Georgia: Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Far from Average. I am your host, Georgia. Just sat down to record this episode right now, and it has started pouring it down. Like it is raining so heavy, and the wind is absolutely pelleting off the windows. So I apologize if you can hear that, but hopefully you can't with my mic plugged in. Anyway, I'm so excited to be sat down recording this episode today. I feel like there's gonna be so many juicy points in here that I have been able to take from the last few years of things that have truly allowed me to move my life forward and actually change who I am as a person. And a lot of these things people don't talk enough about, which I find so crazy because they end up being the biggest things that allow you to create change and actually step outside of average or fully transform your life the way that you want to. And that is the 10 things that I believe that keep people stuck in average. 10 things that you might be doing in your life that you don't realize could be costing you the life that you really want to have. and for me, like the whole idea around why I created this podcast and why I speak so much about not wanting to live an average life is because it genuinely is one of my biggest fears. And when I say average, I don't just mean, you know, a regular job or a regular country or a regular earning. Like I mean people who are disengaged with their life. Average people these days aren't living their life to the fullest. They aren't being who they truly believe themselves to be and they're not living in their highest potential. Like there was a study done in twenty si twenty twenty six this year. Across over 140 countries that stipulated in workplaces that over 80% of people are checked out and disengaged from their work. Meaning the thing that they spend the majority of their life doing, the majority of their waking hours every single day, they're not even checked in, enjoying, or feeling fulfilled in. If that doesn't shake you enough to get outside of average, I really don't know what does. Like understanding that when you say you don't want to be stuck in average or when you decide I don't want to be average, it means that you go from being someone who is surviving to actually being able to thrive in your life. Because most average people are not not thriving in their life. they're not truly living their life to the capability that they know that they have inside of them or they're choosing to settle for far less than they actually want. Because they think that's all they have access to. And the saddest part of all of this is that average ends up becoming most people's biggest regrets. Because they get to the end of their life and they don't get to actually become their ideal self or not live up to that true potential that they could have been. And again, I'm gonna relate this back to a study because I just think it's so funny when people sometimes come to me and they're like, Well, what's wrong with being average? And I'm like, because you're probably looking at average in a completely different light than I'm looking at it in. And as I've said, average for me is not living your life to your fullest potential, because the sad part is that majority of people don't do that. And there was a study done not that long ago as well that showed that 76% of people regretted failing to become their ideal self on their deathbed. 76%. I'm gonna say that one more time. 76% of people regretted failing to become their ideal self or their most. Highest self on their bed on their deathbed. Are you trying to tell me that more than half of our population gets to the end of their life and their biggest regret is not becoming the person that they knew they could have become? If that doesn't wake you up and shake you to get out of the situation that you are currently in or to start looking at things in a different light, then I don't know what does. And Truth be told, if you're here right now listening to my podcast and you follow me on social media, then it's very likely you're probably already one of those people that knows they don't want to be average. So I absolutely love that for you. So I want to spend a little bit of time then running through 10 things that I really started paying attention to two years ago that have completely helped me escape from average. So number one is your environment. This is the biggest factor to anything you go on to do. And not just the environment that you are in personally, but also the people that you surround yourself with. Like your environment and the people that you are surrounded with has to inspire you. It has to be filled with things that inspire you on a daily basis and encourage you to grow, to see beyond what you think possible for yourself and to kind of stretch you a little bit. Because if you're in an environment right now where all people do is complain. Where you're uninspired, where you don't want to be like them, you don't look up to them, your friends bitch, they moan, they gossip. that is 110% gonna keep you stuck. There is no way that you can actually thrive and grow into the person that you want to become being surrounded in an environment like that. Now, listen, I understand that if some people you're working jobs, you're doing certain things, you might be in a season of life right now where you have to put up with the fact that your environment might not be inspiring you. but if I was you, I'd be doing everything outside of that to ensure that I am setting myself up to either change my environment or to go on and do something different that in the future will allow my environment to look better than it does right now. Remember that you get to take responsibility over that, which is the point I'll come to in a bit. But if you aren't surrounded by people who don't have the same goals as you, they're not striving to do bigger things. Now your whole entire friendship group doesn't need to become entrepreneurs. Or have the exact same interests as you, but they need to be the type of people who you will have uplifting, inspiring, and stretching