00:05:36:16 - 00:05:38:15
Unknown
What do you think of smacking discipline?
00:05:40:07 - 00:05:44:04
Unknown
because I did read I did read that you've, you've blown up a mainstream.
00:05:44:05 - 00:06:00:04
Unknown
They've written some really nice stuff about. Yeah, they even called you Mister Morgan and everything. They've done a lot of a lot of places. I wish I was so nice about me more and I just slanders places that I do. I mean, but yeah. Mr. Morgan. Like,
00:06:00:23 - 00:06:02:06
Unknown
nice place, actually.
00:08:44:18 - 00:08:46:03
Unknown
aggressive sounding,
00:08:58:04 - 00:08:59:21
Unknown
three weeks in he was on the mat
00:09:01:00 - 00:09:06:18
Unknown
his I put his foot on a mat I got pictures of him but he's he's going to is he's going to grow up.
00:09:06:18 - 00:09:28:09
Unknown
It's an interesting thought he's going to grow up and not know life without jujitsu. But I'm trying to figure out a way to not push it upon him so hard that he rejects it. Because, for example, like he the discipline to he with you, it seems like initially you rejected him in the entire situation, but now you're looking back at it.
00:09:28:09 - 00:09:46:19
Unknown
You like like taken some lessons for it. And I understand what he meant at the time. So at this stage of my right, how do I get him into jujitsu? Because I know there's a lot of great discipline from martial arts itself and get him to enjoy it at the point and understand what I'm saying from the start.
00:09:46:21 - 00:09:52:04
Unknown
And that's that's the tough part as a parent. You know, I said some great
00:11:20:23 - 00:11:22:14
Unknown
Yes. I have to give you something
00:11:35:24 - 00:11:36:16
Unknown
on this practice
00:13:05:03 - 00:13:06:05
Unknown
why?
00:13:06:05 - 00:13:12:21
Unknown
Because the person doesn't have the discipline or accountability on the other side of that page to actually get it done.
00:13:12:21 - 00:13:33:11
Unknown
They skim their pay page, they done it. You got it. You got the certificate. To say that you've got a page in nutrition is an example. But you don't think practices of, you know, chain, you don't. Yeah, you live in a high quality of life as a person who should be a standard within an industry to help you live the best quality of life.
00:13:33:13 - 00:13:54:19
Unknown
And there's a huge disconnect. And this is what happens with so many people with something I recognize you now came out. People respect great about me, Mr. Morgan, but there's so much that was more of I'm in the background. I was doing toxic things in my own self that didn't set will sit well with me when I laid my head down on a platter every night.
00:13:54:20 - 00:14:02:08
Unknown
That's, you know, that's a conversation that a lot of people don't want to have with themselves because you got to face the ugly version of yourself.
00:14:02:08 - 00:14:16:15
Unknown
When I was writing, you mentioned that I thought about I don't want to die in jail, and then the switching of your life from that point to going in the trajectory that you're at now.
00:14:16:17 - 00:14:22:04
Unknown
What was that moment of switch in your head that made you think
00:14:22:04 - 00:14:44:03
Unknown
I'd been asked like this question a lot and I've been thinking about it a bit, and I think it was, you know, my mother died when I was in jail, first from leukemia, and I had to go to the funeral in handcuffs and stuff of that nature. And I had, you know, a best friend of mine who I was living with at one time, he died and on the beach we jumped.
00:14:44:05 - 00:15:06:07
Unknown
Same thing quickly to a story and it jumped off the rocks at it. Uh, I was this Tamara, Tamara Amorim, and basically I always go bad crashes. I'm up against the Roxy. Grant said, Just send the Austin Lost so precious. And sure, we got to step into this space and have this realization.
00:15:06:07 - 00:15:08:20
Unknown
I wish someone had this conversation with me.
00:15:08:20 - 00:15:21:23
Unknown
I would have done it a lot long ago, a lot more, a lot, many years earlier. I would have stepped into the space and created change if I had this conversation given to myself. And this is for everybody. I think
00:15:21:23 - 00:15:32:18
Unknown
the realization was, you know, probably looking back on it now, not I wasn't conscious enough, but looking back, I'd say it was probably my mother's death whilst I was in custody.
00:15:32:21 - 00:15:54:01
Unknown
And it made me realize she, you know, Yeah, you could die in this place. And then you get people, old books that have been around for years in jail and they end up dying in jail. And I'm like, What? You want to do? And I think that crossover came to its head in Melbourne. I'll get arrested. We're going to trial for this bank robbery.
00:15:54:01 - 00:16:04:12
Unknown
I get found guilty At the end of that trial. I paid a lot of money for the trial and seen them save money, put it elsewhere and you know, in the end,
00:16:04:12 - 00:16:17:15
Unknown
was coming back to Port Phillip in the truck and I think all those thoughts, my mother's death, my father's death, my mates death and other people dying in jail, it was very present then thinking, why is this all happened to me?
00:16:17:15 - 00:16:20:08
Unknown
I started to slip out of the victim into the
00:16:20:08 - 00:16:35:08
Unknown
solution mindset. And when you went from, Well, if everyone else can do it, why can't you do it? Yeah. And you operate at a high level. Yeah, around this world. What's the difference between if I broke it down? The qualities I determined?
00:16:35:08 - 00:16:37:15
Unknown
that you committed whatever it
00:16:37:15 - 00:16:42:16
Unknown
was, all of that and some so I had to do is choose what industry I went into.
00:16:42:16 - 00:16:43:10
Unknown
And
00:16:43:10 - 00:16:48:16
Unknown
that realization, I think I look back on it now. It's probably first time invented in this way
00:16:48:16 - 00:16:49:14
Unknown
would
00:17:35:06 - 00:17:36:11
Unknown
you wake up
00:17:36:11 - 00:17:42:04
Unknown
morning, say, Pack your bags and I will fall. No, no, I don't know. You're an escort.
00:17:42:06 - 00:17:59:14
Unknown
That's it. And then you try and get off the escort because you just said it was. I imagine moving you living in your current house and someone comes in, go pack your bags. And at least today in York, I've got three months to go in my life. So, you know, I had six years left on my sentence. We didn't find another place.
00:17:59:14 - 00:18:15:07
Unknown
And I moved from Chicago to Goulburn. That is so one minute it's cold and now it's even colder, even darker. But that realization for me, in amongst all that darkness, I was starting a court down and I actually
00:18:15:07 - 00:18:22:04
Unknown
caught this process, slowing it down to speed it up. You know what I started to do? So what do I want out of life?
