This documentary explores the profound, emotional, and spiritual universe of Shahriar Tabrizi, one of the most influential voices of modern Persian poetry. It illustrates Shahriar’s passages from earthly longing and heartbreak to transcendent love, ethical reflection, and mystical awakening. These poems—rooted in human suffering, nostalgia, and reverence—reveal how Persian mystical literature bridges personal loss with spiritual wisdom. Shahriar’s verses, whether mourning his mother in “Ey Vaay Maadaram,” yearning for childhood in “Khaan Nana,” remembering home in “Haydar-Baaba,” or contemplating divine perfections and proximity in “Ali, Ey Humaa‑yi Rahmat,” speak powerfully to today’s struggles with identity, grief, belonging, and the quest for meaning. His poetry invites us to reflect on love as a transformative force, guiding us from the fragility of human attachment to the vastness of spiritual insight.