conversations with. Because studies have actually shown that people who succeed at changing their habits, i.e., actually implementing the habits that they want to set for themselves to create change, comes from changing their environment, not just by changing their habits on the day-to-day. So you know how so many people will like create New Year's resolutions and there's A crazy high percentage of people who will get maybe two months, three months, less than that probably into the year and they'll have completely like forgotten about their New Year's resolutions or just decided to not do them anymore. Well, the people who end up sticking to their New Year's resolutions don't have any more discipline than you do. They haven't magically found an answer to all of the problems that they have in their life. I can guarantee you right now the one thing that they done in that process was changed their environment so it could match the goals that they wanted to have for themselves. So that their habits no longer became something that was difficult to perform because their environment allowed them to succeed. And that comes down to the point of are you priming your environment for success? Do you make sure that you don't go on your phone first thing in the morning? Do you have a brick for your phone? By the way, if you're addicted to your phone or you spend more than two hours on social media, you need to buy a brick. Those things are friggin' life-changing. If you want to know any more about the brick, then message me on Instagram and I can send you the link for it because they are incredible and that's not even sponsored. if for example, if you're somebody who's wanting to lock in on the gym, like empty your cupboards of all of the chocolate, of all of the sweets, of all of the stuff that you know you shouldn't be eating. Why would you keep it there? Because all that's going to do is increase your temptation to break your promises to yourself. Silence your phone when you're working, when you're out, when you're about, when you don't want to be distracted. Like put these things on do not disturb. Clear all of the distractions that you have in your life that are making it harder for you to actually become the person that you want to become. Because when you're in an environment every single day, you are surrounded by the same people, the same things, and the same habits that you have had. It will become so difficult for you to actually change your life or step outside of the life that you currently have if you don't also change your environment in the process of that. And honestly, this is something I could do the whole podcast episode on. Like I'll give you an example in my life over the last year. I have moved location twice in the last year. Purely for the sake of the fact that I wanted to upgrade my environment. No other reason than just realizing that the environment that I was surrounded in wasn't inspiring me anymore. And the two moves that I have made did not make sense to anybody. People thought I was crazy. I moved into this flat that I'm in now just at the beginning of March. It was completely unfurnished. And I'd done that knowing that at the end of this year I'm very likely gonna pack it all up, sell it, and go and move somewhere else. But it was because I knew I needed to change and prime my environment for the type of person I wanted to become, and it has allowed me to grow in the process. Right, number two, the way that you make your money. If you want to escape average earnings, you need to get out of average systems. You cannot be stuck earning an on an hourly rate at an average job if you want to make more than average money. And that's just a fact. Like there's nothing wrong with people who live and work in regular jobs. Some they've got to do it, right? There's gotta be people out there that work nine to fives, there's gotta be people out there that do the bins, that do the cleaning, that do all of this stuff. There is nothing against them in their job. But if you are someone right now that wants to step outside of earning an average amount of money, by the way, average in the UK is like 32 grand a year. So if you want to earn above that, which I'm guessing the majority of you on this podcast definitely do, you need to get outside of earning from an average system, meaning you cannot be trading your time for money. You need to learn and understand what passive income is or be paid based on your skill set, not the errors that you are putting into something. Because when you are a hardworking person, when you've got determination and when you know that you can grow a good a good skill set and bring advantages towards a business, a team, a company, whatever, it will not matter how good you are if you are getting paid based on your hourly rate. Because you could go in there and work a hundred times better than the person that you. Are on the same job title as and they could come in and put 50% effort in and you're both still walking away with the same pay paycheck. That's not gonna allow you to step outside of average. And the other thing with that is understanding passive income streams. Like I didn't know what the hell passive income was like two or three years ago. I had no idea. I didn't even know how the hell people made money online. I honestly d wasn't even sure if it was all real. It all seemed so far away from me, like so out of touch. Until I got introduced to network marketing, and that changed everything for me because it allowed me again to be put in environments and rooms with people who were making money in a different way than I'd ever seen people make money before, and it allowed me to actually understand how people become wealthy and how they actually get rich and have this abundance, and it is because they manage to find a way to make a passive income stream or get paid based on their skill set, not their time. okay, number three, saving every single penny that you have and being in scarcity around your finances or spending money. Now this is something I've battled with for years. Even when I was younger, I loved to save. Like