00:18:22:06 - 00:18:38:21
Unknown
And I started to really, really refine it and define it. And to do that, I had to go back and say what? I want to change things. What's been the catalyst? And I think looking at it and thinking about it from these podcasts, it was my mother's death. And
00:18:38:21 - 00:18:40:14
Unknown
Were you journaling back then? Yeah,
00:18:42:03 - 00:18:42:13
Unknown
Yeah,
00:18:48:22 - 00:18:59:10
Unknown
that is. I don't know. Just my thoughts. We all have them, you know, and thought, I'm going to start a visit with that tree in the bird, in the trees. Oh, what's that bag over there now? And it's just.
00:18:59:15 - 00:19:17:06
Unknown
It's how you control those thoughts. And then I started to realize I had so many different thoughts. And what was the core you know, the core dynamics of those thoughts is a business isn't making money, is it? Relationships? And I started breaking it down. What do you want out of relationships? What do you want out of money? What do you want?
00:19:17:06 - 00:19:17:19
Unknown
Added love.
00:19:17:19 - 00:19:19:01
Unknown
Yeah,
00:19:41:11 - 00:19:42:07
Unknown
That is what
00:19:42:07 - 00:19:55:19
Unknown
water that I don't even know. I'm going to try and find it through the system. But when you locked up as a kid, you get three months. Six? Yeah, yeah, three month, two months. Eve, you just you don't even that's not even counted in that 18 years.
00:19:55:19 - 00:20:11:05
Unknown
people get it get in in these sticky situations and they get over clouded and they feel like there's there's no way out of whatever situation, whether it's hanging out with people that are, you know, toxic to their life and they think they support them, but they don't really support them.
00:20:11:07 - 00:20:29:17
Unknown
And they get in these perpetual loops and it took you generally sitting down and really assessing yourself and writing down what you wanted out of life. After that moment, the actions, what steps do you take them
00:20:29:17 - 00:20:40:16
Unknown
the first one and this. Anyone can do this draw circle, right? Mm hmm. Put yourself in the circle and then it's like if I press the button on you, everything that you're built from drops out into that circle.
00:20:40:16 - 00:20:48:14
Unknown
So. Integrity. Do you have it? Yes. No. You know, good habits, bad habits. All these complexities of how you're build as an individual
00:20:48:14 - 00:20:55:21
Unknown
and you got to be the truest version of that when you do this process. And then you look at and go, Fuck, is that me?
00:20:55:21 - 00:20:57:05
Unknown
That's what I did.
00:20:57:05 - 00:20:57:21
Unknown
I mean,
00:21:01:02 - 00:21:01:20
Unknown
but as
00:21:01:20 - 00:21:02:16
Unknown
who'd superstar
00:21:02:16 - 00:21:10:04
Unknown
you look at other people. Mr. Morgan But honestly, underneath I was damaging a lot of women for my womanizing,
00:21:10:04 - 00:21:10:18
Unknown
cheating on
00:21:10:18 - 00:21:21:16
Unknown
my partner. I lost a partner that I really cared for. And towards the end. Right. And it was because the old version of myself. Did I want to lose my partner?
00:21:21:18 - 00:21:22:10
Unknown
No,
00:21:22:10 - 00:21:23:11
Unknown
I
00:21:23:11 - 00:21:43:07
Unknown
I was just building away that I conducted myself thinking it was totally normal. And we do as a society. We think that going through this whole process is normal. And let's say you're making 800 bucks or 800 bucks a week. You think that's normal? That's my wage for the rest of my life. That's the value you put on your life, right?
00:21:43:08 - 00:21:44:06
Unknown
now.
00:21:44:06 - 00:21:44:11
Unknown
Could
00:22:44:14 - 00:22:44:21
Unknown
right?
00:22:44:21 - 00:22:48:14
Unknown
That's real or that's not right.
00:22:48:14 - 00:22:58:17
Unknown
what happens is I put on this exterior mask on to be the bank robber today. You're not going to know the true version of me. Yeah, I'm going to give you. Yeah. You look sexy.
00:22:58:17 - 00:22:59:21
Unknown
You're beautiful.
00:22:59:21 - 00:23:04:04
Unknown
How are you so educated? Oh, my love. What you do, you go.
00:23:04:05 - 00:23:08:09
Unknown
I'm going to invite that person back on a date. Right. I want to catch up with him again,
00:23:08:09 - 00:23:21:00
Unknown
because now you've seen the mask version of Jeffrey Morgan. Beautiful version. And that's what I projected to the world. But on the left, when I laid my head on that pillow, what version did I sit with Self?
00:23:21:00 - 00:23:24:17
Unknown
And you can fuck and trick the world, but you can't treat yourself.
00:23:25:00 - 00:23:44:10
Unknown
You know that you're bullshitting yourself. And when you sit down and you actually assess, as in your circle is sitting, they go, Fuck, what the fuck? I've invited stress, anxiety, pain, heartache, you know, lack of motivation, whatever it is, into my environment. If you choose that, then you to own because you choose it,
00:23:44:10 - 00:23:46:21
Unknown
nor anybody else. And I chose to be a bank robber.
00:23:46:21 - 00:23:48:22
Unknown
I chose to serve that time.
00:23:48:22 - 00:24:02:08
Unknown
And instead of, you know, once I, as I said, slowed it down to speed it up, I look down and go, Fuck, is this what you want? Or do you really want this? What? What's it all about for you? Is it about the money, mate? What do you want to do? You want to buy a Porsche?
00:24:02:10 - 00:24:19:00
Unknown
What do you want to do? Like, what are you doing it for? And I started to write it out and go, Whoa, How come Joe Bloggs or Mary Poppins crack? And the same thing you're trying to get to. They're not serving time. And you know what? They're sitting up in a beachside mansion or living, and I'll flip that.
00:24:19:02 - 00:24:37:05
Unknown
So other people understand this to living a grateful life on the other end where they might have millions in their account, but they watch the sun come up with their dog every morning and they're not fussed by the Ferrari. They got a little mini right and then they're able to live the life that they truly want based around reading a book every day.
00:24:37:07 - 00:24:55:20
Unknown
You listen to the birds chirping and it's about the feelings, the emotions that they want. But to be able to do that, you have to deep dive oneself. Not many people want to do that, and to do that always get people down, pack their invisible backpack. We all wear one, and your invisible backpack is I'll take on. Oh, yeah.
