Hello everyone and welcome to RBL Talk. On today's show, we have some club news. We recap the three two win against VFL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga. I'll also preview the next match in the Bundesliga match day 30 against Holstein Kiel. And in the RBL talk segment, we'll have your listener input on the show. That and more in this episode. Starting with the Club News first. Fàbregas also touted as candidate for Leipzig. Job Cesc Fàbregas is the latest name to be mentioned in connection with the RB Leipzig coaching job. Following the dismissal of Marco Rose rb Leipzig have appointed Zsolt Lőw as interim head coach while they search for a permanent replayment. Several candidates have already been linked with the role and Leipziger Volkszeitung has now added another name to the mix. Former Spain International Cesc Fàbregas, who is currently coaching Italian side. Como Como shareholder Thierry Henry who played alongside Fàbregas Arsenal. Hass, a strong relationship with RB Leipzig, chief Oliver Mintzlaff. Fàbregas who took over. Cuomo's head coach at the start of the season is under contract with the club until 2028. Other names reportedly in the frame for the Leipzig job include Sheffield, Wednesday's. Danny Röhl, free agent Roger Schmidt. Mathias Jaissle. Currently at Al-Ahli and Brentford coach Thomas, Frank and Schäfer opens the back door for Lőw. RB Leipzig Sporting Director Marcel Schäfer hinted that it's not set in stone that Lőw will step down. As coach of RB Leipzig at the end of the season, the players are praising the new man and Lőw himself is also having a lot of fun. Leipzig Wolfsburg two wins from the first two Bundesliga games a feat that only with has so far only ever been achieved by Julian Nagelsmann at RB Leipzig. There's no doubt that the Red Bull Game Development employee is a perfect fit for Rasenballsport. As a head coach, He has refined the playing philosophy, reestablished clear processes in RB's signature 4 2, 2, 2 formation, and thus made the counter pressing more effective. Furthermore, with his open, fresh, and warm manner, he has brought new energy to the team and the entire environment. He's a very positive person and has brought a lot of positive energy, so Péter Gulácsi paying tribute Tactically, Lőw is trying to find little things again, and in his interactions with others, gives the players a sense of ease. The veteran commented. Lőw of himself was all smiles after liberating, first away win since the beginning of December and the end of the two month goal drought on the road. I'm really enjoying working with the boys. They're very willing and want to implement a lot of what we've discussed this week. He said, although Lőw has reportedly ruled out continuing his employment beyond the summer, he intends to return to his current position alongside Jürgen Klopp and Mario Gomez after seven weeks of interim work. He has also promised his wife and children who live in Munich after 10 years of almost uninterrupted commitment. Lőw wants to receive new input and take the time to breathe and calmly continue to develop the Red Bull football concept that he helped shape in Leipzig from 2015 to 2018. But if the team continues to play as convincingly as they did in the first hour of the three, two win at Wolfsburg gets results and qualifies for the Champions League. RB won't need to look for a new coach when the ideal candidate is already working with the team. With each win and the closer the season ends, Lőw will have to explain again why he's not continuing in this role. Sporting director Marcel Schäfer also opened at least a back door in Wolfsburg. The situation required Lőw and assistant coach Peter Krawietz two Step in. We are very grateful that he trusted us. Schäfer told DAZN and the clear plan is for Zsolt and Pete to stay with us until the summer and then possibly return to the global team potentially. Schäfer said, mind you an indication that the final word hasn't been spoken yet. Schäfer knows that he needs planning and security as quickly as possible so that potential new signings know who will be coaching them next season. Numerous candidates are currently being discussed from Roger Schmidt and Oliver Glasner to Cesc Fàbregas, as well as Red Bull Coaches Matthias Jaissle Alexander Blessen and Danny Röhl. That is certainly a factor in the discussions and with the potential candidates. The coaches at very important person, especially for the players who work with him every day. Admitted Schäfer. We are trying to hold our discussions and strengthen the squad in the summer. That is our clear duty, especially after the season we've had just gone through. It is more than necessary that we make changes. Player Ridle Baku, who Lőw recently gave a gift to for his first goal would probably not mind if Lőw of continued, in