House Anthems presents singer, songwriter and vocal producer, TANYA TANYA who joins us in an exclusive conversation ahead of her release of ‘Our Love’ on Sam Divine’s 555 label. A collaboration with multi-charting artist, Rue Jay, the bass-driven Summer anthem has already received a strong response from BBC and House music icon, Crystal Waters.
TANYA TANYA shares her journey from a classical music background, learning piano and clarinet, to the art of songwriting from an early age. She discusses her ’90s R&B and Hip Hop influences before discovering House music, the importance of chemistry between producers and vocalists, and how the two should complement each other in the studio.
She also opens up about releasing on 555, working with Sam Divine on the release of ‘Our Love’, her creative processes, collaborations and what’s ahead over the next 12 months.
