How to fix it?
درباره این اپیزود
Remember life before the pandemic? It's definitely a distant memory! It's certainly changed the way we work, and especially how we look for jobs, how organisations recruit. We felt the need to ramp up these sessions and provide the help where we can for our community, especially for job seekers.
In this session with PDF, Rebecca will demystify the job market these days and share with us how you can approach job searching. She will also touch on personal branding and how important of a role that plays in this process is to give your story more depth.
About Rebecca Jarvis:
Since starting her own business in 2001, Rebecca has become known in the industry as a leading sales, leadership and GTM recruitment specialist and more recently, a leadership and culture coach. Her passion has always been to help clients become better leaders by having better hiring, retention and people development experiences.
She worked with many leading global organisations, helping them to build and in some cases, transform, teams whose performance has been fair to good at best, into incredibly high performing, highly successful teams which they’ve then retained long term.