my opinion. He's doing a very good job. What happens beyond that? We'll have to see the player was quoted saying. And that's all for the news for this episode. If you would like to stay up to date with all the latest RBI news, make sure to head over to the RB talk.com website. Now let's recap the most recent game against Wolfsburg. First, we'll have a look at the play watch plays For Wolfsburg, it was David Odogu for Wolfsburg. David played the full 90 minutes, had 57 touches made 12 clearances, two blocks, one total shot. One inception won three of seven ground duels at 42.86% and won four of six aerial duels at 66.67%. Made 31 of 33 passes and accuracy rate of 94% and was offside once. And according to the one football app, he had a match rating of 7.7. However, I would rate him a 7.2 as you shouldn't be caught offside as a defender Play watch player for RBL. Was Yussuf Poulsen Yui played 13 minutes after coming on as a substitute for Lois Openda. In the 77th minute, Yui had 13 touches made six of eight passes at an accuracy rate of 75%. Two of those passes were key passes. One, which led to a big chance. He won one of two ground duels at 50% success rate and won one of three aerial duels at 33.33% success rate. You'll see also lost possession six times. Committed two fouls and was fouled once. According to the one football app, he had a match rating of 6.3. However, I would say he was more closer to 6.9 due to him losing possession almost once every two minutes. And now to break down the game with the good, the bad, and the ugly. And we'll have a detailed summary and then we'll dissect all the goals in this game. So always starting with the good, what we did right, 77% pass accuracy in the final third, making 127 of 166 passes. I would've liked more in the 80%, just it's still a high number amount, which goes with the 52 entries into the final Third. Even passes across the three thirds of the pitch defensive, middle, and final. Third was 33%, 34%, and 33% respectively. We were dispossessed only nine times. It has been way more than that in the past. Strong in the contest, winning 55% of aerial duels, 17 to 31, and 58% of ground duels, 40 to 69, made 31 clearances and 49 recoveries. Two big by Péter Gulácsi also have to be mentioned, and we transition the ball well from defense to attack in the first half at least, or first 60 minutes. We lost it a little bit in the second. Now, for what we did wrong, the bad, we crossed the ball poorly, 15% accuracy. Just completing two of 13 crosses dispossessed nine times. Tackles were poor. 59% success rate. Completing 10 of 17 tackles in the defensive third four goalkeeper saves. The defense needed to do better. Instead of exposing the goalkeeper, we missed three big chances. We had nine shots from outside the box. You should be shooting inside the box and work the keeper to shoot from so far out. So often more than half the total shots of 16, it shows the wolfsburg defense made us shoot from range, which gives the keepers more time to react and for errors to happen in flight deflections or being off target in general. And now for the ugly, what we did really wrong, three off sides. One, which was a goal ruled out. Šeško also could have given away a free kick for handball that was pretty high up his body where he was bringing it down from. At first glance, two bookings for nothing. One from El Chadaille Bitshiabu for kicking the ball away and Xavi for whinging. Seriously, these things limit Xavi's own personal ability. He could be one of the world's best players, but instead his personality and ego will prevent him from achieving these heights. And the Lewis append a break. In the 41st minute. He was set up with a beautiful dinked pass by Xavi, and he went for a cross and gave it straight to David Odogu in the center of the box, who could clear it easily with great positioning. He should have been selfish and gone for a goal, a wasted opportunity he could have scored with the outside of his right boot into the bottom right corner, or even the closest corner. They do say the best strikers in world football are selfish. Three things we learned. V Wolfsburg number one. Péter Gulácsi really stood up with a lack of experience in defense. Gulácsi has been hit and miss with his form this season starting very well, hence his clean sheet record, and so did the team for that matter. But Pete can still be relied upon to stand up when the team needs him most. Number two. Ralph Hasenhüttl knows Zsolt Lőw very well, even under Marco Rose, the Wolfsburg manager didn't seem to know what his opposing manager would do and how to combat it, and that was even when Marco Rose wasn't very predictable. And number three Zsolt Lőw with performances like that might just secure himself for the long term role at Cottaweg. How do we feel about that? Let