
00:34:04.576 --> 00:34:04.786
I sure
00:34:04.786 --> 00:34:05.451
has one person.
00:34:05.520 --> 00:34:05.955
He's like, we are
00:34:05.955 --> 00:34:06.675
all special.
00:34:06.675 --> 00:34:06.736
Our
00:34:07.570 --> 00:34:08.650
the only girl, she's the
00:34:08.650 --> 00:34:09.050
only girl, the
00:34:09.056 --> 00:34:10.396
only woman on the, the crew.
00:34:10.396 --> 00:34:11.476
Her name is Celine.
00:34:11.476 --> 00:34:11.865
Okay.
00:34:12.195 --> 00:34:17.956
And she's like, I'm a woman on a crew, but I have to fight for my spot, so I'm gonna act like a man and wear pants and I don't wear dresses.
00:34:17.956 --> 00:34:20.565
And I'm like, I have knives and I stab people.
00:34:20.596 --> 00:34:20.956
Sure.
00:34:20.960 --> 00:34:21.331
And she,
00:34:22.331 --> 00:34:26.650
she's like, you know, I'm only gonna reveal myself to the men I kill at the very last second.
00:34:26.650 --> 00:34:29.365
So I can see in their face that they got beat best by a girl.
00:34:29.465 --> 00:34:29.965
Oh, okay.
00:34:30.885 --> 00:34:32.561
I was like the Irish pirate queen.
00:34:32.681 --> 00:34:32.831
Yeah.
00:34:32.891 --> 00:34:33.431
Yeah.
00:34:33.670 --> 00:34:40.030
And she comes into, she's like, oh my God, Eric's making me take care of you because we both have boobs and.
00:34:40.425 --> 00:34:41.806
Well, she literally says salad.
00:34:42.646 --> 00:34:49.996
I, she, we both have boobs and, um, and Olivia's like, um, maybe we could be friends.
00:34:49.996 --> 00:34:51.525
And she's like, no, gross.
00:34:52.456 --> 00:34:52.965
I like her.
00:34:52.965 --> 00:34:54.496
I think I like Sha.
00:34:54.585 --> 00:34:55.545
You would like SLE.
00:34:56.385 --> 00:34:57.465
And, um,
00:34:58.465 --> 00:34:58.630
poor Olivia.
00:34:58.710 --> 00:34:59.936
I feel like something else happens.
00:34:59.936 --> 00:35:00.266
I don't know.
00:35:00.266 --> 00:35:00.686
There's.
00:35:01.025 --> 00:35:06.965
Definitely moments in the cabin where Eric comes to be like, all right, this is the deal.
00:35:06.965 --> 00:35:09.425
And she's like, no, I'm not gonna be a prisoner.
00:35:09.425 --> 00:35:11.315
And he is like, you are grow.
00:35:11.315 --> 00:35:13.925
Literally dark growl eyes darken.
00:35:13.985 --> 00:35:14.315
Oh, to
00:35:14.556 --> 00:35:15.635
shove you against the wall.
00:35:15.635 --> 00:35:15.936
You're yard.
00:35:15.936 --> 00:35:16.115
He's like,
00:35:16.115 --> 00:35:16.175
jaw
00:35:16.175 --> 00:35:16.835
Kind of T touches.
00:35:16.835 --> 00:35:17.315
Yeah.
00:35:17.451 --> 00:35:18.101
Lala cool.
00:35:18.101 --> 00:35:19.221
Pooling in the core.
00:35:19.661 --> 00:35:19.900
Yeah.
00:35:19.900 --> 00:35:20.021
Yes.
00:35:21.021 --> 00:35:22.121
The pooling in the core.
00:35:22.420 --> 00:35:22.920
Ah, yes.
00:35:23.920 --> 00:35:24.431
Right.
00:35:24.490 --> 00:35:25.721
So that all too familiar.
00:35:26.721 --> 00:35:28.670
Oh my god, my core.
00:35:28.820 --> 00:35:29.481
He growled so
00:35:29.990 --> 00:35:30.501
embarrassing
00:35:30.501 --> 00:35:31.010
for both
00:35:31.010 --> 00:35:31.701
of them, honestly.
00:35:31.706 --> 00:35:38.945
Like I just very embarrassed for both of them, especially him, because it's like, just do it.
00:35:38.945 --> 00:35:41.195
Then dude, like, what are you playing around with?
00:35:41.195 --> 00:35:41.585
Wait, why
00:35:41.585 --> 00:35:41.675
are you?
00:35:42.126 --> 00:35:44.860
He's like, oh yeah, well, I'm like super gonna torture you now.
00:35:45.001 --> 00:35:45.231
You know?
00:35:45.635 --> 00:35:46.385
And she is like.
00:35:46.971 --> 00:35:48.021
This is my personal
00:35:48.021 --> 00:35:48.650
perception of it.
00:35:49.251 --> 00:35:52.251
And then he like leaves and he's like, I think I really scared her.
00:35:52.371 --> 00:35:57.891
But then he's like thinking about her all night, like he's on his diary, like so like Olivia and Eric.
00:35:58.891 --> 00:36:01.201
And then he's like, do you think like he goes to sleep?
00:36:01.201 --> 00:36:03.090
And he's like, so like, does she say anything about me?
00:36:04.090 --> 00:36:08.376
And then he goes back and he's like, and, and I am not even kidding about the torturing part.
00:36:08.376 --> 00:36:08.436
No.
00:36:08.885 --> 00:36:09.965
And I'm gonna do it.
00:36:10.130 --> 00:36:11.585
And she's like, well, why don't you?
00:36:11.585 --> 00:36:13.311
And he's like, I am.
00:36:13.510 --> 00:36:15.936
I am gonna, that's what I think has happened.
00:36:15.936 --> 00:36:17.045
That's exactly what happen.
00:36:17.045 --> 00:36:17.315
Right.
00:36:18.096 --> 00:36:18.936
Did you read it?
00:36:18.936 --> 00:36:19.715
I thought you read it.
00:36:19.715 --> 00:36:20.016
Yeah.
00:36:20.016 --> 00:36:21.126
So then what happens is,
00:36:22.126 --> 00:36:29.476
um, but for some reason, uh, Sali or Olivia, I think it's just'cause he is like, if you're gonna be on this ship, you're gonna work.
00:36:29.505 --> 00:36:29.565
Yeah.
00:36:29.596 --> 00:36:31.786
So she gets assigned to help the cook.
00:36:31.911 --> 00:36:31.920
Okay.
00:36:32.476 --> 00:36:33.315
Who is
00:36:33.315 --> 00:36:34.246
Treasure Island?
00:36:34.306 --> 00:36:34.396
Yes,
00:36:34.791 --> 00:36:34.990
I know.
00:36:34.990 --> 00:36:35.710
That's all I thought.
00:36:35.996 --> 00:36:41.025
I was like, and he is like, he is this, he can't speak properly.
00:36:41.085 --> 00:36:41.175
Mm-hmm.
00:36:42.045 --> 00:36:51.496
Um, he speaks in like, he's like foxes, foxes run through holes and, and jumping into the stars is like how he says things.
00:36:51.826 --> 00:36:54.675
The, well, the character from Trusts of the Emerald seat.
00:36:54.675 --> 00:36:56.175
But then I realized when I read that,
00:36:56.235 --> 00:36:56.385
oh,
00:36:56.385 --> 00:36:56.835
sorry.
00:36:56.865 --> 00:36:58.335
Hoy, it's really
00:36:59.335 --> 00:37:01.376
giy, it kind of gives Hoy from trusts of the Emerald seat.
00:37:01.376 --> 00:37:01.840
Oh yeah,
00:37:01.911 --> 00:37:02.965
yeah, yeah.
00:37:02.965 --> 00:37:03.626
I see that.
00:37:03.630 --> 00:37:03.800
Mm-hmm.
00:37:04.101 --> 00:37:10.905
Um, and she, but she does end up being like, I kind of like this guy and the cook that is Yeah.
00:37:10.965 --> 00:37:11.505
The cook.
00:37:11.565 --> 00:37:18.945
And she's like, we kind of get along and he does want, she starts to understand his, the strength way he talks.
00:37:18.945 --> 00:37:19.065
Oh, nice.
00:37:19.096 --> 00:37:21.766
And he kind of warns her about things.
00:37:21.795 --> 00:37:23.606
Oh, he sees her, um, he.
00:37:24.300 --> 00:37:27.331
Uh, talisman, uh, burn essentially.
00:37:27.601 --> 00:37:34.771
And he is like, warns her in his language, like, don't let the other, um, foxes see it or something like that, essentially.
00:37:34.920 --> 00:37:35.490
Fascinating.
00:37:35.581 --> 00:37:37.201
Um, and then it feels like
00:37:37.201 --> 00:37:38.521
parts to the Caribbean a little bit.
00:37:38.701 --> 00:37:38.791
Mm-hmm.
00:37:39.451 --> 00:37:44.521
And then, um, something happens and, yeah.
00:37:44.820 --> 00:37:47.501
You guys didn't even talk about part I made just realized.
00:37:47.536 --> 00:37:47.835
Go ahead.
00:37:47.840 --> 00:37:48.701
Talk about the drink Life.
00:37:48.701 --> 00:37:49.210
Spark notes.
00:37:49.210 --> 00:37:49.931
What happens next?
00:37:50.931 --> 00:37:51.621
This drink
00:37:52.340 --> 00:37:52.911
I drink
00:37:53.146 --> 00:37:53.766
was so good.
00:37:53.806 --> 00:37:53.925
I
00:37:53.925 --> 00:37:54.246
think we all,
00:37:55.246 --> 00:37:56.130
it was blue.
00:37:56.221 --> 00:37:56.371
It
00:37:56.376 --> 00:37:57.690
it like the ever sea
00:37:57.721 --> 00:37:58.351
don't have though,
00:37:58.471 --> 00:37:58.831
right?
00:37:59.161 --> 00:37:59.670
Uh, yeah.
00:37:59.670 --> 00:38:00.121
The idea.
00:38:01.121 --> 00:38:01.621
The idea, it was the idea.
00:38:01.945 --> 00:38:05.096
Maybe it's more ness to it than bright, dark
00:38:05.096 --> 00:38:05.576
blue.
00:38:05.576 --> 00:38:06.505
Like a dark, scary,
00:38:06.505 --> 00:38:08.786
really dark originally.
00:38:08.786 --> 00:38:09.115
Yeah.
00:38:09.115 --> 00:38:10.076
I liked the color.
00:38:10.451 --> 00:38:14.456
Color, you know, was saying that it should have been more like blood in the water or something.
00:38:14.876 --> 00:38:23.260
I should, I should have taken that my, I just, I didn't want it to be like the last, the last drink that we did, I was like, it's gonna get repetitive if we keep doing water and blood.
00:38:23.710 --> 00:38:24.746
But water and, and blood is like.
00:38:25.061 --> 00:38:26.201
So great.
00:38:27.201 --> 00:38:27.690
Anyways,
00:38:28.266 --> 00:38:28.925
I forgot to
00:38:28.925 --> 00:38:29.135
say
00:38:29.135 --> 00:38:30.905
we were, Villa also had water and
00:38:30.905 --> 00:38:32.746
blood part.
00:38:32.746 --> 00:38:32.985
That's
00:38:32.985 --> 00:38:39.675
why I made it like just saying, when they like went under water in the ship from the other place, he's like, you're gonna have to kiss me if you want air.
00:38:39.766 --> 00:38:40.065
Oh
00:38:40.065 --> 00:38:40.155
yeah.
00:38:40.876 --> 00:38:41.925
She was like, no.
00:38:41.925 --> 00:38:43.065
And he was like, fine.
00:38:43.065 --> 00:38:44.385
Then you'll just die without air.
00:38:44.385 --> 00:38:45.945
Except for Faye can't die.
00:38:45.945 --> 00:38:47.206
It's just really painful.
00:38:47.206 --> 00:38:49.365
Like with, they can't die from not having air.
00:38:49.726 --> 00:38:51.135
Um, it's just really painful.
00:38:51.135 --> 00:38:52.545
And so then she's like, oh, okay.
00:38:52.545 --> 00:38:54.106
I guess I'll kiss you this whole time.
00:38:54.286 --> 00:38:55.815
All stricken to air,
00:38:56.295 --> 00:38:56.626
but I
00:38:56.630 --> 00:38:56.981
don't think I hate,
00:38:57.081 --> 00:39:01.036
but it Was there a thing where she was a little bit different because she's half human?
00:39:01.186 --> 00:39:01.780
She's like a little
00:39:01.780 --> 00:39:02.416
bit, no,
00:39:02.416 --> 00:39:02.985
not her.
00:39:02.985 --> 00:39:03.585
Her mom.
00:39:03.585 --> 00:39:03.706
Her
00:39:03.706 --> 00:39:04.155
mom.
00:39:04.635 --> 00:39:05.865
Not like other Faye.
00:39:05.865 --> 00:39:09.326
Um, oh, wait, no, she is, her mom is low
00:39:09.326 --> 00:39:09.655
human.
00:39:10.286 --> 00:39:11.155
Her mom's fully human.
00:39:11.215 --> 00:39:11.516
Okay.
00:39:11.516 --> 00:39:14.215
Then yeah, she is half human and that's why she had to kiss him, I think.
00:39:14.215 --> 00:39:14.396
Yeah.
00:39:14.516 --> 00:39:14.726
Yeah.
00:39:15.175 --> 00:39:17.755
Because regular Faye could go through, but she's half human.
00:39:18.755 --> 00:39:19.351
Um, I'm
00:39:19.351 --> 00:39:19.650
trying
00:39:19.650 --> 00:39:21.360
to remember, what is this?
00:39:21.360 --> 00:39:23.041
Sorry, everyone has to hear me suffer.
00:39:23.041 --> 00:39:24.661
I'm trying to plug in my computer.
00:39:25.661 --> 00:39:28.451
Can some, you could ask for help actually,
00:39:28.451 --> 00:39:29.260
no, I didn't want to.
00:39:29.260 --> 00:39:30.280
I didn't wanna interrupt you guys.
00:39:30.280 --> 00:39:34.221
And then I realized that groaning into the, is probably gonna be distracting.
00:39:35.001 --> 00:39:36.050
Um, so
00:39:36.141 --> 00:39:41.630
you might see live birth if something sees on her knees or much.
00:39:42.630 --> 00:39:44.521
Oh my God, it's happening right now.
00:39:44.641 --> 00:39:44.731
What?
00:39:44.731 --> 00:39:46.666
Is he live birth?
00:39:46.666 --> 00:39:49.396
Are you plugging in your computer theater
00:39:50.396 --> 00:39:50.726
such a
00:39:50.726 --> 00:39:51.115
trouble
00:39:51.115 --> 00:39:51.596
maker?
00:39:52.596 --> 00:39:53.496
If my water broken?
00:39:53.496 --> 00:39:57.516
I was like, I think we can probably still finish this episode because I would,
00:39:57.726 --> 00:39:58.896
you would, you really would.
00:39:58.956 --> 00:40:00.036
I really, really, really would.
00:40:00.576 --> 00:40:01.356
Oh my God.
00:40:02.356 --> 00:40:03.581
What fun distractions This has been.
00:40:04.581 --> 00:40:05.900
I don't even remember this book.
00:40:05.900 --> 00:40:06.650
Let's stop here.
00:40:07.650 --> 00:40:08.431
And boom.
00:40:08.521 --> 00:40:10.166
Right after I got back with the charge,
00:40:10.166 --> 00:40:13.436
I remember this next book that something happens.
00:40:13.496 --> 00:40:14.965
No, something happens
00:40:14.996 --> 00:40:15.445
at some point
00:40:16.445 --> 00:40:20.195
that they, they go to an island, one of his islands.
00:40:20.226 --> 00:40:20.315
Mm-hmm.
00:40:20.465 --> 00:40:21.606
I'm sure I'm skipping apart.
00:40:21.996 --> 00:40:22.371
One his
00:40:22.376 --> 00:40:22.746
islands.
00:40:22.775 --> 00:40:22.806
Okay.
00:40:22.806 --> 00:40:27.876
They end of that, one of his, well he's, he's the king of the whole ever sea and made up of islands.
00:40:28.146 --> 00:40:28.706
Right, right, right, right, right.
00:40:28.746 --> 00:40:33.951
They go to the one of the islands and Andia sees, sees That's
00:40:34.565 --> 00:40:37.206
clock that he's the king of the sea and it's made up of Islands.
00:40:37.206 --> 00:40:37.646
Islands.
00:40:37.876 --> 00:40:38.166
Okay.
00:40:39.166 --> 00:40:39.516
Ghost.
00:40:40.516 --> 00:40:42.556
He's standing on being the king.
00:40:43.556 --> 00:40:43.766
Okay.
00:40:43.766 --> 00:40:44.005
Sorry.
00:40:44.905 --> 00:40:45.175
Anyways,
00:40:46.175 --> 00:40:49.266
um, they ended up on one of the islands and he's like, then he.
00:40:49.681 --> 00:40:50.940
Torture someone for some reason.
00:40:50.940 --> 00:40:51.121
Totally.
00:40:51.121 --> 00:40:52.201
And she's like, that's horrible.
00:40:52.201 --> 00:40:54.061
But I kind of get it and it's a little bit hot.
00:40:54.065 --> 00:40:54.266
Yeah.
00:40:54.606 --> 00:40:55.585
Um, and then, then she
00:40:55.585 --> 00:40:56.945
has like this dark little I inside.
00:40:57.030 --> 00:40:57.240
Yeah.
00:40:57.240 --> 00:40:58.170
She's also always
00:40:58.170 --> 00:40:59.266
like, I kind of like
00:40:59.490 --> 00:41:01.860
monologuing in her brain where she's like, I'm kind of,
00:41:02.280 --> 00:41:06.210
I kinda wanna do that to some, I want to hurt someone actually like that.
00:41:06.210 --> 00:41:08.130
Like, and she's like, I kind wanna hurt him, but like,
00:41:08.760 --> 00:41:10.800
she's like, I've always been good, but maybe I'm bad.
00:41:11.280 --> 00:41:11.521
Maybe.
00:41:11.521 --> 00:41:11.731
Yeah.
00:41:11.731 --> 00:41:14.940
I like how they're both say this, what a great combo for, she's
00:41:14.940 --> 00:41:17.550
like, I've always been good, but maybe I wanna be bad.
00:41:17.971 --> 00:41:23.820
And then they're at this island and she sees the plague essentially that's plaguing the island and killing them.
00:41:23.820 --> 00:41:26.010
And she's like, she just touches it.
00:41:26.041 --> 00:41:27.721
She's like, I wonder like what this is.
00:41:27.931 --> 00:41:29.971
And she feels this darkness is, I like, ah.
00:41:30.001 --> 00:41:31.800
But she has earth magic essentially.
00:41:31.981 --> 00:41:34.141
And she ends up making this flower grow.
00:41:34.141 --> 00:41:35.670
And he's like, how did you do that?
00:41:35.670 --> 00:41:35.905
How you fix it?
00:41:35.905 --> 00:41:37.291
She fix, it's like, I just touched it.
00:41:37.295 --> 00:41:37.425
Like.
00:41:38.090 --> 00:41:39.471
You know, it's what I do bra.
00:41:39.621 --> 00:41:41.150
And he's like, well do it again.
00:41:41.271 --> 00:41:42.320
And then she does it again.
00:41:42.320 --> 00:41:44.541
And he is like, oh my gosh, she's the cure to my,
00:41:44.541 --> 00:41:45.260
she's going to
00:41:45.260 --> 00:41:46.791
thank you my broken heart.
