Smilies, the Pass Around the Smile app is almost here! Pass Around the Smile is so much more than a podcast, it’s a whole world.
Be the first to step inside!
This one is all about how to stop chasing and start aligning, and why that’s when manifestation becomes effortless.
Today’s episode is a solo one. As humans, we’re programmed to chase. We tick off a goal, enjoy it for a second (if we even enjoy it at all), then we’re straight onto the next thing. But when we stop chasing, we stop forcing, and that’s when we start to hear our intuition and understand what’s truly right for us.
I share something really magical that happened on my recent Pass Around the Smile retreat with Yogable. During a silent tea ceremony at sunrise, I connected with my Nan for the first time since giving birth, and I honestly sobbed most of the day. I also share the signs we all asked for on the retreat and how they showed up (a shell, a Slurpee and one very loyal chicken!).
In this episode, I talk about:
~ Why busyness is such an effective way of not hearing ourselves
~ How to ask for a sign, and why you need to trust whatever comes through first
~ The two keys to effortless manifestation: clarity and alignment
~ Going back to your values and beliefs when you’re feeling stagnant or unclear
~ Manifesting a feeling, not a certain thing
~ Why things often go quiet right before a manifestation materialises
~ How to “trick” yourself into feeling the way you want to feel
~ Small pockets of peace you can create in even the busiest day
~ Why November and December are the perfect time to start your inner work before the new year
Smilies, I’m having a Black Friday sale! It’s one of only two sales I do each year, so make sure you’re on the mailing list to be the first to know.