00:24:55:21 - 00:25:17:05
Unknown
He's going to bring me anxiety and stress. Afraid that in you bring me trauma that life's dished out some more trauma, stress, heartache, pain for that end. And that's before we've even started our journey towards our goal dreams, aspirations where he had a base level. Now we're in the basement of ten floors under the basement. And now we've got to rebuild that whole life.
00:25:17:07 - 00:25:37:00
Unknown
The understand just to get back to zero Ground zero. And now this is what I've done over time, built so much behind each element of my life that I've got a huge buffer. So if someone was to die in my family, my perception is I better appreciate and live every second of loss that I possibly can rather than say what a shit life.
00:25:37:00 - 00:26:02:19
Unknown
I wish it wasn't mine last minute we're all going to die. And I had the realization of it said, Let's get the best outcome out of it. And my best outcome when someone dies, did they die too early? What didn't they do? How can I do it better so that I live a better quality of life? And that's my saying I respect what you taught me as an individual and I want to make sure that on my left I'm able to then pass that on to my kids and they pass it on to somebody else.
00:26:02:19 - 00:26:15:02
Unknown
And it's something my grandmother taught me. When you've shared knowledge, your spirit will forever walk this planet. The individual that you shared that with, and that passes on from generation to generation. I think the social media, you've got the
00:26:15:02 - 00:26:17:04
Unknown
huge potential for that to happen
00:26:17:04 - 00:26:19:03
Unknown
Then why not share to the world
00:26:19:03 - 00:26:23:06
Unknown
are some things that you thought would be in that circle that wasn't
00:26:23:06 - 00:26:39:21
Unknown
and probably ego like as much as I don't think that I had an ego, I think I lived up to the reputation and as much as I was like, or I'm going to be Jeffrey Morgan time rob a bank or,
00:26:39:21 - 00:26:43:14
Unknown
I didn't pause for a moment. Say who loves Jeffrey Morgan? Really want to be.
00:26:43:14 - 00:26:57:00
Unknown
Yeah. So I went from Survival Run and why at 12 years of age on the streets and that became such a habit and I really recognized by 16 I was so entrenched in survival, I forgot to look at the rest of the world.
00:26:57:00 - 00:27:17:03

And this is what the world does. Now. I've recognized we get into a workplace and we just go through it's constant cycle until we die and get shit. You know, you get to 70 and you sit around the campfire, the ashtray. Now it's late at night, campfires going. And I say, Tell me about your life. And, you know, I went to work, I woke up, cooked some dinner, watch some Netflix or whatever it is.
00:27:17:03 - 00:27:37:18
Unknown
Right? And don't get me wrong, if someone is lit up and it lights up your mind, body and soul, I just do that by all means. Beautiful. But here's the question because people go, Yeah, I'm swayed. I'm in a place. But I say to people, if I was to give you X amount of dollars and you were to be able to do unlimited time, resources and money, what would you do?
00:27:37:18 - 00:27:53:07
Unknown
Where would you go and who would you do it with? Let's do a J right now. Yeah, let's do it. Let's do it. You go. All right, So if. If Jeffrey was to give you unlimited amounts of money, what would you do with resources? Where would you go? Who would you do it with and what would you do?
00:27:53:09 - 00:28:14:04
Unknown
I think that's a good that's a great situation to put yourself in because most people don't really think too much about it. And that's the that's the first process, right? Because we don't we go same thing. We go through the motions. Just so I got it as a 12 year old kid and just say knows I'm not justifying crime, domestic violence or anything that's not going to be.
00:28:14:06 - 00:28:36:24
Unknown
But we're giving you context to this conversation. We don't think about things. We go to school, then you're into uni, you get a casual job to pay your uni fees or survive. Now you want to move out from your parents because you want to maybe go on a party scene or get your younger childhood, which I didn't go through, which I don't really understand, but I've seen and understood how it sort of functions.
00:28:37:01 - 00:29:01:04
Unknown
And then we get into the workplace and that just roll shift from age, whatever, 20 through to the time we die. And when I pause for a moment, so down to speed and I say, What do you really want out of JJ goes, I'd actually traveled the world continuously, right? Shaking his head, saying, Yeah, you're sweet, and maybe that someone else might want to stay here, have ten different supercars.
00:29:04:11 - 00:29:05:21
Unknown
money on wake up,
00:29:05:21 - 00:29:20:21
Unknown
walk down the beach, have a coffee, go and see my kids, bring them in, create a business for them. So my next question on the back end at why hasn't that happened for yourself? And as Jay said, we just don't get conscious of it.
00:29:20:21 - 00:29:44:22
Unknown
So we're like, we don't have to ask anybody now. I don't have time for that. Yeah, about something that's pretty besides your health. Yeah, I make time for. Yeah. Oh, yeah. You don't make time for you once you make time for your illness, period. Right. So if we pause for a moment and say, wait a second, they can't even do that for their wellness, how are they ever going to step into that conversation?
00:29:44:22 - 00:30:07:23
Unknown
Impossible, because like you, wellness is going to put you in hospital. Heart disease, diabetes, cancer. Hi, my name's Jeff. I'm going to bring you heart disease, diabetes, cancer. Want to hang out and no. Or you can choose a better quality of life and minimize by x amount this percentage, that percentage and each of those things that could come into your life, you're going to choose this side straight away.
00:30:07:23 - 00:30:20:17
Unknown
Right. But people just I don't have time for it. And now, Mike, the time my mother made time for every single chemo session she needed to get to, she wasn't the most
00:30:20:17 - 00:30:21:07
Unknown
Punctual,
00:30:24:07 - 00:30:24:15
Unknown
She
00:30:24:15 - 00:30:30:22
Unknown
wasn't the most powerful person. But I can guarantee she made every single came an appointment and she made it early.
00:30:30:24 - 00:30:51:07
Unknown
And this is the thing. Why is that so important to us when it's going to save our life? What if prevention or prevention is better than what could you do? Prevention better than cure around life and what JJ said, What life would you do and where would you go? Who would you spend it with? And you know, I haven't time maybe thought about that.
00:30:51:08 - 00:30:54:05
Unknown
Was there something that will come up for yourself as an example?
00:30:54:05 - 00:30:57:24
Unknown
Planning is a destruction of procrastination in time.
00:30:58:00 - 00:31:00:16
Unknown
Yeah, and
00:31:02:15 - 00:31:03:06
Unknown
And
00:32:13:14 - 00:32:14:21
Unknown
socks my hair.
