It's All Hallow's Eve Eve!
Does that make sense?
It's the day before Halloween(duh).
And we had a to of Halloween stuff this morning including a Jason Vorhees/Peloton team-up, the #1 candy in every state, and whether or not Halloween decorations have become too scary.
It's also "Hypothetical Thursday" and Jean's question was: "Would you rather ONLY eat candy corns for an entire month...or eat ONLY pumpkin-flavored foods for an entire month?"
Brian's question was: "Which horror movie main character do you think you could survive?"
We also talked to Office Cora to find out what she's up to in the 715 this weekend. Her Hypothetical Question for us was: "Would you rather have food delivered instantly the moment you order it...but it's a bit too spicy and the temperature of the food is off....or have it delivered normally with the right amount of spice & the correct temperature?"
In sports, the Blue Jays got a BIG win over the Dodgers last night in Game 5 of the World Series, Week 9 in the NFL kicks off tonight with Thursday Night Football, a look at the NFC North schedule this weekend, the Bucks are back in action tonight, an update on Terry Rozier & Chauncy Billups, the Twins get a new manager, and Aidan Hutchinson gets a massive contract extension.
Elsewhere in sports, the Governor of Louisiana has some interesting comments about the next head coach at LSU, former NHL player Ryan Kesler is facing some serious chargers, and Kyle Busch & his wife lost over $8 million in a life insurance scam!
Several really cool stories this morning, including Mr. Frodo crashing a "Lord of the Rings"-themed wedding, a kid who grew his hair out so he could donate it to charity, and a family found a message in a bottle from a WW1 soldier!
Today is "National Candy Corn Day", and pretty much everyone hates it.
And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a pet monkey that got loose in a Spirit Halloween store, an artificial "tongue" that can apparently detect how spicy foods are, a woman who got hit in the face by a duck while riding a rollercoaster at SeaWorld, a United Airlines flight that got delayed with a couple of flight attendants turned into fight attendants, a guy who tried to sneak into a jail with a giant Thermos up his ass, a cop in Detroit who showed up to a virtual court hearing without any pants on, and a Halloween hater who destroyed a display featuring a skeleton version of Bob Ross!
