00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:01.919
This is Graceful Truth Unscripted.
00:00:02.000 --> 00:00:06.320
I'm Dana, your host, your guide, and sometimes your loudest opinion.
00:00:06.480 --> 00:00:14.160
Here we share real stories from real people about adoption, foster care, parenting, true crime, and everything in between.
00:00:14.320 --> 00:00:17.920
No scripts, no filters, just the truth.
00:00:19.920 --> 00:00:27.440
Before we begin, please note that this episode is part of an investigative series based on publicly available records and documented information.
00:00:27.679 --> 00:00:31.199
Any discussion of charges or allegations does not imply guilt.
00:00:31.359 --> 00:00:34.640
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise.
00:00:34.880 --> 00:00:39.520
This content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
00:00:39.759 --> 00:00:49.520
Certain names, details, or identifying information may be limited or omitted to protect privacy and comply with ethical reporting standards.
00:00:49.840 --> 00:00:54.719
For many investigations, the story ends once the arrest is made.
00:00:55.039 --> 00:01:01.039
Case files closed, charges are filed, and life here in Citrus moves on.
00:01:01.280 --> 00:01:04.959
But sometimes the past does not stay in the past.
00:01:05.280 --> 00:01:11.840
Years after the original investigation into Terra Salute, new questions began to surface in Citrus County.
00:01:12.079 --> 00:01:22.719
Residents discovered that the same woman at the center of a 2012 criminal case had become involved in a private educational setting serving local students.
00:01:22.959 --> 00:01:38.879
The program reportedly operated as a homeschool-style learning environment and accepted families using the Florida's Step Up for Student Scholarship Program, a statewide voucher system that provides public education funding to families for private or alternative schooling options.
00:01:39.120 --> 00:01:44.000
For many parents in Citrus County, that discovery raised immediate concerns.
00:01:44.159 --> 00:01:50.799
Questions began circulating online across social media and within local community groups.
00:01:51.040 --> 00:01:59.599
Some residents wondered how somebody connected to a past case involving a minor could be working in an environment that involves students.
00:01:59.840 --> 00:02:10.319
Others debated the legal realities, pointing out that private educational programs operate under a different regulatory framework than public schools.
00:02:10.560 --> 00:02:16.639
What followed was a wave of public discussion, criticism, and intense scrutiny throughout the community.
00:02:16.800 --> 00:02:23.280
And for many people in Citrus County, the situation reopened questions that had never fully gone away.
00:02:23.680 --> 00:02:35.439
In this next segment, we will take a closer look at how the discovery of this learning program sparked community outcry and why the situation became such a heated topic across Citrus County.
00:02:35.759 --> 00:02:37.120
Alright, guys.
00:02:37.520 --> 00:02:40.560
I am trying to get comfortable here in this seat.
00:02:45.680 --> 00:02:47.759
So that was previously here.
00:02:47.919 --> 00:02:53.199
It was this is why I don't do scripted stuff.
00:02:53.520 --> 00:02:59.840
Because I just, number one, I can't read very well under pressure.
00:03:00.080 --> 00:03:04.080
Tonight, apparently, I can't talk and form my sentences.
00:03:04.800 --> 00:03:06.240
But this is me.
00:03:06.400 --> 00:03:07.919
This is what you get, right?
00:03:08.159 --> 00:03:14.159
Um, so I did uh I got the scripted part out of the way.
00:03:14.639 --> 00:03:22.159
Uh, but that is because of the discussion that we are continuing and the fact that I will be doing more investigative series.
00:03:22.319 --> 00:03:30.159
So I just want to ensure everybody understands that a lot of this stuff, unless otherwise stated, is my opinion.
00:03:30.319 --> 00:03:33.840
Um, it's for entertainment and informational purposes only.
00:03:34.319 --> 00:03:37.280
And um we're just gonna leave that at that.
00:03:37.360 --> 00:03:38.719
There's the disclaimer.
00:03:38.960 --> 00:03:50.960
I just also want to note we are talking about some disturbing information, and I just want to get that uh warning out there.
00:03:51.120 --> 00:03:55.199
If you if this may trigger you, I advise you do not listen to this episode.
00:03:55.280 --> 00:03:56.159
I apologize.
00:03:56.319 --> 00:04:03.919
Um, I would love for you to, but I do not want to cause anybody any other mental health um issues that they may be trying to overcome.
00:04:04.080 --> 00:04:05.680
All right, let's get into this.
00:04:06.000 --> 00:04:08.159
Um, there's quite a bit.
00:04:08.240 --> 00:04:18.879
Uh I want to kind of update you on kind of what happened um after I shared the first episode, okay?
00:04:19.439 --> 00:04:26.160
Because I want to try and explain how this case affected me.
00:04:26.399 --> 00:04:38.319
So to begin with, I never read the evidence from start to finish because I was getting piece information throughout this entire investigation, right?
00:04:38.560 --> 00:05:03.279
Um, so from the time that my friend posted that Facebook post uh until I started um reaching out for to other people for information, then I never really put it in order and really truly read all of the evidence that was presented to me.
00:05:03.439 --> 00:05:22.319
I would look at what was sent to me for the bits and pieces of the base information that I needed to move to the next thing or know to where I needed to go to pull public records or pull um or ask certain questions of companies, etc.
00:05:22.800 --> 00:05:35.920
So with that, when I sat down to do this podcast, the first part one, which is out anywhere you find podcasts and on our YouTube, so feel free to go check that out.
00:05:37.040 --> 00:05:44.800
That I had not known every single detail that I shared on that podcast.
00:05:45.120 --> 00:05:47.199
Now, I had done it twice.
00:05:47.279 --> 00:05:56.639
If you remember, I told you that I had already recorded it and then it didn't use it or didn't save it, and I had to re-record it.
00:05:56.959 --> 00:06:29.680
So I kind of want to tell you guys where I was in the headspace of that second interview and then what happened after uh the podcast because my mental health took a toll, and I don't have it, I do have a history of um abuse in my children, but not this type of history per se, and that's something that I'll be sharing on you know upcoming podcasts and stuff like that.
00:06:30.079 --> 00:06:54.079
However, it made me feel not only angry, but sickened by what I was reading and super emotional, it really took a toll on my mental health, and it took three or four days for me to come out of that hole.
00:06:54.240 --> 00:07:05.680
Now, the only thing I can compare that to, uh, I had was actually talking to my mom, uh, who I talk to every day, and I was explaining this to her.
00:07:05.920 --> 00:07:19.759
I said, you know, when I recorded that podcast, at that point, like when I was leading up to it, I didn't realize the effect it would have on my emotional and mental well-being, right?