00:32:20:07 - 00:32:21:05
Unknown
Do that in
00:34:36:04 - 00:34:43:04
Unknown
did you have fear of your past coming out of the 18 years and coming into the business world
00:34:43:24 - 00:35:07:17
Unknown
like I'm not going to be a criminal anymore, I'm going to do the right path? And did you have that that sort of didn't want to discuss about your past or you wanted to put it aside and go that path until you were like, Well, my experience is valued and it's shaped me, so I'm going to use this and share to the world and show you how it can be overcome
00:35:08:23 - 00:35:12:00
Unknown
I had a lot of debt and I didn't want to tell anybody.
00:35:12:00 - 00:35:22:16
Unknown
I was like, Oh, I'll build the respect up by being me. Training, nutrition, honest by the commit suicide to 16 ounces to commit suicide. 218 another brother dies
00:35:22:16 - 00:35:23:01
Unknown
mental
00:35:23:01 - 00:35:24:20
Unknown
health issue 219
00:35:24:20 - 00:35:33:20
Unknown
And in that journey I'll get out to ten to give everyone context to that and I've just, I get through this process where first I become a trainee nutritionist.
00:35:33:20 - 00:35:53:07
Unknown
I do that for about six years really high level doing starting talks in the fitness industry. Get around schools now. I get a TV show about two years after I come home and now I'm in this at this point where I'm starting to get this belief. But I still had a lot of and this is talking about that circle before.
00:35:53:07 - 00:35:54:11
Unknown
you
00:35:54:11 - 00:36:16:06
Unknown
say oh, they're just more my that bloke will crush anything. Anyone that knew me, you'll go and crash it. But when you don't know something you're sitting in self doubt. So going to talking final 3000 people as an example like well you set a date yourself, but you've got to go back to what you said, how you build as an individual.
00:36:16:07 - 00:36:27:12
Unknown
You've read about this so much and I could talk on a cellular level around the human body versus how your mind works, how, you know, you got one would work or something of that nature. And all of a sudden
00:36:27:12 - 00:36:29:01
Unknown
now we've got a good conversation.
00:36:29:01 - 00:36:35:15
Unknown
And how could high performance anybody's life? What are you doing in this space, that space, these different elements?
00:36:35:17 - 00:36:53:10
Unknown
And then when we did it and we were up to nearly 800,000 people over the last four years, we started to see patterns of behavior. And I was like, Well, now I can tell you or how could you build yourself around this space? What would you like to see in this space? As I said before, what would you do?
00:36:53:10 - 00:37:11:18
Unknown
Where would you go? Who would you go with? Because now he's starting to build itself into the greatest version of you. And people then started to make great money out of it. You find someone that's passionate. Michael Jordan like the names pop into your head quickly. People then have a perception I can't be that person. But you can.
00:37:11:24 - 00:37:30:12
Unknown
You can be that person around selling. Put her on YouTube. So every day you might put it out. Now undo a video on selling and you get one, you know, subscribers, but you keep doing it and the people that love selling will type in showing how to show it on YouTube, how to do some knots or colors or whatever.
00:37:30:13 - 00:37:53:01
Unknown
I've got no idea about selling to say that, but all of a sudden, five years later, I have got technique. You understand how to do it? Yeah, yeah. And I taught being accidentally in selling and it pops out. And so, you know, 300,300 million views. Well on sewing. But the thing is people, people they love selling the
00:37:53:01 - 00:37:54:02
Unknown
market. If you
00:37:54:02 - 00:37:58:19
Unknown
become an expert and you dedicate your time, energy and effort to that circle.
00:37:58:19 - 00:38:17:17
Unknown
So everything's about time, energy and effort when you tee off, where to remember the circles of all bang, You smash up all your Tiger Woods, you drive it down the fairway, you're driving that out into life, time, energy and effort. City. And then basically, is this space worth my time, energy and effort?
00:38:17:21 - 00:38:38:10
Unknown
And you go, I met Jay. Do I want to do business with him? What's he do? What's he about? It's not my field. And it doesn't mean that I don't like Jay, just means that Jay's not my person. Round my direction of life. A-to-b of life. It's easy. You're born, you die. Everything else is a C conversation. And I say the C stands for See you later, ABC.
00:38:38:10 - 00:38:54:22
Unknown
And it's easy to remember. And is it in my ABC intentions of I want out of life. If it's not it's a see you later conversation and doesn't mean that I don't like Jay or think he's good enough or whatever it may be or is a judgment. It just means that I've recognized who I am and what I want out of life.
00:38:55:03 - 00:39:13:21
Unknown
And he loves doing that and I like doing that. Since to Jay-Z, you know, can I go to a nightclub that plays music you don't like? If you get a choice or jump in your car, if you don't go to nightclubs, jump in your car and you love R&B music. And I say, let's turn on classical or get out of the car, snap and snap, kick me to the moon.
00:39:13:23 - 00:39:34:07
Unknown
That's because it's the wrong music and it creates an energy vibe in the space. The circle again, that you don't want to be in and put yourself in these environments just because they're family and friends thinking, I will, yes, I'll accept this because they're my family or friends. You can minimize the time with family and friends if they're toxic to yourself.
00:39:34:09 - 00:39:53:03
Unknown
And once again, I'm not there to push myself and my version of the life on you. At the same time, I recognize it. And that just means I don't need to be in the same spaces yourself for long periods of time. We're just not going to connect and have the same conversation, vibe, dance, you know, connect in this space and that's cool.
00:39:53:03 - 00:39:58:17
Unknown
What's the internal dialog you had going for your first speech, your first public speech
00:39:59:12 - 00:40:00:01
Unknown
stage?
00:40:00:03 - 00:40:14:08
Unknown
You're about to speak to how many people was it first and then and then you know that grew. What was your internal dialog going? Because I'm guessing like as a banker or and also as a criminal, you're trying to hide. You're not really trying to
00:40:15:09 - 00:40:20:01
Unknown
things. So that that would have been a switch. Was the internal dialog that
00:40:20:01 - 00:40:45:02
Unknown
was a lot around that you think, and this is what we think as society. I realized it wasn't just me there and this is a great tool like Mel Robbins gave great tours to people was five, four, three, two, one, bang, say yes to yourself. And by that point, you don't have time to talk the dead into yourself and step into a place for me, I did that organically when I first heard that, I was like, That's what I've always done to myself.
