Retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke, former head of the Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program, joins Tony on the Matthew Farwell trial. Sandra Birchmore's texts say Farwell asked her for a key on January 23rd, 2021, and looked through her apartment. Eight days later she told her therapist she was worried something would happen to her there. Prosecutors call that visit planning; the defense says Sandra died by suicide after Farwell ended things. On October 23rd, the defense showed jurors a 2020 KMS message and the warning on the antidepressant Sandra had just started. Her therapist testified that in five years Sandra never expressed a suicidal thought, and that the State Police never contacted her after Sandra died. We dig into Sandra's fear, the defense's version of her, and the final question about her late mother.