00:41:46.791 --> 00:41:47.210
Save everything.
00:41:47.210 --> 00:41:48.621
He is like, can you do all this?
00:41:48.621 --> 00:41:56.661
And so she works really hard and then he, she was like almost falling over'cause she's exhausted and then he holds her hand and then she gets all this more power and she goes on more.
00:41:57.561 --> 00:41:57.650
Oh my
00:41:57.650 --> 00:41:57.661
God.
00:41:57.710 --> 00:42:02.820
Um, and then they both finished and they just lie there paning, because it was
00:42:03.331 --> 00:42:05.460
not that kind though.
00:42:06.030 --> 00:42:06.751
They just finished
00:42:06.755 --> 00:42:07.235
their task.
00:42:07.275 --> 00:42:07.396
I
00:42:07.396 --> 00:42:07.916
got the image.
00:42:07.985 --> 00:42:08.275
Yeah.
00:42:08.485 --> 00:42:09.195
Their task.
00:42:09.295 --> 00:42:09.715
Mm-hmm.
00:42:10.715 --> 00:42:11.826
Wow, this is crazy.
00:42:11.976 --> 00:42:12.096
And, uh,
00:42:13.096 --> 00:42:16.096
this is a very accurate representation of this book.
00:42:16.396 --> 00:42:17.621
I think I'm getting it up
00:42:18.030 --> 00:42:18.380
tough.
00:42:18.601 --> 00:42:18.976
I'm feeling
00:42:19.246 --> 00:42:20.715
lost that I, okay, so
00:42:20.715 --> 00:42:21.405
the end of goal,
00:42:21.826 --> 00:42:24.315
like you, he missed some vital inform I might have.
00:42:24.315 --> 00:42:28.635
I go to his, the kingdom or to like the, in like the pa like where she goes.
00:42:28.635 --> 00:42:28.666
Oh,
00:42:28.666 --> 00:42:29.806
they go to the, it's the only one bed.
00:42:29.806 --> 00:42:31.485
It's the only one bed they go to in first.
00:42:31.485 --> 00:42:31.905
No.
00:42:31.905 --> 00:42:34.221
So not, I mean, but,
00:42:34.920 --> 00:42:36.360
but, but,
00:42:37.300 --> 00:42:42.485
so they go to the Inn because he has to talk to this, not Narva, not what's her name?
00:42:43.485 --> 00:42:44.115
Navarra.
00:42:44.175 --> 00:42:44.806
Navarra.
00:42:44.806 --> 00:42:46.275
Maybe n Long.
00:42:46.545 --> 00:42:47.686
It's like the Sea Witch.
00:42:47.686 --> 00:42:50.056
He's like, oh my gosh, I have to, to talk to her.
00:42:50.146 --> 00:42:52.746
The Sea Witch, ugh, Ural, I hate talking to.
00:42:52.806 --> 00:42:55.630
And everyone's like, don't you not ever wanna talk to her again?
00:42:55.630 --> 00:42:57.610
And he's like, yeah, but I have to, what are they?
00:42:57.610 --> 00:42:58.090
Exes?
00:42:58.090 --> 00:42:58.751
And so.
00:42:58.811 --> 00:43:00.490
Something similar.
00:43:00.521 --> 00:43:00.760
Okay.
00:43:01.030 --> 00:43:02.110
But not at all.
00:43:03.110 --> 00:43:04.130
It's literally not at all.
00:43:04.130 --> 00:43:04.340
Wait.
00:43:04.400 --> 00:43:04.856
Oh, okay.
00:43:05.096 --> 00:43:06.536
I was like, wait, now I'm scared.
00:43:06.755 --> 00:43:07.641
You have a history.
00:43:07.820 --> 00:43:11.371
Is she his mother closer family?
00:43:11.371 --> 00:43:13.681
There's no incest in this book.
00:43:14.041 --> 00:43:14.251
Okay.
00:43:14.251 --> 00:43:16.021
There's a lot of other stuff, but not that.
00:43:16.590 --> 00:43:17.641
That's where we draw the lines.
00:43:18.641 --> 00:43:18.931
Good
00:43:18.936 --> 00:43:19.045
in.
00:43:19.045 --> 00:43:19.766
Sounds good.
00:43:19.976 --> 00:43:20.545
Remember that
00:43:20.545 --> 00:43:22.376
season that was just all about insect?
00:43:22.376 --> 00:43:22.465
Yeah.
00:43:23.465 --> 00:43:26.556
So people definitely thought we did that on purpose, I'm sure
00:43:26.556 --> 00:43:27.246
for some reason.
00:43:27.246 --> 00:43:27.365
Sure.
00:43:27.516 --> 00:43:28.266
It just kept happening.
00:43:28.266 --> 00:43:28.596
That was
00:43:28.596 --> 00:43:29.195
so bad.
00:43:29.195 --> 00:43:30.036
This isn't that.
00:43:30.065 --> 00:43:31.385
This is everything but that.
00:43:31.385 --> 00:43:40.445
So he goes to this place where there's this inn and he goes up to talk to Naza if we're saying the name correctly, and he's like, she might be the cure aunt to this.
00:43:40.806 --> 00:43:44.045
And she's like, she clearly hates him.
00:43:44.045 --> 00:43:47.195
And he clearly is like, you made my life horrible.
00:43:47.405 --> 00:43:48.996
And he is like, whatever, grandmother.
00:43:48.996 --> 00:43:49.715
And then leaves, ah.
00:43:50.715 --> 00:43:50.835
Mm-hmm.
00:43:51.195 --> 00:44:00.016
And um, then he goes back down to find, he had left a couple of the shipmates and, um, Olivia downstairs at the tavern.
00:44:00.286 --> 00:44:03.286
And at the tavern was a me man.
00:44:03.826 --> 00:44:04.306
Um, okay.
00:44:04.846 --> 00:44:05.385
Siren.
00:44:05.385 --> 00:44:05.686
Siren.
00:44:05.686 --> 00:44:06.760
There's a difference, I guess.
00:44:06.760 --> 00:44:06.960
Oh,
00:44:06.960 --> 00:44:07.400
there is a
00:44:07.400 --> 00:44:07.601
difference.
00:44:07.606 --> 00:44:15.376
Um, who was singing, uh, and he entrances Olivia and she's just like, I wanna have sex with you now.
00:44:15.376 --> 00:44:16.786
And everything and anything.
00:44:16.786 --> 00:44:16.876
She's
00:44:16.876 --> 00:44:17.481
so hot.
00:44:17.485 --> 00:44:21.856
And he and Eric comes down and he's like, what are you doing?
00:44:21.945 --> 00:44:23.536
And he's like, I'm gonna kill you.
00:44:23.536 --> 00:44:24.465
Leave her alone.
00:44:24.465 --> 00:44:25.635
And then he's like.
00:44:26.311 --> 00:44:26.971
Get her away.
00:44:26.971 --> 00:44:30.481
Lock her in this room because she's just horny as can be now.
00:44:31.141 --> 00:44:33.090
And he is like, don't worry, I'll calm her down.
00:44:34.090 --> 00:44:34.990
You sure will.
00:44:35.860 --> 00:44:36.391
Sure will.
00:44:36.860 --> 00:44:39.150
This, we have to save her from her own ny
00:44:39.380 --> 00:44:41.036
lock himself in the room with her.
00:44:41.545 --> 00:44:42.025
Oh.
00:44:42.025 --> 00:44:43.516
When he be
00:44:43.760 --> 00:44:44.181
borderline
00:44:44.181 --> 00:44:45.800
like incredibly
00:44:46.186 --> 00:44:46.675
clothes.
00:44:46.835 --> 00:44:48.471
I want you inside of me.
00:44:49.471 --> 00:44:50.521
So convenient.
00:44:51.396 --> 00:44:51.615
Wow.
00:44:52.615 --> 00:44:52.905
What
00:44:53.905 --> 00:44:55.106
people, I can calm her down.
00:44:55.585 --> 00:44:55.916
Eric.
00:44:55.916 --> 00:44:56.126
Eric
00:44:56.936 --> 00:44:58.646
is not calm for sure.
00:44:58.646 --> 00:45:00.686
We'd not consider him a calm presence.
00:45:00.865 --> 00:45:01.766
Oh my God.
00:45:01.766 --> 00:45:01.856
No.
00:45:01.856 --> 00:45:03.505
I have not been getting that image from him.
00:45:04.405 --> 00:45:08.376
And, um, do they actually, I don't think they actually have, I don't think they have
00:45:08.411 --> 00:45:09.385
actually get all the way there.
00:45:09.445 --> 00:45:09.565
No,
00:45:09.565 --> 00:45:09.626
they
00:45:09.626 --> 00:45:10.346
get pretty close.
00:45:10.675 --> 00:45:11.425
They don't get all the way there.
00:45:11.485 --> 00:45:13.795
I think he gets some sort of conscience.
00:45:14.036 --> 00:45:14.335
Yeah.
00:45:14.365 --> 00:45:14.876
So kind
00:45:14.876 --> 00:45:19.706
of like does he kind, he really wants her to like him, but also he's also like, but you can't.
00:45:20.306 --> 00:45:23.846
Also, I still have to kill your father, torture you and kill your father.
00:45:24.115 --> 00:45:25.166
He doesn't know what he wants.
00:45:25.315 --> 00:45:25.945
Yeah, exactly.
00:45:25.945 --> 00:45:28.826
Well, it's like your father killed my father and I must avenge my father.
00:45:28.826 --> 00:45:33.835
So, um, and he's like, but does he kill the siren?
00:45:33.835 --> 00:45:36.416
Or he is just like, I will kill you if you ever do anything.
00:45:36.565 --> 00:45:37.706
I feel like he kills the siren.
00:45:37.706 --> 00:45:37.735
I
00:45:37.740 --> 00:45:38.425
feel like he kills
00:45:38.425 --> 00:45:38.666
him.
00:45:39.175 --> 00:45:39.715
Um,
00:45:39.715 --> 00:45:40.585
I mean, why not?
00:45:41.585 --> 00:45:42.516
So then that's fine.
00:45:42.516 --> 00:45:43.115
He can kill him.
00:45:43.476 --> 00:45:44.496
He found out
00:45:44.496 --> 00:45:44.675
probably.
00:45:44.675 --> 00:45:45.215
Why not?
00:45:45.485 --> 00:45:46.146
I think he's,
00:45:46.150 --> 00:45:48.215
he's like a torturer, so like,
00:45:48.880 --> 00:45:50.226
I don't think he really like cares.
00:45:50.226 --> 00:45:50.286
Yeah.
00:45:50.920 --> 00:45:50.931
I
00:45:51.606 --> 00:45:53.226
can't imagine why he wouldn't.
00:45:53.735 --> 00:45:58.056
He's like, you know, I love torturing, but I draw the line at Killing Mermaid.
00:45:59.056 --> 00:45:59.065
Exactly.
00:45:59.065 --> 00:46:00.585
I seduce my beloved,
00:46:01.246 --> 00:46:01.786
who I can't
00:46:01.786 --> 00:46:01.965
even
00:46:01.965 --> 00:46:03.255
admit is my beloved.
00:46:03.465 --> 00:46:03.795
Like,
00:46:03.795 --> 00:46:09.465
so then they go to and we're like missing a huge character this whole time that's been there that we haven't mentioned
00:46:09.570 --> 00:46:09.771
Larson.
00:46:10.695 --> 00:46:11.445
Is that his name?
00:46:11.445 --> 00:46:11.746
Yeah.
00:46:11.835 --> 00:46:12.315
Okay.
00:46:12.315 --> 00:46:12.795
Larson.
00:46:13.021 --> 00:46:13.181
Larson.
00:46:13.181 --> 00:46:14.715
Lars is one of his.
00:46:15.376 --> 00:46:18.286
Yeah, because Tate Larson, Tate is his half, or his cousin Tates.
00:46:18.286 --> 00:46:18.675
His cousin
00:46:18.675 --> 00:46:20.295
Larson does not feel like he belongs in
00:46:20.295 --> 00:46:27.195
his, so Larson, Larson is uh, one of his ship, it's not shipmates, his crew.
00:46:27.195 --> 00:46:27.286
Mm-hmm.
00:46:27.556 --> 00:46:27.766
It's
00:46:27.766 --> 00:46:28.396
like one of Tate,
00:46:28.400 --> 00:46:29.115
his main crew.
00:46:29.146 --> 00:46:29.356
Yeah.
00:46:29.356 --> 00:46:32.115
And Tate is one of his main crew people.
00:46:32.175 --> 00:46:36.746
And I, Larson and Eric are really bad names for characters in this book.
00:46:36.835 --> 00:46:38.335
Well, it's very Viking s
00:46:38.335 --> 00:46:38.876
they really
00:46:39.206 --> 00:46:39.896
pulled into the vi
00:46:40.255 --> 00:46:45.746
It's that, so like they're pirates, like they have, but like everybody who's.
00:46:46.271 --> 00:46:55.121
In the like Earth world is very Viking coated and so then there's some overlap if it like it makes sense within
00:46:55.871 --> 00:46:56.021
Worlds.
00:46:56.021 --> 00:46:56.800
That's I got from the
00:46:56.800 --> 00:46:57.400
Sea.
00:46:57.731 --> 00:47:01.601
He is, but she pulls a lot of Viking like Well, the Vikings
00:47:02.081 --> 00:47:03.521
were ocean fairs.
00:47:03.521 --> 00:47:03.670
Yes.
00:47:03.670 --> 00:47:05.860
And they were pirates essentially.
00:47:05.920 --> 00:47:07.751
Like they did loot and
00:47:08.561 --> 00:47:09.221
everything and stuff.
00:47:09.221 --> 00:47:11.530
I mean, Larson is still kind of a Dweeby name though.
00:47:11.831 --> 00:47:12.490
It's still very Dwe.
00:47:12.880 --> 00:47:14.530
Well, there might be a reason.
00:47:14.800 --> 00:47:15.400
Is he a dweeb?
00:47:15.851 --> 00:47:17.380
There might be a reason.
00:47:17.456 --> 00:47:17.675
Is
00:47:17.681 --> 00:47:17.891
is he gay?
00:47:17.891 --> 00:47:18.596
Well, let's explain the,
00:47:19.596 --> 00:47:19.775
see
00:47:19.775 --> 00:47:21.246
all gay guys are dweebs.
00:47:21.246 --> 00:47:22.385
We all know that.
00:47:23.195 --> 00:47:24.846
Listen, all four of my brothers,
00:47:25.371 --> 00:47:25.661
okay.
00:47:26.420 --> 00:47:29.701
I feel like I speak from experience, I speak for the gay.
00:47:29.800 --> 00:47:30.661
I'm not trying to put you
00:47:30.661 --> 00:47:30.860
guys
00:47:31.085 --> 00:47:33.036
in a box, but I mean
00:47:34.036 --> 00:47:34.740
she's like, oh, he is gay.
00:47:35.740 --> 00:47:36.190
Out to ca,
00:47:36.521 --> 00:47:37.300
cj, Patrick, and.
00:47:38.300 --> 00:47:38.960
Oh my God.
00:47:39.271 --> 00:47:40.001
Well, I dunno.
00:47:40.360 --> 00:47:42.115
I said like, are they tweets?
00:47:42.536 --> 00:47:44.815
And you were like, no, but it was like there was something else.
00:47:45.815 --> 00:47:45.936
I
00:47:45.940 --> 00:47:47.135
like what else could be going on?
00:47:47.235 --> 00:47:47.735
Bad tweets.
00:47:47.735 --> 00:47:48.016
You're good?
00:47:48.215 --> 00:47:48.226
Yeah.
00:47:49.226 --> 00:47:50.516
Wait, so what is going on?
00:47:50.576 --> 00:47:50.905
Tell me.
00:47:50.905 --> 00:47:51.085
He's,
00:47:51.235 --> 00:47:52.525
I can't tell you yet.
00:47:52.585 --> 00:47:53.275
My god.
00:47:54.275 --> 00:47:54.576
Gay.
00:47:54.576 --> 00:47:56.646
It's literally the end of the book reveal.
00:47:56.646 --> 00:47:56.735
Mm-hmm.
00:47:57.096 --> 00:47:59.525
All right, well then what else happens after do this?
00:47:59.615 --> 00:48:00.726
I feel like I'm over it already.
00:48:00.936 --> 00:48:01.686
I'm not over it.
00:48:01.686 --> 00:48:02.945
I just want us to keep going.
00:48:03.516 --> 00:48:14.016
Um, so yeah, there's Tate, which is his cousin, and we find out somewhere around now, like in the middle-ish, that he and his cousin used to be really close.
00:48:14.076 --> 00:48:14.166
Mm-hmm.
00:48:15.166 --> 00:48:15.615
Okay.
00:48:15.615 --> 00:48:16.905
And now they're not.
00:48:17.505 --> 00:48:18.346
They're not because
00:48:18.346 --> 00:48:20.085
you are not invited to my birthday party, Kate.
00:48:20.670 --> 00:48:21.150
Well, he still,
00:48:21.150 --> 00:48:22.291
everyone else in the crew is invited.
00:48:22.291 --> 00:48:22.561
Not you.
00:48:22.650 --> 00:48:23.130
Not you.
00:48:23.581 --> 00:48:25.710
I didn't even wanna come to your stupid birthday party, Eric.
00:48:26.521 --> 00:48:27.630
God, you're the worst.
00:48:27.900 --> 00:48:28.201
Well
00:48:28.201 --> 00:48:30.570
all you do is like torture people and I see that every day anyways.
00:48:30.570 --> 00:48:31.411
It's like not fun.
00:48:31.471 --> 00:48:31.681
Yeah.
00:48:31.681 --> 00:48:32.911
Besides you were totally adopted.
00:48:32.911 --> 00:48:35.161
Stupid ass birthday party give a shit.
00:48:36.161 --> 00:48:37.090
That's what Tate's saying.
00:48:37.181 --> 00:48:37.271
Mm-hmm.
00:48:37.811 --> 00:48:38.530
So Tate's,
00:48:38.590 --> 00:48:42.791
me and Larson are gonna hang out and they're like, okay, Larson wasn't invited either.
00:48:43.791 --> 00:48:44.601
Larson's gay.
00:48:44.601 --> 00:48:44.840
So
00:48:45.840 --> 00:48:48.485
Lar is actually homophobic my gay
00:48:48.545 --> 00:48:48.965
friend.
00:48:49.965 --> 00:48:50.255
Okay.
00:48:51.081 --> 00:48:57.655
Sometimes I remember that you guys are just like, your whole picture of this book is from the words outta my mouth right now.
00:48:58.655 --> 00:49:01.235
I like this world that we're drawing together.
00:49:01.235 --> 00:49:02.135
I really, yeah.
00:49:02.141 --> 00:49:02.291
Like
00:49:02.795 --> 00:49:04.210
I can't wait to meet my
00:49:04.210 --> 00:49:04.291
day.
00:49:04.400 --> 00:49:05.451
Best friend m Sorry,
00:49:05.590 --> 00:49:05.811
lj.
00:49:06.811 --> 00:49:07.721
Sorry, lj.
00:49:08.721 --> 00:49:10.090
Okay, so what's going on?
00:49:10.315 --> 00:49:23.326
Yeah, somewhere around the middle we hear that, um, Tate and, uh, Eric, our cousins, and they used to be really close, but Tate's father, so Eric's uncle raised Eric M.
00:49:23.326 --> 00:49:25.715
Tate after Eric's father was killed.
00:49:25.715 --> 00:49:29.795
And he was like, you have to be brutal because the like every.
00:49:30.530 --> 00:49:33.561
Every ever king ever has been brutal.
00:49:33.561 --> 00:49:33.650
Mm-hmm.
