In this episode, Louisa and Zander sit down with REBA's Co-Founder and CEO, Donald Davidoff, and COO, Kevin Shtofman, to chat about REBA's growth, corn vs flour tortillas and Chick-fil-a!
REBA is a "business intelligence platform as a service" that consolidates data from multiple systems of record into one single source of truth, presenting rental housing teams with actionable insights to make smarter decisions, faster. They are on a mission to transition the entire organisation to being AI-first across departments and products - with Kevin overseeing this initiative.
Kevin has 22 years of experience in the real estate, finance and consulting industries, and has a passion for leveraging data and technology to solve complex problems and create value for his clients and partners.
Donald is known as a thought leader in the rental housing industry, particularly in places where technology and people meet. He is best known for leading the development and implementation of Lease Rent Options (LRO), the industry's first automated demand forecasting and price optimization system. He was formerly a Senior Vice President with 10 years at Archstone and prior to that an Executive Vice President with Holiday Retirement.
