Welcome back to Fictional Analysis!
I am your host, Kajal. Today, I am giving a famous mafia romance series a second chance, but unfortunately, it left me incredibly disappointed.
I am reviewing Luca Vitiello, the male POV counterpart to Bound by Honor by Cora Reilly.
In today's episode:Luca is the brutal, dangerous heir to the Famiglia, and Aria is terrified going into their arranged marriage. While I appreciated that Luca gave her time and did not force himself on her, this story introduced a massive red flag that completely ruined the book for me.
Tune in to hear my rant about the dreaded cheating trope, my frustrations with unresolved plotlines and weak villains, and why I had to give this incredibly popular book a harsh 1 out of 5 stars!
