Speaker 1: We we if you watch your coffee time the baby you know the name Flame, my bro also known as my ro Flame. Come in with last, Come in with Jim Love loundes. Baby, you better catch it when you can't drop a knowledge from fatherhood to politics, shouting now comics, just paying homage? What's up? Tips? Yeah? You know? She raised shot towns on speaking to the grown a second year. We're gonna last cut him and kick it and at the end we leave it with just a lifted spirits. But you want to revisit so your first second listen, young folks, are it's slipt old.
00:01:10
Speaker 2: Folks that we did it good?
00:01:11
Speaker 1: He know this, do what you do? I know this, do what you do?
00:01:16
Speaker 3: Can no plea?
00:01:17
Speaker 2: Do what I do and no this.
00:01:39
Speaker 4: Hey hey, hey, this is comedian Slamon Roe, and welcome.
00:01:43
Speaker 2: To this week's episode of Laught and Learn. I am your host, Slimmer Row. But I can't do this alone. Even after six almost six years, I still can't do this alone.
00:01:53
Speaker 4: I have to have my girls with me.
00:01:55
Speaker 2: Hello to my co hosts, and beautiful Bobby took Bobby Clifford, How you took hin?
00:02:00
Speaker 1: You chucks? How's it going? How's it in that shy town.
00:02:03
Speaker 4: Oh you no, Aboudy. The weather is well. We had a couple of songs, but outside the weather has been lovely, Bobby.
00:02:09
Speaker 2: Not too humid, you know for Chicago, because Chicago didn't get quite humid, and these thunderstorm has been coming in, but it's been pretty dope.
00:02:18
Speaker 1: You've been on the news here about the Midwest having crazy weather.
00:02:23
Speaker 4: Crazy.
00:02:23
Speaker 2: That's why we couldn't take laugh and learning a day or two because the weather was so outrageous. But we're back and we're here, and I want to say, first of all, ladies, Iman, it is Saturday, June thirteenth. I was supposed to be in Cleveland today and tomorrow, but unfortunately, due to our forces beyond my control, the show was cool. I got an a scathing email in my inbox today from a lady to say she drove an hour and a half because the club did not promote that they had. They didn't promote me coming first of all, and then when they foundly when I was promoting, when they canceled the show tuesday in promoted day canceled the show Tuesday, I told her she said she brought fifteen tickets when she came.
00:03:04
Speaker 4: I told her, get all your money back every day.
00:03:08
Speaker 2: I'm professional. I don't do bad business, soner, I don't show up. But next Sunday, next Saturday, the twenty if, I will be in Columbus, Ohio at the.
00:03:18
Speaker 4: Lincoln Theater.
00:03:19
Speaker 2: So you get and those tickets are selling and I already get my my money every since you guys, come on out of that, it has just been a way thing.
00:03:25
Speaker 4: Dude.
00:03:25
Speaker 2: I'm here in Chicago hoping to get this job with iHeart on the radio every day since I'm already employeed.
00:03:30
Speaker 4: That see how it works.
00:03:31
Speaker 2: But outside of that, we going to get to to get to to get to because Bobby Cliff and our fans are waiting on a laugh I learned, and they need one from us, not.
00:03:38
Speaker 4: Now, but right now.
00:03:40
Speaker 1: So the one thing that I was happy about, although we reported on it last week, so it's really it must have been a meme. So this is actually a good place to tell our listeners always do your own research. We talked about the Kennedy Center being the Kennedy Center again last week. Well it actually only happened overnight last night that Donald Trump's name was taken off. The administration had a I guess a tar. This is, according to CNN and Aaron Parnas, a tar put up so that the public could not see his name being removed. And it's sort of a foreshadowing of what this administration does always behind the cover of right.
00:04:22
Speaker 4: That's not even the scariest part. The scariest part is that if he wins the mid terms, he's going to remove Kennedy's name off and put his only his name up.
00:04:32
Speaker 1: Probably, I don't doubt that.
00:04:34
Speaker 2: So y'all better make sure y'all vote because you if you think that's the leasteo worries, you better hold on, honey and get ready because after they just passed his verdict in Texas last week that we will get you later in the show. That is the warning before destruction, which is also in the scripture. Let's go with it, Bobby Cliffer, let's go, let's go, let's go.
00:04:54
Speaker 1: So we have the big they were calling an affair, the big birthday party is happening. Let's for what it is tomorrow. He had that Trump had the whole that reservoir painted because he wanted to reduce algae. And I guess there's a huge algae bloom that is that is coming. There's a big bog outbreak. It's like the locusts are coming flame. It's gonna be very interesting to see how that UFC fight goes with a ton of bugs. I just.
00:05:31
Speaker 4: To think that they are doing that.
00:05:34
Speaker 2: In the time that we are in, with the with the country being as broken financially as it is for them to have a party, even though they're celebrating Trump's birthday party on the White House line, it is so out of place, and it's so disrespectful to American people who are suffering.
