01/02/2025 - Back At It

WEBVTT
1
00:00:00.200 --> 00:00:02.279
It's uh the Kid Chris Show one O two seven
2
00:00:02.480 --> 00:00:05.120
W E. B and Sarah Elise Here we are. We're
3
00:00:05.120 --> 00:00:08.000
in it and our phone number is five one three
4
00:00:08.080 --> 00:00:11.839
seven four nine one O two seven twenty twenty five.
5
00:00:12.039 --> 00:00:14.080
Welcome back. Did you miss me?
6
00:00:14.320 --> 00:00:17.120
Yeah? Yeah, yeah I missed it. Really, I miss everything.
7
00:00:17.559 --> 00:00:20.719
I actually miss being here because I just hate sitting around,
8
00:00:21.039 --> 00:00:24.120
you know, And I've I mentioned before how it would
9
00:00:24.160 --> 00:00:26.079
be cool to be rich and just not be and
10
00:00:26.160 --> 00:00:26.920
not do anything.
11
00:00:27.359 --> 00:00:28.199
I would go crazy.
12
00:00:28.320 --> 00:00:30.280
Yeah, I figured that out over this holiday.
13
00:00:30.480 --> 00:00:31.199
It's fine for.
14
00:00:31.239 --> 00:00:33.600
A couple of days, and then you start to feel
15
00:00:33.920 --> 00:00:38.520
unproductive and lazy. Yes, and you're eating too many Christmas
16
00:00:38.520 --> 00:00:40.679
cookies and lying around too much.
17
00:00:41.560 --> 00:00:44.880
I lost a ton of weight, and uh, good for you.
18
00:00:45.719 --> 00:00:48.000
It wasn't because of I was like, you know, I
19
00:00:48.039 --> 00:00:49.759
was going through stuff and I was like, oh, honest
20
00:00:49.759 --> 00:00:50.200
think God.
21
00:00:52.200 --> 00:00:56.359
All I did was man, I'm jealous. But it does
22
00:00:56.399 --> 00:00:58.200
feel good to have this thing back in my face again.
23
00:00:58.520 --> 00:01:00.600
Yeah. I want, I need, I need to be here.
24
00:01:00.840 --> 00:01:04.840
I was like, you know what it reminded me of. Honestly,
25
00:01:04.920 --> 00:01:10.920
this holiday is uh being isolated and stuff again, cold
26
00:01:11.200 --> 00:01:13.560
and isolated and at home like the pandemic.
27
00:01:13.879 --> 00:01:15.519
Did you not go out and do anything?
28
00:01:16.040 --> 00:01:16.760
What am I gonna do?
29
00:01:16.959 --> 00:01:19.200
I feel like I was out every single day. Well,
30
00:01:19.280 --> 00:01:21.719
keep in mind, I can't sit around. I can't do that.
31
00:01:21.840 --> 00:01:24.040
And this is the truth. Like you have you grew
32
00:01:24.079 --> 00:01:25.000
up here, you have friends.
33
00:01:25.920 --> 00:01:27.159
I've lived here my whole life.
34
00:01:27.599 --> 00:01:29.879
I didn't grow up here. I don't all my friends
35
00:01:29.959 --> 00:01:30.599
live elsewhere.
36
00:01:31.000 --> 00:01:32.760
So you didn't want to go see anybody? Who am
37
00:01:32.799 --> 00:01:34.280
I going to go see your friends?
38
00:01:34.519 --> 00:01:36.799
Am I going to drive the Syracuse Why not?
39
00:01:37.719 --> 00:01:37.840
Oh?
40
00:01:37.920 --> 00:01:41.200
Yeah, you're forgetting I have a family and stuff here too.
41
00:01:42.000 --> 00:01:43.359
Bring them with you, all right?
42
00:01:44.280 --> 00:01:44.480
Yeah?
43
00:01:44.519 --> 00:01:46.439
We have two totally different exactly.
44
00:01:46.519 --> 00:01:48.359
So you can't look at you put your hat on
45
00:01:48.439 --> 00:01:50.239
my on my on my head and be like just
46
00:01:50.239 --> 00:01:52.159
got to do that. Yeah, Like my wife, I go, hey,
47
00:01:52.239 --> 00:01:53.680
I'm really going through a tough time right now. We
48
00:01:53.760 --> 00:01:54.560
don't do something fun.
49
00:01:54.640 --> 00:01:56.599
Yeah, Jady and I have no kids, so we can
50
00:01:56.719 --> 00:01:58.959
just get up where you want travel at any moment.
51
00:01:59.040 --> 00:02:02.120
Yeah, my life is a living hell. He Paul, you're
52
00:02:02.159 --> 00:02:04.920
on the air. Good morning, Good morning.
53
00:02:05.000 --> 00:02:07.079
You guys are like them. You're like the needle to
54
00:02:07.120 --> 00:02:09.520
my vein in the morning. Thanks to you for coming back.
55
00:02:09.800 --> 00:02:16.599
I love glad we're a needle to your vein. Yikes,
56
00:02:16.639 --> 00:02:20.639
real quick, let Blocko know that if you ever the
57
00:02:20.719 --> 00:02:22.680
all of these guys ever quit, he's got a job.
58
00:02:23.280 --> 00:02:25.000
Oh yeah, the dude that filled in.
59
00:02:25.520 --> 00:02:26.680
Oh yeah, Blocko.
60
00:02:29.039 --> 00:02:32.439
Yeah, we don't see anybody that much now. I talk
61
00:02:32.520 --> 00:02:36.400
with Shroom. I think more over the holiday on text
62
00:02:36.919 --> 00:02:40.360
like New Year's Eve. Actually we were both watching Ryan Seacrest.
63
00:02:40.400 --> 00:02:42.520
I talked to more than I than I have like
64
00:02:42.599 --> 00:02:43.719
over the whole last year.
65
00:02:43.919 --> 00:02:46.039
Yeah, I text with Shroom, but he's somebody else that
66
00:02:46.120 --> 00:02:48.599
we never even see other than the fireworks. A couple
67
00:02:48.599 --> 00:02:49.639
of meetings here and there.
68
00:02:50.199 --> 00:02:55.360
Yeah, all right, dude, thanks Paul, thank you. Everybody's checking
69
00:02:55.400 --> 00:03:00.520
in like a needle. Yes on. Maybe maybe that's a
70
00:03:00.520 --> 00:03:03.199
a new slogan for the show, like a needle to
71
00:03:03.280 --> 00:03:06.919
your vein. Yeah, okay, collar, you're in the air.
72
00:03:08.439 --> 00:03:09.159
What's going on?
73
00:03:09.319 --> 00:03:10.800
Chris and Sarah?
74
00:03:10.879 --> 00:03:11.879
Hi, Happy New Year?
75
00:03:13.199 --> 00:03:15.840
Happy New Year's buys? Been all right?
76
00:03:15.960 --> 00:03:17.520
Ronson our bestie.
77
00:03:19.400 --> 00:03:21.840
Yeah, I'm trying to get famous like the other guy
78
00:03:21.960 --> 00:03:26.280
on here. But yeah, I'm definitely glad you guys are back. Oh,
79
00:03:26.520 --> 00:03:28.400
Baco was good, but it's not.
80
00:03:28.319 --> 00:03:29.360
The same without you guys.
81
00:03:29.400 --> 00:03:31.759
On are the morning's for sure. Yeah, it's good to
82
00:03:31.759 --> 00:03:32.319
be back.
83
00:03:32.800 --> 00:03:35.719
Yeah, it's a different thing. Uh. You know when when
84
00:03:35.800 --> 00:03:38.319
a DJ is on, they just play the music and stuff.
85
00:03:38.360 --> 00:03:40.400
Our company likes that because they don't have to really
86
00:03:40.439 --> 00:03:42.759
pay anybody. They hate when we come in here because
87
00:03:42.800 --> 00:03:45.159
we stop the music and do stuff in between. You're like,
88
00:03:45.520 --> 00:03:48.199
I hate that. Damn, we have to pay pay somebody
89
00:03:48.199 --> 00:03:56.520
to do that. But yeah, that's that's what it is. Hey, caller,
90
00:03:56.520 --> 00:03:58.360
you're on the boy. There's a lot today, lots of
91
00:03:58.400 --> 00:04:01.039
people back in action. I already got more calls at
92
00:04:01.520 --> 00:04:04.280
twenty twenty five than we have in twenty twenty four.
93
00:04:04.400 --> 00:04:04.840
I love it.
94
00:04:04.879 --> 00:04:06.439
This makes me so happy.
95
00:04:06.360 --> 00:04:11.199
You're on the air. Hello does that mean yes? Who
96
00:04:11.199 --> 00:04:11.360
are you?
97
00:04:11.599 --> 00:04:15.719
Ron Girley? Hey Sarah, it's me Sam. I just wanted
98
00:04:15.759 --> 00:04:18.360
to let you at first day back at work. I
99
00:04:18.439 --> 00:04:20.360
love you so much and you guys are awesome.
100
00:04:20.680 --> 00:04:21.160
Who is it?
101
00:04:21.199 --> 00:04:22.199
This is my sister?
102
00:04:22.560 --> 00:04:22.800
Oh?
103
00:04:22.959 --> 00:04:23.120
Hi?
104
00:04:24.800 --> 00:04:28.639
Heany My sister is never called before?
105
00:04:28.800 --> 00:04:29.519
Hi Sam?
106
00:04:29.839 --> 00:04:29.879
No.
107
00:04:30.120 --> 00:04:32.040
Well, Chris got the call and I was like, okay,
108
00:04:32.079 --> 00:04:33.639
I guess I'll call, and I wanted to wish you
109
00:04:33.680 --> 00:04:36.639
a happy first day anyway. But I get super adhd
110
00:04:36.720 --> 00:04:38.560
when I'm getting ready for work in the morning, so
111
00:04:39.120 --> 00:04:39.639
that's right.
112
00:04:40.279 --> 00:04:41.920
I told Sam to call when I left the house
113
00:04:42.360 --> 00:04:42.839
this morning.
114
00:04:42.920 --> 00:04:45.600
Yeah, my sister has a very important job. She's a
115
00:04:45.680 --> 00:04:47.519
nurse and takes things out of people.
116
00:04:47.839 --> 00:04:50.759
Yeah. Yeah, I hear some of the stories. Sam. That's hot.
117
00:04:52.079 --> 00:04:55.040
Yeah, I have a good time. I love it.
118
00:04:55.120 --> 00:04:55.800
Where do you work?
119
00:04:55.800 --> 00:04:57.000
We're very different people.
120
00:04:57.600 --> 00:04:57.879
What's that?
121
00:04:58.079 --> 00:04:58.759
Where do you work?
122
00:05:00.519 --> 00:05:00.680
Say?
123
00:05:01.839 --> 00:05:04.040
Where's okay?
124
00:05:04.439 --> 00:05:07.519
Yeah, I go to all the different like for Thomas,
125
00:05:08.160 --> 00:05:09.399
as was Lawrence.