my mum would always laugh at how much I would save my money and like refuse to spend it on things or just like really strategically calculate it all. And I don't know why. And I think part of it came from I really knew that I wanted to create a lot of money for myself. I wanted to have nice things in life. I wanted to enjoy life. I wanted to experience it. And I knew that that was gonna have to come with making a lot of money. And for a long period of time, I thought that that meant saving all of my money. And it was from like this form of, okay, well, I'll feel safe enough if I have X amount of money in the bank. And I didn't realise at the time how much that was creating such a scarcity and almost like tightness around money. And when you hold on to money really tightly like that, you make it very difficult to gain more of it. So it's understanding that you have to take some of the money that you're currently making right now and be okay with investing that back into yourself. And I don't mean spending all of your savings inside your bank account on like online gurus and all of this stuff. I mean using some of the money that you have to create a better version of the person that you already are. and that could be little things, like it could be the gym. It could be nutrition, it could be wellness, it could be the products that you use, it could actually be getting a coach in any area of life. It could be getting a mentor, it could be joining a program. Like all of these things together will help you level up as a person. And it needs to become okay for you to spend money on them. And the more that you see yourself developing, the more that you will get comfortable with doing stuff like this. But you've got to rip the band-aid off and let go of this fact of Being frugal around money. And this is a real UK thing. Like people in the UK really don't like to spend their money, which just blows my mind. you really need to get okay with spending your money. And like I said, don't be stupid with it. I'm not a bloody financial advisor, I'm not telling you to go and spend all of your money, but you do need to get okay with putting some of it back into yourself so that you can actually utilize it to grow the person that you are. Because honestly, we really don't get to take it to the deathbed. So you might as well spend a little bit of it on yourself so that you can be a better version of you. And if it comes to programs and mentors and it's things that you look at and you think, my goodness, like I I couldn't do that. I can't trust it. I don't know if it's gonna work for me. Like there's all of this kind of scarcity around it. I'm gonna tell you a quote right now that changed my life. the rich get rich because the poor think every opportunity is a scam. For so many years, I stopped myself from taking action on the things that could have changed my life drastically. Because I was convincing myself that it all had to be a scam. Because somewhere in the back of my mind, somebody had planted a little story in my head throughout the years of me growing up that if things seem too good to be true, then they were too good to be true. And honestly, that is not true. There are so many phenomenal opportunities out there that have the ability to change your life. Do your research properly and spend your money wisely, but be okay with spending your money. And then the other thing I wanted to touch on with this is learning how to feel good with the money that you have right now. This is something, again, that even after earning five figures a month, like I am still working on. And it just goes to show you that no matter how much money you do earn, if your money mindset is not in check, it will not matter. Money is energy. And before you're sat there thinking, like, my god, that just sounds so woo-woo and so crazy, like, just trust me on this. Money is energy and if you get scared to see it leave you or you struggle to spend it, then you are telling the universe or God or whoever you believe in that you do not trust yourself enough to make more of it. So that money that you have in your bank account right now that you make on a monthly basis, whether it's a lot, whether it's a little, you need to get okay and comfortable with seeing that come and go. Because if you can trust yourself to start spending some of the money that you have back on yourself, you are showing the universe that you believe in yourself and that you also trust yourself enough to make more of it. Super important. Number four, expecting balance before sacrifice. I think now we're coming out of the the other side of hustle culture online, which I I love to see. I have definitely fallen a victim to hustle culture and do not advocate for it whatsoever. But the one thing I will advocate for is you must have seasons of sacrifice in your life. And by sacrifice, I don't mean locking yourself away, shutting yourself out from the world, not doing any of the things that you love and enjoy, and like burning yourself out for three months. That is absolutely not what I mean. But there will have to be a period of your life where maybe you're working outside of a job that you're currently in so that you can eventually leave that job. Meaning you are going to have to say no to certain things that you would maybe want to do in the evenings, or you'd maybe want to do in the mornings, or you'd maybe want to go and do it at the weekends. Or there might be a period of time where you're locking into the gym and you know you're gonna have to say no to certain meals out or say no to certain foods that you would normally want to eat just for that small period of time so that you can then have the balance on the other side of it. I have fallen victim this year to sitting in that comfortable little bit in the middle where I have wanted to drastically change things about my current situation, but I've also not set boundaries enough to allow me to do that. Meaning I've had a year where I've not really felt like I've massively grown in terms of my business or income growth because I've not really allowed myself to enter that