00:05:50
Speaker 4: I'm having a very hard time. But from some of you saying people that's suffering and having a hard time, y'all voted. But it is so here we go what's the word abouby fucking around and found out?
00:06:00
Speaker 1: Suck around and find out, you know. And what's what's disappointing about this is supposedly the UFC is paying the sixty million dollars. We'll see. Remember they're going to be private donors that we're going to build the ballroom, you know, and taxpayers aren't going to pay a nickel. So we're going to see about that. But what's what's it's the grift because there's gonna be nothing but a benefit for Dana White, the president of the UFC, for this, and then Trump himself cited that that he bought a ton of stock in the UFC's parent company. So this is according to CNN, so he's only going to be benefiting from it.
00:06:41
Speaker 4: Yeah, it's saying. It's hell are saying, but that is what we set up for.
00:06:46
Speaker 2: I'm telling you that right now he's trying to make his birthday a national holiday this year known, but next year, if he wins these midterms, y'all better look because all bits are out off, all bits off. He gonna go for everything. He going for every thing.
00:07:01
Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, And I mean you started saying it at the beginning, but you have to be careful.
00:07:06
Speaker 4: You know.
00:07:07
Speaker 1: When I'm disappointed, usually we all have the opportunity to sit, look at our candidates vote for I have voted Republican in the past. We had a terrific governor a number of years ago, Charlie Baker, that was a Republican. He did a great job here in the state of Massachusetts. I really loved him. I felt he was the best candidate after Deval Patrick, who was a Democratic governor. I liked him best out of the two candidates that had run, and I voted for him. We're not we don't have that luxury anymore. Right now. We have somebody that I wouldn't even usually look at that is running in Maine, and you know, he just you would kind of give him a side eye. But I think, what, you know, if I think the Democrats and Maine are going to get stuck voting for you know, he supposedly had he was aggressive with with girlfriends. He has some sort of tattoo that that uh, you know, it looks like it could be a Nazi tattoo. But Bernie Sanders and Rocnnor are backing them. They say that, you know, he is sort of reinstating himself after I don't know if it was addiction they were saying, or being in the service. So I don't know. I think I think we're gonna everybody's going to have to vote party lines, regardless of what we have.
00:08:32
Speaker 2: We do not have to start party lines, though, especially after they showed himself just like I said, with Tom Sire in California and he ended up losing because he was one way a couple of years ago, and now he's somewhere.
00:08:43
Speaker 4: It's just too hard to trust, Bobby. It's like the wolf of sheep's clothing. It's too hard to trust.
00:08:48
Speaker 1: Oh, I agree, But but it's Isn't it sad for people that are just starting to learn to vote that they because it is a different world than when we grew up we started voting. It is. It's disappointing, that's all I'm I guess that's my point, A long winded way of getting to my point.
00:09:08
Speaker 4: Yeah, so.
00:09:10
Speaker 2: Y'all see what we're up against it but you have to make sure that everything is set up, registered together, everything works together.
00:09:18
Speaker 4: If not, I'm telling you guys now, we're in a lot of trouble.
00:09:22
Speaker 1: No, I absolutely agree. You know what's fun right now that I'm going to tell you at least that's happening in Boston. I think they just left with you. So the World's Cup. So walking around Boston right now are men in kilts. It's ninety degrees out and I get their wolf kilts on and they're killing it. We had a guy, a Scottish football fan, Craig Ferguson, not the late talk show host a you, a young fella who went three thousand miles from LA to Boston in his kilt. It was the Tartan Trek, they called it raising. He raised one point three million in American dollars one million pounds or euro for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. He was touched by his best friend's dad had killed himself, and he just like you hear Charlemagne say, it's very tough men's mental health. And he schlept it in ninety degree weather. And that Tartan uh, that Tartan kilt for the World Cup, supporting the World's Cup. And so that was kind of fun. It was, you know, this weekend spend, it's, you know, kind of light hearted in comparison to what we've been feeling. So if i'd like to talk about bad things as well as the good things, I don't know what it was like out with you La.
00:10:35
Speaker 4: Were out there in Boston in l A.
00:10:40
Speaker 1: What was didn't they start out in La?
00:10:43
Speaker 4: Yes? But the World Cup?
00:10:45
Speaker 1: Yeah?
00:10:45
Speaker 4: Yeah, but I the day I was leaving is I think they were coming in.
00:10:49
Speaker 1: Oh, so you didn't see it.
00:10:51
Speaker 2: I'm telling you, I don't even want The traffic is already barbaric. I don't want to be there to see it to deal with it. I know, I know it's the nightmare. And uh, I'm uh. Mayor Kim looked like she's going to win, so she's probably going to be over it. If she will, I hope, but uh, we'll see because they gave us such a bad rap after the wildfires. Watch she was out of town, out of the country, work working. But this, this whole country is is a barrage of I all know what's going on.