00:49:33.891 --> 00:49:34.701
Absolutely brutal.
00:49:34.731 --> 00:49:35.001
Mm-hmm.
00:49:35.090 --> 00:49:41.630
And so he was like, well, your dad's not here to torture you and make you become brutal, so I'm gonna torture you and make you become brutal.
00:49:41.900 --> 00:49:41.931
Oh.
00:49:41.960 --> 00:49:46.070
And part of the way I'm gonna torture you is by torturing your cousin who you like, who's my son.
00:49:46.610 --> 00:49:47.780
Um, and
00:49:48.081 --> 00:49:48.951
that's a lot of trauma.
00:49:49.041 --> 00:49:52.175
And, uh, until you do what you should do.
00:49:52.246 --> 00:49:52.536
Yeah.
00:49:52.550 --> 00:49:59.210
So Tate's like Tate has been tortured by his own father in order to make Eric a hardened king, that's really, they're bad.
00:49:59.960 --> 00:50:02.150
Then you found a little bit of a distance between
00:50:02.150 --> 00:50:02.240
them.
00:50:02.240 --> 00:50:03.501
Time, he's like, yeah.
00:50:03.501 --> 00:50:09.260
He goes, maybe he's upset that his father was killed and that he suspects me.
00:50:09.291 --> 00:50:10.400
He would be right.
00:50:10.896 --> 00:50:11.106
Oh
00:50:11.106 --> 00:50:11.945
yeah, because
00:50:12.036 --> 00:50:12.396
Eric
00:50:12.876 --> 00:50:13.146
killed
00:50:13.146 --> 00:50:13.715
his uncle,
00:50:13.715 --> 00:50:14.226
his uncle,
00:50:14.436 --> 00:50:15.096
good Tate's father.
00:50:15.755 --> 00:50:22.445
And so he's unclear if Tate knows that and he thinks that's the reason Tate is like mad with him and they don't get along.
00:50:22.715 --> 00:50:24.126
Dang, this is a lot,
00:50:24.275 --> 00:50:25.775
you know, I, it's a lot of family trauma.
00:50:25.775 --> 00:50:25.835
I'm
00:50:25.835 --> 00:50:28.746
sorry Tate, that I was too hasty.
00:50:28.925 --> 00:50:40.365
And at some point you also do find out, which again, I don't know where we are in the book anymore, you find out that his grandmother, um, za, who was the sea witch,'cause she's like the essentially kind of the
00:50:40.545 --> 00:50:41.775
why did you gesture to me?
00:50:42.766 --> 00:50:44.420
You're just the sea witch.
00:50:45.420 --> 00:50:45.541
The sea.
00:50:45.541 --> 00:50:46.965
So grandma, the sea witch,
00:50:47.965 --> 00:50:49.556
which part are you offended about
00:50:50.556 --> 00:50:51.135
the sandwich?
00:50:51.695 --> 00:50:52.576
I honestly don't know.
00:50:53.576 --> 00:50:57.896
Um, so the islands also have their own clams kind of thing?
00:50:58.226 --> 00:50:58.315
Yes.
00:50:58.376 --> 00:51:07.646
And there's like the island of like warriors and the island, the island of the sea witches is also the island of the like sirens and mermaids too.
00:51:08.306 --> 00:51:15.655
Um, and she, his grandma is kind of like the ruler of the sea witches, but they all answer to Eric Blooding.
00:51:15.865 --> 00:51:16.465
The ever king?
00:51:17.465 --> 00:51:17.795
Yes.
00:51:18.155 --> 00:51:18.365
Okay.
00:51:18.365 --> 00:51:18.396
Uh,
00:51:19.396 --> 00:51:19.911
Lord, there's blood.
00:51:20.295 --> 00:51:20.385
The
00:51:20.385 --> 00:51:20.746
ever king.
00:51:20.746 --> 00:51:20.835
It's
00:51:20.835 --> 00:51:21.286
like Lords
00:51:21.286 --> 00:51:21.465
and Lis.
00:51:21.465 --> 00:51:21.675
Yeah.
00:51:21.706 --> 00:51:21.945
Yeah.
00:51:21.945 --> 00:51:22.311
They're lord.
00:51:22.365 --> 00:51:24.760
So his grandmother is like the lady of, they're like
00:51:24.760 --> 00:51:25.306
nobility
00:51:25.755 --> 00:51:27.240
of the island of mist, I
00:51:27.240 --> 00:51:27.431
feel
00:51:27.431 --> 00:51:27.510
like.
00:51:27.581 --> 00:51:28.186
Yeah, I get
00:51:28.186 --> 00:51:28.275
it.
00:51:29.115 --> 00:51:47.056
Um, and so you find out essentially that he is, or she is his grandmother on his mother's side and she kind of abandoned him when his mother died to his brutal father.
00:51:47.115 --> 00:51:47.266
Yes.
00:51:47.715 --> 00:51:48.255
And what
00:51:48.255 --> 00:51:49.030
actually was his fault?
00:51:50.030 --> 00:51:50.481
Yeah.
00:51:50.570 --> 00:51:50.990
Yeah.
00:51:51.021 --> 00:51:53.661
So you find out, you find out in this book I still think too.
00:51:53.931 --> 00:51:54.056
I think
00:51:54.056 --> 00:51:54.215
so.
00:51:54.315 --> 00:52:18.141
So that, um, what happened was, what happened, what happened was, is that in order to make him brutal, his father was like his father poisoned himself and his mother with Eric's blood and was like, you only have time to sing one of us back to health Choose.
00:52:19.141 --> 00:52:23.021
And his mother was like, save your father.
00:52:23.106 --> 00:52:24.070
I, am I saying that right?
00:52:24.101 --> 00:52:24.340
No.
00:52:24.371 --> 00:52:24.851
Am I not?
00:52:25.150 --> 00:52:28.601
There was a reason that he saved his father instead of his mother.
00:52:28.661 --> 00:52:30.311
So he's like, I killed my mother.
00:52:31.311 --> 00:52:32.420
That's pretty bad.
00:52:32.420 --> 00:52:32.690
I dunno.
00:52:32.900 --> 00:52:36.201
He thinks he killed his mother because he chose his father over his mother.
00:52:36.260 --> 00:52:43.851
But there was a reason, and I feel like it was his mother was like, um, save your father or something, even though.
00:52:44.851 --> 00:52:45.240
Yeah.
00:52:45.780 --> 00:52:46.440
Well that's
00:52:46.440 --> 00:52:46.485
a lot
00:52:46.485 --> 00:52:46.516
of,
00:52:46.521 --> 00:52:47.161
lot of trauma
00:52:47.161 --> 00:52:47.880
for little Eric.
00:52:47.911 --> 00:52:48.300
Yeah.
00:52:48.300 --> 00:52:53.940
And so his, uh, his grandmother is like, you're gonna grow up to be your father.
00:52:53.945 --> 00:52:54.076
Mm-hmm.
00:52:54.081 --> 00:52:57.690
And so I'm abandoning you because you're horrible, just like your father.
00:52:58.195 --> 00:52:58.206
Okay.
00:52:59.206 --> 00:53:00.976
And so they don't, that's bad.
00:53:00.976 --> 00:53:02.115
He is like, you abandoned me.
00:53:02.115 --> 00:53:06.496
And I was tortured by my father and uncle and she's like, well, you are gonna be them anyway.
00:53:06.496 --> 00:53:07.335
You're a little shit.
00:53:07.335 --> 00:53:08.956
So, um,
00:53:09.405 --> 00:53:09.465
wow.
00:53:09.465 --> 00:53:11.655
What a great time we're having in the ever seasons.
00:53:12.655 --> 00:53:14.126
A really, a really robust family.
00:53:15.126 --> 00:53:16.326
Is this also.
00:53:17.326 --> 00:53:23.146
The book where Olivia Loki has really bad anxiety and he's like teaching her to breathe.
00:53:23.206 --> 00:53:24.016
Yes.
00:53:24.076 --> 00:53:24.496
Because,
00:53:25.036 --> 00:53:28.036
sorry, a girl's a sucker for the mental health
00:53:28.126 --> 00:53:29.085
part where she's like,
00:53:29.326 --> 00:53:30.315
I'm having a panic attack.
00:53:30.315 --> 00:53:31.456
And he's like, just breathe.
00:53:31.786 --> 00:53:36.735
And yeah, she has panic attacks and he's like, you are Olivia fierce warrior of this.
00:53:36.976 --> 00:53:39.641
And he gives who like queen of the overseas this and that,
00:53:40.641 --> 00:53:41.050
that is,
00:53:41.351 --> 00:53:42.130
or I'm like, oh.
00:53:42.286 --> 00:53:44.835
Because then like, there's like a whole part where he is like, she, she.
00:53:45.835 --> 00:53:47.221
Well, we'll get to that.
00:53:47.940 --> 00:53:48.181
Okay.
00:53:48.181 --> 00:53:50.581
Mental health support is absolutely disgusting.
00:53:51.581 --> 00:53:53.856
Listen, the second Amanda is like, just take a deep breath.
00:53:53.956 --> 00:53:54.255
I'm like,
00:53:54.365 --> 00:53:54.655
take
00:53:54.655 --> 00:53:55.016
a deep breath.
00:53:55.990 --> 00:53:56.681
He doesn't say,
00:53:57.681 --> 00:53:58.251
okay.
00:53:58.550 --> 00:53:59.061
It works
00:53:59.061 --> 00:53:59.630
for them.
00:53:59.630 --> 00:54:01.371
Like he's like, you are.
00:54:01.431 --> 00:54:04.340
He's like in a calming voice like you are Olivia.
00:54:04.760 --> 00:54:08.840
You are Olivia crosser of ever world's.
00:54:09.440 --> 00:54:12.201
And I would say like Heal flowers.
00:54:12.291 --> 00:54:12.351
I
00:54:12.351 --> 00:54:12.590
would be
00:54:12.590 --> 00:54:12.800
like,
00:54:12.800 --> 00:54:12.951
I
00:54:12.951 --> 00:54:13.280
fucking
00:54:13.280 --> 00:54:13.521
am.
00:54:13.521 --> 00:54:14.150
I Thank you.
00:54:14.150 --> 00:54:16.670
I already know that it's almost fucking useful.
00:54:17.570 --> 00:54:17.780
Come on.
00:54:17.780 --> 00:54:18.201
That's a good thing.
00:54:18.201 --> 00:54:18.920
You're not Olivia.
00:54:18.920 --> 00:54:19.010
Like
00:54:19.010 --> 00:54:19.251
he's
00:54:20.030 --> 00:54:20.360
Ash.
00:54:20.360 --> 00:54:21.440
He's really hot.
00:54:21.831 --> 00:54:22.581
So it is the thing,
00:54:22.641 --> 00:54:23.721
yeah, you have to remember that.
00:54:23.721 --> 00:54:24.951
Like keep that in mind.
00:54:25.280 --> 00:54:25.490
Like
00:54:26.490 --> 00:54:26.911
Eric,
00:54:27.510 --> 00:54:28.170
you're really hot.
00:54:28.411 --> 00:54:29.130
He also, wait, he also has a limb.
00:54:29.641 --> 00:54:30.210
We didn't talk about that.
00:54:30.210 --> 00:54:31.141
Oh yeah.
00:54:31.141 --> 00:54:31.311
This is a limp.
00:54:31.326 --> 00:54:31.545
He
00:54:31.545 --> 00:54:31.746
has
00:54:31.746 --> 00:54:31.985
a limp.
00:54:32.056 --> 00:54:33.331
He's like, and he's, and
00:54:33.331 --> 00:54:35.070
he's like, I can't let people know because Yeah.
00:54:35.431 --> 00:54:37.740
Then they'll, they'll take advantage of it being
00:54:37.740 --> 00:54:38.070
tortured.
00:54:38.161 --> 00:54:38.340
Yeah.
00:54:38.340 --> 00:54:38.760
I would,
00:54:38.760 --> 00:54:39.271
yeah,
00:54:39.391 --> 00:54:40.081
essentially.
00:54:40.081 --> 00:54:42.721
So he got, when he got, when he got captured
00:54:42.751 --> 00:54:43.380
Oh
00:54:43.411 --> 00:54:44.041
no.
00:54:44.070 --> 00:54:44.786
Is that he got back,
00:54:45.210 --> 00:54:54.851
when he got captured, he, um, tried to escape and he like fell, fell out, uh, like several stories and broke his leg.
00:54:55.541 --> 00:54:56.320
Oh, that's sad.
00:54:56.445 --> 00:54:57.675
Being a different one.
00:54:57.755 --> 00:54:57.996
I think
00:54:58.996 --> 00:55:01.516
I just would not, I just can't get over this.
00:55:01.905 --> 00:55:06.391
I would not take any sort of mental health comfort from this guy.
00:55:07.391 --> 00:55:08.260
Torture over here.
00:55:08.291 --> 00:55:08.831
Yeah.
00:55:08.831 --> 00:55:08.840
Yeah.
00:55:08.981 --> 00:55:10.900
I'm like, um, you need to go to therapy.
00:55:11.201 --> 00:55:20.501
You go talk about your childhood and your, your weird limp that you don't tell anyone about and you go deal with all that crap before you come over here and you're like, you're a badass girl.
00:55:20.501 --> 00:55:20.925
Like, I know.
00:55:21.925 --> 00:55:23.271
I remember what happens next.
00:55:24.271 --> 00:55:27.155
So then, and you go deal with yourself, Eric.
00:55:28.155 --> 00:55:29.561
So then they go, oh my God.
00:55:29.791 --> 00:55:31.516
He's like, okay, we're gonna go now.
00:55:31.516 --> 00:55:34.396
We're gonna go back to my island and I'm gonna claim you.
00:55:34.846 --> 00:55:34.936
What?
00:55:35.835 --> 00:55:38.865
And she's, because I protect, because she keeps getting attacked.
00:55:38.865 --> 00:55:38.876
She
00:55:39.876 --> 00:55:40.445
keeps trying, said,
00:55:41.445 --> 00:55:41.806
attacked.
00:55:42.385 --> 00:55:42.606
He
00:55:42.606 --> 00:55:42.766
keeps
00:55:42.766 --> 00:55:43.286
getting attacked.
00:55:43.385 --> 00:55:43.646
You guys.
00:55:43.746 --> 00:55:49.311
If he has and he claims her and is like not in like it, just like that, I have to marry you.
00:55:49.311 --> 00:55:51.081
So that way everyone knows your mind and
00:55:51.081 --> 00:55:51.780
he can't touch you.
00:55:51.956 --> 00:55:52.246
Well
00:55:52.246 --> 00:55:52.286
it
00:55:52.286 --> 00:55:54.471
take you away from, it's not marriage, but Yes, but it's not.
00:55:54.471 --> 00:55:59.840
But it's like he is like, because we're pirates, when we take the plunder, we split it among each other.
00:55:59.871 --> 00:56:02.360
Yes, he is like, but because I'm the captain, I get to like.
00:56:02.766 --> 00:56:03.606
Pick the best.
00:56:03.606 --> 00:56:05.795
And so I'm gonna be like, I picked her.
00:56:06.005 --> 00:56:06.186
Yeah.
00:56:06.215 --> 00:56:07.925
I'm keeping this for myself.
00:56:07.956 --> 00:56:09.815
Oh, so she's property
00:56:09.815 --> 00:56:09.876
now?
00:56:09.876 --> 00:56:11.016
Yes, exactly.
00:56:11.076 --> 00:56:11.405
Great.
00:56:11.405 --> 00:56:11.885
I like it.
00:56:11.885 --> 00:56:12.815
And I love that.
00:56:12.990 --> 00:56:13.351
I like it.
00:56:14.351 --> 00:56:20.135
So he's like, we're going back to, we're going back to my island, like with that,
00:56:21.135 --> 00:56:21.800
that far.
00:56:21.800 --> 00:56:23.121
Mental health support.
00:56:23.300 --> 00:56:24.201
Absolute.
00:56:24.260 --> 00:56:25.311
That's the line.
00:56:25.311 --> 00:56:25.521
Oh my
00:56:26.090 --> 00:56:26.811
god.
00:56:27.811 --> 00:56:28.951
Listen, you can claim me.
00:56:28.951 --> 00:56:29.851
I'm down with that.
00:56:29.851 --> 00:56:30.181
Honestly.
00:56:30.181 --> 00:56:30.990
That's pretty sexy.
00:56:30.990 --> 00:56:31.380
I get it.
00:56:32.365 --> 00:56:33.295
Like we're all,
00:56:33.576 --> 00:56:33.856
I don't wanna
00:56:34.275 --> 00:56:34.496
eat,
00:56:35.155 --> 00:56:35.376
but
00:56:35.806 --> 00:56:36.615
tell me to breathe.
00:56:37.036 --> 00:56:40.141
But how, how fucking dare you, you think I haven't been therapy too.
00:56:40.981 --> 00:56:42.751
God, fix yourself, Eric.
00:56:43.751 --> 00:56:51.166
And I think I would still be stuck on, so I saw you torture a guy to death and I didn't really like that, you know?
00:56:51.585 --> 00:56:54.615
No, I feel like you, you would really like Tate, to be
00:56:54.615 --> 00:56:55.186
honest.
00:56:55.215 --> 00:56:55.996
Like the cousin.
00:56:56.085 --> 00:56:56.985
Oh yeah.
00:56:57.856 --> 00:56:58.606
I, I feel like's
00:56:58.965 --> 00:57:02.056
like, kind of quiet and just like he looked helping out.
00:57:02.445 --> 00:57:03.166
He's scared because he's blonde.
00:57:03.315 --> 00:57:04.876
Is everyone's dark?
00:57:04.876 --> 00:57:09.615
Because he looked, they said he basically looks like Eric except he's half a head taller and he's broader than Eric.
00:57:09.621 --> 00:57:09.690
Okay.
00:57:09.695 --> 00:57:10.065
I'm in.
00:57:10.126 --> 00:57:11.936
So, you know, he's a little
00:57:12.936 --> 00:57:13.266
blonde.
00:57:14.076 --> 00:57:15.485
I think Jon is blonde, doesn't he?
00:57:15.545 --> 00:57:17.615
I like my GBF Larson, I think.
00:57:17.735 --> 00:57:18.036
Yeah.
00:57:18.036 --> 00:57:18.815
What's up with Larson?
00:57:18.815 --> 00:57:19.306
What's Larson doing?
00:57:20.306 --> 00:57:23.876
Um, Larson is just like being a crew person.
00:57:24.626 --> 00:57:26.545
You know, first
00:57:26.545 --> 00:57:26.905
mate
00:57:26.905 --> 00:57:30.565
situation, he's like, third, first, mate, I miss that.
00:57:31.565 --> 00:57:31.985
You're welcome
00:57:32.985 --> 00:57:33.565
to Propaganda,
00:57:34.485 --> 00:57:37.740
Lars and, um, Alex or whatever she gets together.
00:57:38.521 --> 00:57:39.840
Alex's a land.
00:57:39.900 --> 00:57:40.565
Faye, currently
00:57:40.746 --> 00:57:40.965
and
00:57:40.996 --> 00:57:42.126
currently, currently,
00:57:42.126 --> 00:57:42.135
currently,
00:57:42.271 --> 00:57:42.630
currently.
00:57:43.630 --> 00:57:43.871
Ooh,
00:57:44.590 --> 00:57:45.701
let me finish the story.
00:57:46.701 --> 00:57:47.751
I it, I don't care.
00:57:47.751 --> 00:57:49.101
I'm gonna write Fanfic about it.
00:57:50.101 --> 00:57:51.690
She's like fan fiction immediately.