126
00:05:11.839 --> 00:05:13.839
Have you ever found a toothbrush and a gentleman?
127
00:05:17.079 --> 00:05:20.680
I have not, no, but I mean for warnings, people
128
00:05:20.759 --> 00:05:24.199
do get like two six stuck, Like that's one of
129
00:05:24.240 --> 00:05:27.240
the emergency calls that we would get, like if they're
130
00:05:27.319 --> 00:05:29.680
like chewing on two six or whatever that they do
131
00:05:30.399 --> 00:05:33.199
and they like, I don't know, or whatever the heck
132
00:05:33.279 --> 00:05:35.040
they do, and then it gets stuck in their throat
133
00:05:35.079 --> 00:05:35.480
and we've.
134
00:05:35.319 --> 00:05:38.040
Gotta get it out in their throat. Okay, all right,
135
00:05:38.120 --> 00:05:39.800
but we know that operation.
136
00:05:40.279 --> 00:05:42.279
Yeah, it's kind of like what my sister does.
137
00:05:42.519 --> 00:05:44.560
So so if you screw up, you hear a big buzz.
138
00:05:48.480 --> 00:05:49.240
We should.
139
00:05:53.120 --> 00:05:53.600
Wrong one.
140
00:05:55.040 --> 00:05:55.160
You know.
141
00:05:55.160 --> 00:05:57.040
If you ever find like a not a cash whatever,
142
00:05:57.199 --> 00:05:58.120
just send it my way.
143
00:05:57.959 --> 00:06:02.639
All right, Alura, it sounds good. You guys have a
144
00:06:02.680 --> 00:06:03.319
wonderful day.
145
00:06:03.399 --> 00:06:06.199
You take care of you too, sam By, that's sam Elise.
146
00:06:09.439 --> 00:06:10.040
That is the.
147
00:06:13.160 --> 00:06:14.920
For Sarah Elise.
148
00:06:15.600 --> 00:06:17.199
It's really good to hear this guy.
149
00:06:17.319 --> 00:06:18.040
I gotta.
150
00:06:19.279 --> 00:06:19.839
Super king.
151
00:06:21.199 --> 00:06:21.839
I did miss.
152
00:06:26.240 --> 00:06:28.439
Love a love Wow.
153
00:06:30.319 --> 00:06:31.920
I know everybody missed this guy.
154
00:06:33.720 --> 00:06:38.319
Right stop stop that's my favorite part.
155
00:06:38.439 --> 00:06:41.319
Oh stop, I missed you too, Christopher.
156
00:06:41.959 --> 00:06:43.560
Well we talked on a Texas stuff.
157
00:06:43.959 --> 00:06:47.240
Yeah, but I it's different. I don't get to see
158
00:06:47.279 --> 00:06:49.720
your beautiful face video.
159
00:06:49.759 --> 00:06:51.560
Go let me take off my stupid glasses.
160
00:06:51.680 --> 00:06:52.680
I like the glasses.
161
00:06:53.000 --> 00:06:55.839
Good whatever, All right, Well, with the start of the
162
00:06:55.959 --> 00:06:59.800
new year, we have some stats out from twenty twenty,
163
00:07:00.319 --> 00:07:03.439
like a little recap when it comes to the ladies
164
00:07:03.759 --> 00:07:08.399
and some interesting things that had to be pulled out
165
00:07:08.560 --> 00:07:09.079
of their.
166
00:07:10.839 --> 00:07:12.600
Personal little area.
167
00:07:13.040 --> 00:07:21.040
The Yes, the data is coming from medical professionals and
168
00:07:21.120 --> 00:07:24.000
they put this list together of some interesting things. We
169
00:07:24.079 --> 00:07:26.120
had just talked to my sister who does this for
170
00:07:26.240 --> 00:07:36.240
a living. Yeah, yeah, on this list, I was like,
171
00:07:36.360 --> 00:07:41.480
am I reading this correctly? A plastic tricera tops what's that?
172
00:07:42.720 --> 00:07:42.759
Like?
173
00:07:42.920 --> 00:07:48.759
The dinosaur like a dinosaur head, like a plastic toy,
174
00:07:49.759 --> 00:07:52.160
whole thing I guess out.
175
00:07:52.720 --> 00:07:54.759
I mean, I'm thinking about my own situation.
176
00:07:54.959 --> 00:07:59.519
I'm like, yeah, the feet and the horns and the
177
00:08:00.079 --> 00:08:02.600
and the bumps on the back, like those triangle bump things.
178
00:08:05.600 --> 00:08:09.360
First of all, like how and why? Yeah, my situation
179
00:08:10.360 --> 00:08:16.319
would not allow for that. Yeah, look at this, that's
180
00:08:16.360 --> 00:08:17.519
a tricera toops.
181
00:08:17.800 --> 00:08:20.040
Oh, it doesn't have the triangle thing it does.
182
00:08:20.879 --> 00:08:23.279
It's got like little spikes and horns and.
183
00:08:23.839 --> 00:08:27.959
No way what it does? It go in tail first.
184
00:08:29.199 --> 00:08:30.959
I don't know. I didn't do it to myself.
185
00:08:31.240 --> 00:08:31.639
We'll do it.
186
00:08:32.159 --> 00:08:32.360
Yeah.
187
00:08:34.519 --> 00:08:34.840
Stop.
188
00:08:36.679 --> 00:08:39.399
Also on this list, there are so many things, but
189
00:08:39.480 --> 00:08:41.879
I'm just narrowing it down to the most wild ones.
190
00:08:42.000 --> 00:08:42.279
Okay.
191
00:08:42.720 --> 00:08:43.840
A toy fire.
192
00:08:43.679 --> 00:08:46.799
Truck Okay, I mean you start with that and then
193
00:08:46.840 --> 00:08:47.519
you go to the foot.
194
00:08:47.559 --> 00:08:47.919
Then you go.
195
00:08:52.960 --> 00:08:54.799
Like you're losing it up the truck.
196
00:08:56.559 --> 00:08:59.600
An egg okay, And I don't know if that means
197
00:08:59.639 --> 00:09:02.279
it's like a hard boiled my card boiled or fresh
198
00:09:02.360 --> 00:09:03.440
out of the carton.
199
00:09:04.039 --> 00:09:05.840
What happened to the old days where you use like
200
00:09:05.960 --> 00:09:07.279
a ping pong ball.
201
00:09:08.120 --> 00:09:09.519
He's using ping pong balls.
202
00:09:09.519 --> 00:09:11.519
Well, the girls at like stag parties and stuff. You
203
00:09:11.600 --> 00:09:13.440
hire them and then like you play like bingo with
204
00:09:13.559 --> 00:09:16.159
them or you all are sick. I never did that.
205
00:09:16.240 --> 00:09:16.879
I never saw that.
206
00:09:17.000 --> 00:09:20.559
I wanted to always but to use a ping pong
207
00:09:20.639 --> 00:09:22.200
ball in somebody, Well, no.
208
00:09:22.240 --> 00:09:23.919
I don't want to do it myself. I would love
209
00:09:23.960 --> 00:09:25.639
to see that as a freak show kind of thing,
210
00:09:25.720 --> 00:09:30.600
but not anymore. And married, Yeah, I don't trust girls anymore.
211
00:09:31.639 --> 00:09:39.320
Also on this list, a sport painful and also what
212
00:09:39.440 --> 00:09:41.480
if it breaks? I guess that's why they have to
213
00:09:41.559 --> 00:09:43.399
get it out, you know. I guess that's why the
214
00:09:43.480 --> 00:09:45.559
doctors are like this is on the list. Yeah, right,
215
00:09:45.679 --> 00:09:47.519
it probably popped off in there.
216
00:09:47.600 --> 00:09:49.000
I used to hear it. I used to always have
217
00:09:49.159 --> 00:09:50.960
these rumors in every high school and then you just
218
00:09:51.000 --> 00:09:52.240
add a name to it. It's like kind of like
219
00:09:52.320 --> 00:09:54.320
a mad Libs book where you just come up with
220
00:09:54.480 --> 00:09:57.279
rumors uh huh, and you just add some girls name
221
00:09:57.360 --> 00:09:58.679
to it or a guy's name to it, or is
222
00:09:58.679 --> 00:10:01.519
always a guy that'd always had a uh I did
223
00:10:01.559 --> 00:10:02.960
a sheep? You know what I mean that you had
224
00:10:03.120 --> 00:10:06.559
somebody in your school's name to it or whatever. And yeah,
225
00:10:06.600 --> 00:10:08.159
there was a guy in our school that they said
226
00:10:08.240 --> 00:10:10.639
did a sheep and he didn't and they called him
227
00:10:10.919 --> 00:10:12.679
or he banged a goat. They said his name was
228
00:10:12.720 --> 00:10:15.200
Howard Lum and people would like he'd walk down the
229
00:10:15.240 --> 00:10:17.799
hallway and they would go like that to him and
230
00:10:17.840 --> 00:10:20.320
stuff like. It was. It was a rumor. And there
231
00:10:20.440 --> 00:10:22.440
was this girl named Heather that they said that did
232
00:10:22.480 --> 00:10:25.000
it with a frozen hot dog and it thought off,
233
00:10:25.320 --> 00:10:28.039
it thought out, and it broke it inside and then
234
00:10:28.080 --> 00:10:29.559
they had to go and take her to the hospital.
235
00:10:29.639 --> 00:10:30.559
It was a lot.
236
00:10:31.600 --> 00:10:35.080
It was all lies always was that. Is that on
237
00:10:35.159 --> 00:10:36.519
the list? A frozen hot dog?
238
00:10:36.840 --> 00:10:38.440
Hold on? Because I think.
239
00:10:41.600 --> 00:10:43.519
There is a situation with a hot dog, but I
240
00:10:43.559 --> 00:10:46.879
don't see that's important to know. Yeah, I guess, so
241
00:10:47.080 --> 00:10:50.799
I would imagine not plugged it. And also like then
242
00:10:50.879 --> 00:10:57.200
while while while it's placed, do you open that? Do
243
00:10:57.320 --> 00:11:01.360
you lift the little handle? Or you just forget about
244
00:11:01.399 --> 00:11:07.279
that step? This is making me feel weird.
245
00:11:07.399 --> 00:11:07.600
Yeah.
246
00:11:08.600 --> 00:11:10.000
A candle Okay.
247
00:11:10.120 --> 00:11:11.559
Now, I don't know if this is like a three
248
00:11:11.720 --> 00:11:14.519
wick from Bath and body Works or like a long
249
00:11:14.720 --> 00:11:15.879
stick yeah.
250
00:11:16.120 --> 00:11:20.919
Or a thick one from the holidays, like.
251
00:11:21.000 --> 00:11:23.840
A nice cranberry one that's sitting on your dining room
252
00:11:23.919 --> 00:11:24.919
table right right?
253
00:11:27.320 --> 00:11:28.360
A finger puppet?