00:11:20
Speaker 1: Read, look, research everybody. You know, you've gotta We've already now got our people supposedly, so you gotta vote foote and get your friends out to vote.
00:11:31
Speaker 4: Vote with the people. Who's that candidate?
00:11:36
Speaker 1: Oh, I don't mean, I mean locally.
00:11:39
Speaker 4: Are you talking about. We ain't got no different credit candidate.
00:11:42
Speaker 1: We don't have anybody, but there should be. There should be by now two years out.
00:11:46
Speaker 2: Yes, less than two years out. I mean, well, let's than the sick lune out for the election for the midtime.
00:11:52
Speaker 1: Absolutely, I mean, we need to have somebody that's going to come in and and fiscally tell us what we're gonna do. How are we going to rebuild?
00:11:59
Speaker 4: How listen?
00:12:00
Speaker 2: We need somebody that we can pick apart because that's the first thing the Democratic Party gonna do is pick him upon him or her.
00:12:05
Speaker 4: They gonna pick him upart.
00:12:06
Speaker 2: So go and get it started now and take a month off picking him apart before you decide this is the one you want, because that's how we lost the last time, and we cannot afford to lose this time. It is just too crucial to the country, not just to know one people or person, to the country. I'm speaking of this country, this barbaric as country. Before we go to a commercial break, I'm just gonna start on it because I can't take it no longer. The trial of the convicted young man Carmelo Anthony, who we can all have our own opinion about what transpired and what did not transpirt.
00:12:38
Speaker 4: We were not there.
00:12:39
Speaker 2: They have not released the full videotape for us to see with our own eyes. It just sounds crazy from both ends. And if you black, you want to roll with the black guy, if you white, you want to roll with the white guy. That shows you the prejudice in this country. But it does not show the truth. Because if the truth is if the black guy was the bully, then he should be reprimanded. If the white was the bully, then he should have been reprimanded. I didn't wish death on either one of those men or young men, but it came out to be that, and it was. I believe it was an accidental fear of death. That's what I believe. I wasn't there. I can not say, but I do think that that jewelry down there railroaded him. I think that it needs to be a mistrial because the dad and the judge were good friends. They hung out the Christmas place together. Not to say that he didn't know a whole bunch of other people. But the judge should have recused himself for conflict of interest right from the jump. But since the president want to recuse himself a conflict of interest from all these sorties and all these other foreign affairs, everybody else feel like they gonna follow suit. You follow the leader, which came from the top. If the top is doing it, you think it's all right for you to do it. Somebody got to be the bottom, not me, I'm the top. Somebody got to be the bottom. But I'm just saying, if Bobby is just crazy, and I feel so bad for that young man. If they're going to have a mistrial. He should be home with his parents on house arrests. They got him in solitary confinement. I'm in prison. I'm petrified for that because us, you know, Jeffrey Epstein.
00:14:02
Speaker 4: That's all.
00:14:02
Speaker 2: I'm gonna say. The cameras and go go, go miss it for a minute or two, and all of a sudden something happens. Do you understand what I mean by me? I'm standing it in cold Yeah. So I don't agree with that. He does not need to deserve to be in solitary confined for his own good. He's not an imminent death threat to himself. He might be in danger from some other people. But I'm sure that that's what I think. I'm sure that the brothers in that joint are going to protect him, the black men and the black the Muslims and the black men that will cover keep him covered. Now I'm telling you that that's how prison works.
00:14:35
Speaker 1: I think I shouldn't say I can guarantee, but I guarantee or the main reason is that they want it. He's a young kid and they want to keep him protected because they're appealing, and they're appealing. My understanding is over like a jury of your peers, although the ruling doesn't actually say you have to have people that look exactly like you. What it has to be is I was listening to a bunch of talking. It has to be a variety. So there had been Hispanic people, Asian people, that'd be a variety in that jury. We never saw the jury like, at least on this side of the country. I never we got very little information about that, about that problem.
00:15:16
Speaker 2: They say, they say it was an all way jury. How are you gonna have an all way jury for a black man, for a young black brother.
00:15:21
Speaker 1: No, yeah, well they said it wasn't It wasn't all. That's what I'm saying. I don't because I haven't seen them. I can't say who's who's what. The one thing I saw interesting and I was reading and I was just trying to pull up and see where what news media, what station or platform reported it. But supposedly, uh, the young man who was stabbed, his mother said she forgives Camelo. It was it was a preventable accident, but she forgives him the young and she had a whole very face with my God, that's a Christian woman.
00:15:57
Speaker 4: Well, well, hold on before we give her too much play.
00:16:00
Speaker 2: I'm not I appreciate her saying that. But when the story first hit and unfolded, the white neighbors that lived next door to those people, the Metcalf, the white nigh they said that those boys willie their children, so they wouldn't even let their children play with them. So this wasn't no racial. It wasn't just it was racial. But it wasn't just racial. These guys were bullied. They were bullied.
