درباره این اپیزود
Martina Kikic is the Founder and CEO of The Peace OS. She is a LinkedIn Authority Advisor for senior leaders, founders, and C-suite executives. Based in Dubai, she helps people turn the reputation they have already earned offline into a clear, trusted, and visible LinkedIn presence. Not through empty numbers, generic content, or performing for the platform, but through clarity, positioning, trust, and authority that already exists.
In this episode, Martina shares how she started on LinkedIn with no network, found her voice, changed her niche, and built a business around helping others become easier to find online. We talk about LinkedIn psychology, why generic content does not build trust, the mission behind The Peace OS, and what it means to show up without losing yourself.