254
00:11:28.559 --> 00:11:37.159
Okay, the last one on here that I'll read, uh,
255
00:11:37.639 --> 00:11:40.840
because there's just too many keys.
256
00:11:42.320 --> 00:11:45.279
Like Janitor style, or but.
257
00:11:45.320 --> 00:11:48.039
I understand because sometimes you don't want to what do
258
00:11:48.080 --> 00:11:51.159
you mean, because you know, you know, sometimes he's had
259
00:11:51.200 --> 00:11:53.000
too many. You don't want him to drive home drunk,
260
00:11:53.039 --> 00:11:57.720
so you got to hide him somewhere that's actually really safe,
261
00:11:58.240 --> 00:11:58.519
thank you.
262
00:11:58.759 --> 00:12:01.200
Or just trying to keep all the drunk drivers off
263
00:12:01.279 --> 00:12:02.360
the road saving the.
264
00:12:02.360 --> 00:12:06.399
World one yep bug yeah at a time. Yep. There
265
00:12:06.480 --> 00:12:08.120
you go when you show up at the party and
266
00:12:08.240 --> 00:12:09.879
everybody goes, where are my keys?
267
00:12:10.159 --> 00:12:11.759
You know, just hold on, let me go to the
268
00:12:11.799 --> 00:12:12.600
bathroom real quick.
269
00:12:12.639 --> 00:12:14.360
If you're jump up and down, the all fall out.
270
00:12:16.639 --> 00:12:18.840
I tried to stay very appropriate with U.
271
00:12:19.039 --> 00:12:21.000
Yeah, I understand, but.
272
00:12:21.120 --> 00:12:23.879
The plastic try Sarah toops man, that's the one I
273
00:12:23.960 --> 00:12:25.799
want to meet her that stands.
274
00:12:25.480 --> 00:12:26.000
Out the most.
275
00:12:26.159 --> 00:12:28.559
She's the one that imagine the day that she got
276
00:12:28.600 --> 00:12:31.399
that caught and she just was just an honary person
277
00:12:31.480 --> 00:12:31.840
that day.
278
00:12:32.320 --> 00:12:33.840
How do you not get that out though?
279
00:12:34.039 --> 00:12:34.240
Yeah?
280
00:12:34.320 --> 00:12:37.679
Right, imagine going to the doctor like there is a
281
00:12:37.879 --> 00:12:39.480
dinosaur stuck up in there.
282
00:12:39.639 --> 00:12:43.759
Yeah right, it's like, hey, Candice, can I see you
283
00:12:43.840 --> 00:12:44.480
in my office?
284
00:12:44.759 --> 00:12:44.799
No?
285
00:12:45.960 --> 00:12:48.559
What's wrong with you? What's wrong with her? Today? Boy?
286
00:12:48.720 --> 00:12:49.679
Something really crawled up.
287
00:12:52.519 --> 00:12:54.679
I can't, ladies, be careful.
288
00:12:54.879 --> 00:12:57.600
Thank you, Sarah. At least we're back. It's twenty twenty five.
289
00:12:57.840 --> 00:12:59.759
Thank you to all the dinosaurs.
290
00:13:02.279 --> 00:13:06.440
This is sports, let's say. Brought to you by Pennstation

295
00:13:24.080 --> 00:13:25.519
We should ask you the same thing.
296
00:13:26.320 --> 00:13:29.360
Nothing I worked. I was up at the same time
297
00:13:29.919 --> 00:13:32.879
every day, Yes, okay, not me, I did. I was
298
00:13:32.919 --> 00:13:35.039
gonna say, hold on here, I was at one out
299
00:13:35.080 --> 00:13:35.720
of two eight fat.
300
00:13:35.799 --> 00:13:38.799
I guess I was at my Starbucks listening to podcasts
301
00:13:38.879 --> 00:13:39.360
and stuff.
302
00:13:39.559 --> 00:13:43.080
Uh yeah, just okay, all right, I didn't. Well, I'm
303
00:13:43.080 --> 00:13:46.080
glad you're back. We missed you around here. I needed
304
00:13:46.159 --> 00:13:47.679
I need to, you know, that's what.
305
00:13:47.759 --> 00:13:49.080
We need a little peace and quiet.
306
00:13:49.279 --> 00:13:49.440
Yeah.
307
00:13:49.480 --> 00:13:51.080
Who was the early here?
308
00:13:51.360 --> 00:13:54.399
I can't say it was you, seg Yeah?
309
00:13:54.519 --> 00:13:55.519
Were you down?
310
00:13:55.759 --> 00:13:59.240
Yeah? Holding down the fort? What's the difference when I
311
00:13:59.320 --> 00:14:01.519
mean it's an empty building, no matter what, whether it's
312
00:14:01.519 --> 00:14:05.000
holidays or young kid good parking spaces though.
313
00:14:05.679 --> 00:14:08.039
Yeah, did you do anything fun during your time off?
314
00:14:09.360 --> 00:14:13.279
Who? I don't know.
315
00:14:13.399 --> 00:14:16.000
I can't remember. No, I was in a fog the
316
00:14:16.039 --> 00:14:19.960
whole time. Meet too many beverages. College football playoffs in
317
00:14:20.000 --> 00:14:22.360
the quarter finals. Last night, Will Howard passing for three
318
00:14:22.440 --> 00:14:26.600
hundred nineteen yards three scores, Ohio State rolls past top
319
00:14:26.679 --> 00:14:29.600
seeded Oregon in the Rose Bowl forty one to twenty one.
320
00:14:29.679 --> 00:14:31.960
The buck Ey's evenge at one point, lost to the
321
00:14:32.039 --> 00:14:34.840
Ducks in October, putting this one away last night in
322
00:14:34.960 --> 00:14:38.200
Pasadena with thirty four first half points. They were on
323
00:14:38.279 --> 00:14:41.840
a mission. That game was buck Eye Mission. Quinn eavers
324
00:14:41.919 --> 00:14:45.919
with three touchdown passes. Texas outlast at Arizona State and
325
00:14:45.960 --> 00:14:50.639
Doubt thirty nine thirty one. So the Longhorn Longhorns and
326
00:14:50.720 --> 00:14:53.399
buck guys will meet in the Cotton Bowl in the
327
00:14:53.480 --> 00:14:56.200
semi finals next Friday night, January the tenth.
328
00:14:56.519 --> 00:14:58.039
Let's Go the Sugar Bowl, of.
329
00:14:58.039 --> 00:15:01.320
Course, postponed yesterday after that deadly truck attack in New Orleans,
330
00:15:01.720 --> 00:15:04.919
set for this afternoon at the Supernome at four Notre
331
00:15:05.039 --> 00:15:06.240
Dame and Georgia.
332
00:15:06.360 --> 00:15:09.039
It's funny the Superdome looks like one of those those
333
00:15:09.120 --> 00:15:13.360
big like a nuclear plant. I tell you what. It
334
00:15:13.519 --> 00:15:15.080
is a huge building. Yeah.
335
00:15:15.240 --> 00:15:16.039
Have you been there before?
336
00:15:16.559 --> 00:15:18.559
Went there for the Super Bowl years ago when San
337
00:15:18.600 --> 00:15:20.320
Francisco ran over somebody, and.
338
00:15:20.399 --> 00:15:24.399
It was like, I mean, that place is like gigantic spot.
339
00:15:24.440 --> 00:15:26.080
I've been to the French Quarter. Got kicked out of
340
00:15:26.120 --> 00:15:28.320
a strip club for throwing up on a stripper.
341
00:15:28.919 --> 00:15:33.159
To get kicked out of a strip club in New Orleans.
342
00:15:33.200 --> 00:15:36.840
Wow, how about it up on the on the wall. No,
343
00:15:37.639 --> 00:15:39.360
this is this is in the nineties and it was
344
00:15:39.399 --> 00:15:41.919
for morning show boot camp. And that place is a
345
00:15:42.000 --> 00:15:45.759
toilet the New Orleans. Yeah, it's a toilet.
346
00:15:46.120 --> 00:15:47.759
Yes, it was fine when we went there for the
347
00:15:47.799 --> 00:15:52.679
Bengals game, but toilet Bengals update Bengals continued for Saturday
348
00:15:52.759 --> 00:15:53.840
nights game in Pittsburgh.
349
00:15:53.919 --> 00:15:56.000
The Action, I'll be right here on the Home of
350
00:15:56.039 --> 00:15:58.519
the Hits one O two seven, W E B N
351
00:15:58.639 --> 00:16:01.399
Joe Burrow and Pisburg. How you're playing in Pittsburgh, you
352
00:16:01.519 --> 00:16:02.480
got to be a good one to watch.
353
00:16:02.519 --> 00:16:02.679
Man.
354
00:16:02.720 --> 00:16:05.919
They're they're they're a different team right now, and I like,
355
00:16:06.039 --> 00:16:10.080
I can't Pittsburgh's having a little trouble in in you know,
356
00:16:10.279 --> 00:16:12.720
in the in in the team. Yeah, you know, the
357
00:16:12.840 --> 00:16:16.320
boys are chirping at each other, but okay, you know
358
00:16:16.559 --> 00:16:19.600
they need to win because they want to keep that
359
00:16:19.720 --> 00:16:22.360
fans seed. And then the Bengals need to win, and
360
00:16:22.480 --> 00:16:26.960
of course agonizingly the Chiefs game, and at the Broncos
361
00:16:27.039 --> 00:16:30.039
and the and the and the who else do they win?
362
00:16:30.159 --> 00:16:30.240
Us?
363
00:16:30.519 --> 00:16:32.960
And the Dolphins? Hey, seg I noticed that you just
364
00:16:33.000 --> 00:16:34.799
scratched your head with your pen. Did you ever do
365
00:16:34.879 --> 00:16:37.360
it the other way where you where you got the act?
366
00:16:37.440 --> 00:16:37.639
Yeah?
367
00:16:37.799 --> 00:16:41.720
No, no, I've never done that. Were like you reach
368
00:16:41.799 --> 00:16:44.240
up there and you got blue on you? Yeah? Yeah, no, no,
369
00:16:44.600 --> 00:16:47.559
that's no. Did you ever do that? Well, like you
370
00:16:47.639 --> 00:16:49.240
didn't know that you chewed your pen and it was
371
00:16:49.320 --> 00:16:53.600
leaking all over? Youtch your nose? What the Yeah? Yeah
372
00:16:53.679 --> 00:16:55.720
you got blue all over? It works great?
373
00:16:55.879 --> 00:16:59.919
Yeah, NHL to I Detroit and Columbus the blue jacket.
374
00:17:00.120 --> 00:17:02.919
And then of course, yep to kick off the new year,
375
00:17:03.080 --> 00:17:05.920
which I'm sure a lot of people did yesterday. After
376
00:17:06.000 --> 00:17:09.559
they're reveling, they all went to Penn Station, easiest coast
377
00:17:09.640 --> 00:17:13.240
subs or in twenty twenty five. Also, yeah, it's all
378
00:17:13.319 --> 00:17:16.680
about good taste, just like here right here on the
379
00:17:16.720 --> 00:17:21.160
Home and Ahead had one two seven w EBN.
