👩🦰 Who am I? I'm Clare, a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. Clare Llewellyn-Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach (BA Hons) MBACP Acc. DHP. Please note, I am not a neuroscientist or a medical professional.