me know in the comments on Spotify, YouTube X across all social media, wherever you. Listen to this podcast as well. And now for the detailed summary and recap, RB Leipzig starved off a spirited fightback to end a run of nine away games without a win by beating a Wolfsburg team who have now lost four successive fixtures for the first time since December, 2021. As a result, the struggling hosts had a brilliant chance to open the scoring early on when a deflection Fruitlessly bounced. Jonas Wind's way in the box, but the striker has failed to score in his previous 11 games hooked wide of the near post. Wolfsburg were punished almost immediately by Lois Openda who slammed his side into the lead with a low effort that found the bottom corner from 25 yards. That was the Red Bull's first away goal in the league in over seven hours of football. And Benjamin Šeško thought he had doubled the advantage shortly afterwards, only for VAR to judge his strike offside. That was a let off for Ralph Hasenhüttl side, who soon saw. Bence Dárdai rattled the woodwork with a clever flicked header, but the second was just around the corner for Leipzig with Arthur Vermeeren allowed to drive at the defense before feeding Xavi Simons, who empathetically fired from home 20 yards out. Wolfsburg were undeterred. Forcing Péter Gulácsi into a fairly comfortable save from Patrick Wimmer header before Jakub Kamiński hit the bar. After cutting onto his right foot on the edge of the area with a clever drop of the shoulder, the hosts were unable to carry that momentum into the second period falling three behind. Shortly after the break, chances still came from Die Wolfe, and they pulled a goal back in Majestic fashion as Killian Fischer whipped a wonderful long range effort over Gulácsi and into the top corner, that gave them some momentum. And Mohamed Amoura had two chances to further reduce the deficit, dragging an effort wide before a fingertip save from the Leipzig stopper diverted a curled shot to safety. Leipzig were rocking and the visitor's nerves were heightened. When Andreas Skov Olsen grabbed the host second by lifting it into the top corner from close range. From then on, it was end-to-end stuff with Gulácsi called upon again to claw away a stunning Yannick Gerhardt volley before Kamil Grabara pulled off. A point blank save. From Christoph Baumgartner, as Leipzig held on for a win that moves them back into the top four in the Bundesliga Wolfsburg. Meanwhile, remain in the bottom half of the table, and now without a win in six home matches. Speaking to the reporters after this game was Ridle Baku from RB Leipzig, and also Zsolt Lőw first is from Ridle Baku. It's been a long time since we've won away from home. It was a very, very good game for us for long stretches. We let it slip a bit at the end, but nevertheless, the team performance must be praised. And yes, we have to keep going. Yes, but we have had a fourth, fifth, or sixth. If it were up to me, we had a few more chances that we perhaps should have exploited better. In my opinion, we can create a numerical advantage in the center. I think we did that well in the first half. The opponent really had enough time too. We really have a lot of quality. We don't have to hide from any team. If we continue to bring our quality onto this pitch, as I've said many times, then we'll be able to play in the Champions League. Zsolt Lőw was quoted saying this, it was an interesting football match for the spectators. For us as coaches and for me it was more challenging. We played a very good first half and had good control. We came out very well in the second half. After going three nil up, you can easily bring home the win, but if you know Ralph's teams, they don't give up. It was difficult to contain the pressure. In the end, our boys defended passionately. I'm very proud of my boys for securing their way win with such a long, difficult time without one. Now let's dissect the goals. And after we do that, we'll say who the best players were for both teams. There was five total goals in this one, and we will do them in chronological order today. The 11th minute, RBL goal number one. Scored by Lois Openda and assisted by Ridle Baku. The buildup play started with some good high pressing in the final third with Patrick Wimmer losing the ball in a dangerous area and being dispossessed by Ridle Baku. His challenge made the ball spill out, and Lois Openda picked it up, had a little touch and dribbled towards the top right corner of the box and shot across himself and with a right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. 