sacrifice period. And you know what? That's okay. Like I've enjoyed a life of balance this year. I've traveled, I've created new memories, new opportunities, but I'm now really realizing that I need to set boundaries in place for this next season of my life to go back into that sacrifice mode so that I can then get to the next level that I want to get to. Number five. Having no morning routine. If I could like come through and shake you on the other side of this microphone right now, or wherever you're listening to this, and say this one to you over and over again, I would. So please let me say that to you again. Having no morning routine, you cannot wake up late, snooze your alarm, get up out of bed, quickly wash your face, throw your clothes on, and go out the door and expect your life to feel calm. Balanced and like you have control of it. My number one saying is take control of your day before your day takes control of you. Now it doesn't have to be a three hour complex morning routine that you do all of these crazy wellness rituals in. Like, do simple things that you know will make you feel good. Number one, do not friggin' touch your phone. Do not touch your phone when you get up first thing in the morning. Don't even argue with me on that. Just don't touch your phone first thing in the morning. Make sure you get a little bit of sunlight. If you were like me living in the apartment that I was living in like over a year ago, I had basically no light in there. So I found any window in my flat and I used to just stare out the window just to wake myself up and tell my brain, like, listen, there's daylight, it's time to get up. I personally meditate and I also read in the morning and I do a little bit of gratitude and journal work if I've got time. Super simple, it doesn't take long. You can literally meditate for 10 minutes, you can read for 10, that's 20 minutes of your morning. Stare outside the window. Easy days. But by doing that, you are going to keep your nervous system calm and allow yourself to go into your day feeling far more relaxed. And this is super, super important in conjunction with point one. Because if you have a really difficult environment right now that isn't priming you for success, meaning you're going into a job every single day that you know that you do not like and that isn't serving you and might not be the environment that you want to be in to succeed. You need to create that space in the morning for yourself so that you can pour back into you so that that environment doesn't affect you as badly as it might be right now. Because if you can take control of that tiny little bit of time in the morning, give it to yourself, pour into you, create the woman that you want to become, I guarantee you you will be able to take control of your day and you will stop letting your environment affect you as much as it probably does right now. Number six, saying to yourself, but that's just the way I am. politely shut up. You are not just the way that you are. You can change at any point in time. If you are one of these people right now feeding the belief into yourself that you don't have the ability to change or become in any or become different in any shape or form, you are your own problem. And I'm going to call you out on that. Because you have the ability at any point in time to decide to act differently, to move differently and to be differently. And sometimes we don't like to admit that because it means again that all of the responsibility falls on Us. Which again, point number seven, not taking responsibility for your life. You have to take responsibility for your life. Radical responsibility and radical ownership over your life gives you the permission to be able to take control of it and actually change it. But if you sit in this little in-between phase right now where you're saying things to yourself like, But that's just the way that I am, but why is this happening to me? Like This isn't my fault. Like, I wish they hadn't done this to me. Like, why couldn't I have come from that background or why couldn't I have had that opportunity? All you are doing right now is reinforcing this ability that you don't have control over your life and that you can't change it. And the more that you continue to do that, the more that you will continue to believe your own stories. Really good quote that I heard someone say on a podcast a while back. I think it was actually Kelly's podcast. big shout out to Kelly Poole, was the fact that There's this quote that says that if your parents put you out in the rain 20 years ago, shame on them. But if it's 20 years later and you're still standing out in the rain, shame on you. Yes, you might have been dealt a shitty card, yes, you might have been dealt a bad situation, you might have been brought up in a really terrible environment, but I guarantee you you do have the ability to change it, but it's up to you to take control of it to do so. Okay, number eight, how you use your screen time. This was a really big one for me. I used to say to people that my phone didn't have control over me and that I wasn't addicted to my phone and that I was really good at like not doing scrolling and all of this stuff until I got a brick and then realized wow my phone really does have an awful lot of control over me. But really, if you're somebody right now who is spending, I would say, more than three hours a day on your phone and one, you're not monetizing from it, or two, you're doing that that in a way that is not like benefiting you or educating you. then what are you doing? Like genuinely life is far too short for you to be spending that amount of time on your phone and not gaining something from it. So that's all I'm gonna say on that point. Okay, number nine. I think it's number nine. Let's hope it is. I'll find out when I listen to this back. If you were to sell someone that drinks heavily or you get blackout drunk when you say you were going out for one drink, you'll never escape average. That was a really hard pill that I had to swallow because I I used to love a night out. my goodness. I could I could do