WEBVTT
00:00:00.479 -->
00:00:01.840Let's go full stand then.
00:00:01.919 -->
00:00:02.640We're already rolling.
00:00:03.680 -->
00:00:09.599I mean well, people I've said before that subconscious has an almost autoimmune disorder.
00:00:10.800 -->
00:00:12.880Cause it's like, oh wait, that yeah.
00:00:13.919 -->
00:00:15.199That that stuff?
00:00:15.359 -->
00:00:16.480Yeah, you mean that stuff?
00:00:16.640 -->
00:00:17.440I have to look at that?
00:00:17.600 -->
00:00:17.920Mm-mm.
00:00:18.320 -->
00:00:26.800I've had I've had people whose uh relatives have passed away on the same day that I've lost relatives who shared birthdays with me.
00:00:26.879 -->
00:00:32.399Like like funny and they still go, I just I don't know what I'm gonna get out of this.
00:00:32.479 -->
00:00:36.560So like I I just I I I'm not gonna do this.
00:00:40.159 -->
00:00:44.880Confirm the confirmation bias of the mind is continues to astound me.
00:00:45.359 -->
00:00:53.679Oh the way that childless people will say that life's best without kids and kids with people with kids will say life's best with kids.
00:00:54.479 -->
00:00:54.960Yeah.
00:00:55.280 -->
00:00:55.600Yeah.
00:00:56.479 -->
00:00:57.039Congratulations.
00:00:57.600 -->
00:00:58.320Well, uh, you know this.
00:00:58.399 -->
00:01:15.359The identity all always seeks experiences to reinforce its sense of identity because it doesn't want to dissolve itself, and it's only when we push it to actually face the narratives and and ask the questions and sit with the sensation that it starts to actually unravel and dissolve, and then it no longer actually exists.
00:01:17.760 -->
00:01:26.159What a paradox though, that to get to a place of true authenticity, you have to dissolve what bit of you the there you thought there was.
00:01:26.400 -->
00:01:26.879Mm-hmm.
00:01:27.599 -->
00:01:39.840Like that's it, and to me, like the the realm that you know, the online coaching space, you know, the online education space in 2020 was predicted to 20x or whatever throughout the decade.
00:01:40.879 -->
00:01:46.560Here we are, halfway through, and you got everybody hooting and hollering about authenticity.
00:01:48.000 -->
00:01:53.760But like how much of that is just performative man.
00:01:54.079 -->
00:01:54.480Hold on.
00:01:57.040 -->
00:01:58.560I would help, but I can't.
00:02:00.319 -->
00:02:01.280I mean a Heimlich.
00:02:01.680 -->
00:02:05.519Um how much of that is just performative authenticity?
00:02:05.760 -->
00:02:06.159100%.
00:02:06.560 -->
00:02:08.080It's the cool new thing, right?
00:02:08.159 -->
00:02:09.759Just like fucking everybody's talking.
00:02:10.080 -->
00:02:10.800Oh my god.
00:02:11.039 -->
00:02:14.639The amount of times that I have been ahead of the trend, I would be a billionaire by now.
00:02:14.960 -->
00:02:15.520Oh, gee.
00:02:15.680 -->
00:02:18.159I I l I have a YouTube video about this.
00:02:18.400 -->
00:02:19.120Oh, do you really?
00:02:19.360 -->
00:02:26.400Yeah, about like and it was it was one of my just off the cuff rants because same.
00:02:26.560 -->
00:02:28.800Um oh, what do you know?
00:02:28.879 -->
00:02:30.240We've both been ahead of the trend.
00:02:30.319 -->
00:02:31.840We're both doing similar stuff.
00:02:32.240 -->
00:02:36.800I was talking about the gut microbiome, talking about identities, talking about nervous system.
00:02:36.879 -->
00:02:40.639It's all Hooten and Hollering now, and I'm like, I've only been doing this work for almost five years.
00:02:40.960 -->
00:02:41.360I know.
00:02:41.520 -->
00:02:49.120I I had uh call it a mindset blog back when I before we changed locations in the gym.
00:02:49.680 -->
00:02:52.719Um, so this would have been 2016 or 2017.
00:02:53.280 -->
00:03:00.319And like a lot of the stuff that like people are hoot to use your words, hooting and hollering about online now.
00:03:00.960 -->
00:03:13.439And uh it's it's really interesting the further that people get away from themselves online, the more that they preach about authenticity, preach about all this, but like how many of them are actually doing it?
00:03:13.759 -->
00:03:15.520Power versus force, right?
00:03:16.159 -->
00:03:18.479Break that open at least the other is quiet.
00:03:18.639 -->
00:03:21.520Uh so the well, okay, Western civilization, right?
00:03:21.599 -->
00:03:24.719Well, Western civilization calls this power is actually force.
00:03:25.199 -->
00:03:29.919It's only by forcing my way into this that I'm able to create XYZ.
00:03:30.400 -->
00:03:32.159And you know it's never about the XYZ, right?
00:03:32.240 -->
00:03:34.719It's about the sensation and emotion that's attached to the XYZ.
00:03:34.800 -->
00:03:38.080The tangible, the 3D is the seeking of the ethereal, right?
00:03:38.159 -->
00:03:39.599The 5D underneath it.
00:03:39.759 -->
00:03:42.159Um, but force is always loud.
00:03:42.560 -->
00:03:43.759You know, you force your way.
00:03:43.840 -->
00:03:50.960I'm I, you know, I mean I whatever you believe about our current president, um, whatever you believe about different powers that be, right?
00:03:51.039 -->
00:03:53.199They're very loud, but they're not very powerful.
00:03:53.360 -->
00:04:02.879And you can see that because now that the illusion is starting to actually dissolve and people are aware of what's actually going on, they're not following those leaders anymore because it's force, it's not power.
00:04:03.120 -->
00:04:09.280Whereas when someone is powerful, you can see as they walk into the room because they don't have to speak, it's an energy.
00:04:09.520 -->
00:04:18.480Authenticity is the highest, we know this now, right, with electrical scans, that authenticity is the highest frequency that exists in this reality, above even love.
00:04:18.879 -->
00:04:27.680And that's the beautiful thing about right now with science, you know, is quantum entanglement, mechanics, all that is proving things like magic, clairvoyance, clairsentience, telekinesis, telepathy.
00:04:27.759 -->
00:04:31.519It's all real, it's always been real, but we've been conditioned to believe it's not because guess what?
00:04:31.680 -->
00:04:44.079Science can then rule us, society can now rule us and create this illusion of power and hierarchy outside of ourselves because they are terrified of us remembering who we are, which means they no longer have power.
00:04:45.439 -->
00:04:48.879Bingo, and we're like, we're just going straight there with it.
00:04:52.879 -->
00:04:58.240My brother sent one of the last TikToks my brother sent me before he died suddenly in fall of 2021.
00:04:58.319 -->
00:05:01.120He was a millennial male that died suddenly in fall of 2021.
00:05:01.199 -->
00:05:03.120I'll let everybody connect the dots on that one.
00:05:03.199 -->
00:05:11.600Uh, one of the last TikToks that he sent me was uh an individual talking about American politics and how it's pro-wrestling for adults.
00:05:12.079 -->
00:05:13.439I can I like that.
00:05:13.519 -->
00:05:14.560I really like that.
00:05:14.879 -->
00:05:15.360Yeah.
00:05:15.600 -->
00:05:27.839Yeah, and it's it's so curious to me that you know most of the time uh people think they're thinking when really what they're read uh what they're doing is reinforcing uh their programming.
00:05:28.079 -->
00:05:28.399Yes.
00:05:28.560 -->
00:05:31.040Every time you act upon the narrative, you make the narrative stronger.
00:05:31.120 -->
00:05:32.879I actually just got off my client's call with that.
00:05:32.959 -->
00:05:34.079She's like, Well, how do I change it?
00:05:34.160 -->
00:05:36.000And I was like, Well, yes, sit in it.
00:05:36.800 -->
00:05:38.160It's like a hard reset.
00:05:38.319 -->
00:05:42.480Imagine that we don't act on the narrative that isn't even us a crazy idea.
00:05:43.519 -->
00:05:49.680But but if if I if I if I dissolve myself, then who will I be?
00:05:50.000 -->
00:05:51.360Sit on your fucking hands.
00:05:51.600 -->
00:05:55.360Like I literally, I literally got back from a two-day VIP VIP.
00:05:55.439 -->
00:06:01.680So I do VIP experiences in person and we try like we do all the behavior work and then we do it in uncontrolled situations.
00:06:01.839 -->
00:06:03.120In real time, she's like, How do I do that?
00:06:03.199 -->
00:06:04.959I was like, sit on your fucking hands.
00:06:05.439 -->
00:06:06.319Like she's like, really?
00:06:06.480 -->
00:06:07.680I was like, Yeah, just sit on your hands.
00:06:07.839 -->
00:06:09.360Like literally, because that was what she did.
00:06:09.519 -->
00:06:15.279Because the body is conditioned to chaos and movement being the norm because of the traumatic upbringing.
00:06:15.439 -->
00:06:20.560And while, you know, the brain and body only ever know a concept of now, not potential.
00:06:20.800 -->
00:06:25.519As long as you act upon that, you reinforce the chaos within the nervous system and you wonder why you're dysregulated.
00:06:25.600 -->
00:06:26.879So I she's like, What do I do?
00:06:26.959 -->
00:06:29.279I was like, I literally just want you to sit for five minutes.
00:06:29.439 -->
00:06:31.600You can go and do all the different things afterwards.
00:06:31.839 -->
00:06:34.720She started doing it, her entire fucking life changed.
00:06:35.360 -->
00:06:36.959It's crazy, right?
00:06:37.040 -->
00:06:38.240Like I interrupt.
00:06:38.319 -->
00:06:38.959That's all you need.