00:16:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, that I call. I'm just saying, you know, with your own I might come to that a year or two, you know, like after everything had settled down. But I obviously she's taken the past eighteen months or whatever the timeframe is, and she's done some soul searching. So I thought that was a bit interesting. It's not what I expected down in Texas for a mom to say, to be quite honest with you, terrible all these both families lost sight.
00:16:52
Speaker 2: Well, and that's what it is, Bobby. It's bad, it's saying all the way around.
00:16:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, it's so sad, so so so. And regardless this kid has killed somebody, he's going to have that on his conscience, even if he gets found not guilty. He's still going to have that. I don't think you can take that out of your heart.
00:17:12
Speaker 4: Right, And here's the killing party.
00:17:16
Speaker 2: Even though the young mech have lost his life, Carmelo Anthony pretty much has lost some of his life part too. And I'm not talking about that. His sons still alive. But he has to live with that every single day. And you know, he was not trying to hurt that boy on purpose, because he dropped the weapon and ran straight through an administrator to admit.
00:17:34
Speaker 4: What he had what had happened, So it was not like that.
00:17:37
Speaker 2: It's just I think it was fear and that that he had been bullied multiple times and over and over and it just got to him.
00:17:45
Speaker 4: It just, you know, it just happened. It was a freak accident, and I hate that that happened to that young man.
00:17:50
Speaker 2: But I wish people would talk to parents, would talk to their children and tell them to stop bullying people, because anything could happen at any given time.
00:17:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, and then we talked about this last week just for a few seconds. And again I have very little information, so to even say this, I'm probably nervy. But where was the school, Like, why didn't they have the extra another tent set up or a spare tent. If the other school is supposed to bring it and they forgot, why don't they have something? Why didn't they have teachers under each one of the tents. You know, a lot of tests.
00:18:23
Speaker 2: Apparently it was raining. I get a little misconscrewed doing the rain things and get this shovel. You know, we're trying to look at all these variables, but we were not there. We can come up with it, but we were not there. What I'm saying is that a fair trial. I do not feel like this guy had a fair trial. I think that the prosecutor, I mean, the defense attorney was lackluster. I know the dad hire him, but I think the dead comelo Anthony's oh it's I think he was self.
00:18:51
Speaker 1: It's it's all about what you can ford, just like anything you might be able to afford. A birken bag he could get.
00:18:58
Speaker 2: Instead of doing a go funding to raise money, he could have did a public outcrab that we needed great representation for these young men. That's what he should have done, you know, and work with what we could raise on you know, on the thing. But I think the daddy went about it wrong. I think the mother just took the lead behind her husband. Wherever the case may be. The victim to me and all of this is Carmelo Anthony and their care families. You know, they lost their kid. They still lost their kid. No matter what we think of the kid. That family still lost their kids, which is absolutely which is tragic, but so did so did the Anthony family.
00:19:36
Speaker 4: They lost their kid.
00:19:37
Speaker 1: Absolutely absolutely. I agree that it's I hate to see kids, and I know that hormones run high at this age. It's funny when my son wasn't quite this sage, I used to drop them. I used to like to drop them for various reasons. First of all, I always would pick up a gaggle of kids and they'd be talking like I wasn't in the car, like I was an uber driver, and so I'd hear what was going on or whatnot. And I used to sit in the parking lot and my son would say he came to accept it, but he said, Mom, you don't just stay. And I'm like, oh, yeah, I do. When I see in another adult, one of the coaches or somebody else's that comes, I'll leave. But in the meantime, I'm not leaving because somebody could hit somebody, or you know, any nonsense could happen, because in high school you've got you know, the fourteen year olds and you've got the eighteen year olds, and it's just there was no way. I just wish there was more supervision. That's that's all.
00:20:26
Speaker 4: Like I'm not saying.
00:20:28
Speaker 2: I'm saying when they followed, if the school would have find a protocol when this first started happened, all this bullying and moova woo, then I think maybe this could have.
00:20:36
Speaker 4: Got nipped in the bud.
00:20:37
Speaker 2: But sometimes it's bypassed, it's looked over, it's pushed to the side, so who knows.
00:20:42
Speaker 4: Again, we were not there. It is tragic all the way around.
00:20:45
Speaker 2: I am saying prayers to uh come Elo Anthony and his family, praying for that young man, and you know, I'm praying that they keep him safe and protected.
00:20:54
Speaker 4: And I'm praying for the other family too. They did lose the kid. You know, I don't agree with the kid being a bully and all of that, but again, we were not there.
00:21:02
Speaker 2: We don't know the severity of the situation exactly, but just too many lives and too many families affected by this, and the racism, tension. The tensions down there in that part of Texas are on one thousand. My girlfriend live is that she study all in the street. You know it's black against white and wooh woo, and you know about this would have just been they would have just fixed the injustice. We wouldn't have We would we already on a pressure cooker, a melting pot of racial tension.