380
00:17:23.119 --> 00:17:24.720
Thank you for calling. What to fay proline?
381
00:17:24.720 --> 00:17:25.920
What's your massage in ProQuest?
382
00:17:26.039 --> 00:17:26.200
Oh?
383
00:17:26.319 --> 00:17:29.480
Man, I need a prayer. I need a prayer real bad. Okay,
384
00:17:29.559 --> 00:17:33.559
what can we pray about? I did my girl wrong? Okay,
385
00:17:34.119 --> 00:17:34.839
I need help.
386
00:17:35.279 --> 00:17:36.720
What do you mean did your girl wrong?
387
00:17:37.279 --> 00:17:40.880
Well? I took this banana and I hit her in
388
00:17:40.960 --> 00:17:41.400
the head.
389
00:17:45.319 --> 00:17:48.839
This is Michelle from Dellahai Township. Let's return to the
390
00:17:48.920 --> 00:17:51.640
Kid Chris Show on w EBN EBN.
391
00:17:52.799 --> 00:17:55.720
It's EBN The Kid Chris Show. Welcome back, Sarah, A
392
00:17:55.839 --> 00:17:59.599
least we're all here. We're back from the holiday.
393
00:18:01.519 --> 00:18:03.559
Are you still wearing the Christmas songs that I got you?
394
00:18:03.759 --> 00:18:06.640
Yes? I am really of course, there's like eight hundred
395
00:18:06.680 --> 00:18:08.319
pairs of those socks that you gave me.
396
00:18:08.720 --> 00:18:10.519
It's the gift that keeps on getting.
397
00:18:10.559 --> 00:18:10.720
Yeah.
398
00:18:10.720 --> 00:18:11.960
I'll wear them in the summer, and I'll pull them
399
00:18:11.960 --> 00:18:13.720
all the way after my kneecaps too. I don't care.
400
00:18:14.119 --> 00:18:14.640
I love it.
401
00:18:14.680 --> 00:18:17.680
It's all about comfort. It's not about what it looks anymore.
402
00:18:17.759 --> 00:18:19.440
When I used to care about my looks, I didn't
403
00:18:19.440 --> 00:18:20.960
get laid so the hell of it now?
404
00:18:21.039 --> 00:18:23.279
Oh I care? Now? Happy New Year. I hope you
405
00:18:23.359 --> 00:18:24.440
guys had a good Christmas.
406
00:18:24.799 --> 00:18:26.400
Anyways, now we're back at it.
407
00:18:26.599 --> 00:18:28.759
All of our vacation time has started over. I'm sure
408
00:18:28.799 --> 00:18:31.240
I'll be out of mind by the time April rolls around.
409
00:18:31.400 --> 00:18:32.880
Yeah, I was just gonna say, now that we have
410
00:18:32.960 --> 00:18:37.160
a refreshing a list of our time off, it's a
411
00:18:37.200 --> 00:18:39.640
new year. I'm gonna I'll see you guys in about five.
412
00:18:39.559 --> 00:18:43.160
Weeks, one day, in five months out.
413
00:18:43.680 --> 00:18:43.880
Yes.
414
00:18:44.640 --> 00:18:49.519
Today. In nineteen sixty nine, authorities in New Jersey see
415
00:18:49.640 --> 00:18:52.880
the entire shipment of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's album
416
00:18:53.000 --> 00:18:56.079
Two Virgins. I didn't know this, wow, because the cover
417
00:18:56.200 --> 00:19:00.519
featured them both nude frontal nudity. So when I first
418
00:19:00.559 --> 00:19:02.759
thought that there was trouble when the Two Live crew
419
00:19:02.799 --> 00:19:05.480
got arrested for performing their music and stuff, John Lennon
420
00:19:05.480 --> 00:19:07.039
and Yoko Ota actually were the first to do it.
421
00:19:07.279 --> 00:19:09.160
It was artwork on the cover of their album. But
422
00:19:10.039 --> 00:19:12.200
they eventually sold it in stores, but it was wrapped
423
00:19:12.200 --> 00:19:15.200
in a brown paper bag. I would imagine that if
424
00:19:15.240 --> 00:19:17.279
you still own it with a brown paper bag on.
425
00:19:17.319 --> 00:19:19.759
It, that could be worth it could be worth some money, yeah,
426
00:19:19.759 --> 00:19:20.599
a little bit of coin.
427
00:19:21.160 --> 00:19:23.200
That's interesting. Have you ever seen that album cover?
428
00:19:23.519 --> 00:19:23.559
No?
429
00:19:23.720 --> 00:19:24.160
I haven't.
430
00:19:24.319 --> 00:19:27.079
It's gross, is it? People are gross? I mean, the
431
00:19:27.200 --> 00:19:29.920
nude body is really not that you know. I want
432
00:19:29.960 --> 00:19:31.559
to see it now, Yeah, hold on, let me find
433
00:19:31.599 --> 00:19:33.519
it and then you can look at it. You can
434
00:19:33.599 --> 00:19:34.920
look at John Lennon's peen.
435
00:19:38.640 --> 00:19:41.920
Oh no, I see it. There's a lot of fur.
436
00:19:42.240 --> 00:19:44.599
And when I see that picture of John Lennon and
437
00:19:44.680 --> 00:19:47.440
Yoko Ono naked, I just smell boh.
438
00:19:47.519 --> 00:19:49.640
Yeah, look like they look real hippy and stinky.
439
00:19:49.759 --> 00:19:52.359
It's like it's like I'm in an YMCA around old
440
00:19:52.440 --> 00:19:54.480
naked people. All right.
441
00:19:54.640 --> 00:19:58.720
Well that's all I got with that being said, Yeah,
442
00:19:58.799 --> 00:20:00.279
looking at these photos, I'm done.
443
00:20:00.519 --> 00:20:01.279
You're going to throw up.
444
00:20:01.359 --> 00:20:02.480
Yeah, I need to go get sick.
445
00:20:02.599 --> 00:20:05.079
That's all I have. As far as what happened in
446
00:20:05.200 --> 00:20:06.920
like rock and stuff, all right, and so not that
447
00:20:07.079 --> 00:20:09.359
much happened, it does say on here on this day.
448
00:20:09.359 --> 00:20:13.240
In nineteen seventy eight, Ozzy Osbourne rejoined Black Sabbath. Two
449
00:20:13.279 --> 00:20:15.079
months before he quit the group like they were fighting.
450
00:20:15.119 --> 00:20:17.160
He quit, and then he joined again, you know, two
451
00:20:17.200 --> 00:20:20.000
months later. Black Sabbath is lucky that Ozzy is kind
452
00:20:20.000 --> 00:20:21.559
of a dope and he keeps coming back to them
453
00:20:21.599 --> 00:20:24.599
because these dabrones would be nobody's without Ozzy Osborne.
454
00:20:24.599 --> 00:20:26.279
It's true, that's all we know from them.
455
00:20:26.359 --> 00:20:27.839
What a big I mean, here's a guy that was
456
00:20:27.960 --> 00:20:29.880
all I mean. The guy was messed up most of
457
00:20:29.960 --> 00:20:31.799
his life on drugs and he still had a better
458
00:20:31.880 --> 00:20:35.119
career than the other Jerbrones in Black Sabbath. Yeah, it's
459
00:20:35.160 --> 00:20:37.799
like he did better without you guys, and he was
460
00:20:37.880 --> 00:20:38.359
on drugs.
461
00:20:39.759 --> 00:20:41.240
I don't know what that says about you, guys, but
462
00:20:41.359 --> 00:20:41.880
it ain't good.
463
00:20:41.960 --> 00:20:44.799
You need either get on drugs or quit. Yeah, that's
464
00:20:44.799 --> 00:20:48.519
why I see you as your manager. All Right, it's
465
00:20:48.599 --> 00:20:51.680
a kid Chris Schell. Happy New Year. I am actually
466
00:20:51.839 --> 00:20:54.480
very excited to be back because I need this. Okay,
467
00:20:54.680 --> 00:20:58.839
it was a very awful, lonely holiday time for me.
468
00:20:59.079 --> 00:21:01.359
For your more warning, mayor. All right, it's a kid
469
00:21:01.440 --> 00:21:04.480
Chris Show EBN five one three seven, four nine one
470
00:21:04.720 --> 00:21:09.480
two seven. It is twenty twenty five. We're in it.
471
00:21:09.559 --> 00:21:13.359
What's up? You're on the air. It's me Zoe Zoey. Yeah,
472
00:21:13.640 --> 00:21:15.640
Happy New Year. How's it going good?
473
00:21:16.079 --> 00:21:16.720
I have a joke.
474
00:21:17.039 --> 00:21:18.920
Oh all right, Zoe with a joke.
475
00:21:19.119 --> 00:21:20.880
What do you call a past that does mess?
476
00:21:22.160 --> 00:21:23.640
What do you call a past past?
477
00:21:24.480 --> 00:21:25.200
A methodist.
478
00:21:28.720 --> 00:21:29.240
Very good.
479
00:21:30.480 --> 00:21:33.279
Who told you that joke? I made it up? Zoe.
480
00:21:33.519 --> 00:21:36.359
You're too young to be a liar. Thanks for calling though, Zoe.
481
00:21:36.440 --> 00:21:38.680
All right, have a good twenty twenty five.
482
00:21:38.960 --> 00:21:40.160
Okay, bye.
483
00:21:41.319 --> 00:21:44.119
Zoe always calls with jokes every once in a while.
484
00:21:44.440 --> 00:21:46.240
I think Zoe follows me on Instagram.
485
00:21:46.359 --> 00:21:50.119
Actually really yeah, well be careful with that, okay. If
486
00:21:50.160 --> 00:21:55.440
you have a responsibility, our phone number is five one
487
00:21:55.519 --> 00:21:59.319
three seven nine two seven, Uh, Sarah. You know, we
488
00:21:59.440 --> 00:22:02.119
get a bunch of stuff that's sent to us as
489
00:22:02.200 --> 00:22:04.039
far as music and all that. Do you know who
490
00:22:04.160 --> 00:22:19.160
this is? Right here? Touchdown on the way.
491
00:22:19.319 --> 00:22:23.960
I'm a cribbon knowing. Thank you go to a bad.
492
00:22:27.000 --> 00:22:34.319
Person? Do you know who that is?
493
00:22:34.519 --> 00:22:36.000
I don't know? Is it said?
494
00:22:43.839 --> 00:22:47.759
Who is that? His name is Noah Wyland. That's Scott
495
00:22:47.960 --> 00:22:52.000
Wiland's son from Stone Temple Pilots. Yeah, how about that?
496
00:22:53.039 --> 00:22:54.440
Is that crazy new music? Huh?