00:06:39.040 -->
00:06:40.079The pattern interrupt.
00:06:40.399 -->
00:06:44.319I've prescribed to people, like, hey, no music, no podcasts in the car.
00:06:44.639 -->
00:06:45.199Yep.
00:06:45.439 -->
00:06:48.399Like, like, oh my god, I can hear myself think.
00:06:48.639 -->
00:06:49.279Really?
00:06:49.600 -->
00:06:52.079You mean you haven't heard that in a while?
00:06:52.560 -->
00:06:54.959And and like we're being kind of afraid of it.
00:06:55.839 -->
00:06:58.079Well, okay, well, let's break that open, you know.
00:07:00.079 -->
00:07:08.720I, you know, I've broken open for you a little bit how I work, but when we get a story titled out, especially the guys, right?
00:07:08.879 -->
00:07:13.040Some the women, yes, and especially the guys, and be like, uh, I wrote that out.
00:07:13.120 -->
00:07:14.160I don't think I need to read it though.
00:07:14.240 -->
00:07:15.519I think I think it's good, it's good.
00:07:15.680 -->
00:07:19.040And without fail, those are the ones that it's like a nine out of ten emotion.
00:07:19.199 -->
00:07:21.519They text me the next morning, lose their shit.
00:07:21.759 -->
00:07:23.120Yeah, they're like, what the hell?
00:07:23.199 -->
00:07:24.319I woke up at 3 a.m.
00:07:24.560 -->
00:07:26.879sweating like I was detoxing from a night of drinking.
00:07:26.959 -->
00:07:29.279Yeah, because it was stored in your tissues, dumbass.
00:07:31.680 -->
00:07:38.079I this is that's why I love working with men, because like they're like, oh my god, I never experienced this.
00:07:38.319 -->
00:07:40.879I'm like, welcome to being a human.
00:07:41.040 -->
00:07:42.240Congratulations.
00:07:43.199 -->
00:07:48.959I've had individuals that are 45 and older go, I'll be like, hey, what's going on over there through the other side of the zoom screen?
00:07:49.040 -->
00:07:50.399They're like, oh, silence.
00:07:50.639 -->
00:07:54.879And they'll say, uh, and I've heard this numerous times, a deafening level of silence.
00:07:55.040 -->
00:07:55.360Yes.
00:07:55.600 -->
00:07:57.600Because they've never fucking heard it before.
00:07:57.759 -->
00:07:58.000Nope.
00:07:58.160 -->
00:08:06.720And like, and you know, and specifically, you know, and this this transcends online coaching, it goes across business owners, whatever.
00:08:07.279 -->
00:08:17.680Specifically in the online coaching world, I find such a fucking paradox because you have these people that are claiming to, and like, you don't know what you don't know, and I could totally give these people grace.
00:08:17.759 -->
00:08:20.079I'm gonna choose to be a little spicy about it, though.
00:08:20.399 -->
00:08:24.319Because you're teaching your clients about mindset, right?
00:08:24.480 -->
00:08:27.759You're like, oh, well, you gotta focus on the good, you gotta do this, you gotta do that.
00:08:27.920 -->
00:08:40.480All the while you're trying to run from the noise in your head and bury it with a ten thousand dollar, twenty thousand dollar, thirty thousand dollar, hundred thousand dollar month, thinking that that will prove to you that that noise isn't real, but it's always one dollar behind what you're earning.
00:08:40.639 -->
00:08:41.120Yep.
00:08:41.440 -->
00:08:42.080Yeah.
00:08:42.960 -->
00:08:44.559Make it make sense.
00:08:45.200 -->
00:08:46.080It doesn't.
00:08:46.320 -->
00:08:46.879It doesn't.
00:08:46.960 -->
00:08:57.120And that's the hilarious thing is that the mind runs off of logics and analytics, but then when you actually prove it to the person who has the spacing capacity, you see it, they see the glitch and they're like, holy fucking shit.
00:08:58.080 -->
00:09:03.360I have been running my entire life off of this narrative that doesn't even exist.
00:09:03.919 -->
00:09:13.919And the thing that I am seeking, like I I read uh there was one gentleman he said, I bought the Lambo, and after fucking 20 years of pursuing, I drove off and I felt a void, right?
00:09:14.159 -->
00:09:16.559Uh I think I had that real in my story.
00:09:16.639 -->
00:09:17.039Yeah, yeah.
00:09:17.120 -->
00:09:17.279Yep.
00:09:17.519 -->
00:09:18.159Yep, yep.
00:09:18.320 -->
00:09:21.759And it's because the thing that he's seeking is not that.
00:09:22.080 -->
00:09:28.960It's the validation, it's the love, it's the worth, it's the acceptance that his father, mother, whoever that he was looking up to told him he had to chase.
00:09:29.200 -->
00:09:29.440Yeah.
00:09:29.600 -->
00:09:36.000Now because we are conditioned to believe that these things are outside of ourselves when it's actually ourselves that we're not meeting.
00:09:36.240 -->
00:09:38.399But Ariel, I didn't get hit when I was growing up.
00:09:38.480 -->
00:09:39.919I didn't get like sexually abused.
00:09:40.000 -->
00:09:41.759Like, I I'm fine.
00:09:41.919 -->
00:09:43.600I I'm just driven.
00:09:44.399 -->
00:09:45.200Are you driven?
00:09:45.440 -->
00:09:46.399Where are you coming from?
00:09:46.639 -->
00:09:49.840Like, is it coming from a stase of fulfillment and from happiness?
00:09:50.080 -->
00:09:51.84099.9% of them?
00:09:52.000 -->
00:09:52.799No, I'm afraid.
00:09:52.960 -->
00:09:53.919What are you afraid of?
00:09:54.080 -->
00:09:56.159I'm afraid I'm not worthy, I'm not loved, I'm not validated.
00:09:56.240 -->
00:09:56.799Well, guess what?
00:09:56.879 -->
00:09:59.120The things that you're doing right now are not going to accomplish that.
00:09:59.279 -->
00:10:02.159That is solved by you sitting with yourself.
00:10:02.960 -->
00:10:03.759100%.
00:10:04.159 -->
00:10:11.039And and like, how many of them are just absolutely terrified, whether they can articulate this or not?
00:10:11.279 -->
00:10:12.879It's all they've ever known.
00:10:13.200 -->
00:10:17.519So if they change it, where will the where will their fuel now come from?
00:10:17.840 -->
00:10:18.320Exactly.
00:10:18.480 -->
00:10:20.080And they're terrified because guess what?
00:10:20.240 -->
00:10:22.24099% of them are actually under a business.
00:10:22.480 -->
00:10:25.279Like they fucking hate, and they want to burn to the ground.
00:10:25.519 -->
00:10:29.360Oh, I've been in rooms of people that go, Oh, yeah, I want to burn my business down.
00:10:29.440 -->
00:10:30.799Everybody else is they all all the time.
00:10:31.039 -->
00:10:32.240They all raise their hands, yeah.
00:10:32.399 -->
00:10:32.720Yeah.
00:10:32.960 -->
00:10:35.200And I'm like, that's not normal.
00:10:35.440 -->
00:10:39.200Like it is the norm.
00:10:39.600 -->
00:10:40.559It is not healthy.
00:10:40.799 -->
00:10:41.440Exactly.
00:10:41.759 -->
00:10:45.440But I think both of you and I are here to change the status quo.
00:10:45.679 -->
00:10:47.600So 100%.
00:10:51.840 -->
00:10:56.879Change the status quo, and uh to some people we sound like a couple of kooks.
00:10:57.279 -->
00:11:00.240Oh, we do, but logically, we make perfect sense.
00:11:00.480 -->
00:11:02.879Yeah, well that's the irony, also.
00:11:03.600 -->
00:11:10.559Yeah, and then I mean we we do different prac different practices, different modalities, similar outcomes for our clients.
00:11:10.799 -->
00:11:16.559Um how many times have you had a client get to a point where like they come to you for something kind of tactical?
00:11:16.799 -->
00:11:24.960And then next thing you know, the nudges, the single, whatever you want to call it, is just lining up in their life on levels that they can't even fathom.
00:11:25.200 -->
00:11:25.679Yep.
00:11:26.159 -->
00:11:27.679Every single almost every single time.
00:11:27.919 -->
00:11:39.759And the majority, I mean, that the majority of business owners come with like because I work primarily with driven entrepreneurs owners, but 99% of driven individuals, like you said, are high, high achieving.
00:11:39.840 -->
00:11:40.720It's wounding.
00:11:40.799 -->
00:11:41.840Yeah, it's wounding.
00:11:41.919 -->
00:11:43.279I mean, that was me for a decade.
00:11:43.360 -->
00:11:49.120I was number one in the company for every single uh gym that I worked for for months, if not years, on end.
00:11:49.360 -->
00:11:56.159Um, one of my old bosses said, Ariel, you're a master coper, but those boxes are gonna explode one day.
00:11:56.480 -->
00:12:00.000And in 2020, they did with my second suicidal attempt.
00:12:00.159 -->
00:12:05.600Um, and that's when I actually met Will was through the first business master of mine, and we worked together.
00:12:05.919 -->
00:12:13.840So um I know what it's like from the inside, from being in that mental prison, as I know you do it as well for a decade.
00:12:14.240 -->
00:12:19.360I was running, I was seeking, I was chasing, but I'm gonna tell you right now, those things I was seeking were not outside me.
00:12:19.519 -->
00:12:27.679You know, the all the money, all the accolades, all the awards, none of it meant anything because I it was I was told that I had to find this outside me.
00:12:27.919 -->
00:12:29.039And we all are, right?
00:12:29.120 -->
00:12:30.720And to be fair, we're kids, right?
00:12:30.799 -->
00:12:34.639Our brains are going through a state of development that is the same as hypnosis.
