Born in Jamaica, Reggae has transcended borders to become a global force for unity and social change. From Bob Marley's messages of peace to modern reggae fusion, this genre unites people in a shared love for music and a collective call for justice, making it a potent vehicle for global harmony. A perfect way to set the tone to our conversation!
My guest is Joe Cardillo, coach, trainer and speaker. In our chat, we dive deep into ways to cope with the current unrest that's been gripping the globe. Our thoughtful and holistic approach to these issues give you perspectives and a way to make a positive impact immediately. Let's stand together! But that's not all – Joe will share his insights on what managers should be doing to create a more harmonious and inclusive environment for their employees. After all, a collaborative workplace is key to fostering and boosting productivity and team work.
It's not about changing the world overnight; it's about collectively taking small steps towards a better, more peaceful future. By staying informed, supporting those in need, fostering understanding, taking care of ourselves, and advocating for change, we can all make a difference in coping with the violence and injustice caused by wars. Together, with the sounds of music, a great conduit for unity, we can be a force for positive change and healing in our world. 💪🌍✌️
