In this episode you will learn:
1. Why your inner critic equating struggle with safety, and ease with risk, is one of the most dangerous invisible patterns blocking your abundance — When Elle started allowing abundance in, her inner critic didn't whisper "you don't deserve this." It whispered something far more insidious: "if you relax, everything will collapse." Safety felt synonymous with control. Ease felt like a threat. Through dance and somatic practice she discovered the truth, safety doesn't come from control. It comes from self-trust. And the moment she stopped measuring her worth through output and started measuring it through alignment, everything shifted.
2. What holistic abundance actually means, and the five energy leaks quietly draining women every single day that have nothing to do with money — Holistic abundance is presence across all life areas simultaneously, financial flow, passion work, relationships, health, and vitality. Elle identifies the five most common energy leaks she sees: people pleasing, over-giving, ignoring intuition, rushing transitions, and doing without integrating. Every single one is a form of self-abandonment. And until those leaks are sealed, no strategy or income goal will hold.
3. Why desire is a woman's radiance, and what happens when she finally stops suppressing it — The emotion Elle sees women most resist feeling is desire. Not anger, not grief, desire. Because women were conditioned to suppress it to stay safe, lovable, and proper. But desire is not a distraction from a woman's life. It is her life force. When she reconnects to it and stops performing radiance in search of validation, something irreversible happens. She embodies it instead. And the difference between performing and embodying is the difference between seeking approval and being free.
“I got married early back in my country. I'm originally from USSR and I always really learned to adapt to, to, I learned early how to perform well." - 00:02:38
"I think when a woman disconnects from her desire, she loses a life, that life force or she starts losing life force because we, I think we were conditioned to suppress." - 00:23:18
"If things are not working in our life or some life areas, because we talked about how I love the holistic approach covering all the life areas." - 00:35:30