00:12:34.799 -->
00:12:38.960And we think mom and dad are God, but they're not, they're just like us right now.
00:12:39.200 -->
00:12:44.639And all this is about going back and reparenting ourselves the way that we didn't get parents.
00:12:46.879 -->
00:13:02.960Well said, yeah, it's our little kid brains, like you said, ascribe this emotional meaning to whatever happened, and then sometimes we don't even get to complete that emotional loop, so then that it's like, all right, well, now I I never felt that all the way through.
00:13:03.039 -->
00:13:10.639And to quote uh Joseph Campbell, any feeling felt fully is bliss, yep, because you get to get it up and out and all the way out, correct?
00:13:10.799 -->
00:13:14.720Yeah, so like we go back in, like, what if what crazy idea?
00:13:14.799 -->
00:13:18.159What if we actually go feel the things we've been running from and using as fuel?
00:13:19.279 -->
00:13:22.559And now I'll I'll I'll put this disclaimer out there.
00:13:22.879 -->
00:13:25.919You might actually want to burn it all down for a minute.
00:13:26.799 -->
00:13:27.759Some people might.
00:13:27.919 -->
00:13:31.120You might decide that you're not running the business you want, but guess what?
00:13:31.279 -->
00:13:36.080Five years from now, one year from now, two years from now, even six months from now, you're gonna be a whole lot happier.
00:13:36.320 -->
00:13:36.960Yep.
00:13:37.519 -->
00:13:38.080100%.
00:13:38.639 -->
00:13:43.360I've actually had bit clients who totally shut their businesses down and like sold it off.
00:13:43.600 -->
00:13:44.080Yeah.
00:13:44.559 -->
00:13:49.519It alleviated a pressure they you know this, they didn't even know the pressure existed until it was gone.
00:13:49.759 -->
00:13:55.279When I've anxiety, their weight, their relationships, everything cleared up organically.
00:13:55.360 -->
00:14:01.519They pursued a passionate pursuit, and within six months they were able to make very close to the income that they had been making before.
00:14:01.840 -->
00:14:19.519It's it's it's almost like if you stick to like if you clear out the stories you picked up from people, and you go with your specific zone of genius that has lived inside of you, like I think the etymology, I think it's the etymology of genius that it's a like you're it's an innate thing you're born with.
00:14:19.759 -->
00:14:20.080Yep.
00:14:20.320 -->
00:14:32.480So if you go with your genius, it's almost like you can create more magic, and you are there's you are now the specific puzzle piece that belongs in the world, so now there's more divinity in the world, more magic, and you experience more magic in your life.
00:14:32.720 -->
00:14:34.240But what do I know?
00:14:34.879 -->
00:14:41.919I have no idea we're talking about it's not like you're living a life that you really love and enjoy and are able to make um fairly decent living out of it.
00:14:42.159 -->
00:14:45.200It's not like I have a fifty thousand dollar a month plaque sitting there or anything.
00:14:45.360 -->
00:14:50.559No, no, no, no, working working and living and enjoying your life with your kids, your kids.
00:14:50.879 -->
00:14:54.080Not like I cry tears of gratitude when my daughter says things twice a week.
00:14:54.240 -->
00:14:54.639Like, no.
00:14:55.120 -->
00:15:08.480No, it's not like I'm pursuing a fight career, it's not like I'm driving the car in my dreams, it's not like I own two different properties, it's not like I'm able to pay for the trips of my family and they not have to worry across to Hawaii and across the country.
00:15:08.639 -->
00:15:09.679No, none none of that.
00:15:09.759 -->
00:15:11.600No, no, we don't know what we're talking about.
00:15:11.840 -->
00:15:16.000No, no, just a couple of conspiracy theories evidently.
00:15:18.320 -->
00:15:24.960Oh man, we're gonna put this one inside of a couple groups we're both in and uh have them have them chuckle.
00:15:26.799 -->
00:15:36.159So if we pull this back and we we take the the spice, oh we'll leave the spice on it, but if we make it a little proud, like where do people start?
00:15:36.639 -->
00:15:36.879Right?
00:15:36.960 -->
00:15:43.840If if they're listening to this and they have that fear and or maybe even a little bit of a disbelief, where do they start?
00:15:44.240 -->
00:15:45.440Sitting with themselves.
00:15:46.960 -->
00:15:48.799Yeah, but I just sit with myself.
00:15:48.879 -->
00:15:57.759I go I go all day with my business, and then by the time I go to bed, like I just I have to talk to my partner a little bit, and then I'm beat, and then I'm I need to get to sleep.
00:15:58.559 -->
00:16:00.639How much longer are you gonna be running?
00:16:01.840 -->
00:16:05.039But uh well can you run until things collapse?
00:16:05.279 -->
00:16:08.399I just need like two more years, and then I'll have enough to retire.
00:16:08.720 -->
00:16:10.080What are you afraid of?
00:16:10.799 -->
00:16:12.639Well, but but nothing.
00:16:12.799 -->
00:16:13.039Nothing.
00:16:13.120 -->
00:16:14.320I just I'm just going until I retire.
00:16:14.399 -->
00:16:15.039I'm not afraid.
00:16:15.279 -->
00:16:16.080That's a lie.
00:16:16.240 -->
00:16:16.879I know.
00:16:19.679 -->
00:16:20.080Right?
00:16:20.320 -->
00:16:22.720I and I will call them out point blank.
00:16:22.799 -->
00:16:23.360You're lying.
00:16:23.440 -->
00:16:23.759Yeah.
00:16:23.919 -->
00:16:25.759You're lying to yourself, and you're lying to me.
00:16:25.919 -->
00:16:27.519So what's really underneath that?
00:16:27.759 -->
00:16:28.399Yeah.
00:16:28.639 -->
00:16:41.519And that's, you know, and I'll I'll say this, like you know, I've I think I told you I'll go a little bit too far into like the the mystic on the mountain.
00:16:41.679 -->
00:16:45.279The I was like, I I don't got anything to fucking teach you.
00:16:45.519 -->
00:16:52.559Like I because at a certain point, I'm like, I I am not pulling people across the line anymore.
00:16:52.799 -->
00:16:54.320No, that's not a responsibility.
00:16:54.639 -->
00:16:57.600It's like you can show them door, you cannot move them through the door.
00:16:57.759 -->
00:17:01.360No, and those are the people that are typically not really ready to change.
00:17:01.679 -->
00:17:08.400No, no, if you have to hard sell this kind of stuff that we're talking about, it's good luck.
00:17:08.799 -->
00:17:12.160Like, I I had an individual one time, he was referred to me.
00:17:12.240 -->
00:17:24.559And this was when I was still doing this work, but fitness and as the it was when I was had just shut my gym down, but I had this toolkit and he came to me, his divorce was gonna cost him three million dollars.
00:17:25.200 -->
00:17:29.680Three million dollars, his divorce would cost him three million dollars.
00:17:30.720 -->
00:17:40.160So when I told him, like, one, it was my first lesson in do deeper discovery and if make sure you charge a rate that'll get somebody to actually buy in.
00:17:40.640 -->
00:17:43.039Because when I told him I rate, he's like, Oh, yeah, you take Zell?
00:17:43.680 -->
00:17:46.799Yeah, like, all right, yeah, okay, should have been more money.
00:17:47.119 -->
00:17:54.319And two, trying to get this guy to write anything down or to go into anything, it was like two sentences.
00:17:54.559 -->
00:17:54.960Yep.
00:17:55.200 -->
00:17:56.079This happened.
00:17:56.319 -->
00:18:06.319Hey, bud, when I came to golf because he was local, he got I'm like, hey, when I came to golf with you, and then we were sitting out back smoking those cigars that probably cost more than my forerunner.
00:18:06.720 -->
00:18:14.720Um uh you like painted me a vivid picture of that time at Christmas that your dad said that mean thing.
00:18:14.799 -->
00:18:15.759Write that down.
00:18:16.079 -->
00:18:17.920He still still couldn't do it.
00:18:18.480 -->
00:18:21.119And it's like Rudolf Steiner.
00:18:21.279 -->
00:18:28.000I was listening, I was listening to Rudolf Steiner book, and he's talking about I'm gonna find the quote in a second here and play it because I have a screen recording.
00:18:28.960 -->
00:18:42.720He's essentially talking about that like the the initiate has uh a responsibility to share his knowledge with anybody with with from whom they would benefit, and also has a responsibility to not push the knowledge on anybody who's not ready.
00:18:43.039 -->
00:18:43.519Correct.
00:18:43.759 -->
00:18:44.400Yeah.
00:18:44.799 -->
00:18:45.039Yeah.
00:18:45.200 -->
00:18:49.759Do you want me to witness or do you want me to give solutions?
00:18:50.400 -->
00:18:51.279That's just it.
00:18:51.359 -->
00:18:55.359And yeah, I call that like all the all the right answers coaching.
00:18:55.920 -->
00:18:56.480Right.
00:18:56.799 -->
00:18:59.039And it's tempting as a coach, right?
00:18:59.759 -->
00:19:05.200Well, when we give advice without the opening to do so, it's I mean, it's mental trespassing.
00:19:05.440 -->
00:19:11.359But typically speaking, yes, if someone's entered a container, then you have by default been given the in to be able to do that.
00:19:11.519 -->
00:19:15.440But you know as well as I do, a lot of people they just want validation.
00:19:15.759 -->
00:19:16.400Yeah.
00:19:17.039 -->
00:19:19.759So if you want validation, go to therapy.
00:19:22.400 -->
00:19:22.960Yep.
00:19:25.119 -->
00:19:26.480I've heard one.
00:19:26.720 -->
00:19:32.799I mean, how many of your clients have come to you and ended up firing their therapist?
00:19:33.200 -->
00:19:34.240Almost all of them.
