Yasmin Boland: We have had the new moon eclipse in Leo, and we are now moving towards the full moon eclipse in the sign of Pisces. That's actually going to happen at the end of the month. So, right now we are in the waxing cycle of the moon, and it's a waxing eclipse cycle, which is more potent, more powerful, and it means the energy is still very much building. So What you might feel at the moment is something is kind of getting your attention. Maybe it's annoying you, maybe it's shifting for you, maybe it's worrying you. Whatever it is, there's something that's kind of trying to get your attention. Maybe it's fascinating you. Whatever it is, it's whatever this eclipse wants you to think about. Even if you can't quite explain what it is yet. So the thing to remember is that eclipses are very much turning points, okay? There are a time when the universe changes gears and there can be revelations and life can change direction. If you've been clinging on to the past, eclipse season is basically the time where you may suddenly find yourself being shunted in a new direction because it's clear you've been Doing the wrong thing, thinking the wrong thing, saying the wrong thing, anything along those lines. Because basically, the idea with eclipses is that we come to this planet with a plan, with like a map that we are meant to follow, to fulfill our highest good, to go through the lessons that we need to go through and to make the achievements that our soul is ready for, and so on. And but sometimes what happens is that we just get distracted. We could get distracted by our phone. We could get distracted by a very difficult relationship. We could get distracted by our ego, which has us doing one thing when we know we should be doing another. And eclipses are basically when things get righted, things get put back on the proper right track. Okay. But all that sounds great, except it can be quite tumultuous. So what I wanted to do in the podcast this week is give you A full moon ceremony that you will be able to perform yourself if you want to, or with friends, or whatever, at the end of the month. As an aside, I also do a full moon ceremony with my members every month in my mainly Moonology membership. So I'm gonna talk you through this ceremony, and by the way, I've also created a full moon ceremony guide which you can access at moonmessages.com. com forward slash eclipse 26. Before we get there, let's talk about where we are right now in the eclipse cycle. So the new moon sort of opened a new chapter, very much a new chapter, because it was an eclipse. So a new moon eclipse is really the start of a new chapter, no matter when in the year, which by the way is a made up man-made thing, no matter when in the year the eclipse takes place. And we are now moving towards the full moon. And if you do if you know anything about moonology, you know that the full moon is when we release stuff. Now that's not just something I've come up with. That's something that's been done for millennia, where we start things at the new moon and they culminate at the full moon and we release them and let go. Full moons are also associated with illumination and understanding things so that we can finally release them. And of course, a full moon eclipse is all that. On steroids, it's all magnified. It can be that something now becomes much clearer for you as we move towards the eclipse. Or you could get a revelation about a relationship, a job situation, a work situation, something important in your life. The most important thing I think right now is to think where in my life do I know it's time to get rid of that, to let it go, to let it move on. And what is the benefit of me allowing it to stay? And of course the full moon eclipse that's coming is in the sign of Pisces. Now, if you didn't know, Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. So whenever we get the full moon in Pisces, which we get once a year, it's always the end of a cycle. So the new moon started a new cycle. The new moon eclipse started a new cycle. And now we have the full moon eclipse ending another cycle. So it's almost like sliding doors situation. The new has begun and now the old has to end. It's very much a time of closure and surrender and completion. Also, Pisces has a very strong spiritual side. Okay, so if you feel like your spirituality is changing, has come to some kind of turning point or a climax, that can explain that and go with it. I know a lot of people are feeling Christ consciousness energy more than ever, which is interesting given the full moon eclipse in the sign of Pisces, which is very much the sign associated with Christ. Even though in theory I think he's a Capricorn because his birthday is celebrated on December twenty five, everybody knows that the Pisces sign is associated with Christ and here is the energy welling up around the world where we're seeing more and more people. returning to the church and I believe there are now one point four billion Catholics. There's more Catholics than there have ever been in recorded history. Now I'm not going to tell you to start to go to church or become Catholic. In fact every time I walk down the road a little bit towards, or maybe I should, you know, think about the old ways of the church. Something reminds me of exactly why I moved away from that. But I am feeling Christ. So maybe this eclipse in Pisces is about, amongst other things, the Christ energy changing. Or maybe it's the way we humans respond to the Christ energy and we do it more in a loving way. But questions to ask yourself under this eclipse are things like: Are you carrying someone else's emotions? Okay. Sometimes we merge with someone so much it becomes unclear where they End and we begin. So if