Joshua and Jason discuss the ins and outs of bourbon cask maturation while using Matt Strickland's book "Cask Maturation for Distillers" as well as their previous padcost conversation with him as a touchstone & jumping off point.
Add to this, the boys discuss 3 new US Online Exclusive bottlings being launched in April -- all Bourbon Cask Matured Scotch whiskies, mind you!
...as usual, have a seat, have a pour, and listen in. Unless you're driving. If you're driving, be smart and stay sober but be sure to listen into the conversation!