00:40:45:06 - 00:40:48:23
Unknown
When you walk in a bank, you don't go, or I'm going to jump the counter. Maybe
00:40:48:23 - 00:40:50:18
Unknown
Green comes up so
00:40:50:18 - 00:40:52:16
Unknown
quickly, snap your neck.
00:40:52:16 - 00:41:05:11
Unknown
So you go, I'm got walking in and it's going to happen. And I think that organically I was doing it, but I became conscious of said that's an action that requires very I'm thinking about what my outcomes were.
00:41:05:11 - 00:41:21:17
Unknown
I want to take the money from inside the bank as you go through that process, your guy of God act at its highest level as quickly as I possibly can. Otherwise I can get damaged and hurt to the point where I die in this, not only when I go, but when I come out of the bank at a place going to be waiting for me.
00:41:21:17 - 00:41:40:11
Unknown
Our last bank robbery, they watched this, robbed the actual bank and we actually got away from the place at that point in time. Despite them being at the front of the bank, let that sink in. So the level of operation for us, I broke that down and said, if you can do that, then you can fucking do anything right.
00:41:40:13 - 00:41:59:19
Unknown
But going to this first talk, I think it was at the fitness industry in Parramatta and a mate of mine who owns one pager and Justin Ashley had invited me down. Come down. I want you to speak at the thing with me. Come with me. And we both sort of worked in tandem Champion human higher and, you know, very high end operator.
00:41:59:21 - 00:42:16:06
Unknown
And you look at their gyms they're beautiful gyms. Best wellness space I've ever seen anywhere, right? And it's in Marrickville in Sydney which people overseas that don't know it's not a rich suburb, but it is it's like a place. Beverly Hills And and
00:42:16:06 - 00:42:20:12
Unknown
I went there. It was absolutely amazing. And I'm not saying that because it's his gym.
00:42:20:12 - 00:42:38:17
Unknown
I'm just saying, look it up online. You understand the difference. It brought a bit of feeling and emotion and taught Mason huge values. But we go and do this talk and same thing in New York. Fuck him unworthy. Yeah, but then I broke it down to what am I going to talk about? Talking about becoming a pretty head operate.
00:42:38:23 - 00:42:55:10
Unknown
And at that point in time I was booked out from five in the morning to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday, 8 to 12 on Saturday. No spots waiting list. And what I started to do was increase my prices. And I remember PATCO and you're crazy. You're not going to get that money. And I just kept increasing my prices.
00:42:55:10 - 00:43:15:22
Unknown
Once I increased it, looked it at that price, increased it again, kept the waitlist like people would just say, Oh, time with you when I can get in. And I went, Well, there's the urgency for people to play with me. I'll increase my price. And it just kept going up and up and up. So when I went and spoke, I felt I was strong, knowledgeable, educated.
00:43:15:22 - 00:43:28:09
Unknown
I lived the experience to be able to give the conversation easy. But to be honest, man, I had crackling in my voice. I was mad, sweaty palms.
00:43:28:09 - 00:43:30:10
Unknown
and
00:43:55:12 - 00:43:56:17
Unknown
know, like that's
00:43:56:17 - 00:43:59:24
Unknown
it. We all do that, right? So the same principle, you
00:43:59:24 - 00:44:05:13
Unknown
got to get comfortable being uncomfortable, and that's where you step into a space and you go, I'm the only one here.
00:44:05:13 - 00:44:06:21
Unknown
Maybe it's cool.
00:44:06:21 - 00:44:35:24
Unknown
And maybe Diego invited me to his Brazilian party and I get there and know he's with always Bassy Brazilian friends. What conversations can you have with these people? And people shift the conversations of convenience or shift into conversation? Do you play basketball by the. Oh yeah, yeah, I like. But we're talking about something Maybe that is only just filling time rather than say what could wait you and I do together and it could be anything traveling.
00:44:35:24 - 00:44:41:00
Unknown
Oh, you're going to. I love to do that. Oh, well, let's go together or something of that nature.
00:44:41:00 - 00:44:58:17
Unknown
and when I say the basketball side of things, if that's not your conversation and I say, Oh, I used to play basketball as a kid just to the time, it's just a conversation of convenience. I'd rather have one conversation of courage where you step into a space, say, What do you do and how does it align self?
00:44:58:19 - 00:45:15:13
Unknown
And that becomes more intensely rather than just killing. I mean, if we're going to kill time or other than a beach and get a suntan, or maybe I'd rather go and walk my dog with my partner. Yeah. What you want to actually be doing, rather than say I'm going to come to that party. Fiona Come to that party, I guess.
00:45:15:13 - 00:45:29:11
Unknown
Party or he Happy birthday, brother. He's a present for you. So look. And you might stick around a bit and then just realize it's not for me and it doesn't mean that you don't appreciate. Yeah, you go. And the person that say just recognize it's not your space.
00:45:29:11 - 00:45:53:24
Unknown
only just started doing this and doing this. So I've always been one to, like, constantly call people constantly. Like if I'm at a place and I'm trying to do all these all these things and then at time without any results in the end, and I had to go back and just assess myself and be like, Who am I giving that time to?
00:45:53:24 - 00:46:05:00
Unknown
Right? Who's who's draining this energy? And if someone can drain this energy, that can be beneficial mutually, then that's the place to be. And
00:46:05:00 - 00:46:05:20
Unknown
I've just
00:46:05:20 - 00:46:08:11
Unknown
had that internal dialog not to
00:46:21:04 - 00:46:21:12
Unknown
I've yet
00:46:39:16 - 00:46:39:22
Unknown
but
00:46:57:16 - 00:46:58:22
Unknown
I mean,
00:46:58:22 - 00:47:07:23
Unknown
no, I do listen to them and I highly recommend it. But like all listen to these different complexities of life because that's what I'm about.
00:47:07:23 - 00:47:22:03
Unknown
I'm if I'm going to be a coach in the sense when I say coach, someone who taps into me, we're talking about this is same circle leadership, resilience, mental health and wellbeing, high performance habits and rituals. Your mindset in general.
00:47:22:03 - 00:47:26:15
Unknown
cannot operate at those five levels. Right? And I'm not just talking about
00:47:26:15 - 00:47:44:05
Unknown
when I say mindset. What about your nutrition, life training, your relationships, your business, financials, all of it, right? Your emotions, your feelings and all could go on. And I haven't even got to the next component. How many people would do that? And only I want people to be honest with you So we
00:47:44:05 - 00:47:46:04
Unknown
know, trust me, I do it with people.