00:57:52.351 --> 00:57:55.561
I'm just gonna tell you that's a little bit like a Tamlin tattoo currently.
00:57:56.561 --> 00:57:57.190
Which one is
00:57:58.190 --> 00:57:58.471
Larson?
00:57:58.471 --> 00:57:59.065
Evil Larson.
00:57:59.065 --> 00:57:59.096
Aww,
00:58:00.096 --> 00:58:00.561
not Alexa.
00:58:00.981 --> 00:58:01.280
Not my
00:58:01.280 --> 00:58:01.490
gay
00:58:01.490 --> 00:58:02.090
best friend.
00:58:02.931 --> 00:58:04.610
Gay people can be evil too.
00:58:04.791 --> 00:58:05.056
You know?
00:58:05.536 --> 00:58:07.096
I know that they do it with such flair.
00:58:08.096 --> 00:58:09.786
They do it with such flare.
00:58:10.786 --> 00:58:15.356
Um, so they go, they go back and like, oh yeah.
00:58:15.356 --> 00:58:20.666
We also haven't mentioned, we also haven't mentioned that Eric Inger the ever king.
00:58:20.701 --> 00:58:20.990
Yeah.
00:58:21.170 --> 00:58:21.590
Mm-hmm.
00:58:21.670 --> 00:58:26.876
Um, he, like, he's kind of having a hard time controlling all of his subjects.
00:58:26.876 --> 00:58:28.615
They're all like, we're not sure we respect you.
00:58:28.615 --> 00:58:31.135
We're not sure that you like to torture people enough.
00:58:31.585 --> 00:58:32.396
Oh,
00:58:32.420 --> 00:58:36.206
they're really, they're like, your dad was, I was really murderous.
00:58:36.266 --> 00:58:38.606
And you're like, only mostly murderous.
00:58:38.606 --> 00:58:39.865
I think I'm changing my stance.
00:58:40.030 --> 00:58:41.485
I think I'm pro land now.
00:58:41.576 --> 00:58:46.025
I I was too hasty to be pro C at the beginning of this.
00:58:47.025 --> 00:58:48.405
Should I be pro, have a guy?
00:58:48.405 --> 00:58:51.090
Is there other territories we can do?
00:58:51.090 --> 00:58:53.050
That's a Lacey question because
00:58:53.050 --> 00:58:53.690
I haven't read those books.
00:58:53.690 --> 00:58:54.976
There's, there's lots of territory.
00:58:54.976 --> 00:58:57.675
There's basically a whole like continent.
00:58:58.411 --> 00:59:02.460
With different things and then the continent gets basically thrown up in the air and shuffled.
00:59:02.460 --> 00:59:02.971
She gets so
00:59:02.971 --> 00:59:05.081
quiet and cute when it, I know.
00:59:05.081 --> 00:59:06.731
She's like, so this is really serious.
00:59:06.731 --> 00:59:07.931
Let me guys focus.
00:59:07.960 --> 00:59:08.681
Tell me about this.
00:59:08.681 --> 00:59:09.581
So you guys
00:59:09.581 --> 00:59:10.570
know it gets shuffled.
00:59:10.601 --> 00:59:10.931
Okay.
00:59:10.931 --> 00:59:14.021
But like he had to because otherwise,
00:59:15.021 --> 00:59:18.860
look, there's just a lot of really, it's honest.
00:59:18.860 --> 00:59:18.891
Okay.
00:59:19.280 --> 00:59:20.990
I think the world building is very interesting.
00:59:21.291 --> 00:59:22.340
It's really cool guys.
00:59:22.371 --> 00:59:23.391
No, I'm into it.
00:59:24.141 --> 00:59:26.331
You don't bragging on it like I'm not,
00:59:26.360 --> 00:59:29.751
yeah, we just want you to be more proud of all of the knowledge that you have.
00:59:29.931 --> 00:59:31.251
Stand up tall, you know?
00:59:31.701 --> 00:59:34.351
Well actually shuffled it did
00:59:34.956 --> 00:59:35.246
just
00:59:35.326 --> 00:59:35.565
breathe.
00:59:36.565 --> 00:59:36.786
Go
00:59:36.786 --> 00:59:37.025
girl.
00:59:37.135 --> 00:59:37.425
Like
00:59:37.521 --> 00:59:41.760
our Lacey have her joke teller funny.
00:59:41.760 --> 00:59:42.601
One time.
00:59:42.601 --> 00:59:43.951
One time had
00:59:43.951 --> 00:59:44.251
pneumonia.
00:59:44.251 --> 00:59:46.440
I was fricking hilarious.
00:59:47.005 --> 00:59:47.226
Oh
00:59:47.226 --> 00:59:47.545
my God.
00:59:48.545 --> 00:59:48.965
Un joke.
00:59:49.965 --> 00:59:50.576
Pneumonia.
00:59:50.755 --> 00:59:56.260
So he's like, I'm working back to the, the capitol and I'm gonna claim you.
00:59:56.650 --> 00:59:59.951
And also it's a little bit dangerous for you'cause everyone wants to kill you.
00:59:59.951 --> 01:00:04.960
And everyone isn't like super big fans of me, even though I'm really torturous, I'm just not torturous enough.
01:00:05.960 --> 01:00:06.141
She's like,
01:00:06.141 --> 01:00:06.201
we're
01:00:06.201 --> 01:00:06.590
so a tor.
01:00:06.590 --> 01:00:07.311
Yeah, exactly.
01:00:08.311 --> 01:00:08.581
Kind of.
01:00:08.731 --> 01:00:10.860
And they like get out and she's like, I'm kind of scared.
01:00:10.860 --> 01:00:11.581
And he is like, it's all right.
01:00:11.581 --> 01:00:12.721
I have to hold your hand.
01:00:12.811 --> 01:00:13.440
Um,
01:00:13.561 --> 01:00:15.025
it's just like, because we like have to
01:00:15.096 --> 01:00:15.400
like, yeah.
01:00:15.400 --> 01:00:20.190
So like walk up the steps of the capitol and he is like, I'm just like, this way people know your mine.
01:00:20.251 --> 01:00:27.721
Um, and also like you feel safer and then, um, you're gonna go to your room and they're gonna make you all pretty in a wedding dress, which isn't actually a wedding.
01:00:27.721 --> 01:00:28.920
'cause we don't do weddings.
01:00:28.920 --> 01:00:31.021
We just do these like cleaning ceremonies.
01:00:31.201 --> 01:00:31.951
Thank They're different.
01:00:32.161 --> 01:00:33.331
Uh, yeah, they're different.
01:00:34.331 --> 01:00:34.360
Uhhuh.
01:00:34.360 --> 01:00:37.451
This is what he was doing when he went back to his cabin and was riding in his
01:00:38.451 --> 01:00:38.871
wedding.
01:00:39.385 --> 01:00:42.985
He was in an A line I think like, yeah.
01:00:43.985 --> 01:00:44.695
Blood red.
01:00:45.150 --> 01:00:45.900
Blood red.
01:00:46.050 --> 01:00:46.260
Mm-hmm.
01:00:46.920 --> 01:00:52.916
So they're like, they, they, she comes to the claiming ceremony and she's like, up, up there.
01:00:52.916 --> 01:00:53.215
Where are we
01:00:53.215 --> 01:00:53.976
getting in the book at this point?
01:00:54.721 --> 01:00:55.800
Like somewhere orders
01:00:55.981 --> 01:00:56.610
towards, okay.
01:00:56.610 --> 01:00:56.911
Yeah.
01:00:57.510 --> 01:00:58.291
But is this, did
01:00:58.291 --> 01:01:02.130
they go through the claiming ceremony before or after she gets attacked in the chambers.
01:01:02.626 --> 01:01:02.976
Which
01:01:02.976 --> 01:01:03.416
chambers?
01:01:03.541 --> 01:01:08.971
She gets attacked in, I think it's the palace, because there's the garden and she's out in the garden.
01:01:09.030 --> 01:01:09.780
Oh yeah.
01:01:09.780 --> 01:01:10.650
And she's trying to, that's
01:01:11.045 --> 01:01:13.096
that she gets attacked afterwards, I think.
01:01:13.096 --> 01:01:13.335
Okay.
01:01:13.365 --> 01:01:13.655
Yeah.
01:01:14.175 --> 01:01:14.940
I didn't know if that
01:01:14.940 --> 01:01:16.050
was like the trigger for
01:01:16.050 --> 01:01:16.291
claiming
01:01:16.291 --> 01:01:17.056
No, no.
01:01:17.056 --> 01:01:18.751
The claiming was before that.
01:01:18.811 --> 01:01:26.411
And so then, because he's like, we're doing this claiming ceremony, and then, um, she's like, they've already fucked.
01:01:27.251 --> 01:01:28.525
I'm trying to remember when they,
01:01:28.846 --> 01:01:30.581
I don't remember when it happens either.
01:01:30.581 --> 01:01:31.751
When did
01:01:31.751 --> 01:01:32.501
Eric
01:01:32.501 --> 01:01:33.610
and Olivia?
01:01:34.271 --> 01:01:35.380
I don't think yet.
01:01:35.621 --> 01:01:35.891
Yeah.
01:01:35.896 --> 01:01:36.851
cause here's what, what happens?
01:01:37.541 --> 01:01:41.141
She comes up to the wedding claiming ceremony and he's like.
01:01:41.771 --> 01:01:43.331
This is Olivia Ferris.
01:01:43.360 --> 01:01:48.365
She is the ever queen, and everyone's like, there's never been an ever queen.
01:01:48.365 --> 01:01:48.385
Ever queen.
01:01:48.641 --> 01:01:49.061
Yes.
01:01:49.510 --> 01:01:50.501
Gasped.
01:01:50.561 --> 01:01:51.190
Whoa.
01:01:51.190 --> 01:01:53.351
They're like, we take concerts.
01:01:53.590 --> 01:01:54.760
There's never been the title
01:01:54.760 --> 01:01:55.420
of an ever queen.
01:01:55.420 --> 01:01:56.860
And he's like, she is my equal.
01:01:56.860 --> 01:01:58.181
I'm having a throne made.
01:01:58.416 --> 01:01:59.706
That's the same as mine.
01:01:59.735 --> 01:01:59.766
Okay.
01:01:59.766 --> 01:02:02.795
Because there's this big thing about like no one sits on the ever
01:02:02.795 --> 01:02:03.606
King's throne.
01:02:03.610 --> 01:02:03.760
Mm-hmm.
01:02:03.846 --> 01:02:05.735
Because then like no one's above him.
01:02:05.735 --> 01:02:08.106
And he's like, no, she will be the same as me.
01:02:08.106 --> 01:02:09.065
She'll be my equal.
01:02:09.096 --> 01:02:10.985
This is' my ever queen about.
01:02:11.286 --> 01:02:11.735
Yes.
01:02:11.735 --> 01:02:12.425
And she's like, what?
01:02:12.425 --> 01:02:12.965
He was
01:02:12.965 --> 01:02:14.405
writing like so like fan
01:02:14.405 --> 01:02:15.036
fiction about
01:02:15.036 --> 01:02:15.126
this.
01:02:15.126 --> 01:02:16.025
Exactly.
01:02:16.056 --> 01:02:18.096
He's like, and I'm gonna make her my ever queen.
01:02:19.096 --> 01:02:21.135
And everyone's like, um, no.
01:02:21.135 --> 01:02:22.425
We hate this, so we're gonna kill her.
01:02:22.425 --> 01:02:23.175
And you
01:02:23.295 --> 01:02:23.985
Oh yeah.
01:02:23.985 --> 01:02:24.916
It seems very bold.
01:02:25.215 --> 01:02:26.056
Move when everyone already
01:02:26.056 --> 01:02:26.505
hates you
01:02:26.596 --> 01:02:27.226
politically.
01:02:27.226 --> 01:02:28.221
This felt like a bad move.
01:02:28.221 --> 01:02:28.541
It was
01:02:28.541 --> 01:02:30.675
politically a, a very horrible move.
01:02:30.675 --> 01:02:30.826
Maybe he
01:02:30.826 --> 01:02:31.606
shouldn't be the kid
01:02:32.606 --> 01:02:37.956
because then he has like a meeting with the Lords and Ladies Counsel, heart bond.
01:02:38.766 --> 01:02:38.856
What?
01:02:38.856 --> 01:02:39.155
He needs to
01:02:39.155 --> 01:02:39.876
go back to Polystar.
01:02:39.876 --> 01:02:39.965
Oh yeah.
01:02:40.536 --> 01:02:41.706
They always talk about they're being
01:02:41.916 --> 01:02:43.775
drawn to each other and they have a heart bond.
01:02:43.865 --> 01:02:44.646
They have a heart bond.
01:02:44.646 --> 01:02:45.340
So it's like, so I hate.
01:02:45.931 --> 01:02:46.681
Oh, I don't like it.
01:02:46.681 --> 01:02:48.931
I, that's, I hate the soulmate thing.
01:02:48.990 --> 01:02:49.170
Mm-hmm.
01:02:49.891 --> 01:02:50.010
Um,
01:02:51.010 --> 01:02:51.851
I could be down with it.
01:02:52.240 --> 01:02:53.891
They have sex in chapter 44.
01:02:53.891 --> 01:02:56.195
Don't clearly know what's happening in chapter 44.
01:02:56.385 --> 01:02:57.675
They don't have, are we in chapter four?
01:02:57.735 --> 01:02:58.036
In chapter
01:02:58.246 --> 01:02:58.675
44?
01:02:58.675 --> 01:02:58.916
They
01:02:59.141 --> 01:02:59.501
sex?
01:02:59.530 --> 01:03:00.280
Oh, actually, sorry.
01:03:00.280 --> 01:03:00.851
Yes, they did.
01:03:00.851 --> 01:03:02.710
Because in 43 they were about, no.
01:03:03.130 --> 01:03:03.460
Yeah.
01:03:03.521 --> 01:03:04.001
I feel like
01:03:04.030 --> 01:03:05.561
this is soon after
01:03:06.490 --> 01:03:06.701
Queen.
01:03:07.701 --> 01:03:09.936
They a slow burn for what?
01:03:10.795 --> 01:03:11.016
It,
01:03:11.646 --> 01:03:12.735
half a slow burn.
01:03:13.340 --> 01:03:20.481
But she's essentially at some point back in the room, and then she goes out to the gardens because she likes to make the flowers grow.
01:03:20.481 --> 01:03:23.030
And then these assassins come and like try and kill her.
01:03:23.030 --> 01:03:24.771
And then he's like, no.
01:03:24.771 --> 01:03:26.931
And then he gets almost killed.
01:03:26.931 --> 01:03:28.041
And then, oh man.
01:03:28.041 --> 01:03:28.976
They like,
01:03:28.976 --> 01:03:31.490
no, because he goes through the door and he's attacked first.
01:03:31.911 --> 01:03:32.300
Sure.
01:03:32.780 --> 01:03:33.561
And okay,
01:03:33.561 --> 01:03:41.161
the guy comes in, Larson comes in, and Tate and Larson both, not they, not the assassin, but they come and hear them and then.
01:03:41.695 --> 01:03:46.376
Olivia is basically not as hurt'cause she kills the guy using her plant magic.
01:03:46.405 --> 01:03:46.525
Okay.
01:03:46.525 --> 01:03:47.905
The assassin that was on her.
01:03:47.936 --> 01:03:48.056
Yeah.
01:03:48.056 --> 01:03:54.235
Because he had been like, whatever, like way earlier in the story, he is like, you should never, you should never not kill someone.
01:03:54.266 --> 01:03:54.416
Yeah.
01:03:54.416 --> 01:03:56.246
Like you should use your magic and kill people.
01:03:56.246 --> 01:03:56.456
Yeah.
01:03:56.456 --> 01:03:57.536
And she was like, should I?
01:03:57.536 --> 01:03:58.255
And he's like, yes.
01:03:58.286 --> 01:03:58.436
Yeah.
01:03:58.795 --> 01:04:01.916
And so then she's like, okay, I guess I'm gonna do it this time now.
01:04:02.186 --> 01:04:02.456
Yeah.
01:04:02.606 --> 01:04:03.085
She kills.
01:04:04.085 --> 01:04:04.775
Yeah, because,
01:04:04.775 --> 01:04:05.135
because,
01:04:05.135 --> 01:04:05.525
and then
01:04:05.525 --> 01:04:07.025
because they called a
01:04:07.266 --> 01:04:08.976
I know, but the, yeah, that's what I'm saying.
01:04:08.976 --> 01:04:11.706
They, when he gets attacked, he's like almost dead.
01:04:11.706 --> 01:04:19.206
And so they call the doctor, which is the only doctor trained in healing him because he has this blood that can kill you if you like, it touches you.
01:04:19.416 --> 01:04:19.626
Oh, that is,
01:04:19.626 --> 01:04:25.505
and so this doctor is drunk off his ass and so he can't come and heal him
01:04:25.565 --> 01:04:26.405
medical malpractice.
01:04:26.460 --> 01:04:27.081
So that
01:04:27.081 --> 01:04:28.240
is off with his head.
01:04:28.351 --> 01:04:29.556
That guy's getting tortured later, so
01:04:29.556 --> 01:04:29.795
I'm sure he is.
01:04:30.795 --> 01:04:32.806
He actually gets a stern talking too.
01:04:32.865 --> 01:04:33.226
Yeah.
01:04:33.226 --> 01:04:33.795
And he's like,
01:04:33.976 --> 01:04:34.396
torture.
01:04:34.755 --> 01:04:35.791
This is why everyone I
01:04:35.791 --> 01:04:35.911
gonna
01:04:35.911 --> 01:04:38.175
say, is that torture?
01:04:38.956 --> 01:04:39.766
He gets a stern talking too,
01:04:39.766 --> 01:04:40.065
buddy.
01:04:40.545 --> 01:04:44.686
Um, but he, he heals slowly because of reasons I don't remember.
01:04:44.985 --> 01:04:49.996
But yeah, Larson and Tate come and they're like, oh no, I've claimed we have to, we have to save him.
01:04:50.996 --> 01:04:51.385
Well,
01:04:51.385 --> 01:04:53.516
and then they want, and Olivia's like, I can do it.
01:04:53.516 --> 01:04:57.835
And Tate's like, no, he's gonna be so mad if I let you work on him, basically.
01:04:57.835 --> 01:04:59.036
And risk your life.
01:04:59.621 --> 01:05:00.820
Because if they're,
01:05:01.240 --> 01:05:01.481
oh yeah.
01:05:01.510 --> 01:05:02.501
'cause they're heart bond.
01:05:02.710 --> 01:05:03.070
Yeah.
01:05:03.101 --> 01:05:04.271
Y'all ain't even paying attention.
01:05:04.900 --> 01:05:05.351
We're, but y'all
01:05:05.351 --> 01:05:05.501
are
01:05:05.501 --> 01:05:06.010
arguing.
01:05:06.010 --> 01:05:06.550
Everyone
01:05:06.550 --> 01:05:07.360
is going on.
01:05:07.541 --> 01:05:11.021
Meanwhile, spoons gavee me a really fashionable breathing tube.
01:05:12.021 --> 01:05:12.860
That looks so good.
01:05:13.860 --> 01:05:23.561
So then ahead comes and then Olivia's like Larson, uh, Larson comes into Olivia's room later on when.
01:05:23.965 --> 01:05:29.936
When Eric's gone on whatever tasks with the ever ship and he's like, oh my gosh, Eric's been hurt.
01:05:29.965 --> 01:05:30.715
Come quick.
01:05:30.896 --> 01:05:32.065
We have to save him.
01:05:32.065 --> 01:05:34.525
And then she runs out with him and he is like, get in this boat.