whole podcast episode on the type of person that Georgia used to be in comparison to now because that girl was a friggin' party animal. Telling you, I was the last one home from everything. I was the people dragging people to my flat, to my apartment to have afters, to be up until nine, ten o'clock in the morning. I was getting blackout drunk every single and not even every single weekend, guys. Maybe like two, three times a week. Honest to God, it wasn't a party if I wasn't there. I'm not even saying that because it's not a flex. Like I'm not trying to toot my own horn with that. It's it's not a flex in any shape or form. But truly, it was a problem. And I didn't realize how much it was affecting every other area in my life. And don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna sit here and tell you to never drink again. I love a margarita, I love a glass of champagne, I like a little boogie on the dance floor, that will never change. But I now do those things in complete moderation, and they do not have any more control over how I live my life. Because honestly, at the end of the day, like alcohol is a poison. It is a poison and Drinking and consuming large amounts of it on a regular basis will fuck you up, to be really honest with you. It will create problems for you, it will not allow you to function to the best of your ability, and it will a hundred and ten percent cloud your judgment and cloud your mental health and make you make bad decisions throughout the week. So if you're someone right now who really struggles to go out and commit to yourself to maybe having like one or two drinks and you can't seem to stop that and you always go further. You need to start asking yourself questions around that. Like, why don't I have the ability to stick to my word? Why can't I follow through on the things that I say that I'm gonna do? And why can't I trust myself enough to go out and enjoy myself without getting blackout drunk? Because those were some very difficult questions that I had to sit with in order to realize that I was using alcohol as a way to induce this form of fun and convincing myself that I couldn't have fun without it, which is 110% not true. And not to mention I was also allowing it to cause me problems that filtered into the rest of my week. Like if I had one crazy day out or one crazy night out, I was hungover and feeling terrible from that and making bad decisions for like multiple days after. Which over time is a lot of time wasted. It is a lot of days, minutes, hours. Spent where you feel terrible making bad decisions, that you could be doing things that are actually moving you forward. Okay, and last but not least, number 10. This is just like blending in as well with what I just said in number nine, but it is the way that you look after your body. You cannot escape average. You cannot become a person who lives a life far from average if you do not take control of your health. Your health is Is wealth. Like it absolutely is. As corony and as cringy as that sounds, like your health truly is your wealth. I really don't care if you're somebody who has created an insane amount of success in your life, whether you make a ridiculous amount of money per month, or you run multiple businesses, or you look very successful on paper, if your health is not in check and you do no do not look after yourself and your well being, I've instantly lost respect for you. Your body, your vessel. Is the one thing that you carry with you from the day that you were born until the day that you die. It is the only thing that makes it capable for you to create the life that you want to have for yourself. If you lose that, you lose everything. So it really baffles me when people don't understand how important it is to look after themselves. Yes, it's difficult to go to the gym four or five times a week. Yes, it's difficult sometimes to get 10k steps in every single day. Yes, it's difficult sometimes to eat your meal prep instead of ordering a pizza or going out for a McDonald's. But the whole point of this is the fact that it's difficult. There's meant to be a little bit of delayed gratification in building the body that you want to have, in living the life that you want to have. There's meant to be a bit of discipline involved in becoming somebody who lives a life far from average. And all of that starts with the way that you look after your body. So even outside of going to the gym, like what are you putting inside your body? Because if you want to be someone who feels confident in their skin, you want to have clear skin, you want to look good, you want your hair to look good, you want your nails to be strong, you need to be paying attention to the things that are going inside of your body. You want to get 20, 30, 40 years down the line and still look youthful, or still be able to go to the gym, or still be able to go out on a walk with your friends when you're 60, when you're 70. If you want to live a long-lasting, fulfilling life, you need to start taking care of your health now. Not later, not tomorrow, not 10 years down the line, but now. Simple things that you can do every single day to just move your body, to feel good, to nourish it. There is a vast amount of information out there on the internet that you can get for free that can allow you to start doing things on a regular basis that will help you level up your health. It doesn't have to be wildly overcomplicated. You don't have to go and start lifting at the gym six, seven times a week or understand how to do all of these crazy things or cut out every single possible bad food for you. But you do need to be paying attention to what you're doing on a daily basis and how it is making you feel. and another point to note about this as well, which is really harsh to say, but it's really true, is that people do judge you within the first five seconds of you meeting them. and so many people will hate to hear that. And I know I certainly did a few years ago because I used to think like, well, that's not fair, you know, don't judge a book by its cover. and of course, like don't nastily judge people