00:47:46:04 - 00:47:54:20
Unknown
I do it with athletes, soldiers, corporates, srouji, young kids and everybody in between and what's the common denominator? They're all human beings.
00:47:54:20 - 00:47:55:24
Unknown
And if you're operating
00:47:55:24 - 00:48:06:08
Unknown
at a level that isn't serving your feelings and emotions on a daily basis, in a step into a circle that allows toxic behaviors, you don't have any boundaries on that circle. People just walk in.
00:48:06:08 - 00:48:19:18
Unknown
I come in there, Oh, yeah, I just brought some anxiety for yourself. Jeff Here it is. Oh, yeah. Thanks for all. I appreciate Jake. I mean. Oh, he's in stress for you. Yes. Wait. But you're my family, so accept that. No,
00:48:19:18 - 00:48:25:09
Unknown
don't accept it. Have the boundaries, have the conversations, courageous ones. And that's what I had to do myself.
00:48:25:09 - 00:48:47:16
Unknown
You know, lucky you got to have a deep dive. And he did cross over on that when I deep dive on myself, I had so many destructive behaviors that I was like, I can't talk to Joey Self about that because I was that. So I'm a hypocrite. And what I did, I got so good at this. Like you said, you started to get good at that sort
00:48:47:16 - 00:48:48:03
Unknown
of
00:50:02:02 - 00:50:04:02
Unknown
at the door. Since the egg porter
00:52:04:02 - 00:52:10:07
Unknown
How do you know when to do that? See you later. That's. That's a tough one. I had a mate state.
00:52:10:07 - 00:52:21:14
Unknown
He, he, he, he. Now you see a lot of myself like he's one of those guys that night we grew up together
00:52:21:14 - 00:52:22:13
Unknown
together
00:52:22:13 - 00:52:27:15
Unknown
he's one of the guys that's just like party every single fucking day.
00:52:27:22 - 00:52:41:22
Unknown
Like, he wants to do lines, He wants to get high. He's one of those guys that like, if you go to like 2 a.m. and you want to go, like, to sleep, he's he's like, If there might be a chick on stage, let's go to bed or whatever.
00:52:41:24 - 00:53:02:08
Unknown
He's one of those guys that's like, Nah, I got party for the boys. I got to go all night. And he would just go, go, go, go. But it gets to to a point where he's in this perpetual cycle where he's every single time a weekend is over, he'll call me and be like, Brother, I'm never doing that again.
00:53:02:10 - 00:53:28:19
Unknown
The next weekend comes where we can. Like, where can I get like, what's everyone doing? Like you try and, and, and he's one of those guys that can't be alone either. He'll say, I really dislike this guy, but then if he's got I want to hang out that weekend, he'll have that guy at his place. And it took me a long, long time to be like for for you and me.
00:53:28:21 - 00:53:31:18
Unknown
If I cut this off, it's going to be better for you.
00:53:31:18 - 00:53:33:11
Unknown
and
00:53:33:11 - 00:53:58:08
Unknown
know it would be better for me, too. And he was at one of those heartbreak moments because I've known him for so fucking long and I remember exactly on the New Year's Eve, I was like, This is this is like, this is it. And I told him, like, if we keep going, I you said, I said, I set the boundary and at the end he crossed it.
00:53:58:08 - 00:54:04:18
Unknown
A lot of times I get too many chances, you know what I mean? And then I had to cut it off. But
00:54:04:18 - 00:54:05:14
Unknown
when do you know?
00:54:05:14 - 00:54:10:23
Unknown
When is the time to do it? I know I gave you too many chances, but when you know
00:54:10:23 - 00:54:15:16
Unknown
that, maybe. Do you sit here? And if that is done, that's the one chance and that's it.
00:54:15:19 - 00:54:36:16
Unknown
This is for everybody. And this is what I do personally. And each tier and it's just a recommendation. I protect my space as much as possible. I'll have the respectful conversation then I'll take after it's done again, then I'll take the action because I've asked you and if you don't respect it, I have to show you that I'm integral to my and word integrity that's building to me.
00:54:36:16 - 00:54:57:02
Unknown
Because if I don't, then you say I can push hard all day, every day, and I'm going to run it. A couple of things. Firstly, Stevie, where you reach out to me any time is something that is underlying among set save. If you listen, you know that I'm telling you because you're trying to mark something that's happened, period.
00:54:57:04 - 00:55:16:24
Unknown
And I don't know Stevie from a bar of soap but I through those actions, that's definitely a conversation. And this is the thing about society not saying that, but we might just Rashi moss is a partygoer or a stuffy me want to get in and have judgment on him rather than say why someone building that specific menu to act that way.
00:55:16:24 - 00:55:18:11
Unknown
and what conversations. As
00:55:18:11 - 00:55:41:11
Unknown
As a true friend, I love nothing better than if Mangia, friends and Gigi's just a single whether and rather than get on it and even know he feels uncomfortable. Yeah. Yeah. Well, damn. And then walks off down. I was just operate like that in his head. That's making him feel uncomfortable in our friendship. And a friendship isn't about making a person feel uncomfortable.
00:55:41:11 - 00:56:02:21
Unknown
Yeah. You're bringing each other up, high fiving each other for the right reasons, and making one another feel good just by being yourself. Your greatest job is to be self, and that will step people into a space that will allow you to operate at your best level and not have to go surface below surface level will now fix yourself and now try and create a buffer.
00:56:02:23 - 00:56:11:04
Unknown
And what that means is each time Jay or I damage Jay's self-esteem, self esteem
00:56:11:04 - 00:56:19:16
Unknown
now of brain, some goes inside of her. Tony Stark I'm married by what he's doing. Like I just got a street that's a party. Don't worry about it. No one's ever going to know,
00:56:19:16 - 00:56:27:11
Unknown
right? And but he doesn't feel good about it. He goes home and I want to tell my wife I feel bad, but I didn't do anything, Jeff.
00:56:27:13 - 00:56:51:23
Unknown
It was just for us. If I know that about Mom, I don't mean that I'm single and going back even further with Stevie and this is my thing on everybody. And this is, you know, I understand people each Tyrone, It's a free world. I'm not here to judge anybody if you want a party. My biggest advice, so I've got a good friend at parties, but he's the thing.
00:56:51:23 - 00:57:12:19
Unknown
He's a couple to different scenarios. We got two friends. I'll give you an example. One loves partying. I go, go do everything you know, and they smiling up and doing all, you know, social media sort of things. Right. But during the week has to borrow money off me. I'm like, that's there's a problem there because you can't sustain that.