00:07:21.120 --> 00:07:23.199
I didn't know what it would do.
00:07:24.160 --> 00:07:41.120
All I could compare it to was I felt the way that I felt when I read my children's sleep studies, not sleep studies, my children's uh uh home studies is what they were called.
00:07:41.360 --> 00:07:44.639
You had a parent, a parental home study, and a child's home study.
00:07:44.720 --> 00:07:54.319
So basically, all of the information about the child that you were taking into your home, it felt it made me feel that same exact way.
00:07:56.639 --> 00:08:04.319
And I know that I've said this on the podcast where I've shared my son's story.
00:08:04.639 --> 00:08:09.120
I'm not quite sure if I've shared my daughter's story yet from the beginning.
00:08:09.439 --> 00:08:15.040
I don't think I've gone through her case plan yet uh on the podcast.
00:08:15.199 --> 00:08:27.680
But anyway, it it made me every time I have to read their home studies, I get super emotional, I get angry, I have questions as to why did this happen, why did that happen?
00:08:27.839 --> 00:08:37.039
Why did this person not do their side of do their job essentially, you know, and it always raises more questions.
00:08:37.120 --> 00:08:38.480
And that's how I was feeling.
00:08:38.559 --> 00:08:42.879
It's the only way I could explain it to my mom how it was making me feel.
00:08:43.120 --> 00:08:49.919
And I had to go through this twice within three hours uh on that first episode.
00:08:50.480 --> 00:08:59.840
So I I want you guys to understand that I know that this topic of conversation is very hard.
00:09:00.559 --> 00:09:20.480
Uh, and if if you've been, if it is a trigger for you, I completely understand my the reason for me doing this podcast episode, and I said this I believe in the last episode, is I just want people to know who their children that investigates.
00:09:20.559 --> 00:09:30.960
I guess you could who are they, what do they represent, what do they believe, what has been presented publicly, right?
00:09:31.120 --> 00:09:37.279
Like now, you can't 100% ever know somebody in the flesh, right?
00:09:37.919 --> 00:09:48.080
No amount of background checks, no amount of researching or any of that is going to tell you who is in front of your child.
00:09:48.159 --> 00:09:53.759
And we've had many of those instances where we've had not good people around our children.
00:09:54.399 --> 00:10:06.000
One of the many reasons I was beginning homeschooling last year is because I can't trust other people to raise my children.
00:10:06.240 --> 00:10:13.120
Now, some people can't homeschool, some people can't take this stuff on.
00:10:13.279 --> 00:10:34.879
And as a homeschool parent, there are some subjects that if I find an opportunity for my children to be able to go to a different educator, a tutor, a private school, a homeschool helping, whatever, I would then send my children to that, right?
00:10:35.039 --> 00:10:47.360
Like I would jump on the opportunity, and I actually looked in to this school to help supplement our home education.
00:10:47.679 --> 00:10:57.360
It turned out that before I found out, and I told you all how I found out, before I found that out, it just didn't fit in our lifestyle.
00:10:57.600 --> 00:11:15.279
So I want people to know the history of the school and why I believe that Miss Salute should not be around any child ever.
00:11:15.840 --> 00:11:16.159
Okay.
00:11:16.720 --> 00:11:19.360
So we're kind of gonna get into the nitty-gritty of that.
00:11:19.440 --> 00:11:24.480
I'm trying to get comfortable uh because I haven't quite 100% set this up.
00:11:24.639 --> 00:11:28.240
Because again, remember before that this is a brand new video for me.
00:11:28.480 --> 00:11:32.720
So if I go away from the mic for a little bit, you'll know why.
00:11:32.799 --> 00:11:44.480
So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna try and answer a lot of the questions that were brought up and then give my opinion um on some items as well.
00:11:44.799 --> 00:11:49.600
Maybe you don't think like me, that's quite that's fine.
00:11:49.840 --> 00:11:51.919
Um, and I don't even think.
00:11:53.120 --> 00:12:02.960
See, this is what happens when we're unscripted because I'm not even that iPad is now useless to me because I didn't sign into my social media on that.
00:12:03.200 --> 00:12:08.480
Uh so we're gonna try and go off the cuff with this, which we do a lot.
00:12:10.320 --> 00:12:43.279
All right, so now that I got through how this affected me, this case uh I'm I'm struggling quite a bit with this case because by all accounts the investigation uh into the allegations and the outcome of the criminal activity that uh she was charged with along with the punishment and all of that was within the law.
00:12:44.000 --> 00:12:44.879
It really was.
00:12:45.039 --> 00:13:11.120
There's nothing that I found that uh speaking of what she was charged with to the uh sentencing, and she carried out her probation like any other standard person that is put on probation, and it's the law in this case is a major problem.
00:13:12.159 --> 00:13:22.399
Now, again, I said the law and her consequence, all that seemed to be there was nothing fishy there.
00:13:22.639 --> 00:13:26.000
She didn't get I can't say I don't want to say that.
00:13:26.320 --> 00:13:31.279
Um she was charged with the charge that she was charged with.
00:13:32.480 --> 00:13:42.399
She did the probation a little bit more than most people do before they ask for them to be early released from probation.
00:13:42.960 --> 00:13:58.559
So by all accounts of that matter, she did the time for the crime that she was charged with, and that the DA's office was able to approve uh approve it within this plea deal, right?
00:14:00.559 --> 00:14:37.679
What I have an issue with, the the number one issue that I have with this case, there's really two big ones, but the number one issue I have with this entire situation, let me say, is that somebody who was charged with a crime involving minor children decided to not only open a private school, but prior to opening her private school, she had a tutoring business.
00:14:38.000 --> 00:15:11.200
So she never stepped away from education, she went right back into education to be around children, and by all accounts that I can see that part of her probation I'll main issue I have is that the fact that she chose a career to continue after all that happened and after she did her time, she still chose a career where she's going to be around minor children.
00:15:12.399 --> 00:15:42.320
The second issue that I have majorly with this case is the fact that in all of those documents and the investigation, all of the questions the detectives asked, all of the people that she they talked to numerous times, Tara stated that it wasn't the first time she has ever been accused of something like this.
00:15:43.039 --> 00:15:44.159
Red flag.
00:15:46.960 --> 00:16:10.320
Also, multiple drinking parties where sometimes she would provide the alcohol as well as marijuana allegedly to underage children, including her own child.
00:16:10.879 --> 00:16:20.960
And again, that is in the paperwork that that that's in the reports.
00:16:22.320 --> 00:16:33.279
So me as a mother, if this had been my child who was victimized and groomed, that's that's what happened.