26th minute RBL. Goal number two, scored by Xavi Simons and assisted by Arthur Vermeeren. The buildup play started from a turnover in the middle of the park just inside the wolfsburg, half as they tried to move the ball forward. The error was made by Wolfsburg Captain Maximilian Arnold, a rarity from the captain. Arthur Vermeeren recovered the ball and streamed forward with a four V two Openda to his right, Šeško to his forward left and Xavi directly to his lateral left Vermeeren. Took the ball forward to around 22 yards and then passed to Xavi on his left. Xavi dribbled across goal towards the right to wait for some space to open up with the Wolfsburg defenders. Which tracked back well to crowd Xavi with work to do. He beat three men and drilled the ball hard and low with a right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom. The left corner scores would now two nil RBL started the second half the way they did the first with a goal. 49th minute RBL goal number three. Scored by Xavi Simons, assisted by Ridle Baku. The buildup play started by some great pressing near the right hand corner. Flag for RBL with Nicolas Seiwald winning the ball in a dangerous area. After some good pressing work by the team, we kept the ball and passed from left to right, just waiting for an opening, which came as Ridle Baku. passed to Xavi. With a first time shot on his right foot, from outside the box to the bottom right corner. This last goal really kicked wolfsburg into gear as they dominated the next 40 minutes, 58th minute wolfsburg. Goal number one, scored by Killian Fischer, assisted by Jakub Kamiński. The buildup play started by wolfsburg in their defense as they pushed forward from their back line. Although they'd lost possession, Amoura managed to keep the ball up front, even with a RBL throw in, they won the ball back in front of goal with Tiago Thomas winning a header. They pushed the ball out wide as Killian Fischer and Jakub Kamiński passed the ball with some pass and goes together, making space around the RBL defense, which led to a left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner by Killian Fischer and his first goal in the Bundesliga. Now, how could we have prevented this goal? The press by Arthur Vermeeren was good, but Xavi was horrid in his press, which gave the eventual goal scorer a space. And Péter Gulácsi was also out of position in front of goal. So to summarize, Xavi needs to work harder in defense with his pressing and close down the space instead of being lazy. And Péter Gulácsi needs to stand more central to give himself a better opportunity to dive in either direction from a shot at range. 75th minute Wolfsburg. Goal number two, scored by Andreas Skov Olsen. Assisted by Joakim Mæhle. The buildup play started by an RBL turnover in the middle. Third by heavy touch from Nicolas Seiwald. Joakim Mæhle won the ball from a heavy touch, ran towards the penalty arc of his goals, caught the RBL defense, napping out of position for a through ball pass to play to Andreas Skov Olsen towards the right of the goals for him to bury home shot and get his first goal for Wolfsburg as he took his right footed shot from the right side of the box to the top left corner. Now, how could we have prevented this one? There's a few things here as this was very messy. Number one, Kevin Kampl needs to attack the ball. Instead of giving up, do a sliding challenge. Even give away a foul as then you need to set up for a free kick. It's quite far out and you don't give the player. Any room to create the chance. You could argue you might get a red card for a denying a goal scoring opportunity, but if you do this tactical foul the right way, it's just going to be a normal foul. And number two, the RBL defense needed to watch that right hand side as that's where the. Scored their first goal. They need to be wary of giving too much space to players on their right hand side. Number three, again, Péter Gulácsi can't defend his near post. Yes, it was hit hard, but you can't be giving away a massive gap to your right to close off the near post completely. That's what has outdone him here. But RBL survived the late flurry from the wolves, and the scores ended three, two, and his second win in a row for RBL and interim manager Zsolt Lőw, which like I said a bit earlier, hasn't been done since. Julian Nagelsmann, the best players for Wolfsburg were Dárdai Kamiński, Fischer, Skov Olsen, and Mæhle. And the best players for RBL were Lois Openda, Arthur Vermeeren, Ridle Baku and Xavi Simons. Quick Suspension and Injury List update. Now, this episode goes out quite early for. The RBL talk members, so I'm only going to give you what is up to date from when they get this. All extra information will be on the RBL talk website as soon as it is released and published by any of the sources of reputable sources around the internet but what we do know is that Xavi Simons will be missing the next game as he was unnecessarily shown a yellow card for complaining in the 36 minute. And we'll now need to sit out the next game