based on the way that they look or how they are. But people will look at you and determine whether they believe you to be someone who respects themselves or not by the way that you look and feel inside of your own skin. And it really is such a harsh thing to sit with, but it's 100% true. You can tell how much respect somebody has for themselves and how they show up in their life, in their business, for their family, for their friends based on how they show up for themselves. And that starts with your health. now I appreciate listening to all of that. There might be a few things in there where you're like, this is crazy. This is so many things I need to think about. What the heck? This is so overwhelming. But you don't have to change everything overnight. Like if you do try and change everything overnight, you are literally just gonna set yourself up for failure. You need to take a look at these things like one at a time. And I always recommend to people, like start with the thing that you find is the biggest problem for you right now. Go through those 10 points that I've just listed out, write them down and ask yourself, like, what right now do I think is the biggest problem for me? It might be your screen time, you might be someone who sits and scrolls all day and you know that that is wasted time where you could be doing different things. Or it might be your gym routine, it might be your wellness routine, you might have really been lacking on that. So you might want to ask yourself, okay, what can I do now to start changing that? It might be your morning routine. That might be the only thing right now that is stopping you from going into your days, feeling good, feeling relaxed, feeling excited, feeling like you have control over the type of person you're becoming and the life that you're building. So make that your main focus for the next 90 days. Like take one of these points and make it the focus that you need to have for the next 90 days. Because if you fix one of those tiny little things in the next 90 days, I guarantee you you'll make more progress than trying to fix all of them at once. But it's also just starting to bring awareness as well. Like one of the big things that people forget to do and then wonder why they don't change is they forget to become aware of where they currently are. They get so caught up in all of these things that they need to start doing, all of these habits that they want to start implementing, all of these things that they want to start creating for themselves, or all of these business adventures they want to start, or all of these things they want to do. But they forget to actually take a look and become aware of what is currently holding them back right now. Which is honestly the main reason why I said 10 things keeping you stuck in average and not 10 things to get you out of average. Because the 10 things to get you out of average would be things that you would start implementing on top of where you currently are without taking a look at what's actually keeping you stuck. But removing one bad habit from your life rather than implementing ten new habits will allow you to create more change than you could possibly think of. So seriously, like listen to some of those points. And another thing I want to raise a little bit of awareness around too is if I have gone through any of those points right now and even one of them or maybe two of them triggered you that little bit. You know, where you listen to it and you were like, mm, I don't really know if I agree with that, or like I don't really know if that applies to me, or mm, I don't quite agree with her on that point. I want you to sit with that. Like I want you to sit with that and ask yourself why? What made me get a little bit triggered about that? Because nine times out of ten, that is where the work is. Those little points that you maybe didn't quite want to hear or you maybe quite don't think apply to you ends up being the very thing that we need to take a deeper look into. And don't do it from a place of judging yourself and don't do it from a place of thinking that I'm coming for you. Do it from a place of like, why did this trigger me and what does that mean about the current situation? Because nine times out of ten, it also means that we are not holding up the integrity that we know we want to have in those areas of our life. maybe you have gotten to a point where some of your standards have started to slip for yourself. Maybe you've got areas in your life right now where you know you're not giving your 100% or you know we're not letting you be the person you want to be. And that's okay. Like life life, things change. Again, we move into seasons, but take the time to become aware of it. And see which of those things could be holding you back right now. Because I promise you, you do not want to get to the end of your life and be one of the people in that 76% statistic who wish they had become the person they knew they could have been. Use everything you have right now within you to truly start building and becoming the woman that you want to become. Because you don't get another shot at this. You don't get another 10, 20, 30 years down the line. And realize that you can rewind and start all over again. That doesn't happen. So take these 10 points, analyze your life, see where your standards are slipping, and learn how you can actually become someone who holds a higher level of standard for yourself in all of these areas. Because if you truly lean into that, if you truly understand the power that you have by implementing small changes in all of these pri all of these little sections across your life. you will blink and all of a sudden become someone who is actually living a life far from average. Because these are all things that I slowly started chipping away at over the last couple of years that have truly allowed me to step outside of average and actually build the life that I wanted to live. And that is all I'm gonna yap on about today. So thank you so much for listening. Please rate, follow, share, subscribe, post it on your stories, connect with me.
