Grief is another word for love.-Firsthourgrief.org
Trauma, loss, and pain are inevitable. It’s just a matter of when. What happens when you lose someone unexpectedly? Whether it be suicide, a car crash, or a sudden death, when and how does the grieving process start? On the latest show episode, Kurt and Chad welcome First Hour Grief’s Rick Schardein and Richard Meyer as well Chris Mallory, who experienced the loss of his wife suddenly, and had to walk a path with his children that he didn’t expect to have to walk. The shock that happens from loss is immediate, and the reality of having someone who knows what you’re going through be there for you in the first hours, could make all the difference.
