Everyone Is Using AI Wrong - Michael Eskenasy And Harry Sardinas

Did you know that most organizations are misusing AI, causing unnecessary operational friction? In this episode, Michael Eskenasy, founder of ChefreyOS, reveals the critical mistakes companies make with AI and how they can leverage it to enhance human decision-making instead. By understanding the importance of context and coordination, businesses can transform their operations and reduce burnout among employees. Tune in to discover how to unlock AI's true potential!

Michael Eskenasy is the Founder and Architect of ChefreyOS, a Human Cognitive Infrastructure platform designed to help organizations preserve context, coordinate decisions, and reduce the operational friction created by fragmented systems. After years working inside large organizations, Michael became fascinated by a recurring problem: highly skilled people spending more time moving information between systems than making decisions. That observation led to the development of ChefreyOS, an operating model that treats context, memory, coordination, and decision lineage as infrastructure rather than afterthoughts.
His work focuses on organizational burnout, human-machine collaboration, AI governance, operational design, and the hidden costs of fragmentation inside modern businesses. Rather than asking how AI can replace people, Michael asks a different question: What happens when machines carry context so humans can focus on decisions? Today, ChefreyOS is being applied across healthcare, real estate, hospitality, professional services, and enterprise operations as a new approach to human coordination at scale.

He explains:
◼ Understanding the integration of human context in AI is crucial.
◼ Collaboration between humans and machines enhances decision-making.
◼ Miscommunication can lead to operational burnout in organizations.
◼ Effective use of AI should focus on enhancing human capabilities.
◼ Context preservation is vital for efficient organizational communication.
◼ The final takeaway for business growth
