In this episode we’re diving deep into one of the most transformative forces of our time - Artificial Intelligence. And we are doing this together with Zamina Ahmad, one of the most influential and sought-after person in the German AI universe.
From her early days as a data analyst to becoming a leading voice in responsible AI, Zamina’s journey has spanned continents, industries, and a powerful evolution from insight to impact. As founder of Shades and Contrast, she’s championing the urgent need for fairness, transparency, and ethics in the world of AI - while showing us that tech isn’t just about efficiency, but about creating meaningful impact on businesses and society.
In her conversation with Enuri Samaraweera, student of Information Engineering at the TUM Campus Heilbronn, Zamina breaks down what AI truly is and what it isn’t. She points out why fairness in algorithms matters, and how Europe, especially Germany, can turn its regulatory approach into a competitive advantage.