00:57:12:19 - 00:57:30:13
Unknown
And if not, the second side of things is what my other mate did. So created a business, made huge money, does you know, travels the world partying and so forth behind deejay booze, all of that. So that's what I'd be fun to like if I got it to its highest level. What are you doing in a party scene?
00:57:30:13 - 00:57:54:23
Unknown
If that's what you want to do in your life, going back to that original person, what would you do? Where would you go? Who would you do it with if you had unlimited time, money and resources? They've created that now they can party all they want. And if they and I said to him, I said, If you start complaining about the recovery process where you're banked up and you hide it till Wednesday and your nose is all clogged up and well, then you've got a problem.
00:57:55:00 - 00:58:19:02
Unknown
This you if you're enjoying that life and you can go through that and you're partying with Ellen or whoever, right, whoever the deejays are that you're aligned with and that's your life, go hard at it, man. You know, you should be yachting online in the French Riviera or something. Love and lives, The music's pumping. And then next minute you're in some other country, Ibiza, in a club somewhere.
00:58:19:04 - 00:58:37:06
Unknown
Go hard, right? If that's the you choose. Because I as I said, I'm not here to tell Jay. You need to get this to to live a good life. Your life is determined by yourselves. If you don't even define it, you're to then you're saying, see you later to the life that you truly want. And that's when people have this realization.
00:58:37:06 - 00:58:59:10
Unknown
She You know what? I haven't even defined one or one adolescent taking you back. That's where the life plan gives them a framework, business type plan. You know, any business, when a set of factories, they've got a business plan behind himself, Right? Same principle. You done that on your life. No one does because we don't have time. It's not part of how we go out doing things.
00:58:59:12 - 00:59:21:06
Unknown
Imagine if you set and defined it and as you said, you bring your child in here at a young age. You give them the opportunity. They like it. And in my you know, some kids want to be active, some don't. But if you say you should be active, you know, push someone into a space in that because the ego or the control of oneself will go up and now you've got a problem disconnect.
00:59:21:06 - 00:59:45:02
Unknown
And you see, kids don't do that. Don't do that. The kid will say, don't run around in circles because we're not trying to bring ourselves into their conversation. They want to play. Let's play for a second and say, Come down this way. And then all of a sudden I'm able to get a kid to buy into what I'm also doing because I spent 2 seconds running around the table four times, and now we can walk down the aisle of the shopping center a lot better.
00:59:45:04 - 01:00:03:19
Unknown
It's understanding or seeking to understand the person in that and in saying to yourself, even in your current job, people go, Now, I love what I do. It's the best. And I got to come to Europe for two months. I can't do that. Where would you like to do it? And I go, Yeah, I would love to. I wish I could do you.
01:00:03:19 - 01:00:20:01
Unknown
And I'm like, Oh, you can do exactly what I do. And no, I couldn't. And I'm love my you have you define that and what do you what do you think that And that's what I ask everyone. What do you think you can do? What I do all around your space.
01:00:20:01 - 01:00:22:06
Unknown
Yeah. It could be
01:00:22:06 - 01:00:23:13
Unknown
a chef. It could be any.
01:00:23:13 - 01:00:48:22
Unknown
He could be a basketball player, could be whatever you podcasting. Well, grab people and say, I'm going to get, you know, whoever it is, Mike Tyson, people that are Tom Bailey, whatever it is that you're going to get these people and how you engage those people to be on your podcast. And each year someone says where you got a podcast that people want to hear will, sponsor you sashes.
01:00:48:22 - 01:01:09:14
Unknown
An example will give you X amount of dollars, you do something great. And it happened to me recently. Someone rang me on a Saturday and said, Hey Jeff, we seen the latest news story on yourself and we love we're an organization to put some money towards it for because it's a great cause didn't come from a bar or so.
01:01:09:17 - 01:01:29:03
Unknown
I still don't even know who that was. It could be it could be someone Jamie out. Right. But I just had a conversation and I the conversation of what my passion was about, what I love to do, what the project was about. And I didn't. I just let it be because I recognized the coming out. And yeah, I'm not here to.
01:01:29:05 - 01:01:36:01
Unknown
I'm here to create change. And it's not about how much money can you what organization for me, give me the money. It's just
01:01:36:01 - 01:01:41:09
Unknown
I've got a passion to change and save people's lives and people I've recognized that they want.
01:01:41:09 - 01:01:46:06
Unknown
If that doesn't call, never comes back to me, I'm cool with that as well.
01:01:46:06 - 01:01:47:20
Unknown
And you can surprise yourself.
01:01:47:20 - 01:01:54:04
Unknown
Like me. I saw that when I started this 100 episodes deep and
01:01:54:21 - 01:02:03:08
Unknown
game's getting deeper and thank you. And you like just on Tik tok all stunt 2.6 million in the last month
01:02:04:13 - 01:02:10:18
Unknown
good. Yeah. I'll start on them. Let me start on them for a bit. Let me start on them a little bit.
01:02:10:20 - 01:02:34:19
Unknown
But it's say yeah I pride myself and it's just that thing just if you don't try, right, if you don't set out, then you don't know what you can achieve. If you don't take that those first steps and I want to, I want to just get into some deep topics in which we for our locals I only said the five locals dot com go over there will be some exclusive content.
01:02:34:19 - 01:02:48:11
Unknown
So just before we get there, do you have any any any last little questions that you want to get before we get into some topics that on a lot on YouTube and whatnot? Okay. Question.
01:02:48:11 - 01:03:01:10
Unknown
Question. I do remember vaguely how you were talking about who you surround yourself with is plays a huge part in where your path will be in life.
01:03:01:11 - 01:03:29:07
Unknown
Absolutely. I've also noticed in my life and I want you to speak on it. Successful, highly successful people. Absolutely. There always comes a time where I think they cut down on a lot of people around them to the point where they get to where they want to get to. And then once they get there, they they realize that everyone around them is similar and that's when they start to build up a group around them again.
01:03:29:07 - 01:03:52:16
Unknown
So they go through a period of cutting everyone off, focusing on whatever they're doing and getting really good at it. And then once they get really, really good, they start to see like minded individuals around themselves to start to or relate that to building and like. And it's no disrespect. I grew up in heavily street reps in the most notorious street on Australia's history.