00:16:33.360 --> 00:17:03.600
These children were groomed by her, and she was constantly putting herself into these situations, knowing she has a problem with processing alcohol that had been shown numerous times with the multiple DUI uh tickets and all of that stuff.
00:17:03.919 --> 00:17:11.039
That is documented well throughout the court records.
00:17:11.920 --> 00:17:19.119
Uh, one of the court records, she uh there it was an accident that had happened.
00:17:19.440 --> 00:17:42.400
I didn't look any further into it, just you know, what was there, and that was uh she did also receive a reprimand to from the schools uh from the Florida Department of Education to where she was unable to drive uh any student in any vehicle ever from that point on when she was disciplined.
00:17:42.720 --> 00:17:51.680
And from other witnesses and other people that have reached out to me, she was known to drink.
00:17:52.000 --> 00:18:04.079
However, she also was very well known to state that she blacks out and doesn't remember anything.
00:18:04.400 --> 00:18:06.160
So, two sides to this.
00:18:06.319 --> 00:18:15.039
Number one, it sounds like a great excuse to try and use for the behavior that you know is wrong, but yet you continuously do it.
00:18:15.279 --> 00:18:20.400
And number two, it's true she does black out after drinking too much.
00:18:20.799 --> 00:18:37.359
However, if you know that you're prone to blacking out and not remembering anything, why would you put yourself in a situation that she put herself into?
00:18:39.839 --> 00:18:41.039
That's question I have.
00:18:41.119 --> 00:18:42.640
I can't answer that question.
00:18:42.880 --> 00:18:47.200
It's just a common sense question that I struggle with.
00:18:48.160 --> 00:18:54.960
You know, number one, if you know, let me say that, because I don't know.
00:18:55.039 --> 00:19:00.400
I've not talked to her, I'm sure she would not comment, didn't even reach out for her to try and comment.
00:19:00.720 --> 00:19:17.279
But if she knew that she blacks out while she drinks, why are you putting yourself in situations driving people home where you've been already arrested multiple times for DUI?
00:19:18.559 --> 00:19:25.680
Why would you put yourself with a whole bunch of minors on top of that?
00:19:27.759 --> 00:19:32.079
And if I remember correctly, I'm trying to remember the exact dates.
00:19:32.240 --> 00:19:41.920
I believe the reprimand from the Florida Department of Education came before this incident happened that she was arrested for with a minor.
00:19:42.079 --> 00:19:45.279
I could be wrong on the dates, I'm not 100% sure on that.
00:19:45.440 --> 00:19:48.079
Um, again, I'm going off memory with that.
00:19:48.319 --> 00:19:56.160
But as an adult, at some point, you have to take responsibility for your actions.
00:19:56.640 --> 00:20:01.680
We can't keep blaming, and by we, I mean anybody.
00:20:02.559 --> 00:20:06.240
Anybody an addiction is terrible.
00:20:06.480 --> 00:20:07.599
I've dealt with it.
00:20:08.079 --> 00:20:13.519
Both my children were born addicted to drugs, and they still have addiction tendencies because of that.
00:20:14.799 --> 00:20:26.960
I've known addicts of all sorts, and I have lost people to addictions, okay?
00:20:27.920 --> 00:20:53.920
I've also been really close, basically sisterly, to somebody who had an addiction, who broke the law, and blamed her dissociation disorder or dissociative disorder on the reason why they did what they did.
00:20:54.559 --> 00:20:57.119
So I know all the sides.
00:20:57.440 --> 00:21:04.319
I know that you can be so far into things you really don't know what you're doing.
00:21:04.640 --> 00:21:05.839
That's a problem.
00:21:12.319 --> 00:21:24.000
I also get extremely frustrated when somebody can admit cannot admit that they have a problem, recognize it, and deal with it.
00:21:24.240 --> 00:21:26.240
So let's do a for instance.
00:21:26.400 --> 00:21:38.640
For instance, if I was an alcoholic and I knew that one drink, well, I do know, I can tell you right now, I'm not number one, I'm not an alcoholic.
00:21:38.720 --> 00:21:39.759
I barely drink alcohol.
00:21:39.839 --> 00:21:41.440
I do drink alcohol occasionally.
00:21:41.599 --> 00:21:43.200
I'm not gonna say that I don't.
00:21:43.359 --> 00:21:46.079
I do drink alcohol occasionally.
00:21:46.559 --> 00:21:51.680
I know my limit though, because one thing I will not do is vomit.
00:21:52.880 --> 00:21:58.160
Number two, I remember everything when I it just I I remember everything.
00:21:58.640 --> 00:22:03.920
Uh But I know my limits on drinking.
00:22:04.240 --> 00:22:26.720
So let's say that I was an alcoholic who blacks out, I would make sure that I would be somewhere where it wouldn't matter what happens, that I would black out, and that somebody was there that could ensure not only my safety, but the safety of others.
00:22:26.880 --> 00:22:49.440
Because if, for instance, if I was a violent drunk, if I drank and I liked to hit and smash and whatever, I would make sure that somebody was there to make sure, number one, that I got home safe, if I wasn't at home, and number two, that nothing like that would happen.
00:22:50.160 --> 00:22:50.480
Right?
00:22:50.880 --> 00:22:54.160
So a good instance for this is my son.
00:22:54.640 --> 00:23:11.279
My son, when he was little, would have blackout episodes, just he would blackout uh due to his history and his trauma, and he wouldn't know, he would not know what he was doing during that blackout.
00:23:11.519 --> 00:23:21.359
Now, we had somebody at school that could tell when he was in this mental state of mind.
00:23:22.880 --> 00:23:50.960
The teachers also had a plan, I mean, a legit, typed out plan that they knew as soon as they saw this thing happen, that they needed to call this person who knows that um what's about, you know, that knows how to handle him and knows how to remove him and where he needs to go and all this stuff.
00:23:51.440 --> 00:23:54.000
So this would happen.
00:23:54.319 --> 00:24:12.000
This trusted person would get called, he would be removed from the situation, given a half hour to an hour, depending on what time, whatever time he needed to have that individual outdoor time until he came back to now.
00:24:12.079 --> 00:24:14.240
When I say blacked out, he didn't pass out.
00:24:14.319 --> 00:24:21.519
You can literally see his entire face and his eyes just change, which that's a whole nother podcast.
00:24:21.839 --> 00:24:25.599
But we had stuff in place for that.
00:24:26.559 --> 00:24:32.799
So where are these people in her life?
00:24:33.119 --> 00:24:44.480
Friends, family, husband, why did and her, she's an adult, she's an adult at the time.
00:24:44.640 --> 00:24:47.279
She was 42, I believe.
00:24:48.079 --> 00:24:49.200
You are an adult.
