In this deeply personal share, I sit with you, two days before I leave for a solo journey to Peru, and reflect on a lifetime of parenting, nourishing others, and what it truly means to choose myself.
I speak candidly about the energies of Gate 27 and 28 in my Human Design, how they’ve played out in my life, and why I’m finally honouring the call to rest, to be selfish (in the most sacred sense), and to connect back to the land…and to myself.
I touch on burnout, the concept of boundaries, the truth of lived design vs. mental understanding, and why so many in the Human Design space are missing the mark by not living the mechanics.
This is not the episode I thought I’d record, but it’s the one that needed to be said.
If you’re someone who’s tired of the fluff, ready to live your design with integrity, and curious about what it means to nourish yourself first… this is for you.