00:21:31
Speaker 4: This just gonna push us over the damn edge.
00:21:34
Speaker 1: You know what reminds me of you saying it was probably like four years ago, maybe even five years ago, you were talking about it. We had another one of these cases that was similar. I don't know if it had any race or anything involved, but I remember you saying, now, I want to preface this everybody by in the state of Texas, you are allowed to carry a knife, regardless of size. So he could have that knife on him. He didn't do anything wrong there, But you said, when we were kids, you would get a black eye or you know whatever, a split lap or the kids that they feel like they have to have anything that they whip out. Is the reason.
00:22:15
Speaker 2: Well, according to the news sources, the reason he had a weapon because it wasn't just him, it was him and his brother so and not when you know how teenage boys do, it'd be two, three, then ten.
00:22:25
Speaker 4: You just never know because the bully, I know what you're saying.
00:22:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what I think the thought twenty five years ago, we wouldn't have thought about it.
00:22:34
Speaker 4: Years ago.
00:22:34
Speaker 2: I turned with head up, you know, one on one, one on one, one of them. It's not like that anymore, because the world is. People are unfair, fights are unfair. It is barbaric the times and the things that we living. But to see this young man railroad like this batter the state of Texas by the court system, by the judge, and by the judicial system. I hope today overturn is to give him a mistrial as ap, and while awaiting that sentence, and for the mister, I hope that they put him on house arrests. He's eighteen, he's a great student, good key. He deserves to be home with his family on hospitals while a waiting sentencing. And on that note, we're going to take a quick commercial break.
00:23:14
Speaker 4: And we're back.
00:23:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, before all of this transport, I was on coffee time every other morning when this first went down, and I was still telling people donate donate to a lawyer's campaign because that's what the money needs to go to. The money needs to go to the attorney's fees, because what you want is the best reputation, that representation that you can get to get your kid off, you know, maybe not scott free, but with at least amount of time or any kind of detriment as possible. I don't know who this guy was, but he was not good. I know he was white, so he looked like them, but he did not speak our language. Let me say that one more time. He looked like them, but he did not speak our language. If y'all heard me, y'all understand what I mean by me, understand what I mean.
00:23:57
Speaker 1: Oh, I do understand for me because I'm coming from different I don't care what color you are. I want a seasoned defense attorney. I don't want a defense attorney who does real estate and does this and does that and does defense on the side. He needed. He needs someone that is specific and specialized as in a defense attorney. So I hope to goodness that since they're appealing, I hope somebody steps up and will we'll take that case over.
00:24:22
Speaker 2: Seems to be a Johnny Cochrane or wine thing, a gold bird or a green I need give me a good old Jewish lawyer, which is I know it's gonna be about their money and gonna be about their business.
00:24:36
Speaker 4: Yeah, give me a goat. Joan Goldman, that's my original name, Joan Goad.
00:24:40
Speaker 1: I know I was gonna say what.
00:24:44
Speaker 4: You will. We're laughing, y'all, but it's so sad. And I'm telling you.
00:24:46
Speaker 2: I was traveling on Tuesday, coming to Chicago from LA and I was on the plane. I'm listening to the I had the wife and I'm listening to the news, and the guilty Verdy came up.
00:24:56
Speaker 4: Bobby. I screamed it all loud.
00:24:57
Speaker 2: I hit my headphones on the whole plane, turn to look back out as I had yepped out loud because it just hit me like this because I knew it was going to railroad. This shall mean they did. He just did not have good people, a good team to surround him. He needed that O J team. But I don't know if the country, and let me just play Devil's advocate on this, with the way we are in the country right now, I don't even know if the country would have erupted behind him getting an innocent verdict.
00:25:23
Speaker 4: That is what we are in this country right now.
00:25:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know, you know, I don't know because they were kids and they were fighting, and they were I don't.
00:25:30
Speaker 4: Know, being a kid.
00:25:33
Speaker 2: It's about the racism, Bobby, it is I know, which is horribly sad, but it's the truth.
00:25:42
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It still makes me. It still makes me sad. Oh, your friend, did you see your friend Mosque is now a trillionaire? Can you imagine?
00:25:56
Speaker 4: I can't even imagine being a millionaire that long billion or trillion?
00:26:00
Speaker 1: Right? I take a thousand air, I would take. I'd be happy to be in a thousand air. I think he's a one point one trillionaire, the first one point one trillionaire with that SpaceX crazy. I wish I had money to invest in that.
00:26:17
Speaker 4: Well, let's go to Texas.
00:26:18
Speaker 2: Eleven people shop one d as officers continue to stand off with the active shooters incident in Texas.
00:26:25
Speaker 4: What in the hell is going on in the state of Tech. Get rid of that governor? What is going on in Texas?
