Excuse the background noise. 😜
I'm reflecting on alignment and talking about how we need to understand we don't reach alignment and stay in alignment. We might reach it one day and get thrown off course the next day.
Alignment isn't static. It's not a state we reach and stay in. It's a state we reach, re-reach and then reach again.
Do you believe the journey is linear? If so, it's time to rethink your path. This is not one single hill. This is about constantly recalibrating and adjusting.
Will you recalibrate this week, this month?

Have you stopped to consider, are you living in a caged, comfortable or charged way?
This framework helps me consider what needs to shift and change when I get stuck.
How do you perform under pressure. Where do you go? Do you struggle to stay present? Today I reflect on this and more 💗
The struggle is real they say. It's true. To struggle is to be human.
Do you anticipate that things will be hard? How do you honour the struggle?
Where have I been?
Join me on today's episode where I talk about honouring the struggle.