00:19:35.519 -->
00:19:42.640Because a lot of them have reached so the majority of my clients have gone to therapy and it didn't work, or they're in therapy and it's not working.
00:19:42.720 -->
00:19:46.319And this is not to this is not to to hash on on therapy.
00:19:46.559 -->
00:19:50.480Therapy is great for speaking on things, but it is not great for changing things.
00:19:51.200 -->
00:19:52.000It that's simple.
00:19:52.160 -->
00:19:54.559And so for some people, they literally just want to be heard.
00:19:54.720 -->
00:19:55.119Cool.
00:19:55.200 -->
00:19:56.319That's not what I'm here for.
00:19:56.480 -->
00:20:06.000I'm here to provide solutions and help you get out of your own way because every single one of us is actually born with the tools to get out of our own way, but we're conditioned to believe otherwise.
00:20:06.400 -->
00:20:07.200Well said.
00:20:07.440 -->
00:20:13.680Yeah, the uh the first time that happened to me, I was early early on into like incorporating this work in my fitness stuff.
00:20:13.759 -->
00:20:18.880This guy showed up to a second call with me after one call, and he goes, So I fired my therapist after last week.
00:20:18.960 -->
00:20:23.200I was like, Well, I didn't tell you to do that, but cool.
00:20:23.359 -->
00:20:24.799Okay, I had to set it up.
00:20:25.279 -->
00:20:28.880My very first$15,000 client, like three years ago.
00:20:29.039 -->
00:20:37.200We sat there and I I think it was like 15 minutes in, and I explained a concept to him, and he's like, Tell me why my therapist couldn't explain that better to me, and I've been with her for five years.
00:20:37.279 -->
00:20:41.680He's like, I don't care what it costs, I'm firing her and I'm hiring you.
00:20:41.839 -->
00:20:44.079Dude was fifty thousand dollars in debt.
00:20:44.319 -->
00:20:45.359Oh yeah.
00:20:47.759 -->
00:20:59.759You know, and I know there's coaches that listen to this, people have followed me since I co-hosted the Getin' Lifted podcast for a couple seasons, who who do mindset work and like listen to that for a second.
00:21:00.240 -->
00:21:08.640Fifteen thousand dollar client on like call it what you want to call it, mindset, personal development, setting somebody free.
00:21:09.359 -->
00:21:12.799Because whether it's fitness or business or whatever, that's what most people are after, right?
00:21:12.880 -->
00:21:13.599Is freedom.
00:21:14.079 -->
00:21:15.599He was gonna kill himself.
00:21:15.920 -->
00:21:16.559Yeah.
00:21:17.200 -->
00:21:26.160I mean, I I put a post out a couple years ago about how I used to think it was normal to just wake up and ponder what a nine millimeter tasted like.
00:21:26.480 -->
00:21:27.039I saw that.
00:21:27.119 -->
00:21:28.160I loved that post.
00:21:28.559 -->
00:21:28.880Thank you.
00:21:29.039 -->
00:21:29.359Yeah.
00:21:29.680 -->
00:21:34.640Um it's uh I didn't realize it wasn't normal until I said it in front of somebody.
00:21:34.799 -->
00:21:37.839They're like, uh, I don't think you're supposed to say that stuff out loud.
00:21:38.000 -->
00:21:39.519It's like, oh shit.
00:21:39.839 -->
00:21:40.480Oh shit.
00:21:41.599 -->
00:21:47.039I used to I used to fantasize about what a hospital bed would look like because I was so exhausted all the time.
00:21:47.200 -->
00:21:49.519And how I would push myself in 16-hour days.
00:21:49.599 -->
00:21:50.319I was like, you know what?
00:21:50.400 -->
00:21:52.160What if my body just collapsed?
00:21:52.319 -->
00:21:56.319Then I could then I could go sit in the hospital bed because I was a chronic people pleaser.
00:21:57.599 -->
00:22:02.559I uh in the Navy we have you know ladder wells that are nice and steep.
00:22:03.359 -->
00:22:08.160I used to just stand at the top of them thinking, what if I just slipped from the top?
00:22:08.480 -->
00:22:09.279What would happen?
00:22:09.599 -->
00:22:09.920Yeah.
00:22:10.319 -->
00:22:11.680How painful would that be?
00:22:11.839 -->
00:22:12.160Yeah.
00:22:12.400 -->
00:22:19.119Would now not the the question was always like a life being paralyzed would suck.
00:22:19.279 -->
00:22:22.640So like it would have to, it would have to there would have to be finality to this.
00:22:23.519 -->
00:22:27.359Uh there the fact that I couldn't guarantee that was probably part of the reason I never did it.
00:22:27.599 -->
00:22:33.119Um make sure that the great white shark didn't eat more whatever.
00:22:33.759 -->
00:22:34.319Exactly.
00:22:34.559 -->
00:22:41.920It's like you can chum the waters, but if you if you only leave with half a leg gone, then now life's just a little bit more annoying.
00:22:42.240 -->
00:22:43.279A little more miserable.
00:22:43.359 -->
00:22:43.599Yeah.
00:22:44.480 -->
00:22:51.119I think after my I think a six-near death experience, one time I collapsed at work and I was a talking head for six hours.
00:22:51.200 -->
00:22:51.680That was great.
00:22:51.759 -->
00:22:53.119I thought I would never be able to walk again.
00:22:53.200 -->
00:22:56.240That was from a panic attack, a nerve suppression and panic attack.
00:22:56.559 -->
00:23:00.000What's uh what's an NDE like?
00:23:01.440 -->
00:23:04.000You realize what's real and what's not.
00:23:04.319 -->
00:23:05.279What's real?
00:23:06.240 -->
00:23:07.359None of this.
00:23:09.359 -->
00:23:10.480None of this.
00:23:10.720 -->
00:23:31.759Um I mean, even that you don't know because when you I well, I mean the most the most expansive one was definitely the um 2022 where I flipped across the Austin, Texas freeway, and I literally remember hitting the medium barrier, flipping three times, leaving my body, hearing you're going down the rabbit hole, seeing a giant gray void.
00:23:32.000 -->
00:23:36.799All these beings were on either side, but it wasn't scary.
00:23:36.880 -->
00:23:42.000I had no body, it was just consciousness, it was just like this feeling of floating, and it felt like love.
00:23:42.160 -->
00:23:44.480And I was like, this is nice, almost like a womb.
00:23:44.640 -->
00:23:53.440And I was like, I like this, and it was this warm welcome, and then I heard it's not your time yet, and I very rudely was sucked back into my body.
00:23:53.599 -->
00:23:56.319And when I came back, there was still this sense of peace.
00:23:56.480 -->
00:24:04.960Like I couldn't feel my body, my arm was ripped open to the bone, the car was completely crashed in on itself, and I was just like, Okay, maybe we move again, maybe we walk again, maybe not.
00:24:05.039 -->
00:24:05.519It's okay.
00:24:05.599 -->
00:24:07.279And then everybody's screaming, Are you alive?
00:24:07.359 -->
00:24:07.759Are you alive?
00:24:07.839 -->
00:24:08.240Are you alive?
00:24:08.319 -->
00:24:09.839I'm like, Yeah, I'm alive.
00:24:10.160 -->
00:24:13.359And then I go into the EMTs and they're like, Do you want some fentanyl?
00:24:13.440 -->
00:24:15.920And I'm like, Isn't that the shit that people are addicted to?
00:24:17.039 -->
00:24:20.160They're like, Well, that looks painful, and my arms flayed open.
00:24:20.400 -->
00:24:21.839I was like, Okay, I'll try it.
00:24:22.079 -->
00:24:27.519Um, yeah, that was a crazy 24 hours, and then I was bitten by a rattlesnake a month later.
00:24:28.240 -->
00:24:33.759Man, some you know that they say God whispers, and if you don't listen, he shouts.
00:24:34.079 -->
00:24:35.200Beat upside the head.
00:24:35.279 -->
00:24:39.279I literally heard when I went onto that trail, do not go on this trail.
00:24:39.359 -->
00:24:40.880And I was like, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah.
00:24:40.960 -->
00:24:41.119Yeah.
00:24:41.200 -->
00:24:44.319The ego mind was like, yeah, no, he was like, you're gonna be fine.
00:24:44.400 -->
00:24:46.799And then I felt a fucking sharp pain in the back of my ankle.
00:24:46.960 -->
00:24:50.000I turn around and a six-foot rattlesnake is recoiling.
00:24:50.559 -->
00:24:50.960Yep.
00:24:51.359 -->
00:24:56.880And I was like, All right, ran a quarter of a mile over, jumped over barbed barbed wire.
00:24:56.960 -->
00:25:03.759By the time I got there, already up to my knee, I couldn't feel it, and then my entire body was paralyzed for like eight hours while I was waiting for poison control.
00:25:04.000 -->
00:25:11.839Because poison control will not emit, they won't give you the anti-venom unless they know it's not a dry bite because the anti-venom is actually the venom.
00:25:12.240 -->
00:25:14.400So they don't want to throw you into that, yeah.
00:25:14.480 -->
00:25:25.920But I mean, I still remember sitting there and my my family friend is like freaking out and I'm laughing, literally laughing, and my face is twitching like something out of the exorcism, and I'm like, okay, God, I get it.
00:25:26.160 -->
00:25:28.319No more pursuing egoic thought.
00:25:28.559 -->
00:25:33.200So ever since then, the narrative never dictates my choices.
00:25:33.759 -->
00:25:35.839So, what does dictate your choices?
00:25:36.319 -->
00:25:39.759Knowing what do you mean?
00:25:40.400 -->
00:25:41.119It's a feeling.
00:25:41.279 -->
00:25:43.359It's a sensation, it's a draw, it's a dr.
00:25:43.599 -->
00:25:45.440It's it is not thought process.
00:25:45.759 -->
00:25:55.279Thought process will lay out some certain analytical and logical steps once I know, which is a feeling, it's a sensation, um, what do they call it?