00:26:31
Speaker 1: Bobby wheel them out, will as little as little ass right out of there. Yeah, I have no idea Again, it's the same stuff. It's the same stuff as every other every other state. As you said, they are tightly wound. They've got all sorts of immigration stuff that's going on. It's it's really that's it's them and us politically, racially, financially, you know, like look at this next game which Trump went to, and and I know he is a true Knicks fan, but he shut the whole city down. He people had to wait hours in line to pass through security. The ticket sales were outrageous, like that owner could have brought it down, so the true Knicks fans could have afforded to go. But you want to talk about them, and in US, I think the cheapest ticket was like ten grand. They were saying, I haven't vetted that everybody, so do that on your own? Who could afford that?
00:27:31
Speaker 2: Well, where he did do all that, sent all of that through and the city was like down. They were up their tan up stuff. But did you hear the resounding boo that came from the Medicine Square Garden arena.
00:27:44
Speaker 3: He says it was they were clapping for him, completely completely absolutely delusion.
00:27:55
Speaker 1: He said they were clapping for him. I heard him. They were resounding aloud. I'm like, you have lost your.
00:28:01
Speaker 4: Mind, been been lost a long time ago.
00:28:05
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I just can't even I can't even imagine. And he must be losing his mind even bigger because you know his one one hundred thousand dollars he was going to charge for those visas. He got to shut down on that today, not today, this week, little by little as I keep saying that they're they're they're choking his sense.
00:28:26
Speaker 2: Did y'all never get y'all fan? I mean y'all phones, y'all go phones? Did you ever get your phones?
00:28:32
Speaker 1: I didn't get a phone? What I want one?
00:28:36
Speaker 4: I K a joke.
00:28:41
Speaker 1: Nope, he doesn't have that. Polti or whatever his name was. He's now got a guy that is he's supposed he's supposed to be an independent, but he is such a fan of he's such a fan of Trump's. He was his attorney. Clayton is now gonna be taken over the d n I or he's been nominated.
00:29:04
Speaker 2: Well, none of that does any good because he also backed the young man from a California for for mayor and that didn't work, and he just but what he did do was they just had funded that seventy.
00:29:17
Speaker 4: Billion dollars for yep, for Ice.
00:29:22
Speaker 1: That was line.
00:29:23
Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm telling you.
00:29:25
Speaker 2: It's gonna get real scary, y'all because it's looking like Ice gonna be able to do the barbaria things that they used to do and get away with it again.
00:29:32
Speaker 4: And that was a proof for three years.
00:29:34
Speaker 1: And remember they were already they were funded people, They were already funded. This is additional And you know, if I don't mind seventy billion if it means they're all going to get retrained, you know, like if it's gonna go towards something like that. But they're already the most funded group.
00:29:52
Speaker 2: This not even for retraining. This is the money gonna be for back pay. Remember they were not getting paid all. This is gonna be just the back pay.
00:29:59
Speaker 1: This is this is your more money for them. It was completely split. This is why you need to vote. It was a twenty fourteen I mean two fourteen, excuse me to two twelve. See how razor thin the margins are here in the SunNet. So you know, if we want to turn some stuff around, they already had plenty of funding. They didn't need this extra sevent dy not when so many other programs are being caught.
00:30:25
Speaker 2: That's very scary for Bobby because they're saying that three more years. I'm like, it's not even that many more immigrants. So it makes you wonder, well, who else they go'll be locking up?
00:30:33
Speaker 1: I'll tell you. We were just talking about the World Cup, right. So one of the local stories here in Boston was people that were coming in. They flew all the way in a kid from Australia. It was a gentleman. I didn't get his name, and he flew all the way in and they wouldn't let him in the country. After he flew it. You had to have your hotel already booked, and he said, all right, well, let me just have my phone. I'll book something like this. Very he wanted to get the best. I think he was looking to flop on a friend's couch, to be quite honest with you. But he didn't get in touch with the friend, his buddy, so he said, let me let me knowpe. They put them back on the plane. Wow, after all those hours and all that money, I kind of even imagine what that flight costs today from Australia.
00:31:20
Speaker 2: And that's a that's an eighteen hour flight. It is such a telltale sign of hands. And I'm telling you guys right now, if listening to us, I'm signed by my voices, I resonate with you. But know that after watching what happened to Carmelo Anthony as a black person in this country, this midterm is life or death for us. I'm just going to say, honestly, And when I say to us, I check a lot of boxes. Not only am I black, I'm also a male biologically, I'm also identifying with as experience of transgender is a lot of boxes that I check that they don't agree with. So I making sure that all my ducks are in a row. And yes, my name is mark An. I identify as flame. But you better believe when I go to the polls to vote, Marcus Parker gonna vote so I can be flaming broe. I hope you guys are hearing what I'm saying to you all. What you need to do for five minutes, You better take that five minute of suffering so or you're gonna have a lifetime of pain. And I say this every week on purpose because I need y'all to know what is important and what is not. You calling me a misgendering me. Chall You ain't hurt nothing but yourself, because when I win, I'm gonna go run for office and we're gonna all in.
