درباره این اپیزود
In this second part of The In Between, we go deeper into the space between where you have been and where you are going, the place that feels messy, uncertain and full of doubt. This is where decisions are made, boundaries are set and enforced and uncomfortable feelings rise up asking to be felt.
Some call it limbo, but I believe it is more than that, it is a fertile pause, the ground where healing takes root and trust begins to grow. In this episode, we will talk about how to sit with the muck, allow yourself to feel and still hold space for the life that is waiting for you on the other side.
If you are navigating your own In Between, this conversation will remind you that you are not stuck you are just in The In Between.

I have been captivated by the concept of The In Between, that mysterious space between enduring your pain and trauma and fully moving forward. It is a place where it is easy to get stuck in familiar patterns of suffering, because they have become uncomfortably comfortable. Pain can feel like an old…