00:25:55.440 -->
00:25:58.319Clear sentience as to where to go.
00:25:58.960 -->
00:26:00.240I I like that.
00:26:00.640 -->
00:26:04.640You know, I heard it explained one time, and I I've parroted this since then.
00:26:04.799 -->
00:26:07.119You know, people say the phrase makes sense.
00:26:07.440 -->
00:26:10.640And they'll say that like like, oh yeah, well, it makes sense up in their head.
00:26:10.880 -->
00:26:11.680No, like sense.
00:26:11.759 -->
00:26:12.640What is a sense?
00:26:12.960 -->
00:26:14.400It's a felt experience.
00:26:14.799 -->
00:26:15.119Exactly.
00:26:15.599 -->
00:26:21.759So when something makes sense, like in your body, in your heart, that's that's a compass.
00:26:23.359 -->
00:26:26.079And we are so conditioned to be disconnected from it.
00:26:30.079 -->
00:26:34.079I can I can feel people listening to this, because time's imaginary.
00:26:34.240 -->
00:26:38.160I can feel people listening to this right now, resistant to it, right?
00:26:38.240 -->
00:26:44.400Like something inside of them knows that they've been ignoring the knowing inside of them.
00:26:45.279 -->
00:26:55.039That they have been saying, oh well, I just need to focus on my efficiency of my systems and my team and my marketing and my fulfillment, and everything will be okay.
00:26:55.440 -->
00:26:57.839Who is the eye that is focusing?
00:27:00.960 -->
00:27:01.920Do they know?
00:27:02.400 -->
00:27:04.400Well, if you can observe it, is it you?
00:27:04.640 -->
00:27:06.559It comes and goes, yet you are present.
00:27:08.079 -->
00:27:09.200Can't be you.
00:27:09.680 -->
00:27:10.400Exactly.
00:27:10.640 -->
00:27:17.200Uh that's but they're like, oh well, my arm, my eye, my nose, my ear.
00:27:18.000 -->
00:27:22.240But I who the fuck who the fuck is the I?
00:27:22.480 -->
00:27:22.720Yeah.
00:27:22.960 -->
00:27:24.000I'm arguing with myself.
00:27:24.160 -->
00:27:29.680No, you're arguing with one thought that's arguing with another thought, and you're self-identifying with one thought, but neither of them are actually you.
00:27:30.000 -->
00:27:30.960Exactly.
00:27:34.160 -->
00:27:44.319People will continue to cling on to one thought and one narrative, even though it feels like twisted barbed wire inside of their body.
00:27:44.559 -->
00:27:49.039Well, but the barbed wire barbed wire feels safe and it's known to the narrative, so that's why they cling.
00:27:49.440 -->
00:27:50.319It's known.
00:27:51.039 -->
00:27:52.240That's quote unquote safe.
00:27:52.400 -->
00:27:53.200Yeah, safety here.
00:27:53.440 -->
00:27:57.920Safety and comp comfort are quite often contemplated one for the other when they're not the same.
00:27:58.160 -->
00:28:00.960Because what is safe is actually quite often not comfortable.
00:28:01.279 -->
00:28:01.599No.
00:28:02.640 -->
00:28:02.960No.
00:28:03.279 -->
00:28:11.200Um, it's like it's not safe to sit by the fire and starve when going out in the darkness is how you hunt.
00:28:13.920 -->
00:28:15.359Because you're putting food on the table.
00:28:15.680 -->
00:28:16.319Yeah.
00:28:16.720 -->
00:28:21.920And the the scary thing about the unknown is people only know what they stand to lose.
00:28:23.519 -->
00:28:27.839So, like, well, what if I lose this sense of identity?
00:28:28.240 -->
00:28:30.000Spoiler alert, you will.
00:28:31.279 -->
00:28:32.640You absolutely will.
00:28:32.960 -->
00:28:34.240But that's the beauty of it, right?
00:28:34.319 -->
00:28:48.319Because now the mind's not attaching to predetermined experiences, and you actually are able to see the pull the full potential of opportunities that have been waiting there for you, but you're so heavily associated with the thing that's not serving you, you can't even see the very solution that's right in front of your nose.
00:28:48.720 -->
00:28:49.279100%.
00:28:49.599 -->
00:28:54.400You know, when uh when I first got into this work, I mean, I was a gym owner.
00:28:54.480 -->
00:29:01.519And I was like, we sold personal training, and I had a I had a team of like four four coaches that worked for me, you know, whatever.
00:29:02.000 -->
00:29:07.839And I was in a like$2,000 a month mentorship for gyms and brick and mortars.
00:29:08.000 -->
00:29:14.559And I got into this work, and over the course of a few months, the guy who ran that mentorship didn't know I was doing this on, you know, and getting in.
00:29:14.720 -->
00:29:18.160He goes, I don't know what it is, but something's changed.
00:29:18.400 -->
00:29:28.240He's like, You seem like, and at the time, like Marcus Philly was a really big name, and like the CrossFit space, it seems like you're gonna you're gonna like be like a Marcus Philly or something.
00:29:28.640 -->
00:29:32.319You know, it's like and to your point about authenticity, you know.
00:29:32.400 -->
00:29:34.480I mean, grandfather clocks, right?
00:29:35.519 -->
00:29:38.079They they all fall in sync with the biggest one in the room.
00:29:38.160 -->
00:29:43.759And I I've time and time again have used you know authenticity is becoming your own biggest grandfather clock.
00:29:44.079 -->
00:29:44.960I like that.
00:29:45.279 -->
00:29:46.079Thank you.
00:29:46.400 -->
00:29:49.839Um you know about the three degrees of influence?
00:29:50.559 -->
00:29:51.839I have not heard that one before.
00:29:52.160 -->
00:29:58.160Your habits, actions, behaviors, addictions, beliefs, etc., are contagious to your friends, friends, friends.
00:29:58.799 -->
00:29:59.599So to me, when
00:30:00.079 -->
00:30:03.200You peel back the layers, let go of three degrees of separation in a way.
00:30:03.519 -->
00:30:04.640Yeah, yeah.
00:30:04.880 -->
00:30:13.039Um so when you peel back the layers and peel back the layers of yourself, let go of yourself so you can get back to yourself.
00:30:13.279 -->
00:30:21.200Well, now you are your own biggest grandfather clock and you can send out really, really cool stuff three degrees and filter what comes back.
00:30:22.720 -->
00:30:23.599I like that.
00:30:24.000 -->
00:30:26.799I uh right that I feel like that's the sauce right there.
00:30:26.880 -->
00:30:28.799Like that's what most people are after.
00:30:29.039 -->
00:30:41.759But hey, let me let me hit$50,000 a month as as something that has really good profit margins, and then think that for my ego, I need to go to$100,000 a month with$50,000 a month of overhead.
00:30:42.240 -->
00:30:43.279Because that makes perfect sense.
00:30:43.599 -->
00:30:45.039Makes perfect fucking sense, right?
00:30:45.119 -->
00:30:56.319Like why why would I why would I abandon$30,000 a month in profit to with a business that is lean and reliable to try and go up to something more valid?
00:30:57.200 -->
00:31:01.680Losing myself in the process, and the whole reason why I said I built the legacy in the first place.
00:31:02.000 -->
00:31:03.920My old brand primal man pathway.
00:31:04.160 -->
00:31:08.079My goal was to help the man who had lost himself to win the rat race.
00:31:09.599 -->
00:31:16.799Yeah, it's but hey guys, let's go.
00:31:18.079 -->
00:31:23.839But hey, let's go buy Hormozy's book and then how's the back of your head?
00:31:24.480 -->
00:31:28.880I'm really curious how the back of your head looks because I saw your eyes just roll all the way down.
00:31:30.880 -->
00:31:33.279That gentleman is so wounded.
00:31:33.839 -->
00:31:34.480Yep.
00:31:34.960 -->
00:31:35.920So wounded.
00:31:36.160 -->
00:31:45.440He has some beautiful, and the the sad thing is, and I don't know if he'll ever come to awareness in that degree, he has some beautiful insights.
00:31:46.079 -->
00:31:46.880He really does.
00:31:46.960 -->
00:32:02.319And he has a degree, like if he decided to step outside of his abandonment and his scarcity programming, I mean, actually, he would be an amazing person to help lead the world because he has so much respect behind him already.
00:32:02.640 -->
00:32:10.079But he would have to abandon part of the things that very that created the very foundation of the thing, the empire that he's living in, yeah.
00:32:10.160 -->
00:32:11.359And I don't know if he's going to.
00:32:11.599 -->
00:32:14.000Yeah, he has because he does have a level of awareness around it.
00:32:14.160 -->
00:32:15.119He's oh, he totally does.
00:32:15.359 -->
00:32:19.920He tells the story about like his janitor, who was the happiest person he's ever met.
00:32:20.000 -->
00:32:22.079Like he has that level of awareness.
00:32:22.160 -->
00:32:25.839You know, Hormosian individuals like him might fall into this.
00:32:25.920 -->
00:32:32.319I used to say that if we aerosolized five MEO DMT and dropped it over the capitals of the world, we'd fall everything.
00:32:33.359 -->
00:32:37.039Like Is the world ready for that?
00:32:38.079 -->
00:32:40.799Well, that's why like you only do it with like political heads, right?
00:32:40.880 -->
00:32:42.960Because like either you break them or you make them.
00:32:43.359 -->
00:32:43.920Literally.
00:32:44.160 -->
00:32:44.960Literally.
00:32:45.279 -->
00:32:45.680Yeah.
00:32:45.920 -->
00:32:56.640So you know, you're not gonna do it to like your aunt who you love because like she can walk her own journey, but people who are in charge of powerful nation states, either break them or make them.
00:32:56.799 -->
00:32:57.279Yep.