00:32:29
Speaker 4: You know, Bobby, I hope they're going ahead and get behind Boota Jech.
00:32:31
Speaker 2: I think Bootaje is is I probably I best, my best candidate right now, I'm most qualified.
00:32:38
Speaker 1: I'd love it if he'd run.
00:32:40
Speaker 4: I don't know.
00:32:40
Speaker 1: I think he would. He would have a cabinet that would be similar to Bideness, my guest, one of the There was an article this week the Daily Scam had put out, and I said, Jesus that when you when they when they started reading, I'm like, well, of course, but you don't really notice that Trump has had very few women and put in place four of them, two fired to resigned. He only has fourteen point five three percent women, whereas Biden had fifty two point five percent women over half, and the numbers are going down. That was what he had in the beginning, and now we have four of those slots are already removed. You know this is also for the women. Make sure you're out and voting, because if you want to see people like you making decisions about your research about your health care about you know, your ability to hit the you know, hit a sailing or not hit a sailing.
00:33:34
Speaker 4: You better.
00:33:35
Speaker 1: You better look at who's who you're voting for, and if it's a woman, keep your mouth shut and look at what she can do for the country, not the fact that she's a woman.
00:33:42
Speaker 2: Like you know, y'all better get rid of y'all can see he wants, he don't want, He don't want women in positions of power. He just want women up under Nope, that's it. That's all he wants. And you ain't got to be grown for him to want you up under you. Now, you take that and run with it. Where the thing files? Okay, okay, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go Iran Iran. Trump says agreement with Iran is scheduled to be said Sunday. I'm so sick of these fake ass ceasefire. Do you think it was sain It's another fake story like that fake ass hair.
00:34:13
Speaker 1: Did you see him with Kristian Walker this weekend? I taped it because he sets me off, and I watched it yesterday the day before. My god, it was so embarrassing.
00:34:25
Speaker 2: She should and I know these news reporters try to remain professional because they want to work whatever.
00:34:30
Speaker 4: I'm waiting on one of them to be like, the hell with this job and just go in.
00:34:35
Speaker 1: She well she did. I have to say. She isn't no nonsense. She kept hitting them. She let him not speak garbage, she let him get his point out, and then she'd say, but that's you know, the twenty twenty election was stron There is absolutely no like why we even have to still talk about that and you know now twenty twenty six. But she hit him with you know, there's no evidence of that. Well, there's no evidence that. So he got so angry. He takes says, he takes his mike off, and she's like, I flew all the way to Wisconsin. I'm like, Kristin, let him go. It didn't come out of y'all pay you know. And supposedly he says that it was because it was rain hitting the tin roof. I will say, you did hear that throughout that throughout the interview. He just got that because she challenged him.
00:35:19
Speaker 4: That was his strategy from jump. He was playing on doing that the entire time.
00:35:23
Speaker 2: She just was collateral damage because anything that he does not want to talk about he throws a two year old history feet and has a mail Doug fucking terrible twos.
00:35:31
Speaker 4: Can we talk about it the minted eighties? Yeah right, yeah.
00:35:36
Speaker 2: I thought that she was very professional handling herself. But I'm tired of everybody. I'm tired of everybody being professional. He's not being professional.
00:35:45
Speaker 1: I know, I know, but you know what we we we get what we here's what he is like. The only hope I have, but you're never going to have it flame is that his people, his mag of people see how ridiculous he was, and it gets one person to feel a different way. Unfortunately, the view was talking about this and I literally, my fat irish ass almost fell off the couch. They said, today, you know whatever. June thirteenth, twenty twenty six, sixty percent of Republicans, not MAGA Republicans still believe the twenty twenty election was stolen. I almost sunny. Hostin was reporting that I think she got it from the Washington and.
00:36:28
Speaker 2: That is the Internet ignorance of America. Honestly, it is just you just said, the Internet ignorance of America.
00:36:35
Speaker 4: You will again.
00:36:36
Speaker 2: You have been my favorite co host, Bobby, because you will take the time to research and to look and you made this job important that it's no shade to nobody else, but you made it important to you. America doesn't make stup important to him. They just go off the headlines and off the clickbaits and we run with it. You know, she could be the biggest lot the bond faced light. But like but Trump said, you just keep hitting people with the same story, they gonna believe it lived or truth. It's just crazy, Like I just.
00:37:03
Speaker 1: Can't believe in today's day and age where they're questioning everything, you know, like question everything that's on our say, you know, in twenty twenty four, it wasn't it wasn't stolen because we lost and we did it graciously like we should have. I just don't get it. I when she said she said that, I'm telling you, I was like, what I thought it might be like twenty percent, and then you know the bulk of those were all mega.
00:37:28
Speaker 4: Lets.
00:37:29
Speaker 2: You know that there's still seventy seven million people in this country who's man dishovel, which is why our model had never changed at this platform. And when we finished this show, we're going to tell you what it is because you stay to the end because you probably need to know to use your own damn man, all right, cook, where are we going next?