00:24:49.359 --> 00:25:11.680
At some point, you have to know your limits, and you have to know that while you're around minor children with drinking on top of that, knowing that you either have these issues, either an alcohol problem and or you black out, why would you even put yourself in that situation?
00:25:14.079 --> 00:25:16.160
That that's that's my question with that.
00:25:17.119 --> 00:25:20.559
Why did she put herself in that situation?
00:25:22.400 --> 00:25:24.559
I can't answer that, right?
00:25:26.240 --> 00:25:28.160
So those are my two main issues.
00:25:28.400 --> 00:25:32.480
I know that was like a whole roundabout thing, but those are my two main issues.
00:25:33.279 --> 00:25:49.200
Number one, why did the investigation not continue down the hole of she's done this before, uh providing alcohol to underage minors, all of this stuff.
00:25:49.599 --> 00:25:51.279
Why was that not pursued?
00:25:51.359 --> 00:25:56.960
I have a guess, but uh that's a question I have, and that's a question I can't answer.
00:25:57.119 --> 00:25:59.279
Only the detectives can answer that.
00:26:00.559 --> 00:26:02.160
I can't answer that.
00:26:02.400 --> 00:26:34.480
And I'm not saying that they didn't do their job, it may be as simple as because this happened over a span of days, multiple witnesses, multiple people, yes, even though she said some of this stuff, it was still not pertaining to the investigation that they had on hand, and there's probably not enough evidence to continue to go out, meaning there weren't enough people that wanted to speak up and provide proof that she did provide alcohol to these minors.
00:26:34.960 --> 00:26:44.559
You know, that there's a whole bunch of stuff that I hope I answered last podcast that could be the reason that this never moved forward.
00:26:44.720 --> 00:26:49.759
But that is a question that I still have that is unanswered and that I don't like.
00:26:49.920 --> 00:26:51.920
I don't like about the case this case.
00:26:52.000 --> 00:26:54.960
It it stinks to me.
00:26:56.400 --> 00:27:03.440
All right, so on to this second part of the issues that I have.
00:27:03.599 --> 00:27:08.400
Number one was the fact that there was a bunch of omissions, right?
00:27:08.640 --> 00:27:40.720
Number two is what did well I have issues with the whole investigative process and not anything that the cops necessarily did, minus not going after all of those other details that were within the reports of those public records, but did the probation office follow their rules?
00:27:40.960 --> 00:27:47.599
As we know, there are some probation officers that do follow their job to a T.
00:27:48.000 --> 00:27:49.440
There are some that don't.
00:27:50.000 --> 00:28:12.079
I have I know personally, due to my children's cases, a probation officer did not go out and obtain something that was reported to them to violate said person.
00:28:12.480 --> 00:28:20.799
So we don't know what who we don't know who her probation officer was.
00:28:21.200 --> 00:28:28.559
We don't know if there were any instances involved from the official report.
00:28:29.039 --> 00:28:31.279
She followed probation to a T.
00:28:31.599 --> 00:28:33.279
She was never violated.
00:28:33.920 --> 00:28:39.839
So again, is it because she just didn't get caught?
00:28:40.559 --> 00:28:46.240
Is it that she was reported and the probation officer just never followed up?
00:28:46.400 --> 00:28:48.559
Again, unanswered questions.
00:28:48.799 --> 00:28:58.079
So now let's move on uh to the to the to the side that everybody is frustrated with.
00:28:58.319 --> 00:29:08.720
The fact that she was able to open a private school, receive private funding, and kind of fly under the radar for so long.
00:29:11.519 --> 00:29:17.759
Now, I'm gonna walk you through the steps of how this happened.
00:29:18.160 --> 00:29:22.240
Everything was legal up to a certain point.
00:29:23.039 --> 00:29:32.720
So to file, to open any business, anybody can go, whether you're a criminal or not a criminal, whether you've been charged, not charged, arrested, it doesn't matter.
00:29:32.960 --> 00:29:34.960
The state of Florida does not care.
00:29:35.200 --> 00:29:37.759
If you are a business, you can open a business.
00:29:37.920 --> 00:29:48.240
You literally just need the name of your business, the what you're doing, and you can open a business.
00:29:48.480 --> 00:29:50.000
You need to name a president.
00:29:50.160 --> 00:29:58.960
Sometimes all you need is a president, but you need to name a president, you can name a vice president, it does a secretary, treasurer, doesn't matter.
00:29:59.279 --> 00:30:09.920
To open a business in Florida, all you need is a business name, the address uh for your business regist the registered business, a phone number.
00:30:10.240 --> 00:30:12.960
I don't think actually, I don't think you need a phone number.
00:30:14.079 --> 00:30:17.759
I'm trying to go off everything that I had to provide.
00:30:17.920 --> 00:30:20.720
Uh, but you do need an address, a business address.
00:30:20.960 --> 00:30:38.000
You need at least one person named in your business, the president, CEO, and the money to apply for the business because there are fees when you file for a business.
00:30:38.880 --> 00:30:41.519
The that's all you need to open a business.
00:30:41.599 --> 00:30:47.200
You can go to sunbusiness.org and open yourself a business with very little information.
00:30:47.279 --> 00:30:49.440
They do not require background checks.
00:30:49.759 --> 00:30:56.400
So they don't care what you're doing, what your business is called.
00:30:56.559 --> 00:31:00.720
They're gonna check, they're gonna, you know, get that money.
00:31:01.279 --> 00:31:12.880
Um, two, it's a little more involved to be qualified as a 501c3, which is what uh she is.
00:31:13.039 --> 00:31:17.119
She she did apply for her 501c3 status.
00:31:17.359 --> 00:31:19.119
It does take a couple of months.
00:31:19.279 --> 00:31:27.359
You have to meet certain criteria, such as you have to have programs for whatever purpose you are applying for the 501.
00:31:27.440 --> 00:31:47.200
So for instance, I've uh I had a nonprofit that uh what we helped foster families, uh, children, foster children, and the foster families that took them in, andor adopted families that took their children in with expenses.
00:31:47.680 --> 00:31:58.640
So we, in order for us to apply for the 501c3 status, we uh had to provide them.
00:31:58.960 --> 00:32:00.319
You have this whole application.
00:32:00.480 --> 00:32:04.720
Basically, you fill out what your organization's going to do.
00:32:05.440 --> 00:32:14.319
And you have to have more than one program that caters to that specific category that you're applying for.
00:32:14.559 --> 00:32:32.079
So for instance, education, you have to have a program for children uh from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade to be able to be considered a private school, home education, any anything with education, basically.
00:32:32.319 --> 00:32:39.759
You do not have to submit teaching certificates, you do not have to submit background checks, you don't have to do any of that.