497
00:22:54.559 --> 00:22:57.519
Yeah? It doesn't sound anything like his old man, which
498
00:22:57.559 --> 00:22:59.319
is you know, which is fine? That's good, gets out
499
00:22:59.319 --> 00:23:04.039
of his you know, his dad's shadow. Very top forty Yeah, yeah, hey, collar,
500
00:23:04.079 --> 00:23:05.000
you're on the air. What's up?
501
00:23:07.400 --> 00:23:10.000
So glad you guys are back on a radio. I
502
00:23:10.119 --> 00:23:12.359
had to listen to Blanco song one more time.
503
00:23:12.440 --> 00:23:15.319
I'm going to take God, damn, everybody's got a beef.
504
00:23:18.079 --> 00:23:18.319
Damn.
505
00:23:19.599 --> 00:23:20.759
Well, we're glad he didn't do that.
506
00:23:21.160 --> 00:23:23.480
Yeah. Hey, you know what, I didn't realize I'm putting
507
00:23:23.480 --> 00:23:25.440
this up on social media. I was all over social
508
00:23:25.480 --> 00:23:28.480
media over the holiday. Man. I you know, I usually
509
00:23:28.519 --> 00:23:30.240
ignore it or whatever. I just use it for the
510
00:23:30.279 --> 00:23:32.160
show whatever. But I was all over and over to
511
00:23:32.160 --> 00:23:32.640
the holiday.
512
00:23:32.880 --> 00:23:36.279
You're getting personal with us too, right, know I anyway, So, uh,
513
00:23:36.680 --> 00:23:40.240
but I didn't realize how much people work through the holiday.
514
00:23:40.839 --> 00:23:42.359
Yeah, because they take their time too early.
515
00:23:42.519 --> 00:23:44.960
Yeah yeah, yeah, well but did you work through You
516
00:23:45.039 --> 00:23:48.519
must have worked through the holiday too, right, dude? Yeah,
517
00:23:48.599 --> 00:23:52.960
man truck, Yeah, malt see the real work in people.
518
00:23:53.039 --> 00:23:54.920
So I'm glad that we're back in it because we
519
00:23:54.960 --> 00:23:56.559
could have taken the rest of the week off. I
520
00:23:56.599 --> 00:23:59.119
guess whatever. Like everybody else is now, I'm glad to
521
00:23:59.119 --> 00:24:03.200
get a couple of days. I know, I like being here,
522
00:24:03.359 --> 00:24:07.160
but you know, I usually take the a lot of guys.
523
00:24:07.359 --> 00:24:09.519
What's that thought.
524
00:24:09.519 --> 00:24:11.400
I like listening to you guys make me laugh in
525
00:24:11.440 --> 00:24:11.799
the morning.
526
00:24:11.920 --> 00:24:16.119
Yeah, I don't like listening to the music that much.
527
00:24:16.359 --> 00:24:19.119
I like talk shows. Yeah, guy, I switched the channel
528
00:24:19.160 --> 00:24:21.799
when you guys are ten o'clock when you guys.
529
00:24:21.599 --> 00:24:23.799
Get off, well, I appreciate it.
530
00:24:23.839 --> 00:24:24.440
I appreciate you.
531
00:24:24.640 --> 00:24:27.519
Yeah. Uh you know. But the thing is is that
532
00:24:28.880 --> 00:24:31.799
Jesus Okay, all right, thanks man.
533
00:24:32.440 --> 00:24:36.599
We have a chat with Blocko our next show meeting.
534
00:24:36.799 --> 00:24:37.680
Yeah, you know.
535
00:24:38.039 --> 00:24:40.960
The thing is is uh uh a, what was I
536
00:24:41.039 --> 00:24:42.880
going to say something about Blocko?
537
00:24:43.599 --> 00:24:46.240
I don't care about that, that dude, but uh yeah,
538
00:24:46.279 --> 00:24:48.279
I don't know. I just uh. I usually take the
539
00:24:48.799 --> 00:24:51.240
holidays like I save up a lot of my vacation
540
00:24:51.440 --> 00:24:53.279
for the holidays because you know, I usually go through
541
00:24:53.319 --> 00:24:54.640
a bad time during the holidays.
542
00:24:54.880 --> 00:24:56.079
I feel like a lot of people do.
543
00:24:56.359 --> 00:24:58.680
Yeah, so I like rest and relaxed. And then this
544
00:24:58.839 --> 00:25:00.640
time it was all like I gotta back to work.
545
00:25:01.039 --> 00:25:03.000
This is the horrible. So it's like a no win.
546
00:25:03.160 --> 00:25:03.680
I can't win.
547
00:25:03.839 --> 00:25:06.079
Yeah, as soon as Christmas is over, you give it
548
00:25:06.119 --> 00:25:07.440
a couple of days and you're like, you know what,
549
00:25:07.880 --> 00:25:10.119
I need to get back into it. I'm eating too much,
550
00:25:10.240 --> 00:25:12.680
I'm drinking too much, sleeping too much.
551
00:25:13.000 --> 00:25:14.599
Yeah, everything's horrible.
552
00:25:14.880 --> 00:25:16.799
Yeah, it just starts to get to be overkill.
553
00:25:17.319 --> 00:25:21.799
Our phone number is five three seven nine two seven.
554
00:25:22.039 --> 00:25:24.279
You know I'm saying here We are back here, man.
555
00:25:25.039 --> 00:25:27.440
Yeah, we were just talking about how the White Death
556
00:25:27.920 --> 00:25:28.319
is coming.
557
00:25:28.759 --> 00:25:31.920
Yeah, that's the rumor. Whenever we hear that, I take
558
00:25:31.960 --> 00:25:33.279
it with a grain of salt. First of all, I
559
00:25:33.319 --> 00:25:36.640
don't trust it, and uh uh. Also I don't get
560
00:25:36.680 --> 00:25:37.240
scared with that.
561
00:25:37.880 --> 00:25:40.920
This is the headline on Channel nine O snow tonight
562
00:25:41.200 --> 00:25:42.839
and more coming this weekend.
563
00:25:43.200 --> 00:25:45.640
That's fine, whatever, I don't.
564
00:25:45.960 --> 00:25:48.160
I hate this though, because nobody can drive in it.
565
00:25:48.799 --> 00:25:51.279
It's been like this my entire life. We get like
566
00:25:51.359 --> 00:25:53.839
an inch, yeah, and everybody flips out.
567
00:25:54.799 --> 00:25:56.599
Trust me, nobody flips out over my inch.
568
00:26:00.160 --> 00:26:06.680
Play this song. Good to be back.
569
00:26:08.920 --> 00:26:10.200
It is. I'm very happy.
570
00:26:10.279 --> 00:26:13.079
Actually, I hope you don't have to rescue me tomorrow.
571
00:26:13.920 --> 00:26:15.960
Oh I better not have to, because the last time
572
00:26:16.000 --> 00:26:18.119
I had to rescue you, I got I left work
573
00:26:18.960 --> 00:26:19.960
and drove all the way.
574
00:26:19.839 --> 00:26:22.240
To get you, and you said I have to stay
575
00:26:22.319 --> 00:26:23.279
with my car.
576
00:26:23.720 --> 00:26:27.200
Somebody could steal my little beat up pondu and to
577
00:26:27.240 --> 00:26:30.240
steal your car. Look, I was on the phone with
578
00:26:30.400 --> 00:26:31.920
somebody who lives not.
579
00:26:32.119 --> 00:26:37.720
Here exactly representing stay bars this lady. I had no
580
00:26:37.880 --> 00:26:39.559
idea what the hell Cincinnati.
581
00:26:40.119 --> 00:26:44.240
Yeah, lady rode like camels and stuff to work. She
582
00:26:44.319 --> 00:26:46.279
had no clue what a car was, and she's telling
583
00:26:46.319 --> 00:26:47.039
me to stay with it.
584
00:26:50.519 --> 00:26:57.720
Stay with your camel. I was on them for twenty minutes,
585
00:26:57.759 --> 00:26:59.160
and this is about how it went.
586
00:27:01.039 --> 00:27:09.200
Camel a camel, No, no, I said, not camel.
587
00:27:10.519 --> 00:27:19.200
Camel in Cincinnati, over and over Cincinnati, Shadi what Cincinnati?
588
00:27:21.200 --> 00:27:23.799
Oh, never forget it. It was the first day back
589
00:27:23.880 --> 00:27:24.960
after Thanksgiving.
590
00:27:25.799 --> 00:27:27.319
It's since for me.
591
00:27:27.519 --> 00:27:32.799
Oh, just rough with the flat tire. Yes, good morning, Yes, coller, Hi,
592
00:27:32.960 --> 00:27:33.359
what's up?
593
00:27:34.000 --> 00:27:37.920
Quick? Hey? Jeff? Hold on, I want to yell at you.
594
00:27:38.039 --> 00:27:39.160
You hold on a minute, dude.
595
00:27:39.200 --> 00:27:40.759
He's been blowing up the Twitter.
596
00:27:41.240 --> 00:27:45.000
Okay, and he's been Jeff, yeah, the the show line.
597
00:27:45.160 --> 00:27:48.200
He left like seven thousand voicemails to the where I
598
00:27:48.279 --> 00:27:50.599
had to block him. Go ahead, don't drink and dial.
599
00:27:51.400 --> 00:27:56.160
So Applebee's are friends. At Applebee's, they're making headlines because
600
00:27:56.160 --> 00:27:59.920
of their pricey New Year's Eve ticket at Times Square.
601
00:28:00.599 --> 00:28:02.720
I don't know if you saw this, but I guess
602
00:28:02.799 --> 00:28:05.519
Applebee's has a spot. It's like a prime time location,
603
00:28:05.720 --> 00:28:08.200
prime location, right there in the heart of everything. Yes,
604
00:28:08.240 --> 00:28:09.160
I've been there, you've.
605
00:28:09.000 --> 00:28:11.119
Got really the Apple Bee's at Times Square.
606
00:28:11.160 --> 00:28:13.000
Oh yeah, yeah. I used to go to New York
607
00:28:13.039 --> 00:28:15.000
City a lot. I stopped going there.
608
00:28:15.200 --> 00:28:17.359
Well, I guess if you eat at this Applebee's you've
609
00:28:17.400 --> 00:28:19.960
got a perfect view of the ball drop. Yes, but
610
00:28:20.119 --> 00:28:23.039
to get in it was a pretty pricey ticket for
611
00:28:23.119 --> 00:28:27.400
this all inclusive package, just shy of eight hundred dollars
612
00:28:27.519 --> 00:28:30.039
a person to eat at Applebee's.
613
00:28:30.200 --> 00:28:33.200
Guy, when Daddy used to have game, I used to
614
00:28:33.240 --> 00:28:35.640
go to New York so I just talk to girls
615
00:28:35.640 --> 00:28:37.279
in the street. I don't know why. In New York
616
00:28:37.319 --> 00:28:38.960
it was just so much easier to walk up and
617
00:28:39.039 --> 00:28:39.880
talk to the ladies.
618
00:28:40.480 --> 00:28:44.240
Probably the liquid courage, and you don't do that anymore.