01:05:34.525 --> 01:05:35.365
We're gonna go save him.
01:05:35.365 --> 01:05:35.965
He needs you.
01:05:36.115 --> 01:05:36.206
Oh no.
01:05:36.206 --> 01:05:38.666
And then she goes to get in the boat and Tate's like, what are you doing?
01:05:38.666 --> 01:05:39.626
And she's like, Eric's hurt.
01:05:39.626 --> 01:05:40.766
And he is like, no he is not.
01:05:40.766 --> 01:05:42.775
And God and Larson's like, I wish you hadn't come here.
01:05:42.985 --> 01:05:43.405
And then
01:05:43.735 --> 01:05:44.606
he kills Tate.
01:05:44.606 --> 01:05:45.400
No, no.
01:05:45.775 --> 01:05:47.186
But he doesn't actually kill Tate.
01:05:47.186 --> 01:05:47.485
We from that.
01:05:47.695 --> 01:05:48.655
Oh, they're bringing almost kills.
01:05:48.655 --> 01:05:49.076
TI
01:05:49.076 --> 01:05:49.615
was upset because
01:05:49.615 --> 01:05:50.965
Alex comes at some point.
01:05:51.965 --> 01:05:52.505
Lexi now?
01:05:53.016 --> 01:05:53.255
Already.
01:05:53.436 --> 01:05:53.856
Beforehand.
01:05:54.856 --> 01:05:55.306
No, I like
01:05:55.306 --> 01:05:56.476
because he comes in and she's like,
01:05:57.476 --> 01:05:59.005
my gay best friend is evil.
01:05:59.005 --> 01:06:01.115
Yeah, you your friend.
01:06:01.146 --> 01:06:02.010
Almost killed my husband.
01:06:02.840 --> 01:06:04.971
How dare you mess.
01:06:05.780 --> 01:06:13.206
And at some point before this, actually Alexi showed up her cousin and he was like, I came here from the, how does he get from
01:06:13.251 --> 01:06:15.501
he, he and Gavin?
01:06:15.501 --> 01:06:16.846
So we've forgot how Gavin.
01:06:17.306 --> 01:06:17.525
Oh
01:06:17.525 --> 01:06:17.646
my gosh.
01:06:18.646 --> 01:06:18.996
Gavin.
01:06:19.465 --> 01:06:21.291
Guys, I waiting
01:06:21.291 --> 01:06:21.590
for y'all
01:06:21.590 --> 01:06:22.311
to mention Gavin.
01:06:22.556 --> 01:06:25.786
cause Gavin this whole time, I think they actually have like, so something.
01:06:25.965 --> 01:06:28.846
Wait, Gavin, but she hasn't written their book yet, but it's cake.
01:06:29.295 --> 01:06:29.476
Wait,
01:06:29.476 --> 01:06:30.166
Gavin and who?
01:06:30.226 --> 01:06:31.545
Alex the cousin.
01:06:31.545 --> 01:06:32.715
So Olivia's cousins.
01:06:32.860 --> 01:06:37.456
There are the gay, there are, there are some dairy bike experie people.
01:06:37.456 --> 01:06:37.726
I don't
01:06:37.726 --> 01:06:37.905
think
01:06:38.896 --> 01:06:39.465
they're really, they're
01:06:39.465 --> 01:06:40.005
brilliant though.
01:06:40.456 --> 01:06:40.905
Kind of cute.
01:06:41.385 --> 01:06:42.045
I'm really sad
01:06:42.045 --> 01:06:42.436
about our
01:06:42.436 --> 01:06:42.675
Wait,
01:06:42.675 --> 01:06:43.096
he's cute.
01:06:43.996 --> 01:06:44.175
All them
01:06:44.206 --> 01:06:44.655
literally.
01:06:44.686 --> 01:06:45.166
Okay.
01:06:45.210 --> 01:06:53.545
Literally one of the parents' soul is like Olivia's uncle and he has a partner concert who's uh, what's his name?
01:06:54.115 --> 01:06:54.746
Can't think of his name.
01:06:54.775 --> 01:06:54.965
Oh, okay.
01:06:54.965 --> 01:06:56.215
But they're also adorable.
01:06:56.335 --> 01:06:57.175
Oh, it's good for them.
01:06:58.175 --> 01:06:58.525
Gavin.
01:06:59.110 --> 01:07:03.340
Gavin is technically ever sea, but he can travel through water.
01:07:03.431 --> 01:07:03.820
Okay.
01:07:03.820 --> 01:07:03.880
So
01:07:03.880 --> 01:07:05.110
he just like turns into water.
01:07:05.110 --> 01:07:05.411
He's
01:07:06.371 --> 01:07:07.780
pop out of a sink or
01:07:07.780 --> 01:07:11.800
like, except all his kind have been killed off because it's too dangerous for them to be around.
01:07:11.860 --> 01:07:12.041
Yeah.
01:07:12.070 --> 01:07:12.460
But he's
01:07:12.460 --> 01:07:13.811
like busies with Eric and Eric.
01:07:13.811 --> 01:07:16.240
We also find out later that Gavin.
01:07:16.570 --> 01:07:29.210
Who we've never mentioned this whole time, but he's been there in an important, is the brother of Celine, the who is both the children of the cook, who used to be the Lord of one of the lands.
01:07:29.210 --> 01:07:31.251
But he pissed off Eric's uncle.
01:07:31.251 --> 01:07:33.891
And so Eric's uncle was like her murder for you.
01:07:34.010 --> 01:07:35.240
Murder for your children.
01:07:35.271 --> 01:07:35.391
Oh.
01:07:35.391 --> 01:07:42.561
And Celine also was a siren, but he, they were like, you can't be song can A So he took her voice,
01:07:42.740 --> 01:07:43.161
oh my gosh.
01:07:43.190 --> 01:07:44.751
And her siren song.
01:07:44.751 --> 01:07:44.840
Mm-hmm.
01:07:45.081 --> 01:07:46.701
And then killed her father.
01:07:46.701 --> 01:07:50.525
But actually Eric saved her father and he lives on the cook.
01:07:50.530 --> 01:07:50.751
Cook.
01:07:50.780 --> 01:07:51.050
Yeah.
01:07:51.050 --> 01:07:52.070
As the cook.
01:07:52.070 --> 01:07:53.121
The shit cook.
01:07:53.420 --> 01:07:56.811
And so no one knows about Gavin's, uh, magic.
01:07:56.811 --> 01:07:57.231
This is crazy.
01:07:57.231 --> 01:08:00.590
No one knows that Celine and her father are still alive.
01:08:00.621 --> 01:08:00.831
Yeah.
01:08:01.010 --> 01:08:01.521
Oh my God.
01:08:01.521 --> 01:08:01.731
Would you
01:08:01.731 --> 01:08:03.170
say that they're 80% cooked?
01:08:04.170 --> 01:08:04.501
Yes.
01:08:04.710 --> 01:08:06.960
Um, and so Gavin, that's creepy.
01:08:06.960 --> 01:08:10.771
I think he goes and gets, or somehow him and Alexi need.
01:08:10.771 --> 01:08:10.800
Oh,
01:08:10.981 --> 01:08:11.400
ga Yeah.
01:08:11.400 --> 01:08:14.161
Because Gavin goes to check what's going on on the earth side.
01:08:14.161 --> 01:08:14.221
Yeah.
01:08:14.221 --> 01:08:19.711
And he like gets on the other side of the water wall and Alexi's like waiting for one of the water fade to appear.
01:08:19.711 --> 01:08:22.650
And, and he like sees him and he like grabs him and then he gets yanked back.
01:08:22.680 --> 01:08:22.890
Yeah.
01:08:22.921 --> 01:08:23.940
Into the overseas.
01:08:23.940 --> 01:08:30.961
And Gavin's like, I brought this thing with me and he's almost dead now because he was yanked through these waters that earth Fay can't get through technically Alex.
01:08:31.831 --> 01:08:38.610
And then, and then, uh, Eric's like, well, I gu I gotta save him because otherwise Olivia's gonna be all pissed at me that her cousin's dead and I didn't save.
01:08:38.610 --> 01:08:38.706
Oh my
01:08:38.706 --> 01:08:38.826
God.
01:08:39.211 --> 01:08:40.546
And then he saves him.
01:08:40.546 --> 01:08:41.490
And then Alex's.
01:08:42.095 --> 01:08:46.355
Ah, it's, you know, he is like, oh no, Olivia, has he been torturing you and raping you?
01:08:46.355 --> 01:08:49.895
And she's like, I mean, not raping me, but we even, and he is like, Ew, gross.
01:08:49.895 --> 01:08:51.636
I don't wanna know that, but I'm glad you're happy.
01:08:52.636 --> 01:08:53.296
And uh, he was like, I'll
01:08:53.296 --> 01:08:54.046
take your place.
01:08:54.046 --> 01:08:55.246
Take me instead.
01:08:56.246 --> 01:08:57.150
Don't, she wants
01:08:58.150 --> 01:08:58.600
everyone.
01:08:58.600 --> 01:09:00.126
Like, that's weird to say,
01:09:00.426 --> 01:09:01.046
but okay.
01:09:01.180 --> 01:09:01.661
Why?
01:09:02.661 --> 01:09:03.621
He was like, good for you.
01:09:03.621 --> 01:09:05.390
I don't prefer men,
01:09:06.390 --> 01:09:07.261
but I'm actually gab
01:09:07.261 --> 01:09:07.470
in
01:09:07.470 --> 01:09:07.831
my
01:09:08.831 --> 01:09:09.671
yo gab.
01:09:09.791 --> 01:09:10.480
Get over here.
01:09:11.480 --> 01:09:11.990
Where's Lar?
01:09:12.990 --> 01:09:13.171
She?
01:09:14.171 --> 01:09:18.220
And so yeah, Alexia is there and he's like, I'm so glad for you, Liv.
01:09:18.220 --> 01:09:20.560
Like you, you know, you met someone.
01:09:20.560 --> 01:09:22.541
I mean, he is trying to kill our family.
01:09:22.541 --> 01:09:25.211
And he is kind of like the evil prac king of the ever.
01:09:25.211 --> 01:09:26.600
He like, he's
01:09:26.780 --> 01:09:28.041
immediately supportive.
01:09:28.220 --> 01:09:28.581
See, but
01:09:28.581 --> 01:09:32.631
like the, the problem is almost every one of their parents in this group.
01:09:32.970 --> 01:09:35.341
That's, they had an enemy lover situation.
01:09:35.341 --> 01:09:36.525
So they're all, I think it's normal.
01:09:36.525 --> 01:09:37.951
They're all very used to this.
01:09:37.951 --> 01:09:39.990
Like, I hate you, love me.
01:09:39.996 --> 01:09:40.565
Like kind of,
01:09:41.036 --> 01:09:42.685
it's called what we call a generational
01:09:42.786 --> 01:09:43.206
trauma.
01:09:43.466 --> 01:09:43.886
Trauma,
01:09:44.206 --> 01:09:44.485
yeah.
01:09:45.006 --> 01:09:46.560
A generational curse.
01:09:46.560 --> 01:09:46.591
I
01:09:46.591 --> 01:09:48.091
only wish for a love like yours.
01:09:49.091 --> 01:09:51.820
Um, Alex's like, oh my god, he did what?
01:09:52.211 --> 01:09:52.751
It's romance.
01:09:53.751 --> 01:09:54.230
Aw.
01:09:54.230 --> 01:09:54.890
Just like mom and
01:09:54.890 --> 01:09:55.461
dad.
01:09:55.461 --> 01:09:55.490
Aw.
01:09:56.490 --> 01:09:59.400
Um, so yeah, then that happened before.
01:09:59.400 --> 01:10:04.801
And then Larson's like, uh, kill Tate and take Olivia and takes her away onto the ship.
01:10:04.890 --> 01:10:05.166
Oh my God.
01:10:05.225 --> 01:10:07.770
And then Eric's like, what the heck happened?
01:10:07.770 --> 01:10:10.291
Someone took my Olivia, I will burn all the worlds.
01:10:10.296 --> 01:10:10.565
Sure.
01:10:11.565 --> 01:10:11.926
Sexy Uhhuh.
01:10:11.926 --> 01:10:15.225
He's like, we're gonna go to the land, Fay and ask them for help.
01:10:15.286 --> 01:10:16.246
And then the book ends.
01:10:16.275 --> 01:10:16.786
Oh
01:10:17.176 --> 01:10:17.416
yeah.
01:10:17.536 --> 01:10:18.015
I like that.
01:10:18.015 --> 01:10:18.886
He's like, I'm gonna burn.
01:10:18.945 --> 01:10:19.756
I'll ask for help.
01:10:20.265 --> 01:10:20.506
Tap in
01:10:20.506 --> 01:10:20.836
hand.
01:10:20.836 --> 01:10:24.525
He's like, you know, he specifically is like, I know the only other person who's.
01:10:24.961 --> 01:10:28.140
Loves Olivia as much as I do, and it's her father.
01:10:28.140 --> 01:10:31.381
And I know her father will have the same like level of you
01:10:31.381 --> 01:10:32.581
have to meet Hank.
01:10:32.640 --> 01:10:33.930
Oh, that's crazy.
01:10:33.961 --> 01:10:34.171
Yeah.
01:10:34.171 --> 01:10:35.371
Book two is to kill him.
01:10:35.400 --> 01:10:35.551
Yeah.
01:10:35.581 --> 01:10:38.280
Technically we could go on book two if you want, but
01:10:38.430 --> 01:10:39.480
that's the end of book one.
01:10:39.541 --> 01:10:39.720
Yeah.
01:10:39.751 --> 01:10:40.831
Wow.
01:10:40.860 --> 01:10:42.270
That was crazy.
01:10:43.110 --> 01:10:43.711
Do you, are
01:10:43.711 --> 01:10:43.980
you, wait,
01:10:43.980 --> 01:10:44.775
do we find out
01:10:45.775 --> 01:10:46.065
find,
01:10:46.765 --> 01:10:47.666
we find me really hard.
01:10:47.666 --> 01:10:49.786
Do we about book one or is that book two?
01:10:50.345 --> 01:10:50.826
I don't know.
01:10:51.025 --> 01:10:52.730
I can't, we can just say it if, if you
01:10:53.060 --> 01:10:56.841
want to tell us about book two, can I make a request that
01:10:57.140 --> 01:10:57.890
less details?
01:10:57.921 --> 01:10:58.610
Yes.
01:10:58.970 --> 01:10:59.990
Which I enjoyed the details.
01:11:00.860 --> 01:11:01.730
Don't get me wrong.
01:11:01.730 --> 01:11:04.070
Stop talking, but you know, I don't know.
01:11:04.220 --> 01:11:06.201
Double the time of this would be a lot.
01:11:06.261 --> 01:11:07.466
Yeah, I do think this would be, if
01:11:07.466 --> 01:11:09.680
we could half this time for book two, that'd be good.
01:11:10.041 --> 01:11:11.240
I would like to know what goes on.
01:11:11.841 --> 01:11:17.780
So we find out that Larson is um, actually Eric's half brother,
01:11:17.810 --> 01:11:17.961
right?
01:11:17.961 --> 01:11:18.381
Oh,
01:11:18.650 --> 01:11:19.610
his father.
01:11:19.610 --> 01:11:19.826
He's getting half brother.
01:11:19.826 --> 01:11:20.706
Older two
01:11:20.706 --> 01:11:21.265
obviously.
01:11:21.416 --> 01:11:21.985
Yeah, he's older.
01:11:22.671 --> 01:11:23.600
His father.
01:11:23.631 --> 01:11:24.201
That's crazy.
01:11:24.201 --> 01:11:32.480
His father slept with an elf, which we were like, what Elfs We thought they were dead, but apparently they've been on this secret island that disappears and reappears to save itself.
01:11:32.541 --> 01:11:32.751
Okay.
01:11:32.780 --> 01:11:43.100
And so that's where Olivia is taken by him to the elf place and Eric goes and he goes to the um, it looks like as shortest and quickest.
01:11:43.100 --> 01:11:44.301
I mean, they're all like
01:11:44.301 --> 01:11:44.841
Eric,
01:11:45.320 --> 01:11:45.831
right?
01:11:45.831 --> 01:11:46.610
They've all gotta be hot.
01:11:46.610 --> 01:11:46.881
Yeah.
01:11:47.150 --> 01:11:47.961
She has long hair.
01:11:48.261 --> 01:11:49.701
Does Larson like Olivia's?
01:11:49.701 --> 01:11:51.201
It's like a weird like jealousy thing.
01:11:51.206 --> 01:11:51.386
No,
01:11:51.926 --> 01:11:52.461
no, no.
01:11:52.520 --> 01:11:56.451
Although he does definitely try and get some and then she's like, I stabbed you.
01:11:57.171 --> 01:11:58.400
He is like, bitch.
01:11:58.671 --> 01:11:59.030
Awesome.
01:11:59.091 --> 01:12:02.661
Um, and then Eric's like, and Jonas, you scratched her.
01:12:02.661 --> 01:12:05.961
Now I really have to murder You touch her, you die.
01:12:05.990 --> 01:12:06.291
Yeah.
01:12:06.291 --> 01:12:07.426
I think makes the bone.
01:12:07.426 --> 01:12:09.145
Doesn't she like cut off his ear or try and cry?
01:12:09.145 --> 01:12:09.506
It makes the bone.
01:12:09.506 --> 01:12:09.530
The bone
01:12:10.430 --> 01:12:10.820
crown.
01:12:10.820 --> 01:12:13.251
The bone crown from this one or the, from the book corner.
01:12:13.251 --> 01:12:13.551
Book two.
01:12:13.640 --> 01:12:15.440
Oh, it's in book two?
01:12:15.470 --> 01:12:16.011
Yeah.
01:12:16.520 --> 01:12:17.150
Um, it's a
01:12:17.150 --> 01:12:17.961
bone crown out
01:12:18.591 --> 01:12:18.831
his,
01:12:18.831 --> 01:12:19.970
out of her enemy's bones.
01:12:20.001 --> 01:12:20.180
Yeah.
01:12:20.631 --> 01:12:21.470
It makes her crown.
01:12:22.006 --> 01:12:22.296
Yeah,
01:12:22.716 --> 01:12:23.416
that's because
01:12:23.565 --> 01:12:23.855
he's
01:12:24.746 --> 01:12:25.095
Katie.
01:12:26.095 --> 01:12:29.350
I love this like manic, like Lacey gets, when she likes something, she goes,
01:12:30.265 --> 01:12:33.020
we're, we're literally gonna be on.
01:12:33.650 --> 01:12:34.041
It's gonna
01:12:34.046 --> 01:12:34.126
be on.
01:12:34.126 --> 01:12:36.051
She's gonna be like, you want me to do what?
01:12:36.680 --> 01:12:37.341
Tyler?
01:12:37.761 --> 01:12:38.451
You know what Lacey
01:12:38.451 --> 01:12:38.780
wants?
01:12:38.780 --> 01:12:38.900
Very
01:12:39.765 --> 01:12:39.886
simple.
01:12:40.225 --> 01:12:43.161
The amount of he, he has picked up a book and looked, he's like, we'll read it.
01:12:43.220 --> 01:12:46.820
And he's like, you, do you want me to talk like that?
01:12:46.820 --> 01:12:47.810
I'm like, absolutely not.
01:12:48.140 --> 01:12:48.711
No, thank you.
01:12:48.711 --> 01:12:48.740
I
01:12:49.581 --> 01:12:49.730
read
01:12:49.730 --> 01:12:50.091
about it.
01:12:50.091 --> 01:12:50.180
I
01:12:50.180 --> 01:12:51.381
don't want you to talk like that.