00:32:39.920 --> 00:32:47.039
Basically, you're telling them this is what I'm doing, like this is our business, and this is what we do.
00:32:47.200 --> 00:32:59.119
So essentially, everything that's on her website, she most likely provided as her programs, who who they are going to serve, what kind of classes they're gonna do, that type of thing.
00:32:59.440 --> 00:33:02.480
We don't get to see what the application states.
00:33:03.440 --> 00:33:17.920
We we only get to see the bylaws, which basically uh they state the rules, it's basically the policies and procedures of that 501c3.
00:33:19.359 --> 00:33:31.359
And the thing that is uh filed with the state for the five for the business is a uh articles of incorporation, and it lists the president, vice president.
00:33:31.440 --> 00:33:36.720
You have to have a board to be a nonprofit or for-profit organization.
00:33:36.880 --> 00:33:41.599
Typically, you have to have bylaws and you have to have meetings, stuff like that.
00:33:41.680 --> 00:33:51.839
Like there's a whole thing that is into it, but none of the requirements require you to have background check or anything of that nature.
00:33:52.160 --> 00:33:57.839
So all of those were legally and properly filed for.
00:34:29.280 --> 00:34:36.000
Multiple people emailed in wondering how she was able to get funding with a criminal history.
00:34:36.800 --> 00:34:53.599
So uh per Step Up's response, her funding was revoked due to fraud to fraudulent activity and due to not providing all of the required documentation.
00:34:53.840 --> 00:35:10.159
Now, I cannot speak for how it was approved that she was approved for the funding because she was approved for the funding, stepped up, step up, revoked it because what you typically have to do is you do have to provide teaching certificates of one employee.
00:35:10.239 --> 00:35:24.480
It doesn't have to be, like I said, private a lot of private schools do not have certified teachers, they're not required, but you do have to provide certification of at least one person.
00:35:25.199 --> 00:35:44.480
So she provided somebody's teaching certificate that is still active, and she, however, she did not provide something that's required of the Florida Department of Education.
00:35:44.559 --> 00:35:56.639
There was some type of report that needed to be provided that is from the Florida Department of Education, and it was not, but somehow she was still able to be approved for it.
00:35:56.800 --> 00:35:58.239
Again, not sure how.
00:35:58.400 --> 00:36:00.239
I don't have the ins and outs of that.
00:36:00.400 --> 00:36:46.639
However, StepUp has revoked her funding, and there are um there are there are procedures that do require you to submit a teaching certificate, and I believe a background would have been provided if she did the Florida Department of Education part correctly, but I'm not a hundred percent sure because I have asked everybody if they've ever submitted a background check when they apply for step-up funding, and I'm talking about other private schools that have had that have applied to them uh to receive this funding, and none of them have had to submit a background check.
00:36:46.880 --> 00:37:18.800
So I assume that whatever that piece of the Florida Department of Education portion was automatically kind of like grandfathers them into where they don't have to provide a background check because if you're active with the Florida Department of Education, then they it they already have your background check to clear because every private school that you go to does require level two background checks.
00:37:19.039 --> 00:37:31.920
In fact, um anything that involves a minor you teaching minors or anything like that does require level two background checks, okay?
00:37:32.559 --> 00:37:51.199
Um even if something didn't require a background check, if you are bringing your child to somebody, you should demand to see background checks or ask them, do you require level two background checks?
00:37:52.480 --> 00:38:07.199
If you bring your sub your child anywhere that does not require a level two background check and you leave them with these people, I that's on at that point, it's on you.
00:38:07.519 --> 00:38:31.360
You should know that we go in to bring our children to a public school, to a private school, under the I don't want to say guys, but under the assumption that every person that is on that ground has passed a level two background check.
00:38:31.679 --> 00:38:48.880
Because the Citrus Insider did his investigation stating that Tara would not be allowed on school property or to go attend a field trip because she cannot pass a level two background check at all.
00:38:49.519 --> 00:38:51.920
So she wouldn't be allowed on public grounds.
00:38:52.159 --> 00:38:56.239
Now, private schools are a little bit different, they're all individual.
00:38:56.480 --> 00:39:05.039
Uh, I do know that when I went on field trips, they didn't require a background check on me uh to attend a field trip.
00:39:05.199 --> 00:39:08.480
They just required my ID and all that stuff.
00:39:09.039 --> 00:39:23.039
However, I also coach, of which I it did require a level two background check for me to pass to be able to coach, which is again that's standard.
00:39:23.199 --> 00:39:26.400
That's that's something that I expected.
00:39:26.480 --> 00:39:39.760
It was not out of the norm uh for them to ask me because I would be literally coaching children, minors, most of the time by myself, which uh the majority of the time I was coaching by myself.
00:39:39.920 --> 00:39:49.039
However, there, you know, there's athletic directors and other people around, but a lot of time coaches are individually with their students.
00:39:49.440 --> 00:39:54.000
Again, she wouldn't be able to pass that at all.
00:39:55.119 --> 00:39:56.719
That's just the facts.
00:39:57.199 --> 00:40:00.800
Uh, so that's kind of how that happens.
00:40:00.960 --> 00:40:05.360
She she can open any business that she wants, doesn't require a background check.
00:40:05.519 --> 00:40:08.079
501c3s do not require a background check.
00:40:08.239 --> 00:40:12.639
Step up issued her the funds.
00:40:13.440 --> 00:40:19.199
We don't know the specifics regarding that, why they were able to issue the funds.
00:40:19.679 --> 00:40:28.800
The the alleg the the reports were made to Step Up and asking them how you can fund somebody who's been arrested for this crime.
00:40:29.440 --> 00:40:37.360
And one other thing I'll say about Step Up is you don't apply as a person.
00:40:37.760 --> 00:40:45.039
So if I open a private school, we apply as the business.
00:40:45.280 --> 00:40:56.239
So if it's Sunshine Schools or something, whatever, whatever name it is, that is who's applying with their EIN.
00:40:56.400 --> 00:41:01.440
It has nothing to do with personal stuff until you provide a teaching certificate.
00:41:01.599 --> 00:41:14.400
So she provided a teacher certificate, which I I'm hoping was one of her employees, but nevertheless, it was an active teaching certificate.
00:41:14.800 --> 00:41:17.760
So that is how she ended up getting the funding.
00:41:18.079 --> 00:41:22.639
However, it was revoked, so she no longer has that funding.
00:41:22.880 --> 00:41:32.159
Now, let's that that's kind of how I hope that answered how she was able to do that because none of this stuff required a background check.
00:41:32.400 --> 00:41:41.360
And even Step Up technically doesn't require it, but I I believe it falls under that Florida Department of Education portion that she was missing.