00:32:57.519 -->
00:32:58.799I think it's a great idea.
00:32:58.960 -->
00:32:59.599What do we do?
00:32:59.839 -->
00:33:01.920Well, I'll put I'll I'll put you on the board.
00:33:04.240 -->
00:33:06.960We might have to put part of this underground.
00:33:09.039 -->
00:33:20.480I I mean, if six months from now things ran don't know who where that came from, but anyway, I'm like I but yeah, I mean that's and that goes right there.
00:33:20.559 -->
00:33:22.160That's the hustle grind mentality, right?
00:33:22.240 -->
00:33:23.599It's the Western indoctrination.
00:33:23.759 -->
00:33:31.359But to be fair, to be fair, then the esoterics and the spirituals go a little too hard on the other side, which creates this giant rift, right?
00:33:31.519 -->
00:33:34.720Yes, and I'm a firm believer in the middle path, right?
00:33:34.799 -->
00:33:43.359I do believe there has to be a degree of structure, and I hate the word discipline, but structure from a place of passion, not pain, to be able to create, right?
00:33:43.519 -->
00:33:45.359Because then it's literally like a ladder.
00:33:45.519 -->
00:33:53.680What happens with the awakened community, and that was me for maybe about three months, and I was like, hold on, this doesn't make any fucking sense, is they spin out, right?
00:33:53.839 -->
00:34:04.799It's like, okay, I'm aware of what I am, you know, an ethereal being inside of a human meat suit that is an extrapolation of God that is literally made in his image, that is here to create just like he did, right?
00:34:05.039 -->
00:34:05.440Cool.
00:34:05.680 -->
00:34:08.480All right, what the fuck is this mess?
00:34:09.199 -->
00:34:09.840Right?
00:34:10.880 -->
00:34:11.920Why am I here?
00:34:12.079 -->
00:34:12.320Right?
00:34:12.400 -->
00:34:17.519And there are so many of those individuals who become awake and they're like, Why the fuck am I here?
00:34:17.679 -->
00:34:18.079Fuck this.
00:34:18.159 -->
00:34:19.360It's all it's all fake anyway.
00:34:19.440 -->
00:34:21.840And I'm like, Yeah, but this is a reality, right?
00:34:22.000 -->
00:34:25.840And you're meant to master this game so you can go into the next one.
00:34:26.000 -->
00:34:29.840And if not, you're gonna just and they're like, I don't know how to go to work.
00:34:29.920 -->
00:34:40.320I don't and believe it or not, for about a year, those were the primary people I worked with was the spiritualists who spun out, had businesses, never made money because they couldn't ground back into the body.
00:34:40.639 -->
00:34:48.480And that's actually why nervous system work was so huge for me personally, was like pulling that all back into the body, integrating that work.
00:34:48.559 -->
00:35:06.079And the that's the problem with the medicine journey community, is they get so addicted to the medicine and they don't integrate any of it that they don't know how to navigate this world, and they become addicted then on plant medicine, and they're codependent on plant medicine to be able to navigate this world, and they're just constantly jumping from ayahuasca to ayahuasca.
00:35:06.320 -->
00:35:10.000Yeah, ibogaine to DMT to psilocybin's.
00:35:10.400 -->
00:35:14.400No, I I had three rides on five MEO within a year.
00:35:14.719 -->
00:35:16.159Oh wow, that's a fair amount.
00:35:16.320 -->
00:35:16.800Uh-huh.
00:35:16.880 -->
00:35:17.199Yeah.
00:35:17.360 -->
00:35:20.000I I haven't had a high dose of psychedelics since then.
00:35:20.320 -->
00:35:21.119You don't need it.
00:35:21.360 -->
00:35:22.000No, you don't.
00:35:22.159 -->
00:35:25.199Like uh one of my favorite metaphysical authors, Stuart Wilde.
00:35:25.360 -->
00:35:26.800Um I love him.
00:35:28.159 -->
00:35:28.880Awesome.
00:35:29.119 -->
00:35:32.639Uh did I did I turn you on to him, or have we just talked about it?
00:35:32.800 -->
00:35:32.880Yeah.
00:35:33.199 -->
00:35:33.920Well, it's funny.
00:35:34.000 -->
00:35:44.000Actually, as soon as you said it, the next night I went to I I call him like the sage of the wanderer in my life, and he literally talked about Stuart Wilde as a game kidding.
00:35:44.159 -->
00:35:45.519Yeah, color me shocked.
00:35:45.599 -->
00:35:46.159Yeah.
00:35:47.199 -->
00:35:56.639Stu Stewie says in one of his books about he's like, Yeah, like maybe one time on LSD, uh, like take some DMT once and then call it a day.
00:35:56.880 -->
00:35:57.360Literally.
00:35:57.599 -->
00:35:59.039Like, like, yeah.
00:36:01.039 -->
00:36:01.760It's okay.
00:36:01.840 -->
00:36:07.199You can you don't need to call it many, you can just say, I'm gonna go get high with my friends and float around the universe.
00:36:08.239 -->
00:36:10.159You can you can say that it's a lot.
00:36:10.400 -->
00:36:11.519I'm not gonna judge you.
00:36:12.559 -->
00:36:21.360I committed to three years of deep work to before I touched anything because I had a history of um drug addiction and anorexia nervosa.
00:36:21.440 -->
00:36:23.440I had an addictive tendency, personality.
00:36:23.599 -->
00:36:24.800So I literally waited.
00:36:24.880 -->
00:36:30.719I was like, I'm not touching anything, I'm gonna make sure that I work through a solid portion of this stuff before I touch anything.
00:36:30.800 -->
00:36:34.079And finally, one year I got the hit go do a mushroom journey.
00:36:34.239 -->
00:36:35.760Never did mushrooms in my life.
00:36:35.920 -->
00:36:37.440I only did two grams.
00:36:37.679 -->
00:36:44.800I looked in the mirror, I still remember, and I fell in the mirror and I came back out, and I had had dysmorphia my whole life.
00:36:44.960 -->
00:36:46.719Like I hated my physicality.
00:36:46.880 -->
00:36:50.639Um, it's what created anorexia nervosa, healed up dysmorphia.
00:36:50.800 -->
00:36:55.199Yep, but then I went back and I didn't touch anything, like, and I've not needed it.
00:36:55.440 -->
00:36:57.360Yeah, that's the thing.
00:36:57.679 -->
00:36:59.760There there's there's magic to when it finds you, too.
00:36:59.840 -->
00:37:06.880Like my first time on five MEO, like I was at this gathering, and like I had no idea the high high power psychedelics were gonna be there.
00:37:07.840 -->
00:37:11.039And I didn't uh have you ever experienced combo?
00:37:11.599 -->
00:37:24.400Okay, so I did do combo earlier this year, and that was crazy because I was sitting there waiting for the vomiting, waiting for the throw up, waiting for all of it, and I'm sitting there, and my shaman is looking at me, he's like, Are you uh analyzing this right now?
00:37:25.519 -->
00:37:30.079I'm like, nothing is coming, and then all of a sudden, this giant emotional release came.
00:37:30.239 -->
00:37:32.239I didn't throw up, I didn't do any of that.
00:37:32.400 -->
00:37:34.559It was just an emotional release that I didn't know was there.
00:37:34.880 -->
00:37:42.079Yeah, I my first diaped my first three days in a row on combo, and like no physical purge, just sat through the breath.
00:37:42.159 -->
00:37:43.360Everybody's like, you're an animal.
00:37:43.840 -->
00:37:44.320Thanks.
00:37:44.800 -->
00:37:59.199But we did the work after that third day, so combo in the morning, three days of combo in a row to clear things out, and then my and then my first ride on five meo a few hours after that third time of combo.
00:37:59.519 -->
00:38:02.960And it was like just yeah.
00:38:03.199 -->
00:38:06.639Um and like I'm good, you know.
00:38:06.719 -->
00:38:15.760To your point, like the the and I think even even without medicine, people can get stuck in healing loops, right?
00:38:15.920 -->
00:38:18.480Yes, I I call it like a healing circle jerk.
00:38:18.719 -->
00:38:22.800Um it's like, oh well, I need to find my next block to clear.
00:38:23.039 -->
00:38:27.199And to your point, about like no, it practicality too.
00:38:27.519 -->
00:38:30.400You know, one of my favorite books is Atlas Shrugged.
00:38:30.960 -->
00:38:41.280And uh Ayn Rand, she wrote it back in the it's uh uh Ayn Rand is a big like libertarianism, free market, uh superhero.
00:38:41.679 -->
00:38:52.639Uh and like I started like drifting in the spiritual community, and it hit me like these are like the people Atlas Shrugged paints as like the ones without a grasp on reality.
00:38:53.679 -->
00:39:02.480And and I I love love my people that are still over there, and there's the to your point, it's the middle way, right?
00:39:02.800 -->
00:39:03.679It's the middle path.
00:39:04.079 -->
00:39:06.320And I and I mean that's where Jesus was, right?
00:39:06.880 -->
00:39:14.559He was very much a proponent, and if you start to look into Jesus outside of Paul's version of the Bible, um fun fact, everyone, guess what?
00:39:14.639 -->
00:39:19.519The Bible you read is probably just the Apostle Paul's version, and he was the only disciple that never actually met Jesus.
00:39:19.679 -->
00:39:20.960So take that as you will.
00:39:21.519 -->
00:39:32.639When you actually start to look into the background of Jesus and the Essene culture, the Nazarenes and all that, he was so much a proponent of like balance of everything, and that's I'm a proponent of that, right?
00:39:32.719 -->
00:39:35.440The esoteric Eastern philosophy, 100%.
00:39:35.679 -->
00:39:45.519There are salient portions that we need to integrate breath work, down regulation, um, meditation practices, being aware of our emotional states, but then we also have to create from that, right?