01:12:52.381 --> 01:12:53.140
I kind do want
01:12:54.140 --> 01:12:54.220
actually,
01:12:55.220 --> 01:12:55.520
um,
01:12:56.270 --> 01:12:56.871
anyways,
01:12:56.961 --> 01:12:59.390
we have three options here real quick.
01:12:59.421 --> 01:13:00.291
Okay.
01:13:00.291 --> 01:13:01.376
I can tell you the second book, second week
01:13:01.376 --> 01:13:01.610
three.
01:13:01.610 --> 01:13:01.671
Um,
01:13:02.270 --> 01:13:06.440
I can tell you the second book on like triple time or we could stop,
01:13:06.650 --> 01:13:07.725
honestly, I, we could come
01:13:07.725 --> 01:13:08.485
back for a
01:13:08.485 --> 01:13:09.126
second episode.
01:13:09.126 --> 01:13:13.881
Well, we could, we could stop and then restart so people could listen to them in two parts.
01:13:14.586 --> 01:13:15.275
Oh,
01:13:15.280 --> 01:13:18.815
you know, we could just continue as we are, but other people could listen in two parts.
01:13:18.876 --> 01:13:19.055
Mm-hmm.
01:13:19.626 --> 01:13:21.905
Um, I forget the third option.
01:13:21.905 --> 01:13:22.895
So those your two options.
01:13:22.900 --> 01:13:23.100
Oh, okay.
01:13:23.166 --> 01:13:25.626
Oh, we, you can just not, or just not know about the second book.
01:13:26.256 --> 01:13:26.735
Oh, that doesn't
01:13:26.735 --> 01:13:27.725
feel like a real option.
01:13:28.176 --> 01:13:29.975
You can triple time it pretty good.
01:13:30.485 --> 01:13:31.025
Yeah, I do
01:13:31.025 --> 01:13:32.166
wanna, what happens?
01:13:32.225 --> 01:13:33.275
Are we just triple time here?
01:13:33.275 --> 01:13:33.541
Are we talking?
01:13:33.541 --> 01:13:34.176
Just tell me.
01:13:34.206 --> 01:13:34.506
Okay.
01:13:34.626 --> 01:13:35.195
Everyone wants
01:13:35.195 --> 01:13:35.286
to
01:13:35.286 --> 01:13:35.586
know.
01:13:35.586 --> 01:13:41.405
So Eric Blooding go with Alexi and his crew, go to the land, Fay, and they're like, Hey.
01:13:41.405 --> 01:13:43.895
And they're like, you kidnapped our dollars, we're putting you in jail.
01:13:43.895 --> 01:13:45.216
And he is like, no, there's no time.
01:13:45.216 --> 01:13:46.206
But they put him in jail anyway.
01:13:46.206 --> 01:13:47.735
And the dad's like, I'm gonna murder you.
01:13:47.735 --> 01:13:50.435
And he's like, no, if you murder me, then you can't save your daughter.
01:13:50.435 --> 01:13:54.126
And they're like, well, we have to convey this whole convene, this whole Faye council thing.
01:13:54.185 --> 01:13:58.140
And then the kids of all the Faye Council members are like, we're gonna sneak like Jonas and
01:13:58.140 --> 01:13:58.461
mm-hmm.
01:13:58.716 --> 01:13:59.676
Mira
01:13:59.706 --> 01:14:01.475
Jonas, Mira Sander Alexi.
01:14:01.475 --> 01:14:02.735
They're like, we'll sneak you out.
01:14:02.735 --> 01:14:03.725
We know what's best.
01:14:03.725 --> 01:14:04.895
So they sneak out Eric.
01:14:05.136 --> 01:14:08.195
And they get to the ship and like, we're going to the ever sea with you.
01:14:08.195 --> 01:14:09.905
And they're like, this is a cool adventure.
01:14:09.905 --> 01:14:11.225
All the royal kids.
01:14:12.006 --> 01:14:14.225
And so they go down into the water.
01:14:14.225 --> 01:14:15.216
Well, that's how it all starts.
01:14:15.216 --> 01:14:15.336
Yeah.
01:14:15.501 --> 01:14:15.701
Yeah.
01:14:15.706 --> 01:14:20.826
And then meanwhile, Olivia's on this El island and she's like, ELs, what?
01:14:20.826 --> 01:14:21.546
I didn't know you exist.
01:14:21.546 --> 01:14:23.706
And I'm like, yeah, I'm, there's this one girl elf.
01:14:23.706 --> 01:14:25.206
And she's like, hi, I am really nice.
01:14:25.206 --> 01:14:27.185
But also I can't like tell you a lot.
01:14:27.185 --> 01:14:34.355
And there's this weird stuff going on her with like, clearly she's under some sort of like curse or dur or, or dur duress or something, you know.
01:14:34.355 --> 01:14:38.301
She's like, like I'm trying to tell you how to escape, but I can't tell you how to escape.
01:14:38.360 --> 01:14:38.780
Mm-hmm.
01:14:38.860 --> 01:14:39.020
And
01:14:39.020 --> 01:14:44.975
I'm like, what you have to do and I'm just gonna show you around the island, like things that maybe you should know about the island.
01:14:45.036 --> 01:14:45.701
Wink wink.
01:14:45.996 --> 01:14:46.416
Right, right.
01:14:46.416 --> 01:14:47.525
But I can't like see anything.
01:14:47.615 --> 01:14:52.775
And then, um, Olivia summons like the hall and there's this other elf, I don't remember his name.
01:14:53.076 --> 01:14:55.326
And he's like this big, scary, powerful.
01:14:56.136 --> 01:14:57.365
Fire elf.
01:14:57.365 --> 01:14:59.525
Either that or Larson's firepower.
01:14:59.525 --> 01:15:01.235
One of them is like, fire, I forget.
01:15:01.265 --> 01:15:01.626
Okay.
01:15:01.685 --> 01:15:05.496
And, um, and the girl's like, please don't make me do this.
01:15:05.496 --> 01:15:07.145
And they're like, no, you have to do this.
01:15:07.145 --> 01:15:09.275
And she's, and then she's like, okay, I am sorry.
01:15:09.275 --> 01:15:10.536
And then she rips out.
01:15:10.865 --> 01:15:12.725
Um, Lib's heart bomb.
01:15:12.725 --> 01:15:19.025
She like grabs her chest and then leaves this like physical and also very emotional, rips out the heart bond.
01:15:19.025 --> 01:15:20.916
At the same time, Eric's like on land.
01:15:20.916 --> 01:15:22.145
And he's like, oh my God.
01:15:22.145 --> 01:15:22.445
Ouch.
01:15:22.445 --> 01:15:24.216
Something's losing, torn apart.
01:15:24.515 --> 01:15:26.076
And their heart bond is ripped apart.
01:15:26.076 --> 01:15:26.765
That gets me.
01:15:27.201 --> 01:15:28.220
Um, and oh, I was thinking,
01:15:28.525 --> 01:15:28.966
I hate that.
01:15:29.966 --> 01:15:30.475
I like that.
01:15:30.475 --> 01:15:31.496
It's a tangible thing.
01:15:31.496 --> 01:15:31.555
You
01:15:31.555 --> 01:15:31.645
can,
01:15:31.676 --> 01:15:32.456
oh, I hate that.
01:15:32.456 --> 01:15:34.136
It's a tangible thing that's upsetting.
01:15:34.211 --> 01:15:34.831
Oh, I like it.
01:15:34.850 --> 01:15:36.711
And how, how un how nonpermanent,
01:15:36.716 --> 01:15:37.706
that's when Larson, how
01:15:37.706 --> 01:15:38.275
nonpermanent.
01:15:38.815 --> 01:15:44.036
So then the elf girl that was like trying to help Olivia is like, now I am evil, blah, blah, blah.
01:15:44.036 --> 01:15:44.695
And she's like, whoa.
01:15:44.695 --> 01:15:48.055
She just like went totally a different berserk kind of way.
01:15:48.145 --> 01:15:49.225
I don't know what's going on.
01:15:49.225 --> 01:15:56.095
And then they send Olivia back to her room and Larson shows up and he is like, Hey, now that you, uh, hate my brother, you wanna do it?
01:15:56.095 --> 01:15:58.735
And she's like, um, no, I still love him.
01:15:58.735 --> 01:16:00.265
And he's like, well, that's not how this works.
01:16:00.265 --> 01:16:01.076
It's just not, it's not a.
01:16:01.176 --> 01:16:03.541
Word off yet that like, I'll give a couple hours that.
01:16:03.666 --> 01:16:06.246
And she's like, well, I'm gonna cut your ear off.
01:16:06.305 --> 01:16:10.235
And then he's like, you bitch and I, you'll pay for this.
01:16:10.235 --> 01:16:11.115
And he leaves, and then
01:16:11.115 --> 01:16:11.706
he'll pay for this.
01:16:11.706 --> 01:16:12.485
And then, oh yeah.
01:16:12.490 --> 01:16:13.746
This whole time, this whole time,
01:16:13.746 --> 01:16:13.775
I
01:16:13.775 --> 01:16:14.405
told you
01:16:14.796 --> 01:16:22.685
this whole time, there was also this blonde sea witch sexy girl who showed up at the, like, capitol when Eric was like, I'm claiming her as my queen.
01:16:22.685 --> 01:16:23.645
And she's like, oh, excuse me.
01:16:23.645 --> 01:16:24.275
We had a thing.
01:16:24.275 --> 01:16:25.685
And he is like, no, you are nothing to me.
01:16:25.685 --> 01:16:26.136
Trash.
01:16:26.376 --> 01:16:30.796
And um, so she's on this island and she's like, she's on this island.
01:16:30.796 --> 01:16:32.115
And she's like, this is revenge.
01:16:32.115 --> 01:16:34.246
And she's, she's like, I'm actually really powerful.
01:16:34.246 --> 01:16:36.315
And she's doing all the magic on the island.
01:16:36.615 --> 01:16:40.426
And she's like, uh, Larson, why are you messing with her?
01:16:40.426 --> 01:16:41.055
Leave her alone.
01:16:41.055 --> 01:16:41.836
You're being dumb.
01:16:42.046 --> 01:16:43.810
Um, and you
01:16:43.810 --> 01:16:44.131
want me,
01:16:44.176 --> 01:16:46.006
she's like, I'm on a different level.
01:16:46.036 --> 01:16:46.305
Yeah.
01:16:47.305 --> 01:16:47.966
Wow.
01:16:48.235 --> 01:16:49.136
She's into him too.
01:16:49.225 --> 01:16:50.440
Larson, she wants a brother.
01:16:50.440 --> 01:16:50.461
She wants,
01:16:51.115 --> 01:16:52.195
she just wants power.
01:16:52.195 --> 01:16:53.560
She's like, I wanna be the queen.
01:16:53.801 --> 01:16:54.121
Whatever she can get.
01:16:54.261 --> 01:16:59.065
And also the whole thing, like the whole thing is like in the ever kingdom, women have no power essentially.
01:16:59.065 --> 01:16:59.935
That's what I was like.
01:17:00.265 --> 01:17:01.945
And Olivia was like, that's crazy.
01:17:01.945 --> 01:17:02.576
You can have power.
01:17:02.576 --> 01:17:03.506
And she's like, shut up, bitch.
01:17:03.506 --> 01:17:04.676
You don't know how it is here.
01:17:04.886 --> 01:17:09.746
And then Olivia becomes the ever queen and she's like, okay, now it's really horrible.
01:17:09.805 --> 01:17:15.685
And she's like, no, I'm gonna be in power, but I'm still gonna be the consort of the king because like, that's as far as I can think.
01:17:16.496 --> 01:17:16.555
Yeah.
01:17:16.555 --> 01:17:16.565
Right.
01:17:16.565 --> 01:17:16.576
Um.
01:17:16.926 --> 01:17:25.805
And so then meanwhile Eric is like sends Gavin off to find Olivia and he pops out of her shower essentially and is like, Olivia, oh my God, where are we?
01:17:25.805 --> 01:17:26.376
And she's like,
01:17:26.376 --> 01:17:26.916
I love Gavin.
01:17:26.921 --> 01:17:28.751
She's like, listen, love here.
01:17:28.751 --> 01:17:29.150
What's going on?
01:17:29.560 --> 01:17:31.086
She's like, listen, here's what's going on.
01:17:31.115 --> 01:17:39.246
Oh, and also I was told by this elf girl that I can't get off the island because the island like has a magic that only if you're marked by a certain mark you can get on and off.
01:17:39.246 --> 01:17:40.386
And she's like, and I can't get off.
01:17:40.386 --> 01:17:43.445
And I tried, like I got close and I just felt like my body was being torn apart.
01:17:43.475 --> 01:17:43.626
Oh.
01:17:43.626 --> 01:17:45.065
And he's like, well, I can get you out, girl.
01:17:45.216 --> 01:17:46.655
And so they go and they fight a couple
01:17:46.655 --> 01:17:46.676
of us.
01:17:46.676 --> 01:17:46.911
Don't worry.
01:17:47.345 --> 01:17:49.445
They fight a couple of guards and they get to the edge.
01:17:49.506 --> 01:17:53.645
They get to the edge of the island and he's like, come on, let's jump in the water and I'll like take us back.
01:17:53.645 --> 01:17:56.286
And she like tries to, but she feels her body being torn apart
01:17:56.706 --> 01:17:56.796
and
01:17:56.796 --> 01:17:56.826
she's like, no.
01:17:56.826 --> 01:17:59.645
Then he ends up in the water and she ends up like stuck on the island still.
01:17:59.645 --> 01:18:03.065
And so he goes back to Eric and he is like, Eric, this is what's up.
01:18:03.065 --> 01:18:09.256
She's on this island with these elves and, and uh, brother and they tore out your heart bond, but she still loves you.
01:18:09.256 --> 01:18:09.735
And he is like, good.
01:18:09.735 --> 01:18:10.576
I still love her.
01:18:11.025 --> 01:18:11.055
Aww.
01:18:11.055 --> 01:18:11.475
So what's the
01:18:11.626 --> 01:18:12.676
point of the heart bond?
01:18:12.796 --> 01:18:13.065
It's
01:18:13.065 --> 01:18:17.115
just like basically can talk to each other in their heads and like, like an empathy link?
01:18:17.206 --> 01:18:17.595
Yeah.
01:18:18.081 --> 01:18:21.081
Or like they're just drawn together, like their future's intertwined.
01:18:21.110 --> 01:18:23.390
Wait, but then it's, so now their aren
01:18:23.390 --> 01:18:24.051
intertwined still,
01:18:24.621 --> 01:18:24.770
even
01:18:24.770 --> 01:18:26.720
without, they just love each other like normal people.
01:18:26.720 --> 01:18:28.490
Well, that should have just been it from the stars then.
01:18:28.791 --> 01:18:29.060
I know.
01:18:29.060 --> 01:18:29.841
I don't like that.
01:18:30.841 --> 01:18:32.680
Um, heart
01:18:32.680 --> 01:18:33.490
bond, couch
01:18:34.270 --> 01:18:34.480
normal.
01:18:35.480 --> 01:18:37.041
I really like a good mix of both.
01:18:37.220 --> 01:18:38.060
Yeah.
01:18:38.331 --> 01:18:43.746
Like, Hey, I've been talking to you this whole time, and the people over here, like Kendall is my audience.
01:18:44.286 --> 01:18:44.945
I'm listening.
01:18:45.216 --> 01:18:46.416
I like to talk to myself.
01:18:47.416 --> 01:18:47.956
Ash keeps going.
01:18:47.956 --> 01:18:48.166
Like,
01:18:49.166 --> 01:18:50.530
that's stupid.
01:18:51.041 --> 01:18:51.701
Har hard one
01:18:52.701 --> 01:18:53.121
gross.
01:18:54.121 --> 01:19:03.211
So then Eric and all the kids of the of the land kingdom are like trying to figure out how to find this mysterious, disappearing island.
01:19:03.240 --> 01:19:04.381
And then who shows up?
01:19:04.470 --> 01:19:06.631
But Olivia's father and she, he's like.
01:19:07.305 --> 01:19:09.286
Olivia's father and his number one warrior.
01:19:09.496 --> 01:19:11.115
And who knew Eric?
01:19:11.115 --> 01:19:12.645
We found out earlier, he was like,
01:19:12.676 --> 01:19:13.126
yes, Steve.
01:19:13.126 --> 01:19:17.685
When, when he was stealing Olivia, he saw Eric and he was like, don't do this, Eric.
01:19:17.746 --> 01:19:21.166
Like, he called him Eric instead of like ever king or blood saying whatever.
01:19:21.645 --> 01:19:23.230
And he was like, I can't da, da da.
01:19:23.445 --> 01:19:31.845
And so we find out he was imprisoned with him originally in the, like the Faye Wars when Eric was imprisoned as a kid.
01:19:31.845 --> 01:19:34.275
And he like protected him, pre protected Eric.
01:19:34.275 --> 01:19:34.336
Oh.
01:19:35.336 --> 01:19:37.076
And he really wanted to adopt Eric.
01:19:37.105 --> 01:19:37.466
Yeah.
01:19:37.466 --> 01:19:39.025
He was gonna adopt Eric.
01:19:39.025 --> 01:19:46.025
'cause we also find out that, um, Eric's okay, do you know this part better than I do?
01:19:46.086 --> 01:19:49.416
Eric's father and like the, how he got killed and all that stuff.
01:19:49.416 --> 01:19:49.565
Yeah.
01:19:49.565 --> 01:19:55.326
The whole thing was he stole, he like supposedly stole a land Faye woman.
01:19:56.015 --> 01:20:00.905
Um, and then that's why the land, Faye started war with him essentially.
01:20:01.025 --> 01:20:01.775
Oh, Helen of Joy.
01:20:01.775 --> 01:20:02.586
And then,
01:20:02.975 --> 01:20:04.086
so then Eric was like, me too.
01:20:04.086 --> 01:20:04.386
I think
01:20:04.386 --> 01:20:04.985
he took.
01:20:05.985 --> 01:20:12.195
And then Eric just became like a casualty of war essentially by one of the other clans, not Olivia's father.
01:20:12.435 --> 01:20:17.775
And Olivia's father and his warrior were like, no, this is just a sweet boy.
01:20:17.985 --> 01:20:20.926
If we raise him, he can be a sweet kid.
01:20:20.985 --> 01:20:21.376
Yeah.
01:20:21.466 --> 01:20:27.796
And he was like, Eric, you can stay with us and we'll like, we'll raise you as my own child.
01:20:27.796 --> 01:20:27.855
Whoa.
01:20:28.095 --> 01:20:31.876
And Eric was like, I can't have to take care of my people as like a child.
01:20:31.876 --> 01:20:33.525
So he was like, I have this responsibility.
01:20:33.525 --> 01:20:34.576
'cause his father was dead.
01:20:34.605 --> 01:20:34.876
Yeah.
01:20:34.881 --> 01:20:35.020
Yeah.
01:20:35.115 --> 01:20:42.195
So he went back and then later on he is like, as through as the story progresses, he's like, I guess he would've actually raised me as like his father.
01:20:42.195 --> 01:20:44.746
And maybe my life would've been better if I just stayed chose.
01:20:44.805 --> 01:20:47.386
But I, like I had to go back to my people.
01:20:48.386 --> 01:20:49.136
Same super, super
01:20:49.136 --> 01:20:49.496
traumatic.
01:20:49.496 --> 01:20:50.725
And then he tortured by my uncle.
01:20:50.786 --> 01:20:51.176
Yeah.
01:20:51.511 --> 01:20:52.850
And then your people hate you language.