you know you're carrying someone else's emotions, it's time to release them. Or maybe you're attached to a situation that's run its course and maybe it's the full moon eclipse that's really going to help you end that association. It's a really good time to become conscious of any attachment you have to the past that you know you just need to release. And it may come through in your life symbolically as well. There may be something going on in your life. That you know is a symbol for a greater picture that's being painted. I know that's a bit obscure, but if you know, you know. I think what you need to remember as you get ready to do the full moon work is that full moons in general and the eclipse in particular can serve as a cosmic course corrector. So that means if you've gone off course, you get back on. It shows you where you've drifted off your soul purpose. And working consciously with the full moon is really one of the fastest ways to get back on track. And working with my teacher in India, Sri Shakti Naraani Ama always says we don't do ceremonies for God or for the goddess. We do them for ourselves to help ground the divine energy. And one of the wonderful things about a ceremony is it's actually a signal to ourselves, to our mind and body and spirit. That we are ready to deal with something. I actually learned to do ceremonies probably only 20 years ago. I was working with the moon and I'd been doing ceremonies in India and I'd been seeing the priests performing amazing ceremonies in India. And then a reader wrote to me and said, why don't we do some rituals and ceremonies? Because I'd like to really ground all the energy that you're talking about. And I was like, wow, okay, yeah, let's do it. And the more you do ceremony, the more you love it. So the bottom line with ceremonies is that your intention is what matters. So let me introduce the idea of the ceremony to you. It has four main stages. Forgive, which is not always exactly the forgiveness you might be thinking of. Writing, cutting cords, and burning. You'll need a piece of paper or a journal, a pen, a candle. And a fireproof bowl. Find somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed. And remember you can do this ceremony anytime you like, but the closer to just before or just after the full moon, the better. If the eclipse is very, very intense for you, it will help you ground the energies and process them. And just a little safety reminder because there's fire involved, make sure you only do it somewhere safe. So step one is forgive, or as I like to call it now, washboklan. Now that is a word from Aramaic, which is in the Lord's Prayer where you say, forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. That word forgive, it doesn't mean pardon the person because you're such a magnanimous person. You can just pardon whoever did wrong to you. It means disentangle yourself from the situation. It means cross off and cancel the debt. The debt is paid and that is it. And the ledger is closed. I'm going to suggest you take a few deep slow breaths. Acknowledge what's what's happened without trying to sort of edit your feelings. Remember that forgiveness in this sense doesn't mean you are accepting what happened or that what happened was acceptable. It means that you are choosing to move on from it and you're choosing to reclaim your energy. I would then suggest reciting my forgiveness statement, which I'll read for you here. Under the glorious full moon, I forgive. Everything, everyone, every experience, every memory of the past or present that needs forgiveness. I forgive positively everyone. And if it helps, you can think I disentangle myself from positively everyone. I also forgive and release past mistakes. The universe is love, and I am forgiven and governed by love alone. Love is Is now adjusting my life, realizing this. I abide in peace. Now allow whatever feelings come up to just come up and feel them because you are opening the door to letting go and moving on. And remember, you don't have to complete the entire journey in one ceremony. You might do it over many full moons, or you might just do it all the way through the waxing cycle, which is the cycle of the moon from the full moon back to the new moon. Number two, you want to write down. Everything that you're ready to release, okay? And just let the words come to you without editing them, without judging them. This is writing only for you, so you can be completely honest. You can get a whole stack of prompts in the Eclipse ceremony cheat sheet, but here are three for you. What am I ready to release? Who am I willing to disentangle myself from? And what am I tired of carrying? Step three is to cut. the cause. So call in Archangel Michael. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself surrounded by protective light and call in Archangel Michael. You can visualize him using his sword to cut through any chords that are ready to go. You can visualize yourself surrounded by healing light. You can place the other person in the situation in a pink bubble of letting go And send the bubble away with love. The whole point of this is to make peace with what is and release it. And step four, burn the paper in a fireproof bowl and watch your words turn to ash. You could say something like, I now release this under the full moon. I am free to move forwards without it. And then put your hands over your heart, chakra, and think of someone or something you are truly grateful for. Because the universe abhors a vacuum and you've let something go, so replace it with gratitude. I go into this ceremony in more depth, including with a video when you download my free full moon eclipse ceremony cheat sheet from moonmessages.com forward slash eclipse26.