619
00:28:44.400 --> 00:28:46.559
So no, I did it without it there too, I
620
00:28:46.599 --> 00:28:47.519
don't know. I don't know.
621
00:28:47.720 --> 00:28:49.640
Did you ever pick up somebody at the Applebee's?
622
00:28:50.039 --> 00:28:53.680
No, No, not there, but just on the street. I
623
00:28:53.720 --> 00:28:55.720
would just show interest and they would go, we'll come over.
624
00:28:55.880 --> 00:29:00.480
Like this one girl's selest I called her sellly sligh. Yeah,
625
00:29:00.599 --> 00:29:03.680
she walked by Wells looking at street art and she
626
00:29:03.880 --> 00:29:05.359
just walked by and looked at me, and I said,
627
00:29:05.359 --> 00:29:08.000
where are you going? And she goes, why aren't you
628
00:29:08.039 --> 00:29:08.480
coming over.
629
00:29:08.440 --> 00:29:11.799
To talk to me, and I was like, oh, I
630
00:29:11.920 --> 00:29:12.720
have no gameling.
631
00:29:12.960 --> 00:29:15.519
Oh god, I was so man, I feel good.
632
00:29:15.720 --> 00:29:17.599
If I were single, like that would be it.
633
00:29:18.880 --> 00:29:23.240
Well, I'm done with it, same, I'm done with all.
634
00:29:24.039 --> 00:29:24.400
Go ahead.
635
00:29:24.519 --> 00:29:27.480
Well, they say this Applebee's eight hundred dollars ticket thing.
636
00:29:28.039 --> 00:29:30.960
It got you an open bar with top shelf liquors.
637
00:29:31.160 --> 00:29:33.799
Oh god, I missed those days too.
638
00:29:33.920 --> 00:29:35.319
Top shelf or liquors.
639
00:29:36.119 --> 00:29:37.319
I missed top shelf flickers.
640
00:29:41.000 --> 00:29:43.720
They say, they all, thank you.
641
00:29:46.799 --> 00:29:51.240
Sally, go ahead, thank you for that moment. Well, I
642
00:29:51.279 --> 00:29:55.559
guess I did it myself. They had a dessert table there,
643
00:29:55.720 --> 00:29:58.440
which I'm a big fan of their blondie.
644
00:29:58.799 --> 00:29:59.920
Okay, so that's almost w.
645
00:30:00.119 --> 00:30:02.759
So the last week blonde she was.
646
00:30:03.640 --> 00:30:07.880
They also had all you could eat appetizers, which, dude,
647
00:30:07.920 --> 00:30:10.799
I love me some Applebe's appetizers, the bonless wings, the
648
00:30:10.880 --> 00:30:11.599
spinach dip.
649
00:30:11.799 --> 00:30:14.160
I believe there was a Friday's in Times Square too.
650
00:30:14.240 --> 00:30:15.640
Dude, all the Fridays are closing.
651
00:30:15.799 --> 00:30:17.920
Yeah, there was a Friday's there, and I believe there
652
00:30:18.000 --> 00:30:20.200
was a great Soborrows that they had there too. I
653
00:30:20.279 --> 00:30:20.759
think there was.
654
00:30:20.839 --> 00:30:23.000
I can't remember, you know, as many times I've been
655
00:30:23.039 --> 00:30:24.599
to the mall and I've seen a saborrows.
656
00:30:24.640 --> 00:30:28.200
I've actually never had it. Oh man, it doesn't look good.
657
00:30:28.440 --> 00:30:32.279
Oh it's so good. Really, yes, go ahead. I'm sorry,
658
00:30:32.680 --> 00:30:33.480
I'm screwing whatever.
659
00:30:33.480 --> 00:30:34.680
I'm not going to say what it looks like. But
660
00:30:35.319 --> 00:30:37.960
they also had a chef's selection buffet.
661
00:30:38.319 --> 00:30:39.240
This is an Applebee's.
662
00:30:39.400 --> 00:30:42.200
This is that Applebee's in Times Square on New Year's Eve.
663
00:30:42.480 --> 00:30:45.000
The New Year's Eve Times Square thing is kind of
664
00:30:45.079 --> 00:30:47.799
like for them, for all those businesses around there are
665
00:30:47.880 --> 00:30:52.160
kind of like the businesses around down for the fireworks.
666
00:30:52.279 --> 00:30:55.799
That opening day when Taylor Swift comes to tax So
667
00:30:55.880 --> 00:30:58.640
the comments on social media say this is perfect for Taurus.
668
00:30:59.160 --> 00:31:01.559
They say, real New Yorkers don't even go out and
669
00:31:01.680 --> 00:31:02.599
watch the ball drop.
670
00:31:02.720 --> 00:31:03.559
They stay in for it.
671
00:31:03.720 --> 00:31:06.319
Yep, I don't. I didn't watch the ball drop. I
672
00:31:06.359 --> 00:31:08.240
didn't watch anything. I watch a little bit of the
673
00:31:08.319 --> 00:31:10.279
Ryan Seacrest stuff and then I shut it off and
674
00:31:10.319 --> 00:31:12.440
I went over to, uh the one that was taking
675
00:31:12.480 --> 00:31:13.480
place in Nashville.
676
00:31:13.480 --> 00:31:15.599
I think it was, Oh yeah, there were two different ones.
677
00:31:15.640 --> 00:31:17.279
Yeah, And I watch a little bit of post one
678
00:31:17.319 --> 00:31:19.079
loone play in It's a little bar, and then I
679
00:31:19.119 --> 00:31:21.359
went to bed. I was in bed by nine point thirty.
680
00:31:21.839 --> 00:31:24.640
Oh my gosh, see I was out. I was at
681
00:31:24.680 --> 00:31:27.279
a bar. They had it on the TV. We did
682
00:31:27.319 --> 00:31:29.160
a big champagne toast at midnight.
683
00:31:29.519 --> 00:31:31.599
Yep. Did you ever Have you ever been out at
684
00:31:31.640 --> 00:31:34.519
a bar and uh, like before you're married obviously and
685
00:31:34.640 --> 00:31:36.440
just have somebody randomly just start making out with you
686
00:31:36.519 --> 00:31:40.559
at New Year's That's never happened, but that happened to me.
687
00:31:40.640 --> 00:31:41.119
I loved it.
688
00:31:41.319 --> 00:31:43.799
During my New Year's Eve experience, I had to break
689
00:31:43.880 --> 00:31:45.920
up something wild in the bathroom.
690
00:31:46.599 --> 00:31:48.799
Like two girls. Yeah hmm.
691
00:31:49.160 --> 00:31:51.400
I was like, why is this line a little too
692
00:31:51.559 --> 00:31:53.039
long and it's not moving?
693
00:31:53.240 --> 00:31:54.079
And you broke it up?
694
00:31:54.720 --> 00:31:58.319
I had the pee? What a new too much beverage?
695
00:31:58.480 --> 00:32:01.000
Yeah, yeah, I tond.
696
00:32:01.039 --> 00:32:04.240
I was like, can we hurry this up because the
697
00:32:04.400 --> 00:32:07.920
line is super long out here? And then I started
698
00:32:07.960 --> 00:32:10.480
thinking about the people that get to the ball drop
699
00:32:10.559 --> 00:32:13.240
at five o'clock in the morning. Yeah, they line up,
700
00:32:13.400 --> 00:32:15.880
then they rush in and they're basically there for twenty
701
00:32:15.960 --> 00:32:16.519
four hours.
702
00:32:16.640 --> 00:32:18.519
So dumb, and they've got to wear a diaper. Did
703
00:32:18.599 --> 00:32:19.000
you see this?
704
00:32:19.200 --> 00:32:22.240
That's so dumb? It's same what those people at It
705
00:32:22.240 --> 00:32:25.880
looks horrible, I know, but you know you're judging that
706
00:32:26.119 --> 00:32:28.880
but the people that put their tarps down for the fireworks,
707
00:32:28.960 --> 00:32:29.400
that's cool.
708
00:32:29.640 --> 00:32:31.640
Yeah, but at least they can go pee. They have
709
00:32:31.759 --> 00:32:32.880
their stuff waiting for them.
710
00:32:33.240 --> 00:32:36.440
They look at themselves and they smell like it too.
711
00:32:38.920 --> 00:32:40.640
I don't know going out this New Year's I'm like,
712
00:32:41.079 --> 00:32:43.480
next year, I think it's gonna be pajamas at home
713
00:32:43.839 --> 00:32:45.319
with a pizza and my dog.
714
00:32:45.519 --> 00:32:47.279
I was such a loser to time. I was down
715
00:32:47.319 --> 00:32:49.440
at the bar in my town that I grew up.
716
00:32:49.559 --> 00:32:51.799
It was a place called the Tavern. I think it's
717
00:32:51.799 --> 00:32:54.160
called the Tavern of some Chinnango, New York. Yes, And
718
00:32:54.240 --> 00:32:55.880
my friend TJ. And I went down to this bar
719
00:32:56.039 --> 00:32:57.559
and we ran into people that we went to high
720
00:32:57.559 --> 00:32:59.160
school with and stuff, and there's one girl there I
721
00:32:59.200 --> 00:33:01.319
didn't know where from or anything. And then right at
722
00:33:01.319 --> 00:33:03.559
midnight she grabbed my face and started making out with me,
723
00:33:03.680 --> 00:33:05.599
and I was like whoa, and you know, and I
724
00:33:05.640 --> 00:33:06.240
didn't know what to do.
725
00:33:07.519 --> 00:33:08.920
Did you even make out back? Yeah?
726
00:33:09.000 --> 00:33:11.559
Of course. And then like the next following year, I
727
00:33:11.640 --> 00:33:13.400
was like, hey, we should go back, I thinking I'm
728
00:33:13.400 --> 00:33:14.839
going to run into her again. We went back and
729
00:33:14.880 --> 00:33:17.000
I just kind of stood around a little looking for nothing,
730
00:33:17.319 --> 00:33:19.759
and we went back again. The next year, nothing, and
731
00:33:20.039 --> 00:33:22.319
so then it's not as excited it wasn't it was horrible,
732
00:33:22.359 --> 00:33:24.359
And after that I just never really had fun at
733
00:33:24.440 --> 00:33:27.759
New Year's again. You're scarred from that, I know, scarred
734
00:33:27.799 --> 00:33:30.799
from everything. Yeah, I've never had like the stranger New Year's.
735
00:33:31.640 --> 00:33:36.000
I do back in it for twenty twenty five, Sarah,
736
00:33:36.200 --> 00:33:37.279
I'm happy to be here.
737
00:33:37.680 --> 00:33:38.079
Me too.
738
00:33:38.400 --> 00:33:41.039
Yeah. I needed this, so I'm glad to be back.
739
00:33:41.079 --> 00:33:44.000
I can't wait until a least, you know, Monday, Tuesday,
740
00:33:44.079 --> 00:33:45.960
when the kids are going back to school and stuff
741
00:33:46.000 --> 00:33:47.400
and just everything's back to normal.
