➡️ ENERGY UPDATE | How to Reprogram The Subconscious Mind | Theta Brain Waves and HRV Breathwork

The Power of Theta Brainwaves

In the modern world of productivity and overstimulation, we often glorify the "grind" of high performance and mental focus. But what if the true transformation, the deep healing, clarity, and intuitive guidance you're seeking, is actually hidden in the slower, quieter rhythms of the mind?

Your brain operates at different frequencies depending on your mental and emotional state. These electrical patterns, known as brainwaves, are categorized into five main types:

• Gamma (Approx. 30-100 Hz): High-frequency waves associated with heightened perception, learning, and cognition.

• Beta (Approx. 12–35 Hz): The alert, thinking mind. This is your normal waking state—planning, solving, analyzing.

• Alpha (Approx. 8–12 Hz): A calm, meditative state. Often experienced during relaxation or creative activities.

• Theta (Approx. 4–8 Hz): The dreamlike state between waking and sleeping. This is where subconscious programming happens.

• Delta (Approx. 0.5–4 Hz): The deepest sleep state, associated with healing and regeneration.

Theta is the realm of the merging of the conscious mind with the subconscious mind, the gateway to your deep inner world. This bridge, where long-term memories, emotions, habits, and trauma live. When you're in a theta state, the analytical part of your mind, the gatekeeper, relaxes, allowing you to access and reprogram your subconscious more effectively.

These SPPC Sessions begin with E4 Method® HRV Theta Meditation::

• E4 Method® Trauma Regression (Current Life)

• E4 Method® Past-life regressions (Past Life)

• E4 Method® Quantum Manifesting (Future Life)

You move through theta brainwaves twice a day: (Power of the Subconscious Mind)

• Just before falling asleep

• Just as you're waking up

These are sacred windows where your subconscious is more suggestible. That's why affirmations, visualizations, or soul work done at these times can be incredibly powerful or after you've done the E4 Method® HRV Theta Meditation

The Link Between Theta & Healing

Trauma, limiting beliefs, and deeply rooted patterns live in the subconscious mind. You can't "think" your way into healing them at the beta level. You must feel them, meet them, and transform them at the level they were created, in the subconscious mind..

In the E4 Method®, for example, we guide clients into a calm, theta-like state where they can access the original incident, release stored emotions, and reprogram their beliefs in alignment with their truth.

The transformation you're looking for isn't just in doing more, it's in slowing down, going within, and unlocking the subconscious mind. Theta is your portal to inner wisdom, soul healing, and lasting change. Learn to trust it, and you'll uncover a version of yourself that's always been waiting to rise.

THIS WEEKS ASTROLOGY HIGHLIGHTS: ⚡️🪐

🪐 July 17 — Mercury Retrograde in Leo The Universe is handing you a spiritual microphone—but are you speaking from ego or from soul? As Mercury retrogrades through expressive Leo, the temptation may arise to project, provoke, or seek validation. But true power lies in self-honesty, not performance.

According to Universal Law, particularly the Law of Cause and Effect, every word, thought, and emotion creates a ripple. Retrogrades aren't setbacks—they're sacred pauses to reflect, reassess, and realign your communication with your core truth.

Spiritual Coaching Tip: When triggered, ask: "Is this reaction coming from unresolved emotion or aligned intention?" Use this retrograde to coach yourself and others into conscious expression rather than emotional reactivity.

💫 July 18 — Mercury in Leo Sextile Venus in Gemini This is a golden moment to express what's on your heart with clarity, charm, and confidence. The Universe supports you in aligning your words with love and truth. This transit empowers soulful conversations and creative communication.

Through the lens of Spiritual Psychology, communication isn't just about talking—it's about conscious connection. And the Law of Vibration reminds us: the frequency of your words shapes the outcome of your relationships and manifestations.

Spiritual Coaching Tip:Speak your desires aloud. Declare your truth. Use affirmations or client exercises today that reinforce empowered self-expression. This is the perfect time to refine your messaging, initiate meaningful dialogues, and magnetize soul-aligned opportunities. ⚡️🪐

➡️ Q&A | Coaching Tips & Soul Work

1. What are theta brain waves, and how do they differ from other brain states? People want to understand how theta compares to alpha, beta, delta, and gamma brain waves—and why it's particularly powerful for subconscious work.