00:41:42.320 --> 00:41:51.280
But also, if you have a Florida teaching certificate that's active, you would have already been, you would have already passed a background check.
00:41:51.360 --> 00:42:00.719
So she essentially, whoever's teaching certificate she used, it was automatically tied into the background check.
00:42:00.800 --> 00:42:02.719
So I hope that makes sense.
00:42:03.360 --> 00:42:06.079
She can still be a director of the school.
00:42:07.119 --> 00:42:18.559
Now there are some other questions that I still have unanswered, and that is because I couldn't find anybody.
00:42:18.719 --> 00:42:30.159
So if if you are a private school owner, because public schools, we know they fall under the state regulations, and this typically would not happen.
00:42:30.480 --> 00:42:46.800
But as a private school, I was trying to find out what part of their school requires the level two background checks because you're not required to have a teaching certificate.
00:42:47.360 --> 00:43:08.239
And one of the answers I got was the Department of Health, because the Department of Health comes in and they check the medical records, the physicals, the building itself to make sure that it's healthy, you know, if if there's no water and there's no power, you have to go pick up your kids, all that thing.
00:43:08.320 --> 00:43:10.480
That all falls under the Department of Health.
00:43:10.639 --> 00:43:22.480
So if you are a private school owner or know somebody that owns a private school and can help me answer those questions, that would be fantastic because I never got to the bottom of that.
00:43:23.199 --> 00:43:33.119
A couple other things that I wanted to share about this entire case is that I still have people reaching out to me.
00:43:33.760 --> 00:43:35.199
And that's great.
00:43:35.360 --> 00:43:44.480
I still want you to because there's probably going to be another part where I update if something else happens and andor I get more answers to all of our questions.
00:43:45.199 --> 00:43:59.519
But I did reach out to Eagle Buick and I asked if they were aware that they were sponsoring an event, uh, which is the golf tournament.
00:44:00.239 --> 00:44:09.920
That uh she has been advertising with their logo, clearly, and that they've she's tagged them and everything if they were aware of this.
00:44:10.159 --> 00:44:31.920
Now, what I will say is I did not get a direct contact that there's actually not a direct email that could be provided to me for the CEO and the person that is responsible for sponsorships from Eagle Buick.
00:44:32.159 --> 00:44:37.440
Neither one of those two people had an email address anywhere on the website.
00:44:37.760 --> 00:45:09.039
So the email address that was provided on the website for any questions was directed to a marketing company based out of Clearwater, and the responses from that is that they were unaware of any sponsorship regarding this golf tournament for Crystal River Learning Academy, and they had no relations with this specific golf tournament.
00:45:09.280 --> 00:45:22.159
So I replied and I said, Okay, then are you aware that she is utilizing your name on a flyer as well as social media to promote her golf tournament?
00:45:23.199 --> 00:45:30.800
And I kind of got a very snippy response that they they're not even using the correct name.
00:45:31.119 --> 00:45:36.320
And again, they are not associated with this golf tournament.
00:45:37.039 --> 00:45:39.519
That is the answer I received from Eagle Buick.
00:45:39.760 --> 00:45:55.599
Again, it's not directly from the person who is said to be over sponsorships, and it's not from the Eagle Buick that is sponsor like the Eagle Buick's location and CEO.
00:45:55.760 --> 00:46:04.719
I know who the CEO is, I know who this other person is because they've actually sponsored some of uh past events that I've been a part of.
00:46:05.039 --> 00:46:14.719
So that was that I reached out to Black Diamond, who is hosting this golf tournament and who is being used on the flyers, etc.
00:46:14.960 --> 00:46:28.000
The theory, and I don't want to say the theory because I know for a fact that they're probably listening to this podcast, but I have a theory about this golf tournament per se, and I want to see if it pans out.
00:46:28.159 --> 00:46:40.400
Uh, I have told other people what my theory is regarding this golf tournament, and I'm just gonna keep that close to the vest for right now, just for reasons unknown.
00:46:41.039 --> 00:47:06.159
I also want to share that I have requested uh the public records from the prosecution's office, and I received an email back that in order for them to release any documents, they have to have the victim's consent to do so, and they were going to mail that out.
00:47:06.239 --> 00:47:18.719
I know that the consent is not going to be granted, so I am not holding my breath that we will get any documents from the prosecution's office to answer any, maybe even if it could answer any questions.
00:47:18.960 --> 00:47:27.360
On top of that, it is there is a charge based on per page for the work of the people to pull the records, which is standard.
00:47:27.440 --> 00:47:32.480
There's typically a charge anytime you want to pull records uh for anything.
00:47:34.159 --> 00:47:39.199
So there's that no answer, no comment from them.
00:47:39.760 --> 00:47:48.159
I have not directly talked to any of the detectives in this case, so that's why those questions are unanswered.
00:47:48.400 --> 00:48:01.760
I'm also not reaching out to them because, again, I feel like they did their job, and there's probably a lot of stuff that they can't share as to why they never move forward with anything.
00:48:02.000 --> 00:48:22.400
But what I can say is based on my talk and history dealing with a bunch of different things, a lot of the times minors do not make great witnesses because, number one, they don't want to get anybody in trouble, they don't want to talk about it anymore.
00:48:22.559 --> 00:48:27.360
Like I said in the last podcast, there could be many reasons why somebody doesn't want to talk.
00:48:27.599 --> 00:48:32.400
And I have a feeling that that's why this case took the turn that it did.
00:48:32.800 --> 00:49:12.719
Another thing I want to state is that unfortunately, and I I kind of hinted to this on the last podcast, but unfortunately, any employee of this school is also a victim in my eyes, because I would bet every dollar I have from the numerous conversations I've had with many people since this case broke, that they had no idea andor were fed a store, a different story, andor told that, well, I was not found guilty by a jury.
00:49:12.800 --> 00:49:15.760
No, because you took a plea deal and you pled no contest.
00:49:17.599 --> 00:49:19.280
Let's not get technical here.
00:49:19.360 --> 00:49:25.599
You admitted to it more than one time in all of those interviews, and I read all those interviews to you.
00:49:25.679 --> 00:49:28.639
That is public record, and you admitted to it.
00:49:28.880 --> 00:49:47.119
So again, we don't know the reason why or the re or what anybody was told that currently works there, and for anybody to be attacking those specific individuals, that's dirty.
00:49:48.079 --> 00:49:57.840
And I'm not saying this to be mean, but to me, they are as much as a victim as anybody that's taken their child to them and just didn't know.
00:49:58.079 --> 00:50:10.960
We don't know what goes on in those private conversations, but we also don't need to be attacking these people at all because they are not the ones that did this.
