Weathering the Storm with Bishop Derek McCray

Markys Mackey sits down with Bishop Derek McCray of the Experienced Christian Center in Orlando, Florida. Bishop McCray shares his journey of starting his own church, which he wrote about in his book "The Process".

He explains how he wasn't looking to start a church, as he was already a successful youth pastor at the largest church in Central Florida. He gives insight into the difficulties he faced along the way, such as finding a location and building a congregation, and talks about his other ventures, such as his podcast and church planning business.

This episode is a must for anyone interested in the challenges of starting a church and building a congregation.
