ASCEND: Keep Rising
The NYC Mastermind Experience in Atlanta may be behind us, but ASCEND was never meant to end when we left the room.
The real question is, how do we continue to rise?
On this episode of NYC Experience Live, Sifu Rafael and Lancelot Theobald Jr. are joined by two of our ASCEND speakers, Ami Maikoski and Bethany Stone, for a conversation about carrying the energy, lessons, relationships, and commitments from Atlanta into what comes next.
We spent three days challenging ourselves to think differently, build meaningful relationships, participate in mastermind conversations, and surround ourselves with people committed to growth. Now we're back in our everyday lives, where the real work begins.
Are we following through? Are we staying connected? Are we acting on the ideas we discovered? Are we continuing to challenge ourselves, or slowly returning to the same patterns we had before?
Ami Maikoski is an Architect of Identity Expansion & Capacity, Transformational Facilitator, Executive Advisor, and Speaker who works with founders, CEOs, executives, and leaders making high stakes decisions. Founder of Metamorphose Institute and Be True To Your Best You, Ami helps leaders uncover unseen patterns, expand their capacity, and operate at higher levels of clarity and awareness.
Bethany Stone is a leadership strategist, speaker, and facilitator who helps leaders strengthen how they communicate, connect, and show up for the people they lead. Her work challenges leaders to move beyond simply knowing what leadership requires and develop the skills necessary to put it into practice.
Sifu Rafael is a master instructor, entrepreneur, founder of Speaking Prowess, and creator of Sifu's Mind Body Method™. With over 50 years of experience, he helps people master their voice, lead with clarity, and transform their lives from the inside out.
Lancelot Theobald Jr. is an actor, producer, choreographer, tap dancer, author, talk show host, fitness expert, and motivator whose career spans Broadway, the Metropolitan Opera, film, television, and national tours.
Ascending isn't something we did in Atlanta. It's something we choose to continue doing.
Keep growing. Keep connecting. Keep rising.