00:50:11.039 --> 00:50:16.960
They simply went for a job interview, like the fit, and decided to work for the school.
00:50:17.280 --> 00:50:22.079
Now, if they stay there after all this comes out, that's that's on them.
00:50:22.800 --> 00:50:30.320
They everything is now presented, so whatever happens next, it's from here on forward.
00:50:31.920 --> 00:50:35.280
Uh you're again, you're making that decision.
00:50:35.760 --> 00:50:44.639
Now, from everything that I have seen, there is no anything about getting this school shut down.
00:50:45.519 --> 00:50:53.760
Uh, again, I don't know what legally anybody can do to come in there.
00:50:53.920 --> 00:51:04.239
I know that there are audits and stuff like that, but again, I don't know specifically still how a private school works and how it gets in with the background checks and all this stuff.
00:51:04.400 --> 00:51:06.480
So if anybody knows that, please let me know.
00:51:06.639 --> 00:51:08.239
That is still an unanswered question.
00:51:08.320 --> 00:51:13.920
I have the state, as far as I'm aware right now, cannot go in and shut down the school.
00:51:14.000 --> 00:51:22.639
And I don't know why that can't happen simply because I don't have that piece of the puzzle together.
00:51:22.719 --> 00:51:27.440
And in all this time I've been researching, that puzz that piece still hasn't fit.
00:51:27.840 --> 00:51:33.280
Now, one way we can shut down the school is to not send our kids there.
00:51:34.239 --> 00:51:36.719
And yes, that's going to hurt the staff there.
00:51:36.960 --> 00:51:43.920
However, I wouldn't send my worst enemy who is an adult to go there for school.
00:51:44.079 --> 00:51:45.840
We're talking about children.
00:51:46.400 --> 00:52:26.639
Let me paint a picture if I can, as to the majority of scholarship owners have a unique ability, meaning they are a special needs child, they have a learning disability, they have a physical disability, they have something that qualifies them for the UA scholarship that they're already a vulnerable student, and and that's who a lot of the scholarship funds come from, and that's who a lot of uh students that are in private school go from.
00:52:26.960 --> 00:52:32.639
Some of these children they uh qualify for the scholarship for various different reasons.
00:52:32.719 --> 00:52:58.960
There's multiple different scholarships you can qualify for, but we are talking about vulnerable children who already had an issue in public school and are looking for alternative schooling to their parents are trying to help them learn the best way that they can, whether it's homeschool, private school, uh Christian school, which is also considered private schools, they're just Christian-based.
00:52:59.199 --> 00:53:19.519
Um and I just if you're still sending your child to this school or you plan to enroll your child in this school, and I would love to know why you've chose chosen to do that.
00:53:19.760 --> 00:53:31.840
Because as long as this, as long as Tara is the director and owner of this school, she will still be on school grounds.
00:53:34.639 --> 00:53:40.480
Whether she steps down from her position, she's still going to be around children.
00:53:40.639 --> 00:53:43.360
She's been around children tutoring them.
00:53:43.840 --> 00:54:08.800
But now that this has come out, I if if you are a parent that still utilizes her services after finding what has been revealed out, I would love for you to tell to tell me why, because I cannot wrap my head around anybody who would send their child to this school around this person.
00:54:10.719 --> 00:54:13.039
And people can say it was a one-time thing.
00:54:13.360 --> 00:54:14.880
It doesn't matter.
00:54:15.599 --> 00:54:17.519
It does not matter.
00:54:25.119 --> 00:54:37.360
This was just a one-time thing that was able to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to where they could get a plea deal out of this and serve for time and kind of wipe it under the rug.
00:54:40.159 --> 00:54:45.199
So I I welcome all conversations.
00:54:45.840 --> 00:54:52.079
I am not a parent or a person that do does not listen to other people when they talk.
00:55:03.119 --> 00:55:13.440
However, I would love to know why you still choose to send your child knowing this about them.
00:55:13.599 --> 00:55:14.559
And maybe you don't know.
00:55:14.719 --> 00:55:27.760
Maybe, maybe you're just finding out about all this and you're kind of stuck in that schooling situation because of the contract that you signed and you're not dealing technically with Tara directly.
00:55:28.559 --> 00:55:33.519
But I'm telling you right now that that that adult is on school grounds.
00:55:33.760 --> 00:55:39.519
And there's one of two ways that I would handle that as a parent if my child was locked into a contract.
00:55:41.039 --> 00:55:47.840
Number one, I would be sitting in school with my child every single day attached at the head.
00:55:48.880 --> 00:55:50.719
Number two, I'd pull them out.
00:55:51.119 --> 00:55:52.239
No matter what.
00:55:55.440 --> 00:55:57.840
I want to make sure my kids stay safe.
00:55:59.599 --> 00:56:03.119
And this is not the person I would want my child to be around.
00:56:04.719 --> 00:56:12.239
So that is all I'm going to share for now, because that's pretty much all I have.
00:56:12.400 --> 00:56:14.880
I don't believe I left anything out.
00:56:15.039 --> 00:56:26.239
But again, I don't have notes, I don't have much of anything because this this this part of it was the community that still has questions.
00:56:26.719 --> 00:56:30.719
There are still a lot of unanswered questions that we may never know.
00:56:31.599 --> 00:56:36.079
Uh, there's some questions that somebody out there may be able to answer.
00:56:36.159 --> 00:56:44.079
Uh, and again, you do not have to, you can tell me you don't want me sharing your side of it.
00:56:45.119 --> 00:56:58.400
I know that I had stated that she was my safety patrol teacher back then, and there just there was something off in how she treated the girls that were on safety patrol versus the boys.
00:56:59.920 --> 00:57:02.639
And that's just my opinion.
00:57:02.800 --> 00:57:08.559
That's my that's that's my um recollection back then.
00:57:08.639 --> 00:57:10.480
I always knew that there was something off.
00:57:10.559 --> 00:57:12.960
I just couldn't quite put my finger on it.
00:57:13.199 --> 00:57:16.719
But now things are starting to all kind of make sense.
00:57:17.039 --> 00:57:21.199
But in order to share anything along those lines, it's just speculation.
00:57:21.360 --> 00:57:24.719
And same with some of the people that have reached out to me.
00:57:25.360 --> 00:57:40.400
Uh, I as promised to me, I don't number one want to cause any hate on some people because some of the stuff that was shared, they could probably figure out who it was and then go after them.
00:57:40.639 --> 00:57:56.880
Now, I don't know Tara personally, I don't know if that would happen, but I'm not going to put anybody who was brave enough to speak out about this uh in any type of harm's way of retaliation for even talking about anything.