01:20:52.850 --> 01:20:53.530
He was so great when he came back.
01:20:53.530 --> 01:20:53.730
Yeah.
01:20:53.735 --> 01:20:53.966
Yeah.
01:20:53.966 --> 01:20:59.126
And throughout the second book, he kind of releases the idea of like, I have to be my father in this brutal killer.
01:20:59.246 --> 01:20:59.515
Which
01:20:59.515 --> 01:20:59.970
I didn't like.
01:21:00.230 --> 01:21:01.796
No, I did not like, because.
01:21:02.796 --> 01:21:07.270
Because he just gets real soft and it's like, you're like, where's the Eric?
01:21:07.270 --> 01:21:07.926
I know I,
01:21:08.770 --> 01:21:09.581
you're not the Eric
01:21:10.581 --> 01:21:12.020
inter introspective.
01:21:12.020 --> 01:21:12.711
I don't like it.
01:21:13.711 --> 01:21:15.990
You're like, the Eric I knew would never so.
01:21:16.990 --> 01:21:17.381
So
01:21:17.680 --> 01:21:19.930
you take s questions later.
01:21:19.961 --> 01:21:24.190
Um, and he is like, Hmm, maybe like there are other ways around
01:21:24.190 --> 01:21:24.310
this.
01:21:24.310 --> 01:21:29.801
He would like thin the story of Jonas and Sanders's parents because he, they do not turn.
01:21:30.761 --> 01:21:32.560
He is like, yeah, dude, I'm the keno.
01:21:32.560 --> 01:21:34.270
But actually I was once a thief.
01:21:34.301 --> 01:21:35.051
Always a thief.
01:21:35.081 --> 01:21:35.470
I love
01:21:35.470 --> 01:21:35.801
that.
01:21:35.801 --> 01:21:36.581
Once a, you know,
01:21:36.881 --> 01:21:41.180
um, and so, okay, turn it.
01:21:41.661 --> 01:21:43.461
So then her Olivia Olivia's, uh.
01:21:43.996 --> 01:21:47.115
Father comes down and shows up with his right hand warrior man.
01:21:47.115 --> 01:21:56.655
And he is like, so you stole my daughter and then you stole all these, um, royal children of the land and you just expect us to like not start a war with you.
01:21:56.655 --> 01:21:57.586
And he is like, well, kind of.
01:21:57.586 --> 01:21:57.765
Yeah.
01:21:57.765 --> 01:21:58.336
It's for Olivia.
01:21:58.336 --> 01:21:59.176
He's like, I get it.
01:21:59.176 --> 01:22:00.015
'cause I love her.
01:22:00.376 --> 01:22:02.025
So he's like, I'm here with you.
01:22:02.055 --> 01:22:02.775
Let's do this.
01:22:02.775 --> 01:22:03.975
It's a temporary truce.
01:22:04.246 --> 01:22:04.275
Okay.
01:22:04.275 --> 01:22:06.466
Later I'm still gonna murder you and you're gonna murder me.
01:22:06.466 --> 01:22:07.515
But temporary truce.
01:22:07.520 --> 01:22:07.801
Sure,
01:22:07.805 --> 01:22:07.996
sure.
01:22:08.115 --> 01:22:10.426
Uh, for Olivia, because everyone loves Olivia.
01:22:10.426 --> 01:22:13.485
So then they figure out how to find the island.
01:22:13.485 --> 01:22:16.275
This actually does happen really quick in the story.
01:22:16.275 --> 01:22:16.336
Yeah.
01:22:16.336 --> 01:22:18.706
It is like, oh, by the way, here's how we find the island.
01:22:18.855 --> 01:22:20.655
Now let's plot how to get on the island.
01:22:20.775 --> 01:22:20.926
Okay.
01:22:20.956 --> 01:22:22.456
And now we're on the island.
01:22:22.740 --> 01:22:25.860
And now, um, we're fighting on the ship.
01:22:26.100 --> 01:22:34.291
Larson and Eric are fighting on the ship and um, Olivia is on the island and it did skip a little bit, but can't, because
01:22:34.466 --> 01:22:37.680
I useful in this book, I think Eric can't get onto the island.
01:22:37.680 --> 01:22:38.430
I feel like there was
01:22:38.430 --> 01:22:38.461
Oh.
01:22:38.461 --> 01:22:45.270
Because they figure out there's only one like Lord that can get one person who's not an elf that can get on and off the island.
01:22:45.270 --> 01:22:46.921
And it's says Lord and it's his Lord of war.
01:22:46.921 --> 01:22:49.560
And he ends up being like the one who's been also betraying him.
01:22:49.831 --> 01:22:54.690
And the mark that's on them is actually marked onto his collarbone.
01:22:54.690 --> 01:22:54.720
Oh.
01:22:54.751 --> 01:22:57.810
Like engraved in, like in his collarbone.
01:22:57.810 --> 01:22:59.940
Because there's a Faye that has a gift of like.
01:23:00.470 --> 01:23:01.761
Through your skin essentially.
01:23:01.761 --> 01:23:01.820
Yeah.
01:23:01.850 --> 01:23:09.171
So he murders him and tears out his collarbone and then they like wear his collarbone to get into the,
01:23:09.230 --> 01:23:09.801
well let's just giving
01:23:10.011 --> 01:23:11.211
onto the islands
01:23:11.301 --> 01:23:12.411
oh's, just giving shadow and bone.
01:23:12.440 --> 01:23:18.650
Um, and then, so yeah, and then they're like, well, is El are always whole
01:23:18.650 --> 01:23:18.980
book.
01:23:19.011 --> 01:23:19.461
She's
01:23:19.461 --> 01:23:21.171
fighting, she's being kidnapped.
01:23:21.171 --> 01:23:22.940
And then she Scotty who?
01:23:23.211 --> 01:23:23.631
Scotty?
01:23:24.051 --> 01:23:25.640
No, sc Skatey.
01:23:25.640 --> 01:23:26.030
Scotty.
01:23:26.720 --> 01:23:27.155
Oh, that's it.
01:23:27.171 --> 01:23:28.070
Oh, the girl.
01:23:28.070 --> 01:23:28.310
Yeah,
01:23:28.310 --> 01:23:28.791
the girl out.
01:23:28.820 --> 01:23:32.631
cause she's like fighting her, but she's also like, but I don't think she's actually bad.
01:23:32.900 --> 01:23:34.100
Like she's really confused.
01:23:34.100 --> 01:23:41.091
She's like, I don't wanna hurt you, but Oh, you're being controlled by, it is her brother, her brother's like, you have to marry this guy.
01:23:41.121 --> 01:23:43.315
'cause it's the for the good of the elves and like blah, blah, blah.
01:23:43.320 --> 01:23:47.600
And like then she's also being controlled by her brother is the big mean elf.
01:23:47.600 --> 01:23:48.770
So Olivia
01:23:49.430 --> 01:23:49.581
is mean.
01:23:49.581 --> 01:23:49.791
That's not her brother.
01:23:49.791 --> 01:23:50.720
That's who she has to marry.
01:23:51.291 --> 01:23:51.951
I thought she's
01:23:52.161 --> 01:23:52.310
marry.
01:23:52.310 --> 01:23:52.956
No, that's who she has to marry.
01:23:53.956 --> 01:23:55.546
There's somebody who's controlling her though,
01:23:55.576 --> 01:23:55.725
so
01:23:55.725 --> 01:23:59.595
she has to marry because her grandfa, her father or grandfather is sick.
01:23:59.926 --> 01:24:03.195
Well, like her grandfather's sick and then they kill her
01:24:03.195 --> 01:24:03.676
grandfather.
01:24:03.676 --> 01:24:03.826
This is
01:24:03.826 --> 01:24:04.515
all fine.
01:24:04.605 --> 01:24:04.876
Yeah,
01:24:04.935 --> 01:24:05.265
yeah.
01:24:05.265 --> 01:24:10.246
I'm just really, Olivia is just like girl coaching her new elf friend.
01:24:10.246 --> 01:24:11.626
No, she gets rescued.
01:24:12.076 --> 01:24:15.615
She gets rescued and then they're like the, they're gonna keep coming after him.
01:24:15.615 --> 01:24:17.086
We have to do something about Larson.
01:24:17.086 --> 01:24:19.336
So then they all go back to the Elf Island.
01:24:19.336 --> 01:24:20.445
This happens really quick.
01:24:20.746 --> 01:24:24.916
Eric fights Larson on the ship because the other ship comes out.
01:24:25.095 --> 01:24:30.466
Olivia goes to the island and she's like, I'm gonna destroy the island and free the elf girl.
01:24:30.645 --> 01:24:33.945
And the, she like fights the elf girl.
01:24:33.945 --> 01:24:36.435
And they, that's when you find out that like her grandfather's sick.
01:24:36.435 --> 01:24:44.445
And then also the elf girl's power is something, I forget exactly what it is, but it makes her, um, oh, she can manipulate magic.
01:24:44.775 --> 01:24:46.725
She can like manipulate matter.
01:24:47.595 --> 01:24:53.565
Um, and so, but when she uses it, like she uses it for evil, it makes her doubly evil.
01:24:53.565 --> 01:24:55.305
If she uses it for good, it like makes her good.
01:24:55.305 --> 01:24:57.676
And so she use it for evil, but it does wear off.
01:24:57.990 --> 01:25:00.001
Like, depending on how mom, she basically
01:25:00.001 --> 01:25:00.211
goes up
01:25:00.211 --> 01:25:00.360
upset.
01:25:00.376 --> 01:25:01.470
So she has to wait for it
01:25:01.560 --> 01:25:01.951
and
01:25:01.951 --> 01:25:02.761
yeah, she doesn't care.
01:25:02.881 --> 01:25:08.220
So anyways, she sounds like being Olivia fights Olivia and they like take over the elf thing.
01:25:08.220 --> 01:25:08.610
And then
01:25:08.791 --> 01:25:09.091
her dad,
01:25:09.121 --> 01:25:11.881
Eric kills Larson, her dad.
01:25:11.881 --> 01:25:12.631
Her dad.
01:25:12.900 --> 01:25:13.470
That's crazy.
01:25:13.470 --> 01:25:14.671
Your own brother.
01:25:14.730 --> 01:25:20.581
Her dad has earth magic too, and he's just like, he's like massive destroyer of earth magic.
01:25:20.581 --> 01:25:27.136
So he's just there like bringing up volcanoes and stuff on the island to just like kill everyone and they win.
01:25:27.720 --> 01:25:29.551
They live happily ever after.
01:25:29.671 --> 01:25:29.850
Oh my God.
01:25:29.881 --> 01:25:33.810
Um, and then they're like, actually her dad's like, actually you're not that bad.
01:25:33.810 --> 01:25:36.301
I see how much you love my daughter, um, truce.
01:25:36.301 --> 01:25:37.770
And he is like, yeah, totally truce.
01:25:37.770 --> 01:25:38.850
So now there's,
01:25:38.850 --> 01:25:41.070
he just, he just ends his mission to kill him.
01:25:41.220 --> 01:25:41.551
Yeah.
01:25:41.551 --> 01:25:44.911
And so now there's like trade between both lanes and everyone's happy.
01:25:45.121 --> 01:25:46.261
I guess that works out.
01:25:47.261 --> 01:25:47.820
Did you have anything to add?
01:25:48.820 --> 01:25:49.810
She's like, we skipped a lot.
01:25:50.810 --> 01:25:52.770
I was like, that was very fast the
01:25:52.770 --> 01:25:53.091
way we
01:25:53.091 --> 01:25:53.371
went
01:25:53.371 --> 01:25:53.850
through that.
01:25:54.796 --> 01:25:55.426
I'm impressed.
01:25:55.426 --> 01:25:56.890
I was like, I, that, that was good.
01:25:57.890 --> 01:25:58.310
Please.
01:25:58.591 --> 01:25:59.270
I, me,
01:25:59.796 --> 01:26:00.426
I That's what you did.
01:26:00.426 --> 01:26:01.326
Look at her direction at all.
01:26:01.326 --> 01:26:03.390
You were like, on Kendall, I got this.
01:26:04.390 --> 01:26:05.201
I feel like
01:26:05.320 --> 01:26:07.525
so favorite characters and least favorite characters.
01:26:07.666 --> 01:26:11.530
My favorite character is gotta be Gavin.
01:26:12.530 --> 01:26:14.600
Um, least favorite character.
01:26:15.600 --> 01:26:20.381
Um, uh, LAR Larson Boo.
01:26:20.711 --> 01:26:22.180
I hate him.
01:26:22.270 --> 01:26:23.440
Rip my GBF.
01:26:23.621 --> 01:26:29.265
Um, I also think that perhaps I would have hated Eric at the beginning.
01:26:30.265 --> 01:26:30.475
You.
01:26:30.475 --> 01:26:32.485
I think you would've hated Eric at the beginning.
01:26:32.756 --> 01:26:33.025
Well, as
01:26:33.025 --> 01:26:35.365
Eric at the beginning, I did not appreciate him.
01:26:35.365 --> 01:26:36.086
That's exactly what I
01:26:36.086 --> 01:26:36.506
would predict.
01:26:36.506 --> 01:26:40.615
I think when I start seeing his tragic backstory, that's when I soften.
01:26:40.615 --> 01:26:40.916
Yeah.
01:26:40.916 --> 01:26:42.626
You know, as I'm expected to, I think.
01:26:42.985 --> 01:26:43.345
Yeah.
01:26:43.496 --> 01:26:43.975
Yeah.
01:26:44.336 --> 01:26:45.805
I was fascinated by him.
01:26:45.805 --> 01:26:48.176
And then he was like, you're a girl boss girl.
01:26:48.176 --> 01:26:49.435
You got this breathe.
01:26:49.951 --> 01:26:52.411
And I was like, I'm never so turned off.
01:26:52.411 --> 01:26:52.610
There's my,
01:26:52.945 --> 01:26:54.805
I can see how this would be good.
01:26:55.076 --> 01:26:55.466
Lacey.
01:26:55.466 --> 01:26:56.185
I'm with you.
01:26:56.305 --> 01:26:56.576
She
01:26:56.576 --> 01:26:57.055
okay.
01:26:57.060 --> 01:26:58.676
Like she needs me.
01:26:58.676 --> 01:26:59.695
It's hurt.
01:26:59.695 --> 01:27:00.626
Needs for my purse
01:27:01.376 --> 01:27:01.796
thing.
01:27:01.855 --> 01:27:02.365
Yeah.
01:27:03.235 --> 01:27:04.435
And they meet each other.
01:27:05.036 --> 01:27:05.786
No, I get it.
01:27:05.996 --> 01:27:07.136
I, she has his own stuff he needs,
01:27:07.136 --> 01:27:08.485
but I think they're both crazy.
01:27:08.515 --> 01:27:08.666
Yeah.
01:27:08.666 --> 01:27:09.355
I mean, for sure.
01:27:09.355 --> 01:27:09.926
Absolutely.
01:27:09.926 --> 01:27:10.975
I think she's insane.
01:27:11.006 --> 01:27:11.845
What would romance ask you?
01:27:12.115 --> 01:27:13.496
A little bit of nuts, I guess.
01:27:13.496 --> 01:27:13.886
So
01:27:14.065 --> 01:27:14.576
blood play,
01:27:15.055 --> 01:27:16.076
little blood play.
01:27:16.076 --> 01:27:16.615
Blood play.
01:27:16.945 --> 01:27:18.746
Would you be your favorite, least favorite characters?
01:27:19.746 --> 01:27:20.435
I don't know.
01:27:20.435 --> 01:27:20.586
God,
01:27:21.586 --> 01:27:22.155
you've had so
01:27:22.155 --> 01:27:23.086
much time to think about
01:27:23.086 --> 01:27:23.296
this.
01:27:23.296 --> 01:27:24.405
I, we could think of anything.
01:27:25.405 --> 01:27:25.886
I have no idea.
01:27:25.905 --> 01:27:26.126
You
01:27:26.126 --> 01:27:26.206
could
01:27:26.206 --> 01:27:26.286
do
01:27:26.645 --> 01:27:28.530
favorite least favorite parts if you'd want to.
01:27:28.560 --> 01:27:28.680
Yeah.
01:27:28.680 --> 01:27:28.951
You do.
01:27:28.951 --> 01:27:30.600
Parts feel equipped to do that.
01:27:30.600 --> 01:27:30.961
You kidding?
01:27:31.230 --> 01:27:32.280
Least favorite part.
01:27:32.341 --> 01:27:32.761
Okay.
01:27:32.850 --> 01:27:33.390
Um,
01:27:34.381 --> 01:27:36.240
least favorite part when you told her how to breathe.
01:27:37.171 --> 01:27:37.831
Honestly,
01:27:37.831 --> 01:27:38.886
that's what I was gonna say.
01:27:39.475 --> 01:27:43.756
It's like I understand, but that's ridiculous and petty.
01:27:44.296 --> 01:27:47.536
It's the first moment he's shown true humanity as far as I know.
01:27:47.536 --> 01:27:49.845
And I'm like, now I have the like, absolutely.
01:27:49.845 --> 01:27:50.326
You like, Ew.
01:27:51.326 --> 01:27:51.445
Gross.
01:27:52.445 --> 01:27:52.735
Okay.
01:27:52.831 --> 01:27:53.041
What's
01:27:53.041 --> 01:27:53.131
your
01:27:53.131 --> 01:27:53.911
favorite part?
01:27:54.911 --> 01:27:55.240
Bone
01:27:55.246 --> 01:27:55.595
crown.
01:27:56.576 --> 01:27:58.235
It likes the bone ground a lot.
01:27:58.996 --> 01:27:59.435
I did like the bone.
01:27:59.440 --> 01:27:59.680
Oh yeah.
01:27:59.680 --> 01:27:59.801
It's
01:27:59.801 --> 01:28:01.421
made out of Larson's bones.
01:28:02.421 --> 01:28:02.841
My GF
01:28:03.841 --> 01:28:04.980
No Larson.
01:28:04.980 --> 01:28:05.310
Uh,
01:28:06.310 --> 01:28:06.730
favorite.
01:28:06.730 --> 01:28:07.390
Least favorite Charact.
01:28:08.390 --> 01:28:09.951
Well, I feel like I can't
01:28:09.951 --> 01:28:15.060
even, like my favorite character in the series is Jonas, but like, we didn't,
01:28:16.060 --> 01:28:16.331
oh my God.
01:28:16.810 --> 01:28:20.020
Jonas is just like, Kay, okay.
01:28:20.020 --> 01:28:20.831
Like Riddick,
01:28:21.220 --> 01:28:21.671
Aw,
01:28:21.701 --> 01:28:23.711
he's kind of like the Riddick character, but more.
01:28:24.711 --> 01:28:25.791
Zaden esque.
01:28:25.940 --> 01:28:26.240
Ooh.
01:28:26.240 --> 01:28:28.251
And I'm using Fourth Wing a lot, but,
01:28:28.251 --> 01:28:29.030
and Zaden esque ly,
01:28:29.480 --> 01:28:35.211
like, because he's like, because he has shadow Ma, or not really shadow dark, like dark magic where he can turn nightmares into real things.
01:28:35.211 --> 01:28:38.871
Like basically put nightmares into your head and scare you to death is like his thing.
01:28:38.871 --> 01:28:53.841
That's, but he is also kinda like, but I'm maybe a boy toy and like, I kind of like sleep on and I make lots of jokes, but I also really love, like all my, they all the kids quote unquote kids, they're all ages like 19 through like 25.
01:28:53.871 --> 01:28:53.961
Mm-hmm.
01:28:54.320 --> 01:28:57.020
They all, their family grew up together.