01:03:52:18 - 01:04:10:09
Unknown
As such. Yeah, the media at that time, every single day there was something bad on the media and you had bank robbers from the bank robbers would meet at the top of the street. People won't want to hear this, but this is a reality and say, What do you want to do today? I mean, you make the area, Yeah, let's go and do something.
01:04:10:11 - 01:04:31:00
Unknown
Main J mate. Let's go do something that's like around the meeting point was the top of Richmond and criminals from across New South Wales come down, make them go out and do something. That's the reality of it. Right? So that was and it's no disrespect to my community, but that's how we were built. So say that was a lot of I thought it was a high level.
01:04:31:02 - 01:04:52:24
Unknown
You're making huge money. But our exchange that time for money and or money for time realistically the other way said way I got the money. But now I'm serving seven years for the bankrupt because the last time I did time. Right. So is it was it worth it? You guys smashed a boat open people. Yeah, as I said, spending would superstar.
01:04:53:01 - 01:04:56:21
Unknown
That was the perception of it. But even that was smashed up and I'll
01:04:56:21 - 01:05:02:02
Unknown
share that because I got charged for $250,000 was total cleaned out. The whole bank,
01:05:02:02 - 01:05:06:24
Unknown
And I think in and that's right 253
01:05:06:24 - 01:05:31:07
Unknown
divided by seven was how much and you know I could probably make more than double every story said. And I started seeing these details thinking, I'm so cool. You know, remember the level where my thought process is? It's what our perception is of something totally warped because that's how we've been built for so long.
01:05:31:09 - 01:05:54:00
Unknown
And that even in the workplace, in space, that's what would happen, would get in a space where we think it's a normal way of life and this is how you do life. Until someone comes along, what happens is each level you go through, you go in. That means that you start to work towards it. And then when you get to these different levels, your income salary becomes an income.
01:05:54:02 - 01:06:17:00
Unknown
And what that means is instead of saying you want to teach wage, now you've got expendable money, that you can do what you want when you want, where you want with the people you want in the time and space that you want to two months from now that. And so guys are about to get to Portugal and we should get it to buy that need until we get another week on each of those and there's no stress.
01:06:17:00 - 01:06:37:12
Unknown
Are you thinking about networking when you're doing that? So I'm already so we've got workshops all booked through Europe as well as an example. And the same principle how do I connect with the people currently? And your thought process is different because now you start to see and you know, back in the day, what are you doing? What are you up to this point?
01:06:37:13 - 01:06:59:05
Unknown
I would say we go, we go. So this goes back. But that was the mentality. Now it's like, what do you do? And I go, Oh, what I do X, Y, and Z, You know, the elevator pitch with one or not even that one. I was like, What's that? And, you know, my elevator pitch was looking like that.
01:06:59:06 - 01:07:33:16
Unknown
So That was and that was an outcome for me in the sense. But same thing. It's an outcomes like outcome of what you want in that space. And all of a sudden I'm operating, even if I said, Oh well I'm you to go still announced that my time 5050 now of going back to you know low ground wow you of work some space into this place and get back get back to self back to the dream get injured even athletes out for a period of time and then build himself back up.
01:07:33:16 - 01:08:08:24
Unknown
Now they got to get some buffering that now they can get back on the disability. So the same principle as you go through these things and gradually since I've learned that people, the conversations continue on in the money sort of things as I've lived through that I've seen people talking about, you know, you thinking you go one those people to 1 million people talking like billions and organizations, you know, what the heck and how can I provide benefit and value to this conversation as an individual or organization or business as yourself?
01:08:09:01 - 01:08:26:04
Unknown
And then if I'm this person that's going to bring leadership I before, why am I different, Sanjay, who's doing the same thing? How can I be in different places where I feel? Because I'm like, no matter what you do, I'm going to do ten times more and I'm going to do it in a smarter way. I'm not going to work.
01:08:26:04 - 01:08:50:06
Unknown
Like doesn't mean I'm just going to work for 24 hours and day, works for 12:00 for 12 minutes in your day every day by working hard. And the principle is being one of being good at something. So down for behind, just still working 24 hours a day, but what I would do is check JP days and example. I would have come on day and plug that in.
01:08:50:06 - 01:09:11:17
Unknown
He's just done 12 hours worth of writing in half an hour. You should check JP to do me a favor, write an essay, or you can write out something around here and then edit it. Not that I do that, that personally myself, but that would be an example for people to understand when you can compress time and all of a sudden become highly valuable to a space.
01:09:11:17 - 01:09:33:12
Unknown
And that's how you know, you've got to be comfortable with. You don't have to lose friends. You just got to recognize that they don't. They want to be Steve. He wants to be. If you say now doesn't mean you don't say, Hey, how are you still Paddy and I how your scalawag and you but you go one way the other way.
01:09:33:14 - 01:09:53:03
Unknown
Does that mean you're better than him or you judge you? That means nothing. I mean, it's just you just don't want that. And that means once. And that's what everybody be aware of what you truly want. Write it out. What is your ideal life? Look at it. Look at your current weekly plan of what's that? They don't align and then start to go.
01:09:53:04 - 01:10:18:01
Unknown
What I'm going to do is I'm going to actually run those up that all these dreams, aspirations, business, relationships, I want kids. I want to get not I don't want to travel the world. I want to start a business, only work for you, define you into a mode. And when you put that into a which so conscious that you say, you know, I said, How dare you come with this idea?
01:10:18:03 - 01:10:40:23
Unknown
And you say, Oh, I can't do that right now, but you have to work and I don't have enough money. And my view, then there's a disconnect. As much as you want that job, what if you were to create that business at its highest level where you've now got 10 seconds of childcare, right? You And what if you own kids and you worked on the business, not in the business, and all of a sudden I would travel the world.
01:10:41:00 - 01:11:18:07
Unknown
That's a conversation y you're working towards that you don't have money. Obviously my bank accounts for at times. I'm just kept going in your life and as you said, 2.6 million followers. So if you can do that and you can get in a space where you prick people's ears, let's go.

Unknown

And

Unknown
socks my hair.

That's a belief. Yeah. You're good at what you do around what you do. Just keep doing it and I guarantee it. Learn, pivot, diverted, be agile, start to learn and grow, know, create more resources, create more diversity in the content and the resources, the education information that goes there, and your expertise to do it in spaces that used to be.
01:11:18:12 - 01:11:30:15

And I wanted to do this is why before we finish this out. Yeah, this prick there is because this is who they're aligned with, Right.