00:57:57.119 --> 00:58:08.559
So there are some things that I do know that kind of make sense in certain ways, and some things that I'm still trying to investigate and get proof on.
00:58:09.199 --> 00:58:12.159
But until that happens, I'm not willing to share that.
00:58:12.320 --> 00:58:17.039
I'm not willing to put anybody else in jeopardy uh for any type of attack.
00:58:17.360 --> 00:58:22.000
And again, if you have information, feel free to reach out.
00:58:22.159 --> 00:58:29.039
Uh, if you're messaging my personal Facebook, uh those are going to spam for some reason.
00:58:29.119 --> 00:58:31.360
I just found a whole bunch of messages.
00:58:32.559 --> 00:58:35.679
I feel so bad about it because I never checked that part.
00:58:35.760 --> 00:58:40.320
Because usually it'll tell me you have a message request, but they've just been sending stuff to spam.
00:58:40.800 --> 00:58:44.559
So please reach out to the page, Graceful Truth Unscripted.
00:58:44.639 --> 00:58:50.480
That's easier because it doesn't get as filtered as like if you're reaching out on my personal page.
00:58:50.719 --> 00:59:07.760
Of course, you can email me at any time, but I would really, really love to talk to somebody in the private school realm to kind of figure out how that entire thing goes because private schools are not as regulated as public schools.
00:59:07.920 --> 00:59:13.840
Um, but I would like to know where certain aspects kind of fit in there.
00:59:16.159 --> 00:59:21.840
And that's, I mean, that's all I'm going to say.
00:59:21.920 --> 00:59:29.440
I don't want to say that's all I have to say because I have a lot more that I could say, but that is all I am willing to share for right now.
00:59:30.159 --> 00:59:37.119
And of course, I'm going to keep everybody updated on any new developments or anything like that.
00:59:37.280 --> 00:59:57.360
I will come back again with another podcast, a part three to this, but it's not going to be it, it's gonna be kind of a wrapping up and kind of what's happening, like an update essentially as to what's happening to the school because it's been fairly quiet since the step-up letter was issued.
00:59:57.679 --> 01:00:02.960
Uh, there hasn't really been much newsworthy stuff on that.
01:00:03.039 --> 01:00:06.239
And a lot of people have seemed to move on, but I'm gonna stay on it.
01:00:06.400 --> 01:00:08.400
I'm gonna continue to investigate.
01:00:08.559 --> 01:00:11.440
I do know there are some unanswered questions still.
01:00:11.599 --> 01:00:12.800
Hopefully, I can get those.
01:00:12.880 --> 01:00:20.719
And if I do, they'll be on that uh third install of this investigative series, and I'm gonna keep on it.
01:00:20.880 --> 01:00:30.639
I'm not gonna let up until I there's a way that we find to protect our children because at the end of the day, that's that's what we want.
01:00:31.119 --> 01:00:40.800
Uh, so with that said, I'm gonna end the podcast here shortly, but I did want to mention uh all of the documents are going to be released.
01:00:40.960 --> 01:00:44.000
I'm still working on saving a lot of them.
01:00:44.159 --> 01:00:51.440
A lot of them I have to scan in, some of them I have to black out uh victims' names because they were missed and stuff like that.
01:00:51.679 --> 01:00:59.840
So it's not just an easy scan and upload type thing on a lot of this stuff because I do not want these victims harassed.
01:00:59.920 --> 01:01:05.119
I did they're a victim in the story uh that happened a few years ago.
01:01:05.199 --> 01:01:08.400
Uh it's been what like 12 years since 2012.
01:01:08.719 --> 01:01:11.280
So there a lot of them are adults now.
01:01:11.360 --> 01:01:20.880
I think all of them are adults now, but that still doesn't give anybody the right to go and go after any of these victims.
01:01:21.119 --> 01:01:35.519
So once all that's done, it will be uploaded into the Patreon along with a bunch of screenshots and stuff pulled from the website, and basically all the information that I was able to pull to put these uh podcasts together.
01:01:35.840 --> 01:01:51.760
Again, if you have any tips, any information, anything for me to look into, any person to reach out to, maybe to get some more information or uh kind of help put a lot of our questions at ease.
01:01:51.840 --> 01:01:57.119
Or if you have another question that maybe I can answer, uh please let me know.
01:01:57.199 --> 01:02:00.800
I I will uh be taking care of that.
01:02:00.960 --> 01:02:02.719
Uh mainly through the Patreon.
01:02:02.800 --> 01:02:05.199
That's kind of where it's$5 a month.
01:02:05.280 --> 01:02:28.960
It just helps me with the uploading of basically doing what I'm doing, obtaining records, uploading, you know, the the uh the what's it called with the services to get the podcast out there and to upload uh to YouTube and all that stuff.
01:02:29.039 --> 01:02:30.239
That that's what it covers.
01:02:30.320 --> 01:02:32.239
It's not putting any money in my pocket.
01:02:32.320 --> 01:02:33.440
I do this for free.
01:02:33.519 --> 01:02:35.760
I I talk for free.
01:02:35.920 --> 01:02:43.679
Um, but that does just help a little bit with some of the expenses incurred in trying to get all this information out to the public.
01:02:43.920 --> 01:02:50.880
So with that said, I'm going to end this part two of the investigative series.
01:02:51.039 --> 01:02:57.920
The third part, uh, it if you just follow us on socials, we'll let you know when that third part's gonna come out.
01:02:58.079 --> 01:03:05.280
I don't know when it's gonna come out because I have to get answers to questions, otherwise, I don't really have much more that I can share.
01:03:05.599 --> 01:03:21.679
Uh but legality-wise, it is a legal business, and there's nothing that unfortunately any of us can do unless we want to start really fighting and getting laws changed.
01:03:23.280 --> 01:03:30.320
I I mean that there's it we're kind of we're kind of sitting here with our hands tied.
01:03:30.800 --> 01:03:33.920
Um so thank you guys for listening.
01:03:34.079 --> 01:03:41.599
I hope you guys have a great evening and week, and I will see you on the next episode.
01:03:42.960 --> 01:03:46.000
Thanks for hanging out with me on Graceful Truth Unscripted.
01:03:46.079 --> 01:03:51.280
I appreciate you taking the time to hear real people, real stories, and yes, a few of my opinions.
01:03:51.440 --> 01:03:53.039
If you loved it, tell a friend.
01:03:53.199 --> 01:03:55.119
If you didn't, well, stick around.
01:03:55.280 --> 01:03:56.480
I might grow on you.
01:03:56.559 --> 01:03:58.400
Spread the sunshine wherever you go.
01:03:58.639 --> 01:03:59.280
See ya.