against Holstein Kiel as he's now racked up too many yellow cards. Willi Orban has played extremely hard in recent months. It's no coincidence that he too can suffer a muscle injury. That's why he was not playing in our last fixture. David Raum also had to sit out due to muscular problems. He really exerted himself in the previous game against Hoffenheim doing one of those most sprints in the game from out of all the players. And both complained of muscle problems in the back of their thighs to the team doctors, and that's why against Wolfsburg, they weren't risked. And at a preview. The Holstein Kiel game Kiel will be without several players in this one, including Andu Yobel Kelati, Benedikt Pichler, Colin Kleine-Bekel, Ivan Nekic, Lewis Holtby and Patrick Erras. RBL will also be without several plays with question marks around Antonio Nusa, David Raum, Willi Orban and Assan Ouedrago with little to no chance to play on the weekend with Benjamin Henricks and Xaver Schlager. Not taking any part. Holstein Kiel the worst defense in the Bundesliga, has managed to score goals this season. That hasn't been their problem. Their problem is their defense as when they get the goals, they more often than not concede more goals than they can score as if scored more goals than 13th placed Union Berlin and ninth placed Augsburg. Some interesting match facts leading to this game are RBL have scored nine goals in their last five matches. RBL have kept the most clean sheets in the competition with 13 RBL have won the previous three matches against Holstein Kiel and Holstein Kiel have scored five goals in their last five matches and they haven't kept a clean sheet in six matches or won a game in their previous six matches. And now for Player watch for Player watch. In the next game against Holstein Kiel for me, for RBL, it's gonna be Christoph Baumgartner. We have Xavi missing out due to suspension and players who have been injured. We don't have much cover down on the left flank. Baumi will be one of to properly fill the void temporarily, assuming we go with the same 4 4 2 setup, which has been used in recent weeks. I would rather other players in this position, but the ideal thing for Lőw is to opt for experience even against the poor quality side. For Holstein Kiel Player Watch will be Phil Harres, the top scorer for Holstein Kiel with eight goals for the Bundesliga season is going to need to score to give any chance of Holstein Kiel, causing an upset and taking away points in this fixture. What I'd like to see in this match with my lineup, the first thing is rotations. Even with a B side, we should still be able to beat Holstein Kiel, play some youngsters like Gomis, Gerbel and even Voufack. So my rotated lineup with a 4-4-2 formation is Peter Gulacsi in goal, back 4 starting from left to right is Lionel Voufack replaces Castello Lukeba at left back. Chadelle Bitshiabu and Klostermann hold the central defensive roles Ridle Baku. replaces Kosta Ndelkovic at the right back position. A midfield four of Viggo Gebel replacing Xavi Simons on the left. Amadou Haidara and Kevin Kampl. Replacing Vermeren and Seiwald for the simple fact both should be sold on and they need to look good for potential suitors at other clubs. On the right side of midfield is Tidiam Gomis replacing Ridle Baku from last start. And up front, Benjamin Šeško is replayd with Yussuf Poulsen and Lois Openda partners him. To summarize the that six changes with the ins of Vigor Gable, Lionel Voufack, Amadou Haidara, Kevin Kampl, Tidiam Gomis, and Yussuf Poulsen and outs Kosta Ndelkovic, Castello Lukeba, Arthur Vermeeren, Niclas Seiwald, Xavi Simons, who suspended, and Benjamin Šeško. Now Tidiam Gomis and Yussuf Poulsen have already shown they can work together. Amadou Haidara and Kevin Kampl should be sold on in the summer. At least we know Amadou Haidara is most likely gonna be sold in the summer, so those two people will be playing that way. Potential suitors can see how good they are and against one of the bottom teams, this should be even heightened more so, and of course, giving some experience to Viggo Gebel and Lionel Voufack in the Red Bull system, and valuable minutes at top flight football. For predictions. Well, this should be an easy victory for RBL, even with key players, possibly not out on the pitch, but if Orban doesn't play a three one win for me as Die Rotten Bullen as I think we will concede if he's not there to organize the defense. If he does play an easy four. nil Win is an incoming. Score line to look for. However, RBL will make it three in a row in the Bundesliga since the new managerial appointment. Discord, when we have submissions from there, which is always a great community, a really. Suggest you joining it. It's completely free. Even if you speak German and you listen to this podcast and you