Episode Description
If you feel both a tender, pleasure-loving goddess and a fierce, fire-breathing dragon in yourself, and the blend sometimes scares you, this episode is for you. I talk about how humanity has painted the mother as a martyr, a virginal, self-sacrificing, sexless figure, and how that story leaves you not knowing how to move your power through your human body.
In this moving meditation, I want you to see that you do not have to know the one big thing you are here to share. The place to start is embodying your wisdom when no one is looking, through breath, sound, gentle movement, and permission to find pleasure in the simplest parts of your day.
We move through breath, sound, head and heart movement, pelvic movement, and a gentle ribcage snake together. I also share a client story about what happened when her daily pleasure practices became the anchors that moved her from burned out to turned on.
