Let's Think About "Why We Should Think" With Special Guest Bamzy
What if one of the most important things we can do isn't to find more answers, but to become better at asking the right questions?
In this thought-provoking episode of Mitzi, Let’s Think About It, Mitzi welcomes special guest Bamzy for a fascinating conversation about thinking, curiosity, critical thinking, self-awareness, perspective, decision-making, and the power of slowing down long enough to truly consider what we believe.
We spend our days surrounded by information, opinions, notifications, expectations, and voices telling us what to think.
But how often do we stop and ask:
“Why do I think this?”
Where did our beliefs come from? Are they truly ours? How much of the way we see the world has been shaped by our experiences, our environment, the people around us, and the information we've consumed?
Mitzi and Bamzy explore why we should think—not simply as an intellectual exercise, but as an essential part of understanding ourselves and the world around us.
This conversation invites listeners to reflect on:
-
The difference between thinking and simply reacting
-
Why questioning our assumptions matters
-
How curiosity can expand our perspective
-
The role of critical thinking in everyday decisions
-
How our experiences shape the way we think
-
Why being willing to reconsider an idea can be a strength
-
How deeper thinking can lead to greater self-awareness
As always, Mitzi, Let’s Think About It isn't about telling you what to believe.
It's about creating the space to think for yourself.
Because sometimes the most meaningful transformation begins with a simple question:
“Why?”
Join Mitzi and Bamzy for a conversation designed to challenge assumptions, spark curiosity, and encourage you to look at your own thoughts from a fresh perspective.
When was the last time you stopped—not to react, but to really think?
