درباره این اپیزود
Brittni Schroeder was doing everything she was supposed to do. She was posting on social media, building her following, showing up consistently. On paper, it looked like marketing. In reality, it was a hamster wheel going nowhere fast.
She had 12,000 Instagram followers. But sometimes only 200 people would see her stories. She had built a six-figure photography business, launched a magazine, founded a nonprofit, and pivoted into business strategy coaching. She knew how to work hard. What she didn't know was that she had been building her business on borrowed land.
Then she stopped chasing the algorithm and started building something she actually owned.
In this episode, Brittni shares:
→ Why she walked away from 12,000 Instagram followers to focus on her email list, and how that single shift created more consistent clients than years of social media ever did
→ The honest revenue timeline no one talks about: why year 1 is about paying back your investment, year 2 is about small wins, and years 3, 4, and 5 are where the real momentum begins
→ How she built a six-figure photography business, founded a nonprofit after losing her 14-year-old son, and pivoted into business strategy coaching, all in service of helping others build something that lasts
→ The "Catch Me If You Can" mindset shift she teaches every client: why you only need to be one chapter ahead, and why finding a mentor who has actually built businesses is non-negotiable
→ Why she says "you can't think your way to a million dollars," and the specific action-first framework she uses to help coaches stop stalling and start scaling
→ The truth about viral content: her post hit 2,000,000 views and gained 600 new followers, and almost none of them were her ideal clients. Here's what she does instead
→ What she wishes she had done differently in her photography business, and the two things she tells every new coach to prioritize from day one
→ How she balances running her business, growing a 10,000-person email list, and leading the nonprofit she built in honor of her son