742
00:33:47.440 --> 00:33:49.279
Okayah, I saw that that a lot of kids aren't
743
00:33:49.279 --> 00:33:52.759
going back Monday, but it's Tuesday for the big day back.
744
00:33:53.039 --> 00:33:54.640
Yeah. I can speak for my kids. They go back
745
00:33:54.640 --> 00:33:57.480
on Tuesday. So I just need back to normal. And
746
00:33:57.519 --> 00:33:59.359
then I you know, I had the surgery on my
747
00:34:01.640 --> 00:34:02.440
gut area here.
748
00:34:02.960 --> 00:34:03.880
How's that going for you?
749
00:34:04.079 --> 00:34:05.839
I mean, I just got to get back where I
750
00:34:05.839 --> 00:34:09.039
can get back into the swimming again. I just I
751
00:34:09.119 --> 00:34:11.480
feel like I'm just sitting and just being around.
752
00:34:11.880 --> 00:34:12.039
Oh.
753
00:34:12.239 --> 00:34:14.400
I feel like all he was doing for two weeks
754
00:34:14.519 --> 00:34:18.400
is just eating Christmas cookies. Yeah, drinking too much alcohol.
755
00:34:18.440 --> 00:34:21.679
I'm doing dried January. Well, I say that until my
756
00:34:21.760 --> 00:34:22.719
birthday on the twenty eighth.
757
00:34:22.840 --> 00:34:25.920
Yeah, true, Yeah, Sara, at least when eight.
758
00:34:26.280 --> 00:34:27.599
That's right. That's what it means.
759
00:34:27.719 --> 00:34:30.119
The only girls celebrate their birthdays. And when you ask
760
00:34:30.159 --> 00:34:30.719
how old are they?
761
00:34:30.760 --> 00:34:36.000
Go, you get lady, Yeah, just wish the happy birthday.
762
00:34:36.039 --> 00:34:37.039
You don't need to ask about the.
763
00:34:37.119 --> 00:34:41.960
Age of age, addresses and pleasents and the venmo.
764
00:34:42.199 --> 00:34:44.599
All you need to know is that I'm not forty
765
00:34:45.679 --> 00:34:47.880
and I'm not close to forty yet.
766
00:34:49.000 --> 00:34:54.519
Oh all right, let's clear this up. The drunk drifter,
767
00:34:55.519 --> 00:35:00.679
Oh Country Jeff is on the phone. He Country Jeff,
768
00:35:01.400 --> 00:35:03.719
who if you think about it, I'm going I'm going
769
00:35:03.800 --> 00:35:06.679
through right now of the people that on this very
770
00:35:06.800 --> 00:35:10.800
radio show that I have lost. Bob thirty three is
771
00:35:10.920 --> 00:35:14.800
no longer with us, Drunk Beth has passed away, is
772
00:35:14.840 --> 00:35:15.679
no longer with us.
773
00:35:15.880 --> 00:35:16.079
Yeah.
774
00:35:16.519 --> 00:35:18.559
Brad the Cripple, who was an intern of mine for
775
00:35:19.079 --> 00:35:21.239
years or years and years ago. Who is a you
776
00:35:21.280 --> 00:35:23.000
know someone on my show passed away?
777
00:35:24.679 --> 00:35:27.559
Country Jeff, though still going strunk over the holiday.
778
00:35:27.559 --> 00:35:31.239
One of my one of my writers in Philadelphia, one
779
00:35:31.239 --> 00:35:34.519
of my writer producers, passed away. He was he was
780
00:35:34.599 --> 00:35:37.800
my age he passed away, and uh. And then someone
781
00:35:37.880 --> 00:35:40.960
like Country Jeff, who is a drunk drifter he's been
782
00:35:41.079 --> 00:35:43.440
hit by cars and all that stuff sleeps in the mulch,
783
00:35:44.360 --> 00:35:44.880
still there.
784
00:35:45.199 --> 00:35:48.239
It's like a vampire is the world's cockroach?
785
00:35:49.239 --> 00:35:52.960
What I said, still live somehow someway.
786
00:35:53.599 --> 00:35:55.440
Well, we're happy that you're still with us.
787
00:35:56.320 --> 00:35:59.880
By the way, Jeff, I don't need to hear Jeff.
788
00:36:01.079 --> 00:36:03.119
I go to my show. I have a show number,
789
00:36:03.159 --> 00:36:05.519
you know where we use it to text and for
790
00:36:05.679 --> 00:36:08.920
business stuff, and it's the after hours line, and Jeff
791
00:36:09.039 --> 00:36:11.960
knows it. And every time I would open it up
792
00:36:12.000 --> 00:36:15.039
every morning to see you, we got voicemails or whatever
793
00:36:15.159 --> 00:36:18.880
or text from listeners and it would say voicemail three minutes,
794
00:36:18.960 --> 00:36:22.199
voicemail three minutes, the three minute cut off. And it
795
00:36:22.360 --> 00:36:25.960
was all Jeff to be like fifteen messages from.
796
00:36:25.920 --> 00:36:27.760
Him, Jeffrey, what were you telling him?
797
00:36:29.440 --> 00:36:29.760
Hello?
798
00:36:32.239 --> 00:36:34.920
No, it was all the whole time we were off, Jeff.
799
00:36:35.320 --> 00:36:40.119
Too many beverage. I had a lot of tweets from
800
00:36:40.199 --> 00:36:43.920
Country Jeff over the holiday break. Every time I'd get
801
00:36:43.960 --> 00:36:47.000
on Twitter, Country Jeff was saying saying something on.
802
00:36:47.079 --> 00:36:50.800
There, Jeff, you're out of your mind. I had to
803
00:36:50.840 --> 00:36:53.480
block that number you're calling from on the voicemail, because
804
00:36:53.480 --> 00:36:55.320
I can't have you. Lighten up the voicemails because I
805
00:36:55.360 --> 00:36:57.320
go through and I don't even listen. I just highlight
806
00:36:57.400 --> 00:37:00.000
them and delete them. And I'm hoping i'll delete people
807
00:37:00.079 --> 00:37:05.400
that leaves important funny stuff. I was, no, you don't know.
808
00:37:05.519 --> 00:37:08.639
You don't What was something important that you told Christopher?
809
00:37:08.800 --> 00:37:10.199
You just told me. You don't even know what you
810
00:37:10.320 --> 00:37:10.960
called it? Say?
811
00:37:12.880 --> 00:37:15.000
Oh yeah, I told him you all happy Christmas.
812
00:37:15.400 --> 00:37:16.280
That's it, that's important.
813
00:37:16.400 --> 00:37:16.880
No, it's not.
814
00:37:17.800 --> 00:37:20.000
It's not Christmas anymore. And there was nothing happy about
815
00:37:20.039 --> 00:37:22.599
it for me. Couldn't either.
816
00:37:22.960 --> 00:37:23.480
Got drink?
817
00:37:24.320 --> 00:37:26.559
Yeah, okay, what your name is?
818
00:37:27.000 --> 00:37:28.519
Say you're back on the alcohol.
819
00:37:28.679 --> 00:37:29.119
Of course.
820
00:37:29.480 --> 00:37:32.960
I thought you were taking a real depressive this week too.
821
00:37:33.400 --> 00:37:34.239
My pet died.
822
00:37:35.239 --> 00:37:35.960
You're what died?
823
00:37:36.400 --> 00:37:37.239
You didn't have a pet?
824
00:37:37.599 --> 00:37:38.039
What was it?
825
00:37:38.280 --> 00:37:38.679
Yeah? I did.
826
00:37:39.159 --> 00:37:40.360
I had a pet, gold fish.
827
00:37:40.400 --> 00:37:41.599
It's name was Goldie hoan.
828
00:37:44.199 --> 00:37:56.920
Jeff, we gotta go. No, it's easier to get him
829
00:37:56.960 --> 00:37:58.760
off the phone when he's live than on the voicemail.
830
00:37:59.840 --> 00:38:01.320
I did you feel bad for the fish?
831
00:38:03.519 --> 00:38:09.960
Yeah? A goldfish can't survive in vodka. Jeff, thanks, Probably,
832
00:38:11.440 --> 00:38:14.760
I just gave my fish some natty light. Can you
833
00:38:14.960 --> 00:38:15.519
imagine a.
834
00:38:15.559 --> 00:38:19.320
Little fish wimming around in booze, just trying to bang
835
00:38:19.360 --> 00:38:20.440
it into the glass.
836
00:38:20.280 --> 00:38:22.000
Jump out of the bowl to run for its life.
837
00:38:25.199 --> 00:38:25.519
It is.
838
00:38:27.000 --> 00:38:30.679
Twenty twenty five and it is Thursday. Yeah, it's our
839
00:38:30.800 --> 00:38:33.280
day back. Glad to be back. I'm very happy to
840
00:38:33.360 --> 00:38:36.000
be here, very happy to take all the phone calls.
841
00:38:36.079 --> 00:38:38.840
Talk to everybody. Okay, you got to be working. We're
842
00:38:38.920 --> 00:38:41.559
all happy to be back to work. Why I am. Okay,
843
00:38:41.559 --> 00:38:42.519
I can speak for myself.
844
00:38:42.719 --> 00:38:45.360
I am too, Christopher, Thank you.
845
00:38:45.480 --> 00:38:47.519
I miss you too, Sarah Lee. I didn't wear your
846
00:38:47.599 --> 00:38:48.280
socks yet though.
847
00:38:48.559 --> 00:38:50.960
Oh the little grinch ones I got you. Yeah, you
848
00:38:51.039 --> 00:38:53.639
were supposed to stay warm and cozy with those things during.
849
00:38:53.480 --> 00:38:55.360
It wasn't that bad while I was in the house
850
00:38:55.440 --> 00:38:55.840
whole time.
851
00:38:56.079 --> 00:38:57.519
Yeah, that was the point of them.
852
00:38:58.199 --> 00:39:04.119
Hey, collar, you're on the air, arnon, little ch Yeah
853
00:39:04.760 --> 00:39:05.599
you're on what.
854
00:39:08.519 --> 00:39:12.480
Huh mes me? Johnny Resid.
855
00:39:14.280 --> 00:39:19.000
From from Texas, Redding from Texas? My friend? Yeah, what's
856
00:39:19.079 --> 00:39:20.000
up man? How you doing?
857
00:39:21.159 --> 00:39:21.559
All right?
858
00:39:21.719 --> 00:39:21.920
Man?
859
00:39:23.280 --> 00:39:26.920
The great state of Texas decided to release me.
860
00:39:27.360 --> 00:39:30.320
Yeah. This is Resin. Resin I've known for for years
861
00:39:30.360 --> 00:39:33.119
and years and years, and he went away for I
862
00:39:33.159 --> 00:39:34.800
don't even know what. Why did you go to prison?
863
00:39:34.920 --> 00:39:36.039
Yeah, and we haven't met yet.
