The sabbatical is over! A big thank you to each and every one of you who allowed me time to heal physically and emotionally during a hectic time in my life. I named this episode, l'Italia rende tutto migliore, which means, Italy makes everything better...and it certainly healed me at soul level.

It's good to be back! I am feeling the creative energy and it feels wonderful. Today we are chatting about how I learned to manage my triggers properly which is allowing me to finally actually BE present in my life instead of a spectator. Glorious!