are a local German fan, you can always go join that discord and chat in German. Exactly on that discord. It's welcoming for everyone. I. Claude J from the RB fans. Discord says, do you guys think round's absence had a positive impact on the team's flow or negative? I've noticed quite a few times LewiOpenda going wide and B offensively and defensively where round would operate and the opponent's half. I thought the subs came a bit late, by the way. On the other hand, it's hard to move down players who wants to score more as you play high hopes on the positive momentum. So let's dissect that a little bit. Do I think round's absent had a positive impact on the team's flow or negative? Actually, I think positive and. Although it didn't seem like a positive here, I'll tell you why. David Ram has been such a key component to our buildup play, and we've always been more dominant down the left hand side. And don't get me wrong, David Ram is a fantastic player and very hard to replicate. That's why he plays for Manhat Shaft. The German international team is almost pretty much a guaranteed pick at left back now. It made us find other options. CELA Leba had some good runs. He was good down there. It could show that he can play left back, which he had done when David Round was injured earlier in the season. But it gives a bit more rotation, a bit of flow, and a bit of unpredictability in our buildup play. And yes it did. Drag Lois Openda back a little bit and that's not always good to see as you do want your strikers playing further up the pitch closer to the goal so they can score. But it's not something that Lois Openda should be too worried about, as I think if he could add that to his game, coming down to the left and being able to cut in side from the left hand, you could really start adding some more dynamics to his. forward attacking plays. I do agree with you that the subs came on a bit late, however, it hasn't been as late as they have been in so far in the season, so I definitely agree that the subs should have happened a little bit earlier as we got completely roasted from Wolfsburg during that last, half an hour. You really want to start bringing on substitutes when that's starting to happen. That way you can try to limit the dictation and possession of the op opposing team Balon from X says, after a away win to Volkswagen. With a few remaining matches remaining kill home, Frankfurt away. Very tricky on paper. Buying at home, Bremen Away. And Stu Gut Home on May 17th. Do you think they could get top four or touch and go? Mines have a tricky matches and Red Bull do need Frankfurt to lose a few matches. They end this weekend in fourth play. Have you seen Football Ultras video on why German fans hate investors? Fgo and his German friends did this video in English. They don't necessarily dis hate on Leipzig. Simply talk about how they went around the 50 plus bond rule in Germany. VFB of Guard, Americana got a mention from Derek Ray in a match via Leipzig. If Derek Ray, who is a very knowledgeable person, mentions you in a live match commentary, would you be surprised? Pull the trigger on YouTube. Did a video on how Red Bull and Lois Ton owners are working together in Paris. Fc, do you feel Red Bull need to focus back on Lo Zg? None of this slight sponsors in shirt Jersey sponsors with Le Drink sponsors with Everton and Torino in Syria. As my following of Lo Zig is more in business marketing side, talking about Lewis Ton. You can buy me Red Bull brand shoes if they exist. KPO has been Paris FC often, and on 25th of May expected to be Anfield to see LFC list Premier League from my sources. While I'm not FIFA president, argue bothered Red Bull Salzburg, where Red Bull team picked to play in FIFA Club World Cup in a few months. I know there is one Australian team there too. Will you watch this glorified hyped up friendly tournament tournament winners get a lot of money as we know. Wow, I ask many questions. My bad away win. Xavi Simons showed Leib Zg one top four cure bottom of league. Many would expect the Labib Zg win. I do feel it's time long term for Leib Zg to move on. Yussuf Poulsen and a few others who are aging. Nice to have a submission again from you. Beum. Do not feel bad for the details of your questions. I don't mind giving a little bit of extra time for one of the OG people who ask questions who've been listening to this podcast for a very long time. Now, not only that, if you have too many questions, we could always break it up into a bonus episode or something. You know the always ask you questions, don't ever feel. This is to everybody as well, not just you, Baum, don't feel that you've got too many questions. If you've got the questions, ask them, put them in. Anything that I don't get to or don't answer in your submission, I'm always gonna save later for