864
00:39:36.719 --> 00:39:39.559
That's Sarah by the way. So what what why did
865
00:39:39.599 --> 00:39:40.280
you go to prison?
866
00:39:41.760 --> 00:39:44.719
Well? Unfortunately I was drinking and driving.
867
00:39:46.280 --> 00:39:49.719
Yikes. Okay, So did you get in a wreck or something.
868
00:39:50.880 --> 00:39:53.079
Yeah. I got in a wreck, man, and then h
869
00:39:54.239 --> 00:39:56.239
seventeen year old kid and did a passion away.
870
00:39:56.800 --> 00:39:57.679
Oh damn.
871
00:39:59.079 --> 00:40:02.440
Yeah. So unfortun they gave me a fifteen year sin
872
00:40:02.519 --> 00:40:05.280
and so I ended up doing almost thirteen on it.
873
00:40:05.719 --> 00:40:06.000
Wow.
874
00:40:06.559 --> 00:40:08.719
So I'm sure you're never drinking again, right.
875
00:40:10.239 --> 00:40:11.480
I'm not never driving again.
876
00:40:11.760 --> 00:40:14.920
Oh so you lost your license forever? Yeah?
877
00:40:15.039 --> 00:40:16.679
Well, I mean I don't know it's forever. I gotta
878
00:40:16.679 --> 00:40:19.719
go check again. Now I'm getting situated right now because
879
00:40:19.719 --> 00:40:21.239
I've only been relieved for like three weeks.
880
00:40:21.800 --> 00:40:23.440
Oh how are you getting around?
881
00:40:23.599 --> 00:40:23.639
Like?
882
00:40:23.639 --> 00:40:24.239
Who's driving?
883
00:40:24.320 --> 00:40:24.360
You?
884
00:40:24.360 --> 00:40:25.599
Are you just ubering everywhere?
885
00:40:27.199 --> 00:40:28.440
And my family as well?
886
00:40:28.800 --> 00:40:30.800
Yeah, man, I didn't know that that happened.
887
00:40:31.760 --> 00:40:35.039
Yeah yeah, yeah, so fortunately that's what happened. And but
888
00:40:35.159 --> 00:40:37.360
I got just got relieved, man. So I'm just trying
889
00:40:37.400 --> 00:40:40.360
to get, you know, back situated, like I said. But
890
00:40:41.000 --> 00:40:42.519
everything's working out all right, man.
891
00:40:42.800 --> 00:40:45.920
Hey, I'll tell you what. Resident To be honest, it
892
00:40:46.000 --> 00:40:48.159
sounds like your voice is cleared up because when you
893
00:40:48.239 --> 00:40:50.360
used to call me before. This is man, I haven't
894
00:40:50.400 --> 00:40:54.880
talked to this guy in fifteen plus years. It was
895
00:40:54.920 --> 00:40:57.199
hard to understand you. Now it's a little bit better.
896
00:40:58.079 --> 00:41:01.960
All right, man, that's good to hear though. Maybe hey,
897
00:41:02.440 --> 00:41:07.039
maybe you know they say prison it rejuvenates you.
898
00:41:07.480 --> 00:41:10.679
Yeah, now is it hard to get I mean, obviously
899
00:41:10.800 --> 00:41:13.480
you didn't when you got when you had that accident.
900
00:41:13.559 --> 00:41:16.320
It wasn't your uh uh, it wasn't your decision to
901
00:41:16.400 --> 00:41:18.039
go out and have that tragedy happen.
902
00:41:18.440 --> 00:41:18.559
Uh.
903
00:41:18.719 --> 00:41:20.679
Did it take a while to get to uh, to
904
00:41:20.760 --> 00:41:22.480
get over that? I mean, it was this something you
905
00:41:22.519 --> 00:41:23.199
still think about.
906
00:41:24.480 --> 00:41:26.320
Well, I mean it's always gonna be on my mind,
907
00:41:26.360 --> 00:41:27.800
you know what I mean, because of the fact that
908
00:41:27.840 --> 00:41:31.920
I think the more uh the more downside toy was
909
00:41:32.000 --> 00:41:33.519
the fact that he was a young kid. You know,
910
00:41:33.599 --> 00:41:36.239
I still had his life, so yeah, you know, and
911
00:41:36.360 --> 00:41:39.800
I lived mine, you know, and unfortunately it was just
912
00:41:41.360 --> 00:41:45.960
a situation that happened. And but yeah, you know, it's
913
00:41:46.159 --> 00:41:48.519
always going to be on my mind, Chris, Yeah, boy.
914
00:41:50.000 --> 00:41:52.199
You know what's funny is over the holiday there was
915
00:41:52.280 --> 00:41:54.119
some you know, I put up some stuff online and
916
00:41:54.280 --> 00:41:58.039
I uh about you know the stuff that's that's my problem,
917
00:41:58.199 --> 00:42:00.760
I guess, but also it's something I I It helps me.
918
00:42:01.480 --> 00:42:03.360
I put up stuff that I that I was going
919
00:42:03.400 --> 00:42:05.119
through over the holidays, and I do it every year,
920
00:42:05.239 --> 00:42:07.119
and then this year, man, I got blown up by
921
00:42:07.159 --> 00:42:12.760
people like people that would message me privately that everybody
922
00:42:12.800 --> 00:42:14.679
would know that are going through things that you know.
923
00:42:14.760 --> 00:42:16.519
I'm not going to put out their names and stuff
924
00:42:16.519 --> 00:42:18.719
because it was private stuff. But also some people that
925
00:42:18.840 --> 00:42:21.000
commented on my a few of my posts that were
926
00:42:21.079 --> 00:42:24.559
like known people like on my Instagram, do you know
927
00:42:24.679 --> 00:42:29.320
that group Bowling for Soup the Familiar They had a
928
00:42:29.400 --> 00:42:32.039
couple of songs like the I think the late nineties
929
00:42:32.039 --> 00:42:34.840
early two thousands. The singer for Bowling from Soup like
930
00:42:35.199 --> 00:42:37.159
Bowling for Soup messaged me.
931
00:42:37.440 --> 00:42:40.519
Well, letting you know that you're not alone in mental health.
932
00:42:42.119 --> 00:42:44.280
I'm like, what does that guy message you before? And
933
00:42:44.400 --> 00:42:48.119
then but reading some of the people's stories that you know,
934
00:42:48.559 --> 00:42:50.840
and I was like, why am I a bitch? But
935
00:42:50.960 --> 00:42:53.199
you know what I mean? But it didn't and didn't
936
00:42:53.239 --> 00:42:55.079
I didn't know that you went to jail for for
937
00:42:55.360 --> 00:42:57.480
prison for what happened to you. You're lucky you got
938
00:42:57.480 --> 00:42:58.480
out this early, dude.
939
00:42:58.639 --> 00:42:59.800
Yeah, thirteen years.
940
00:43:01.039 --> 00:43:05.079
Yeah, so unfortunately, but like I said, they decided to
941
00:43:05.639 --> 00:43:08.679
finally release me. So the good thing is, man, my
942
00:43:08.800 --> 00:43:11.760
freedoms here. Man, and I'm just trying to get stable.
943
00:43:11.840 --> 00:43:16.400
You know, I'm going to be fifty five and on
944
00:43:16.519 --> 00:43:17.440
the eighth of this month.
945
00:43:17.760 --> 00:43:20.440
Okay, So you've still got a lot of life to live.
946
00:43:20.639 --> 00:43:23.960
Yeah, well you're very lucky, Red.
947
00:43:25.199 --> 00:43:27.000
Yeah, I know, man. It's so good to hear from
948
00:43:27.039 --> 00:43:29.239
you too, buddy. And I know that I've been reading
949
00:43:29.280 --> 00:43:31.440
all your stuff too. Man. But just hang in there, man,
950
00:43:32.159 --> 00:43:35.719
you know, if I could, if I could make it
951
00:43:35.800 --> 00:43:37.920
in there, man. Fortunately, you know, you know you can
952
00:43:38.000 --> 00:43:38.559
make it out here.
953
00:43:38.679 --> 00:43:40.760
So yeah, I don't go to Texas anymore. I don't.
954
00:43:40.760 --> 00:43:41.760
I don't do anything anymore.
955
00:43:41.840 --> 00:43:42.119
Resident.
956
00:43:42.119 --> 00:43:45.960
I just kind of stay put. Yeah, I stay home.
957
00:43:48.119 --> 00:43:50.199
Yeah, I saw man as you're that family man, and
958
00:43:50.400 --> 00:43:51.639
you have a very beautiful daughter.
959
00:43:51.719 --> 00:43:54.360
Brother. Thank you all right, yeah, thank you very much.
960
00:43:55.719 --> 00:43:57.119
All right, care yourself man.
961
00:43:57.039 --> 00:43:58.480
All right, brother, see a resident?
962
00:43:58.519 --> 00:44:01.760
All right, you can check in what I all right, yes, sir,
963
00:44:01.960 --> 00:44:02.920
will thank you brother.
964
00:44:05.039 --> 00:44:08.760
Yeah, that's right to deal with. Yeah, you're hearing that
965
00:44:08.880 --> 00:44:11.000
for the first the same as me. I didn't know
966
00:44:11.079 --> 00:44:15.920
he went to prison for that. Uh, call her, you're
967
00:44:15.920 --> 00:44:16.280
on the air.
968
00:44:16.320 --> 00:44:20.079
Hello, Hello, this is Ricky Tingle.
969
00:44:21.280 --> 00:44:25.199
Okay, hold on one second. Okay, good, hold hold on
970
00:44:25.280 --> 00:44:28.360
one second. Hey, Sarah, do you know Ricky Tingle?
971
00:44:28.599 --> 00:44:28.719
Now?
972
00:44:28.960 --> 00:44:31.079
Okay, let's see what she wants. She's saying it like
973
00:44:31.159 --> 00:44:31.760
we know her.
974
00:44:32.119 --> 00:44:36.719
Yeah, woman, I am a handsome little man.
975
00:44:38.199 --> 00:44:39.239
I'm a handsome man.
976
00:44:42.119 --> 00:44:44.000
I just had a little question for y'all.
977
00:44:44.119 --> 00:44:47.719
All right, Yes, it's.
978
00:44:47.559 --> 00:44:48.400
A little bit weird.
979
00:44:48.599 --> 00:44:49.480
It's a little bit weird.
980
00:44:49.559 --> 00:44:52.920
Bear with me something I like to ask.
981
00:44:54.800 --> 00:44:56.320
Okay, hurry up.
982
00:44:58.599 --> 00:45:01.519
What's the last time lill do do in your draft?
983
00:45:01.519 --> 00:45:01.679
There?
984
00:45:02.320 --> 00:45:02.960
As an adult?
985
00:45:03.280 --> 00:45:06.519
Okay, all right, it is a kid. Chrish. Can we
986
00:45:06.599 --> 00:45:07.559
go back on vacation? Now?
987
00:45:09.920 --> 00:45:10.639
Good to be back.