00:39:45.760 -->
00:39:53.199So it's the internal world stabilized to go out into the external world, the being before the doing to have the thing that we desire.
00:39:53.280 -->
00:39:57.280The be do have models, what I've lived my life off of for the last five years.
00:39:58.000 -->
00:40:12.480So that middle path also, and this is why I think the nervous system is a for perfect representation of life, is Western culture, hustle grind, and then also the downregulation, esoteric feeling existing and moving through those states.
00:40:13.920 -->
00:40:16.880What do you think about the return to Christianity for so many people?
00:40:17.039 -->
00:40:32.639How the pendulum has swung from uh people are choosing their their dogma, so to speak, from those the big spiritual boom I feel like has has reached its bubble, and now it's like Christ is all over the influencer.
00:40:33.199 -->
00:40:36.320Oh, the amount of spiritualists who've converted to Christianity is asinine.
00:40:36.559 -->
00:40:41.280Yeah, and it it's because they're wanting groundedness, and it also goes back to connection, right?
00:40:41.519 -->
00:40:49.039Um, the problem with spiritualism is big in my humble viewpoint is that it's so wishy-washy, there is no grounded nature to it.
00:40:49.199 -->
00:40:52.880And what is a system going to crave if it has an extremity?
00:40:53.039 -->
00:40:55.599It's going to create crave the other extremity over time.
00:40:55.679 -->
00:41:00.800So that's what happens is with these spiritualists, just like your brain-body connection is it needs balance.
00:41:01.119 -->
00:41:04.320So it will do it subconsciously if you don't consciously allow it.
00:41:04.480 -->
00:41:08.239So Christianity creates structure, it creates routine, it creates discipline.
00:41:08.400 -->
00:41:08.559Yeah.
00:41:09.360 -->
00:41:11.599But all of it is they're all boxes.
00:41:11.679 -->
00:41:11.920Yeah.
00:41:12.239 -->
00:41:14.000Every single one of them are boxes.
00:41:14.880 -->
00:41:19.920I, you know, and my mom wasn't, didn't push, she took us to church.
00:41:20.000 -->
00:41:24.800So and I remember at a very young age going, how did anyone book get it right?
00:41:25.519 -->
00:41:29.119Like exactly how how is anyone book the book?
00:41:29.679 -->
00:41:33.679You know, I and it's it's mind-boggling to me.
00:41:33.920 -->
00:41:39.920And you know, I've said, you know, to your point, spirituality is like the feminine, Christianity is more the masculine.
00:41:40.000 -->
00:41:51.760It's um I've seen it in some where and I've spirituality can be this way of like, well, I am I'm the universe and I create and I do this.
00:41:52.239 -->
00:42:00.639Christianity says God's gonna do this, and it takes away the it makes action easier to take for some people.
00:42:00.880 -->
00:42:03.599It does well, well, this is God's plan.
00:42:03.920 -->
00:42:06.400Well, because they're afraid of taking ownership of their lives.
00:42:06.639 -->
00:42:07.519Oh weird.
00:42:07.840 -->
00:42:08.639Imagine that.
00:42:08.880 -->
00:42:10.400You you said it, not me.
00:42:11.360 -->
00:42:12.639All right, y'all can come at me.
00:42:12.719 -->
00:42:13.360Come at me.
00:42:14.400 -->
00:42:15.599Okay, I already get hate mail.
00:42:15.920 -->
00:42:17.280We were both saying it.
00:42:17.440 -->
00:42:17.760Yeah.
00:42:18.000 -->
00:42:20.159Um, but but it it goes back to, right?
00:42:20.239 -->
00:42:20.880It is both.
00:42:21.039 -->
00:42:21.360Yeah.
00:42:21.599 -->
00:42:22.880It is both and.
00:42:23.360 -->
00:42:25.679And we're so funny.
00:42:25.920 -->
00:42:27.360The you know, nothing and everything.
00:42:27.440 -->
00:42:28.480It is both and.
00:42:28.719 -->
00:42:31.840So the internal to the external.
00:42:32.400 -->
00:42:34.480The internal informs the external.
00:42:34.559 -->
00:42:35.920It is the balance of both.
00:42:36.159 -->
00:42:36.719Yeah.
00:42:37.039 -->
00:42:43.760It's uh, you know, some people go out into the world to find themselves, others goes in, others go into themselves to create their world.
00:42:44.719 -->
00:42:45.280Yeah.
00:42:45.760 -->
00:43:02.400And why would someone why would someone stop a successful on on paper life to look into themselves if they've got everything they were told they needed, and everybody who's ever mentored them said, no, that's normal that you want to burn things down every once in a while.
00:43:02.480 -->
00:43:03.280Just keep going.
00:43:04.000 -->
00:43:08.480Typically there comes a moment of pain at which they can't do it anymore.
00:43:09.039 -->
00:43:12.960And it makes them question the paradigm of everything that they've ever worked for.
00:43:13.760 -->
00:43:20.880That void and that nothingness, and the thing that they thought that they were seeking was not the thing that they were seeking, creates contemplation for most people.
00:43:21.840 -->
00:43:28.239Now, that contemplation, in my experience, is usually alive in somebody before that breaking point.
00:43:28.880 -->
00:43:32.559And they've typically in whispers, but not at quite a breaking point.
00:43:33.280 -->
00:43:45.920So, how how can you and I help individuals to answer the whisper before they get to a car wreck or a sudden loss of a sibling or a rattlesnake or what have you?
00:43:47.679 -->
00:43:55.119Doing stuff like this, being as transparent, like having conversations like this and having as many conversations as possible.
00:43:55.280 -->
00:43:58.719Like I still remember when I first started doing past life readings, right?
00:43:58.800 -->
00:43:59.599Woohoo! Right?
00:43:59.840 -->
00:44:02.480God, my sister watches this, I'm gonna get a phone call.
00:44:02.719 -->
00:44:10.960So, um hey, I I I want to hear this, and then I have I have something on past lives readings.
00:44:11.199 -->
00:44:18.239Yeah, so when I when I had the rattlesnake bite, that's when I actually messaged my former mentor, my very first mentor, who changed my life.
00:44:18.400 -->
00:44:23.519He was the very first person in my life to witness me and not validate me.
00:44:24.800 -->
00:44:29.519He watched me with love and compassion, but he did not validate my pain.
00:44:29.599 -->
00:44:36.320I'd seen death, I had seen murder, I had had eating disorders, I had tried to kill myself, I had seen crazy shit, right?
00:44:36.559 -->
00:44:39.840And everybody was always, oh poor baby, oh poor baby, right?
00:44:40.239 -->
00:44:43.440Validating my pain, keeping my pain in my sphere.
00:44:43.599 -->
00:44:44.639He did not do that, right?
00:44:44.800 -->
00:44:46.079And it changed my life.
00:44:46.320 -->
00:44:49.840Um, I and that ended up transpiring into my practice.
00:44:50.000 -->
00:44:55.599Anyway, I messaged him and I said, What did you mean when you told me all those years ago that you're not from here?
00:44:55.920 -->
00:44:58.079He said, Email this woman.
00:44:58.320 -->
00:45:02.400I emailed that woman, and I had an Akashic record reading within Hinduism.
00:45:02.480 -->
00:45:04.159It's called the Akashic Akasha.
00:45:04.320 -->
00:45:06.480Um, actually, within the Bible, it's called the Book of Life.
00:45:06.639 -->
00:45:16.719So it is a record that is not here, it's in an ethereal state, it is in a state of transcendental meditation in which you go and you read past and you find soul record.
00:45:16.880 -->
00:45:23.119Each one of us has a soul, and there is a stories from previous life attached to that those souls.
00:45:23.280 -->
00:45:23.519Yep.
00:45:23.679 -->
00:45:28.639I got in, I got my own reading, and now I do that for certain clients when they want that space for themselves.
00:45:28.800 -->
00:45:30.239But I talk about it regularly.
00:45:30.400 -->
00:45:36.079Like I still remember having a voice message walking on one of my trails, and there were people behind me, and I just talk about it freely.
00:45:36.320 -->
00:45:50.159I was actually at our mastermind, and I started talking about that stuff, and it gave the space to one of the members there to open up with me completely and up fixing certain dynamics within his marriage that has been issues for years because of this past life recall.
00:45:50.400 -->
00:45:59.280The more we speak on these things, the more other people feel comfortable speaking on the things that they are terrified of realizing themselves.
00:46:00.239 -->
00:46:01.199Thank you.
00:46:01.679 -->
00:46:03.760It's yeah, past lives.
00:46:04.079 -->
00:46:06.559Um, what was what was that woman's name?
00:46:07.760 -->
00:46:09.280The oh uh Suzanne.
00:46:09.599 -->
00:46:09.840Okay.
00:46:10.159 -->
00:46:13.360Just making sure I was like, if we worked with the same person, I'll just complete.
00:46:13.760 -->
00:46:20.880Um, and I've crazy we've already had crazier shit, but yeah, I I had a past lives reading.
00:46:21.119 -->
00:46:24.639Um I think my like 2022.
00:46:25.199 -->
00:46:28.719And like the first one, she was like, Oh, you're uh whatever.
00:46:28.800 -->
00:46:38.159Like that the it was it was there were a couple mundane lifetimes, a couple that really and then it was there was this one that it was like I was remembering something I didn't know I missed.
00:46:38.960 -->
00:46:41.519I cried spontaneously twice.
00:46:42.880 -->
00:46:49.920And I sat down to meditate afterward, and it was the most powerful meditation I had had to date.
00:46:50.320 -->
00:46:54.239And like, you know, I used to feel energy going up and down my spine.
00:46:54.320 -->
00:46:57.679This was like out through my shoulders, like I was sprouting wings, damn near.
00:46:57.840 -->
00:47:06.079And I I messaged her afterward, I was like, hey, I see you do 14-week one-on-one training to help people and you know, if my soul has done that before, can we uh dive in?