00:37:47
Speaker 1: Oh?
00:37:47
Speaker 4: And on that note, we going to take a quick commercial break.
00:37:52
Speaker 1: And we're back aaran where we'll be done with that because we'll see He says, supposedly that the signing is going to happen in her moves by push.
00:38:01
Speaker 2: A push, fake fires. I thought we had ceasefire over there with with Russia and and.
00:38:08
Speaker 4: Ukraine.
00:38:08
Speaker 1: Nope, nope, yeah, no, absolutely where is Ukraine?
00:38:16
Speaker 4: You said it?
00:38:16
Speaker 1: Right? Man?
00:38:20
Speaker 4: Man, I had a trump menopause.
00:38:23
Speaker 1: Menopause moment, had he? But I don't. I don't believe it's going to be in her moves. Christian Welcome was asking about that and about what it's costing the Americans, and he said the same thing. Basically, he doesn't care about He doesn't he doesn't think about it. He doesn't call it a war. It's like a little something. But if we want to call it a war, she goes, wow, when you have we have a blockade, it's by definition, you know we have a what a war is, that's a war. He doesn't think about the funding. You know that it's costing people are inflation is up to I think four point three. They said this week it's the highest it spend three years. That is Biden coming out of COVID. It's higher than that. But you know, he kind of just moved it on Epstein. You had mentioned Epstein. The only thing I saw on that was Bill Gates was tap dancing saying that he made a big grave era of in judgment. Seeing Epstein. He was hoping. He started seeing him in twenty eleven, hoping that he was going to get funding for all of his global health initiatives, and in twenty fourteen, when it turned out he wasn't going to honor any of that, he kind of broke off the broke off the friendship. I don't know if I don't know if he thinks we're going to believe that.
00:39:41
Speaker 4: I mean, I believe part of it, but I don't believe.
00:39:44
Speaker 2: And the only reason I believe he broke off the friendship was because he couldn't get to one of them.
00:39:49
Speaker 4: Shut up, flame of row. Let's talk with Melinda. Melinda knows why she divorced him, she knows, trust me. The next.
00:39:57
Speaker 1: She put it back on him because remember supp he had an STD that's what they were reporting, and I think that was the end. He didn't want her finding out about it. Well, obviously she must have. I don't know. I don't because I have not had want like I haven't had that. It sounds like I'm not being judging. I don't know if they have to notify a partner. I know they used to say notify a partner and some of them. Is that for all of them or are there some that the county has.
00:40:29
Speaker 2: To I would assume that by him being a fucking billionaire Bobby, that he had a private doctor that could just tell him what was going on, and he had to tell anybody.
00:40:39
Speaker 4: How it got out?
00:40:40
Speaker 2: Is like you said, maybe he made a mistake and infected his wife whatever. But if that was the case, I'm not saying he did he did.
00:40:47
Speaker 4: I don't know.
00:40:47
Speaker 2: I wasn't there, and Bill Gates wouldn't be somebody I'm gonna bend over or bend over for uh. The price might be right, but the look damn show.
00:40:57
Speaker 1: Yeah No, I mean yeah, I mean she built it with them. Everybody. Oh, she got so much, you know, in their settlement, And I'm like, she built the company with them.
00:41:06
Speaker 4: And get that thank you? For saying that by it because people, he gets all the accolades, but she was right there.
00:41:12
Speaker 2: His partner. He did all of the paperwork and everything else. He might have been the brains, but she was the brawn in the building.
00:41:20
Speaker 1: She did the backstuff like they were all writing, cold and doing. She was one of the seats. Her ass was in the seat. You know, that's what this is a brilliant woman. So she was supposed to.
00:41:29
Speaker 2: We paid very well and she donated a lot of her money to a lot of the US. I appreciate you for that, Miss Melinda Gates.
00:41:37
Speaker 1: She does She does unbelievable philanthropy work. I saw her in an interview. I don't know if it was with Oprah. I can't remember, to be honest. It was like a year or two ago, and she was saying like, basically, I'm going to water it down. Is I can't take it with me. She goes and my kids A look to child wife like she says, I'm gonna leave it all of them. You know they've already they they've already gotten theirs. She said. Of course, it's going to be things that near to deer in my heart. And you know, when I when I see gaps. She basically said, where the government. This wasn't Trump oriented, this was just in general. She sees gaps where the government can't help out. She has so much, why can't she help fill those gaps? Basically is what she was saying, right, And I thought it good for you.
00:42:17
Speaker 2: Oh, if we had more Americans like that, good hearted Melinda Gates, we might not be in a predicament that we are. But unfortunately we got them, the greedy as hell, and they mega. Okay, let's keep it moving, Bobby clipful, Let's keep it moving.
00:42:29
Speaker 1: Okay, where are you going to be? Where are you going to be? I think we hit all of our highlights the.