01:28:57.020 --> 01:29:01.430
So like all their parents are married so they're more like cousins and nobody within the group has like a thing.
01:29:01.435 --> 01:29:01.445
Mm-hmm.
01:29:01.685 --> 01:29:01.886
Mm-hmm.
01:29:01.970 --> 01:29:03.680
So they're actually all friends and like,
01:29:03.746 --> 01:29:05.150
so he's just like a really good friend,
01:29:05.150 --> 01:29:06.440
really good friend Olivia.
01:29:06.501 --> 01:29:07.041
And like
01:29:07.046 --> 01:29:07.911
That's so sweet.
01:29:07.911 --> 01:29:08.270
I do
01:29:08.270 --> 01:29:08.430
like that.
01:29:08.430 --> 01:29:12.650
And then his brother, if I'm like, I cannot wait for his brother's book'cause he might be a little freaky too.
01:29:12.650 --> 01:29:12.980
So.
01:29:13.940 --> 01:29:14.805
Might be Freakier.
01:29:15.185 --> 01:29:16.581
Oh freakier.
01:29:16.581 --> 01:29:17.780
Than Eric Freakier.
01:29:17.780 --> 01:29:18.350
Than Jones.
01:29:18.770 --> 01:29:19.881
Is Jonas Freakier than her?
01:29:19.881 --> 01:29:20.661
He's a little freaky.
01:29:20.720 --> 01:29:22.371
Like, I mean, not like Jonas
01:29:22.371 --> 01:29:24.051
seems more, uh, well adjusted.
01:29:24.081 --> 01:29:24.411
Yes.
01:29:25.411 --> 01:29:26.520
Jonas had loving parents.
01:29:26.551 --> 01:29:27.121
Yeah.
01:29:27.360 --> 01:29:28.230
Jonas seems like he's
01:29:28.230 --> 01:29:29.435
just like, I don't think I like to sleep around.
01:29:29.435 --> 01:29:29.515
I
01:29:29.515 --> 01:29:29.636
don't.
01:29:29.895 --> 01:29:37.621
And he's also like, he's, he grew up with parent, he grew up with a, with the parents who's like, I was a thief and like always a thief and like, I'm kind of cool.
01:29:37.621 --> 01:29:39.240
And his dad Loki has dyslexia.
01:29:39.240 --> 01:29:40.501
So like, I don't know, there's like this vibe,
01:29:41.501 --> 01:29:43.121
but special yoga means my
01:29:43.121 --> 01:29:44.890
dad Loki has dyslexia.
01:29:45.100 --> 01:29:45.551
So
01:29:46.551 --> 01:29:51.121
that, that generational trauma caused by your parent having Loki dyslexia
01:29:52.121 --> 01:29:52.390
at home, you know,
01:29:53.201 --> 01:29:53.831
poor Riley.
01:29:53.831 --> 01:29:54.791
What's my son gonna do?
01:29:54.791 --> 01:29:58.251
His father's color blind think he's gonna be okay.
01:29:58.850 --> 01:29:59.600
He'll be like Josh.
01:30:00.600 --> 01:30:01.501
But now I'm worried.
01:30:01.740 --> 01:30:02.940
I'm even more worried.
01:30:03.780 --> 01:30:04.291
Oh my God.
01:30:04.291 --> 01:30:04.310
I don't
01:30:04.310 --> 01:30:05.336
have the least favorite character
01:30:05.336 --> 01:30:05.576
though.
01:30:06.576 --> 01:30:07.961
You like, I like everyone.
01:30:08.961 --> 01:30:12.786
Talking book two then Larson unfortunately has to be my least favorite.
01:30:13.055 --> 01:30:13.345
Yeah.
01:30:13.975 --> 01:30:14.586
Book two.
01:30:14.586 --> 01:30:16.701
My least favorite is the Bad Elf.
01:30:17.701 --> 01:30:17.921
The
01:30:17.921 --> 01:30:18.041
the
01:30:18.041 --> 01:30:18.051
the
01:30:18.051 --> 01:30:18.405
guy?
01:30:18.435 --> 01:30:19.001
Yeah, the guy.
01:30:19.001 --> 01:30:19.246
The guy.
01:30:19.336 --> 01:30:20.836
Oh know, I liked the, we didn't spend a
01:30:20.836 --> 01:30:21.855
lot of time on that one.
01:30:21.886 --> 01:30:26.055
Although the, because he doesn't really have that big of a thing.
01:30:26.055 --> 01:30:27.225
He's just a big bully.
01:30:27.405 --> 01:30:27.615
Like
01:30:27.826 --> 01:30:27.855
Oh
01:30:28.855 --> 01:30:31.956
my favorite is the cook Silver.
01:30:32.015 --> 01:30:32.345
Yeah.
01:30:33.246 --> 01:30:34.985
And it very, it is very long.
01:30:34.985 --> 01:30:36.216
John Silver like vibes
01:30:36.456 --> 01:30:39.966
Well, but'cause he also at some point stop stalking in riddles.
01:30:40.355 --> 01:30:46.565
I feel like Celine should get an honorable mention because she's very clearly based off of the Irish Pirate queen.
01:30:46.895 --> 01:30:47.586
What is her name?
01:30:47.586 --> 01:30:48.426
Why can't I remember?
01:30:48.485 --> 01:30:50.046
Um, it's,
01:30:50.525 --> 01:30:50.706
I
01:30:50.706 --> 01:30:51.365
know Bonnie.
01:30:51.456 --> 01:30:51.576
Oh.
01:30:51.576 --> 01:30:52.565
And she ends up,
01:30:52.565 --> 01:30:53.435
well I think that's one of'em.
01:30:53.435 --> 01:30:53.916
There's two
01:30:53.916 --> 01:30:58.565
with one of the crew mates in the end with one of the crew in the end who's like had a crush on her the whole time.
01:30:58.621 --> 01:30:59.451
Oh, good for her.
01:31:00.451 --> 01:31:01.171
Grace O'Malley.
01:31:01.171 --> 01:31:01.831
Grace O'Malley.
01:31:01.831 --> 01:31:03.091
Yeah.
01:31:03.676 --> 01:31:04.126
Thank you.
01:31:04.725 --> 01:31:06.916
Um, how many pinkies up?
01:31:07.786 --> 01:31:08.025
Five.
01:31:08.025 --> 01:31:08.051
Wait, what?
01:31:08.055 --> 01:31:09.435
Wait, what are the lessons we learned?
01:31:09.826 --> 01:31:13.305
The lessons I learned, um, were definitely
01:31:13.515 --> 01:31:14.895
always go to ma grade ball.
01:31:14.956 --> 01:31:15.256
Oh,
01:31:15.555 --> 01:31:15.796
sorry.
01:31:15.826 --> 01:31:17.055
Or, or never.
01:31:17.145 --> 01:31:17.206
Or
01:31:17.371 --> 01:31:17.610
never,
01:31:18.610 --> 01:31:25.480
never initiate with anyone because they might be trying to torture you to death and kill your dad.
01:31:26.140 --> 01:31:26.440
That is
01:31:26.440 --> 01:31:26.530
fair.
01:31:26.621 --> 01:31:28.030
Um, that's fair.
01:31:28.180 --> 01:31:30.371
Then what else have I learned?
01:31:30.461 --> 01:31:35.001
Um, you know, don't judge a book by its cover.
01:31:35.001 --> 01:31:45.501
You know, he might just be acting this way because as a child, his uncle tortured his cousin and then also tortured him in order to make him a more Ruth ruthless king.
01:31:45.650 --> 01:31:45.980
Yeah.
01:31:46.131 --> 01:31:49.220
And like, you don't know anyone could have that going on.
01:31:49.850 --> 01:31:52.916
And it's really like we need really's.
01:31:52.916 --> 01:31:53.900
Really practical advice
01:31:54.381 --> 01:31:55.970
whenever we meet anyone and,
01:31:55.970 --> 01:31:56.301
um.
01:31:56.871 --> 01:31:57.440
What else?
01:31:57.501 --> 01:31:58.055
Um, you never know
01:31:58.086 --> 01:31:58.935
someone's story.
01:31:59.685 --> 01:31:59.975
What?
01:32:00.171 --> 01:32:00.890
You said you never
01:32:00.890 --> 01:32:01.490
know someone story.
01:32:01.581 --> 01:32:01.761
You
01:32:01.761 --> 01:32:02.270
never know
01:32:02.270 --> 01:32:03.261
what someone's story.
01:32:03.320 --> 01:32:04.190
Exactly.
01:32:05.190 --> 01:32:08.011
I'm concerned that you guys are making real lessons.
01:32:08.041 --> 01:32:08.610
I know.
01:32:08.610 --> 01:32:09.661
I was like, Lacey's over here.
01:32:09.780 --> 01:32:12.240
Like, guys, these are the actual details of the book.
01:32:12.480 --> 01:32:13.680
This is a real lesson.
01:32:13.890 --> 01:32:15.690
These take this seriously.
01:32:15.780 --> 01:32:16.171
Please.
01:32:16.201 --> 01:32:17.400
You guys, this is serious.
01:32:17.400 --> 01:32:19.381
You never know that could have been happening to someone
01:32:19.381 --> 01:32:19.560
serious.
01:32:19.560 --> 01:32:20.701
That could have been happening.
01:32:20.730 --> 01:32:21.331
Uh,
01:32:21.685 --> 01:32:24.541
don't don't judge mass torturers.
01:32:24.541 --> 01:32:24.600
They
01:32:24.600 --> 01:32:25.876
probably had a reason.
01:32:26.876 --> 01:32:28.650
Listen, they probably have
01:32:29.650 --> 01:32:30.850
you guys, you don't understand.
01:32:30.850 --> 01:32:31.690
He's unique.
01:32:31.690 --> 01:32:32.770
Don't get drunk on the
01:32:32.770 --> 01:32:33.400
beach.
01:32:33.640 --> 01:32:34.390
Never.
01:32:34.395 --> 01:32:35.201
Don't touch a wall.
01:32:35.350 --> 01:32:36.671
Never touch any wall.
01:32:36.676 --> 01:32:36.826
Underwater.
01:32:37.001 --> 01:32:37.570
Underwater.
01:32:37.570 --> 01:32:37.871
Don't
01:32:37.871 --> 01:32:38.411
touch underwater.
01:32:38.411 --> 01:32:40.150
Um, but I can get drunk on the beach.
01:32:40.150 --> 01:32:41.291
I just, not just as
01:32:42.291 --> 01:32:44.451
the rest of them were drunk, but they didn't touch the underwater at
01:32:44.451 --> 01:32:44.511
all.
01:32:44.511 --> 01:32:44.720
Okay.
01:32:44.720 --> 01:32:45.171
Solid.
01:32:45.171 --> 01:32:45.591
Excellent.
01:32:45.650 --> 01:32:47.451
Because I was like, that is a primary hobby.
01:32:48.171 --> 01:32:49.280
That's gonna be a problem.
01:32:50.280 --> 01:32:52.291
Um, there's, there's.
01:32:53.041 --> 01:32:55.350
There, there's too many to name.
01:32:55.350 --> 01:32:57.355
All these lessons I've learned today, so many lessons.
01:32:57.871 --> 01:33:00.070
Um, you know,
01:33:01.070 --> 01:33:02.871
I can't believe I can't come up with a single.
01:33:03.680 --> 01:33:05.661
I can see your brain working so hard.
01:33:05.661 --> 01:33:07.666
You, you're like, I got, okay.
01:33:08.195 --> 01:33:10.945
Maybe if, uh, I gotta have learned something,
01:33:11.945 --> 01:33:13.350
I gotta have learned something.
01:33:13.350 --> 01:33:13.650
Oh my God.
01:33:13.650 --> 01:33:19.530
Always be kind to the little Faye, um, child imprisoned.
01:33:19.711 --> 01:33:20.100
I have, I
01:33:20.100 --> 01:33:20.490
was gonna
01:33:20.490 --> 01:33:21.150
say the cook,
01:33:21.480 --> 01:33:22.951
but you know, he might end up
01:33:23.190 --> 01:33:23.610
okay.
01:33:23.671 --> 01:33:25.501
Being a really sexy king,
01:33:26.070 --> 01:33:26.490
the teacher.
01:33:26.610 --> 01:33:33.661
Also, you never know if one of your friends might actually be your half sibling trying to murder you.
01:33:33.661 --> 01:33:35.265
Oh my God, your half sibling.
01:33:36.265 --> 01:33:36.365
That happens.
01:33:36.911 --> 01:33:38.365
It's like truly.
01:33:38.996 --> 01:33:43.225
So like, just look out that your friends, about your friends, like if they look suspicious,
01:33:43.225 --> 01:33:44.305
don't trust anyone similar
01:33:44.305 --> 01:33:44.605
to you.
01:33:45.581 --> 01:33:46.121
Question it.
01:33:46.126 --> 01:33:46.345
Yeah.
01:33:46.350 --> 01:33:46.600
Yeah.
01:33:46.600 --> 01:33:50.591
I would basically don't trust anyone or do anything, go anywhere.
01:33:50.621 --> 01:33:50.860
Yep.
01:33:51.730 --> 01:33:52.451
I live by that.
01:33:53.171 --> 01:33:53.740
That's low key
01:33:53.740 --> 01:33:57.400
part of the plot of the, there's no touches on the top.
01:33:57.551 --> 01:33:57.610
Yeah.
01:33:58.240 --> 01:34:01.780
Just don't do anything ever, ever do anything or go anywhere.
01:34:01.810 --> 01:34:02.740
That's kind of what I learned.
01:34:02.740 --> 01:34:04.480
I think mostly
01:34:04.480 --> 01:34:05.770
favorite quote, anyone?
01:34:05.770 --> 01:34:05.951
Did
01:34:05.951 --> 01:34:06.716
anyone say your favorite quote?
01:34:06.716 --> 01:34:17.201
My favorite quote was when, um, Eric said, um, he was doing the, like, you know, uh, Mr.
01:34:17.201 --> 01:34:20.381
Eric Land Fay, like when he was writing down in his, yeah.
01:34:21.041 --> 01:34:21.720
I really liked that part.
01:34:21.720 --> 01:34:21.836
I,
01:34:21.996 --> 01:34:25.841
I liked his inner dialogue when he was like, yeah, I totally scared her this time.
01:34:26.560 --> 01:34:26.621
Yeah,
01:34:26.621 --> 01:34:26.831
she's
01:34:26.831 --> 01:34:27.555
definitely scared
01:34:27.615 --> 01:34:27.836
now.
01:34:27.836 --> 01:34:29.201
She's like really scared of me.
01:34:29.201 --> 01:34:30.400
She's totally scared.
01:34:30.775 --> 01:34:32.185
Totally bugging out.
01:34:32.336 --> 01:34:32.456
Mm-hmm.
01:34:32.786 --> 01:34:33.805
So did she say anything?
01:34:34.525 --> 01:34:35.095
So like,
01:34:35.095 --> 01:34:35.876
what was she saying
01:34:35.876 --> 01:34:35.930
about you?
01:34:35.930 --> 01:34:38.216
You said, did she say anything about me when you were in there, Celine?
01:34:38.275 --> 01:34:38.695
She's like,
01:34:39.326 --> 01:34:40.046
yeah, that's fine.
01:34:40.046 --> 01:34:41.605
And I didn't think she was,
01:34:41.605 --> 01:34:43.166
because I wasn't actually thinking about her either.
01:34:43.166 --> 01:34:44.006
I kind of forgot about her.
01:34:44.006 --> 01:34:44.126
Oh,
01:34:44.126 --> 01:34:45.206
I forgot she's even in there.
01:34:46.046 --> 01:34:46.676
Her who?
01:34:46.676 --> 01:34:47.315
Who, what, what?
01:34:47.315 --> 01:34:47.371
Olivia.
01:34:47.636 --> 01:34:48.595
Oh God.
01:34:48.716 --> 01:34:49.076
Yeah.
01:34:49.435 --> 01:34:51.265
Oh, right, right, right, right, right.
01:34:51.445 --> 01:34:52.076
Yeah.
01:34:52.136 --> 01:34:54.235
He's very embarrassing the more I think about it.
01:34:54.445 --> 01:34:54.836
But he's
01:34:54.836 --> 01:34:55.826
incredibly,
01:34:56.006 --> 01:34:56.515
I guess you
01:34:56.515 --> 01:34:59.666
probably have describe him, the less attracted I find him.
01:34:59.666 --> 01:35:03.025
I'm you just a simp with a lot of trauma, I
01:35:03.176 --> 01:35:03.416
think.
01:35:03.416 --> 01:35:04.496
Like he turned into that.
01:35:05.456 --> 01:35:06.685
I'm so sorry about that.
01:35:06.775 --> 01:35:09.265
Um, not scary and dangerous.
01:35:09.265 --> 01:35:09.836
And unique.
01:35:10.315 --> 01:35:11.036
And unique.
01:35:11.546 --> 01:35:12.926
What else is unique about you?
01:35:13.046 --> 01:35:13.225
Yeah,
01:35:13.256 --> 01:35:14.155
unique and special.
01:35:14.155 --> 01:35:14.185
Uh,
01:35:15.185 --> 01:35:17.975
quick mention is that he does like reconcile with his grandma too.
01:35:18.006 --> 01:35:20.496
She's like, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have left you to your father's torture.
01:35:20.496 --> 01:35:21.546
You're actually a good boy.
01:35:22.296 --> 01:35:22.326
Oh,
01:35:22.326 --> 01:35:22.536
well
01:35:22.536 --> 01:35:23.166
that's nice.
01:35:23.195 --> 01:35:24.935
Well, but he is not, I get the whole family.
01:35:24.935 --> 01:35:26.225
He's a mass murderer church or.
01:35:27.225 --> 01:35:28.065
Um, but yeah.
01:35:28.065 --> 01:35:29.506
So how many pinkies?
01:35:29.506 --> 01:35:31.645
Five, immediate.
01:35:32.171 --> 01:35:32.390
10.
01:35:32.395 --> 01:35:32.405
10.
01:35:33.405 --> 01:35:33.626
10.
01:35:33.626 --> 01:35:34.105
Pinkies
01:35:35.105 --> 01:35:35.615
whiskey.
01:35:36.305 --> 01:35:37.805
I don't feel equipped.
01:35:38.805 --> 01:35:42.570
The number this is, this is the stakes could not be lower for
01:35:43.570 --> 01:35:43.860
five.
01:35:43.860 --> 01:35:44.100
Five
01:35:45.051 --> 01:35:45.341
five.
01:35:46.251 --> 01:35:47.126
Five five.
01:35:47.485 --> 01:35:50.765
Um, 3.8 pinkies.
01:35:51.091 --> 01:35:51.470
Oh my.
01:35:52.470 --> 01:35:54.440
Be accuracy from That's funny.
01:35:55.376 --> 01:35:56.055
Absolutely insane.
01:35:56.530 --> 01:35:57.190
I love it.
01:35:57.701 --> 01:36:00.041
So, uh, until next time anyway.
01:36:00.131 --> 01:36:01.541
Um, yeah.
01:36:01.661 --> 01:36:02.650
Keep your teac cups full.
01:36:03.490 --> 01:36:05.711
Can we say how they stop or should we just do it?
01:36:05.801 --> 01:36:06.220
That one?
01:36:06.220 --> 01:36:06.490
Yeah.
01:36:06.551 --> 01:36:08.140
Keep your teac cups full.
01:36:08.411 --> 01:36:09.791
Your pinkies high.
01:36:09.791 --> 01:36:10.990
And your book club.
01:36:10.990 --> 01:36:11.831
Club Pretention.
01:36:12.831 --> 01:36:14.751
We went lower on that for tension for pret.
