Have you ever sensed God nudging you towards something but immediately questioned yourself?
"What if that's just my imagination?"
"What if I get it wrong?"
Many of us long for unmistakable direction from God, yet often overlook the ways He is already leading us. In this episode, we look at the life of Jochebed—the mother of Moses—and discover how God often works through what He helps us to see.
Jochebed didn't receive an audible command, yet she recognised that Moses was worth protecting and responded with courageous faith. Her story reminds us that what we see shapes how we respond, and that walking by faith often begins with taking the next faithful step.
In this episode, we'll explore five practical lessons from Jochebed's life:
-
Seeing what God is showing you
-
Acting on what you believe He has revealed
-
Staying flexible when the strategy changes but the assignment doesn't
-
Planning wisely while trusting God fully
-
Abiding in your identity and relationship with Him
If you've been struggling to discern God's direction, doubting your decisions, or wondering whether you can trust what He is showing you, this conversation will encourage you to move forward with greater confidence and faith.
Reflection Questions-
What has God been showing you that you've been hesitant to trust because you weren't sure it was Him?
-
Where do you need to move from simply seeing to taking the next faithful step?
-
Is there an area of your life where God is asking you to change the strategy while keeping the same assignment?