00:47:06.400 -->
00:47:07.760I mean, same thing, right?
00:47:07.840 -->
00:47:12.960So, like you and I have both come back and like found a relatively grounded approach to everything.
00:47:13.199 -->
00:47:22.719Like, I did readings on people, we're like, uh hey, I it seems like you're you have a big decision to make.
00:47:22.800 -->
00:47:25.199I see you stand at the top of a waterfall and you just gotta jump.
00:47:25.840 -->
00:47:30.079Oh, I'm getting chills right now because I'm building them out of a waterfall in my living room, kind of stuff.
00:47:30.159 -->
00:47:30.800Like, you know.
00:47:31.599 -->
00:47:35.599Um no psychedelic substances.
00:47:35.920 -->
00:47:36.320Same.
00:47:36.559 -->
00:47:36.719Same.
00:47:36.880 -->
00:47:37.599It's always over.
00:47:37.920 -->
00:47:46.320In my mind's eye, one time I can see these crisscross blue lines just like moving, just I I hear my my mentor, Chris Shanti, on there.
00:47:46.480 -->
00:47:48.800She's like, Chase, I need you to come back down a little bit.
00:47:48.960 -->
00:47:51.440And in that moment, I'm like, Yeah, I'm gonna reach out and touch this.
00:47:52.159 -->
00:47:57.280And guess whose Bluetooth headphones disconnected at the exact moment that I touched hers.
00:47:57.360 -->
00:47:57.519Yeah.
00:47:58.000 -->
00:47:58.480Yeah, mine.
00:47:58.559 -->
00:47:58.960But yeah.
00:47:59.199 -->
00:48:00.239Oh yours, oh yours, yeah.
00:48:00.320 -->
00:48:01.199Mine did, yeah.
00:48:01.519 -->
00:48:07.519But it it's whether it's the time the the field or the time space continuum or whatnot, like hundred percent.
00:48:07.920 -->
00:48:26.480There's there's something to this stuff, but it for me, finding a practical lever to pull that still operates on more levels of the human existence than we can tell seems to pull more of it than all right, guys.
00:48:26.559 -->
00:48:30.559Uh today we're gonna like only doing psychic readings on people.
00:48:31.280 -->
00:48:48.320It's how is it how does it translate and practically come into like actually believe it or not, every single one of my like my best friend, yeah, we were we were brother, brother and sister in another lifetime, and I f I saw him, here's the fun thing, I saw him on Instagram three years ago.
00:48:48.639 -->
00:48:52.000One of my other one, another guy I knew posted him on his story, and I was like, Who's that?
00:48:52.079 -->
00:48:53.039And he's like, That's so-and-so.
00:48:53.199 -->
00:48:54.159You need to go message him.
00:48:54.400 -->
00:48:55.840And I was like, Okay, cool.
00:48:56.159 -->
00:48:58.079We immediately hit it off.
00:48:58.239 -->
00:48:58.559Yeah.
00:48:58.719 -->
00:49:04.639And he ended up becoming one of my clients, and he was very stuck in his conditioning, got him through anxiety, we became best friends.
00:49:04.800 -->
00:49:05.920He worked with me a second time.
00:49:06.000 -->
00:49:12.079I pulled him from a sales job that he had been in debt, like living his entire life, into the job of his dreams.
00:49:12.239 -->
00:49:18.000He's now the number like the top heel in the Midwest in pro wrestling one year later.
00:49:18.159 -->
00:49:24.400And I like we literally have telepathic communication, and we just we always know exactly what's going on with one another.
00:49:24.559 -->
00:49:26.480I'll be like, hey dude, what's going on with that?
00:49:26.559 -->
00:49:28.960And he talks to it, and we talk all the time.
00:49:29.119 -->
00:49:31.119Same thing with my other friend Kedrick.
00:49:31.199 -->
00:49:34.239We had a past lifetime because I was like, How do I know you?
00:49:35.119 -->
00:49:47.519And I remembered back to 2017 when I first traveled to Rome and I was in the Coliseum, and I still remember I'm getting the feeling now, chills down my spine, of standing in the Coliseum and being like, I've been here.
00:49:47.760 -->
00:49:49.840There's no way I know how, but I've been here.
00:49:50.000 -->
00:49:57.360One of my very first past lives that I remembered was being a gladiator and dying on on bleeding out with my wife next to me.
00:49:57.599 -->
00:49:59.280And then I was like, hold on a second.
00:49:59.360 -->
00:50:02.800I went back and I read the record, and we were brothers in arms then.
00:50:02.960 -->
00:50:04.400He's like, Oh my god.
00:50:05.360 -->
00:50:07.760And he remembered the same thing because he's also like us.
00:50:08.079 -->
00:50:16.400It's one of my friends, she's uh she's working for a relatively well-known brand out in Montana.
00:50:16.559 -->
00:50:21.440I was out there visiting for a workshop in uh a mastermind in August.
00:50:21.760 -->
00:50:24.800And my little brother, his nickname was Scooter.
00:50:24.960 -->
00:50:32.960Her dad has passed, her dad, her dad, and she's like, Yeah, I keep my dad's name tape from his motorcycle motorcycle vest of his nickname in the truck.
00:50:33.920 -->
00:50:34.880Scooter.
00:50:36.079 -->
00:50:39.599Like little things like that that let you know you're in the right spot.
00:50:39.840 -->
00:51:05.119It's how many people hear stuff like like to me, the individual who is still operating on that twisted barb right inside of them that they're more or less addicted to because it's the only thing they've ever known, they hear coincidences like that, like, ah, those are just coincidences that your meaning-making mind is making up until they clear that out and actually experience it for themselves.
00:51:05.440 -->
00:51:05.840Correct.
00:51:06.000 -->
00:51:14.800Because they can't see it, they can't feel it, they can't witness it, so they're trying to logically and analytically describe it because it ends up disrupting their sense of reality.
00:51:15.039 -->
00:51:19.679And the real and the problem is so many, here's the thing, and this is nervous system work.
00:51:20.000 -->
00:51:23.519So many people are so stressed, they can't see outside their current paradigm.
00:51:23.840 -->
00:51:26.400So the first thing we can do for them is get them to breathe.
00:51:26.559 -->
00:51:27.760You want the first action step?
00:51:27.840 -->
00:51:28.239There it is.
00:51:28.480 -->
00:51:29.920Breathe breathe.
00:51:30.480 -->
00:51:36.400Because what that does is their perception opens up and they can see possibilities outside the current paradigm they're enamored with.
00:51:36.639 -->
00:51:40.079Show me somebody with anxiety, I'll show you somebody with their breath trapped in their chest.
00:51:40.320 -->
00:51:40.719100%.
00:51:41.039 -->
00:51:41.519Every time.
00:51:42.000 -->
00:51:44.239You got a client at the top of the hour still?
00:51:44.559 -->
00:51:47.360Uh, I do have to get some stuff done.
00:51:47.599 -->
00:51:47.920Cool.
00:51:48.079 -->
00:51:49.519But we need to do another one of these.
00:51:49.760 -->
00:51:56.320Yeah, well, yeah, because I I I for for about the last 20 minutes, I was like, I wanna I wanna dig into dreams.
00:51:56.800 -->
00:51:58.559Ooh, astral projection.
00:51:58.800 -->
00:51:59.760Remote viewing.
00:52:00.079 -->
00:52:04.639So I actually did I did a nine-month practitioner training, and technically speaking, I'm a priestess.
00:52:07.039 -->
00:52:07.920Alright, let's go.
00:52:08.320 -->
00:52:10.639We did we did astral projection and remote remote viewing.
00:52:10.719 -->
00:52:16.400And then if you want to get for those of you naysayers who are ending this up, go look up Project Stargate if you don't believe us.
00:52:16.719 -->
00:52:30.079No, and I I would like to get your take on this because that's something that you know, I was in a sound bath one time, and we get done, and the practitioner, she's like, talk about everything she saw, the spirits in the room, and everything, and then she's like, and she's like, and I got something special for you.
00:52:30.239 -->
00:52:37.119She's like, your tattoo on your legs started to leave your body, and then you twitched and everything came back on.
00:52:37.599 -->
00:52:41.440And you know, all right, I'm it's really interesting.
00:52:41.840 -->
00:52:44.559It's difficult for me to get out of body.
00:52:45.679 -->
00:52:55.199Um, for for all the gifts I have, all the things I do, all the senses I have, the things I've channeled, it's difficult for me to get out of body.
00:52:55.519 -->
00:52:56.159Interesting.
00:52:56.400 -->
00:52:57.199Yeah, I know.
00:52:57.360 -->
00:53:03.199So there's some there, yeah, there's some sense of like your astral body for some reason is afraid of leaving.
00:53:03.440 -->
00:53:03.840Uh-huh.
00:53:04.320 -->
00:53:06.880I wonder, I wonder what's happened out there.
00:53:07.840 -->
00:53:12.880It's interesting how the the D the subconscious ends up holding on to that state.
00:53:12.960 -->
00:53:15.039But that also will go to brainwave state.
00:53:16.559 -->
00:53:16.880Yeah.
00:53:17.440 -->
00:53:18.159Makes sense.
00:53:18.400 -->
00:53:18.880Cool.
00:53:19.039 -->
00:53:21.199Uh, how do you want to cap this one?
00:53:21.280 -->
00:53:24.320What what what mic drop moment do you want to leave them with?
00:53:30.079 -->
00:53:33.599Honestly, the biggest thing right there is starting to know that you are not the mind.
00:53:36.079 -->
00:53:38.320You are not those things, you are not those stories.
00:53:38.480 -->
00:53:40.559If you can observe it, you cannot be it.
00:53:40.800 -->
00:53:43.760Because whatever it comes and goes, yet you are still present.