the next one. So let's dissect all of that. I think it's touch and go for top four. As you said, that, Frankfurt need to lose a few matches. We can't really put the results on the other teams around us. Now that we're in the top four, we now need to stay there. So now it's all about racking up the points, getting those wins on the board. It doesn't matter how we get them done, as long as we get them done and we finish in the top four. Now that's the way the management side are gonna look at it. My stance was always to not be in the top four, just a bit of a, harsh words to the management of how they handled Marco Rose. But look, if at the end of the day the best thing for the club is what I want and the best thing for the club is to get top four. So I do still want them to be top four. I haven't seen any of those videos that you mentioned. I do know of fgo and their friends, their Berg supporters, if I remember correctly. And I know a lot of people don't hate love Zg as a sense of, know the marketing construct and things like that. I've heard it all before. A lot of it seems to be on social media. It's not really a. A day-to-day life thing. It's happened a couple of times. I've had some death threats and I've been yelled at on the street here at Australia, funny enough that I'm wearing a Leipzig shirt. But, other than that, it is not as flamed up and as big as it seems to be. And I do know that the lads at VFB Americana, the still got podcast worked with them before. They were the very first guest I had on the show. Actually, there's a little fun fact for you which you can find that episode in all the guest videos in the back catalog as well. But Travis and his, co-host, I believe. There might be some more. I'll just say the lads there they got mentioned by Derek Ray. You are right. But I don't think Derek Ray will mention me and this podcast specifically for the simple fact of yes, I'm the biggest and English speaking. I, epilepsy podcast has been around for quite some time now, and the first one as well. So I just don't think Derek Ray is going to mention. A Red Bull prOdoguct for Bundesliga because it may tarnish his image in a sense of, people may not like that and he wouldn't do anything to jeopardize his image, even though he is a freelancer doing Bunga games. I would not, I'd be pretty chuffed if he did. If we go back into previous episodes Lois app, Pender has mentioned the podcast, he's replied back to me. On social media over on X or what was then known as Twitter, I think. I think it was called Twitter back then. And I speak regularly with the RB English channels over on X and other things like that. So no affiliation, but it's always good to, have some back and forth with proper officials from the club. I don't think there's anything about Arby shoes though, or anything like that. But with all the other sponsors and stuff going around, it doesn't bother me so much. They are focusing on Live Z. It doesn't look like it to a degree, but Paris fcs a bit more of their startup, so to speak, so you're obviously gonna get a little bit more time and input into that. That being said, they're not going to break into European. If they do, lab Z is still going to be that premier club. It is just another thing for, red Bull to put their hands in is they've got everything in there. It's how I originally, started following Rrb alive. Zig cut it short. Everyone knows the story, but family's from Leipzig and from kil as well. So this upcoming game is a big game for not my full family anymore as my own. Other family don't watch it anymore depending on who they are. I can't really go into too detail. It's a bit personal, but but Red Bull is a brand, have always put themselves into everything. And I always followed their extreme sports and their Formula One beforehand. So look, it's just Red Bull. They're masters at getting their prOdoguct and going into so many different avenues and different things. Footballs is one of their departments of many things, and it's normal to think that when the parent company's doing something else, which they do a lot of things to be a bit cautious of it, but I'm not too worried. As for the tournaments. I didn't know there was an actually Australian team going. I might watch it possibly it's probably on Twitch or something like that, if I remember. I'll watch it. With my busy work schedule and running this podcast and everything that entails the Discord finding, the new sources, publishing that and everything else. I don't really have a lot of downtime. My downtime gets taken up with my family I've gotta make sure that they're happy first, because if they're not happy, I can't prOdoguce this podcast. You have a happy wife, happy life, as they say. I gotta keep my family happy and then I continue into this, but it is something that I'll note down for that. So thank you for letting me know Baum, and if I get around to watching it, I will. If not, I'll hopefully watch a replay of it sometime. And next one is rO nine Lois fan on Instagram says a very good match until the 60th minute in the second half. Wolfsburg were a better team then they threw everything at us. I was so scared after conceding the good second goal by Wolfsburg. 