With Guest, Lyle Johnson - CEO of St. Louis based MVP Fitness, Founder of the popular MVP Boot Camp and the author of Get Fit 4 Christ.
This program starts our fitness series.
Currently, you may feel very insecure and you may miss out on a lot of opportunities because you are a little embarrassed about the way you look and feel. There are also times you may feel like you don’t fit in, and it may cause you to really miss out on a lot of blessings in life.  The guest will discuss principals from his book Get Fit 4 Christ to encourage our listeners to take advantage of every opportunity that you can to transform your life and feel very confident about yourself.
Any goal in life can be reached if you are inspired. You must have an action plan and you must have faith. Life will be full of difficulties on your path to success, but you must have the deep sense of belief and determination to achieve your goals. We will discuss this concept too.