'cause they kept on trying. But thankfully Pete, the Wall saved us in the first half. We had one of our best halves this season or year at least. Our play was so enjoyable. And at the start of the second half, it was the same thing, last 30 minutes of the matches. Wolfsburg were obviously better, like I said, but we also tried when they were at their best, like we managed to get the shots on target and waste time. This is great football from our new coach, Lu Lőw, Lőw Ball. I really hope he stays, if the team keeps playing well until the end of the season. The way it's been in the last three matches, it looks like we are playing European Champions League football next season. Our three best players tonight, I think were Chappy Simons. He won us to match with his two amazing outside of the box goals. Two Lois Openda, who also scored an amazing outside of the box goal with which was the best in the entire match in my opinion. And he also played well today I think, and hopefully he can keep going. And three, Péter Gulácsi. He saved us simply and made some insane saves yesterday at the time of putting this in. And the end as always. Anal Leipzig Emia Leipzig. Absolutely. Wolfsburg really got a hold of us. After that 60th minute, that's where I think everyone around the internet basically looked at it and said That's where we, where they got, where they, they got us. They definitely threw everything at us. I was also scared of Beck considering that second goal. After the second goal, I should say, once they scored. It was like they're gonna Röhl over the top of us here and they're Ali's gonna get an equalizer. And there were so many times where, you know, Péter Gulácsi, the wool, as you said, he came up Trumps he just save after save after save. I was like. Where was these Pete in the earlier part of the game, like you let in a couple of shockers, like especially one of them, you could have easily have prevented, Pete, what are you doing, man? But hey, he kept it entertaining and it was good that those two goals came in. It kept it flow, kept you interested. It wasn't just a three nil, no dead rubber and that. You just know, oh, RB LGA gonna win this. It's fine don't worry about it. You can turn your phone turn your game on, screens off and everything like that. No, no, no. After that second goal, 60 minutes in second half was just as good as the first half. If not, actually I thought it was better. And that's coming from an RBL fan. So I think we were definitely the worst side, and it was a game of. A tale of two halves, which is what I've put a, another episode title many eons ago, and it clearly was we came out in the first half, played great football, played the RB way, got our goals, came out in the second half, continued on, did well, but then I think we lacked off a bit and Wolfsburg woke up as well. And then when Wolfsburg started scoring, we didn't have a any answer for. And I agree. I'm really enjoying this Lőw bowl now. I'm not gonna say I want it to continue after the end of the season. As reported earlier, he's got other things going on in his life and things like that. Hey, as long as he does what's best for his family, in the end, if he becomes the manager. Beautiful. If he doesn't and he gives us or gets us into the Champions League spots, we also have to remember that Marco Rose did the big bulk of it, but at the end of the season, it wasn't looking like we were gonna get there. So we'd also have to thank, is it Lou for his services, for getting us back to where we belonged? If he achieves that, and then if he came back later on in his life, sometime as a football manager. I certainly wouldn't be knocking that appointment at all one bit, and I agree with all three players personally. I can't even put them in order if I'm gonna have to do them, as a 3, 2, 1. In the votes, you get three votes, you get one two votes, you get one vote. I'm gonna have to give it a Xavi first because even with his mistakes, letting in a goal costing it. That cancels it out. He's still gonna win anyway because he just played so well overall. You can't knock that even with a couple of mistakes and then really close is Péter Gulácsi, because without those saves, you're really, you're not gonna win that game. And then Lois app, Pender, look, what can I say? Beautiful skill. That goal really set us off and really made. A footprint and foundation for us to like a launchpad to really get the ball going.