2. How can I access the theta state consciously? Many seek tools like meditation, hypnosis, sound frequencies, or breathwork to drop into theta without falling asleep.

3. Why is the theta state so effective for healing trauma or limiting beliefs? This often leads to a discussion about brain plasticity, suggestibility, and subconscious reprogramming.

4. Is the theta state the same as being in a trance? People are curious if it's safe, if they'll lose control, or if it's similar to being hypnotized.

5. Can I remember what happens in the theta state? Some worry they'll forget insights or downloads that happen while in this deeply relaxed state.

6. What time of day is best for accessing theta brain waves? They often ask if early morning or just before sleep is ideal—those liminal times when the conscious mind is naturally more relaxed.

7. Can I manifest more effectively in the theta state? This ties into the Law of Mind and Universal Law of Vibration—many want to use theta for quantum creation or reality shifting.

8. Can theta waves help with sleep, anxiety, or creativity? People often want to use theta to enhance wellbeing, artistic flow, and nervous system regulation.

9. Are there risks to being in theta too much? This question comes from people who fear being too "ungrounded" or disassociated, especially those with a trauma background.

What tools or frequencies help me get into theta faster? They want specific methods—like binaural beats, guided meditations, or spiritual practices—to induce and deepen theta access.☎️✔️

(00:00):

They say that energy is 99.99999% empty space. Well, we know there's nothing empty about it. This is the subconscious mind. So if you're wanting to get powerful, extraordinary transformation and new results in your life, you definitely want to be able to reprogram the subconscious mind. So today I'm going to break on down how to access it via theta brainwaves and how to get in there and actually do the inner soul work. Welcome to the Dr. Erin Show, may you live your truth. Hi there and welcome. I'm Dr. Erin, Dr. Divinity and master spiritual coach, and today I want to kind of break down why is it so important? Why do we want to reprogram the subconscious mind? All of us want to change, all of us want to have more powerful lives. All of us want to stop our vicious cycle or even our addiction or our dysfunction or breakthrough in the realm of money or relationships, health or finding our purpose and calling.

(01:06):

And the real key is understanding how to unlock the subconscious mind, deprogramming it from all of our old energetics and emotions and be able to reprogram it in with better software. We're literally like computer systems. So working with clients for over 15 years now and being on my spiritual journey for over 30 years now, I've come definitely to the truth of the universe and understanding really how to get radical results and transformation for myself and my clients. So this week's episode is about theta brainwaves and heart rate variability, which is HRV and how to access the subconscious mind. So during the work of many years of discovering and figuring out how to heal thyself and know thyself and doing everything from meditations to transformational events and all this, what I came to realize, which along with science and so many things are pointing to, is understanding that the subconscious mind really is holding energetics.

(02:10):

It's on our epigenetics of our DNA. And so no matter how much we try and fix things, we change things. Sometimes the patterns just stay the same. So I want to dive a little bit into this of what is theta brainwave? How do you access it? What is heart rate variability and how do you actually sync up the heart and the head and the right and loss hemisphere to be able to access the God codes within, right? The source within the God source within. And how do we actually access the subconscious mind, which is one with a superconscious mind to actually get radical transformation for our lives. So let's just break this on down here for a moment. So number one, we want to think about the brain states. And if you think about it, people will say God is above or sources above, and actually what they're saying, it's higher because if you actually go inside of every cell molecule, there's actually a higher frequency and vibration.

(03:10):

As you're in the external 3D realm, the multiverse of the 3D realm, you're in a denser state, so the vibration is slower. As you go into the inner world, you actually go higher and higher frequency to the higher state, and then in the very center is what's called zero point field, the God field. And in that there is no frequency. It has no frequency. It is that part that has the gap that interconnects us with everything through the entanglement theory, if you will. Okay? So always when we're coming from the conscious mind, which is more of a denser state as well, and we're coming into the subconscious mind, what we're having to do to get there is we're having to slow kind of release ourself from the external world, which means we have to bring our brainwave down, which also actually means a higher vibration as well.

(04:08):

Okay? So it's a little bit opposite of what you think, right? You're thinking you're going to get into a different state, slow it down, but actually get into a higher vibration, which is really fascinating. So I say this because as I'm working with clients and training and certifying coaches, so one of the most powerful ways that we get results for our clients is actually taking them into regressions because we live in a mental universe and everything's done in mental pictures. So whatever is happening that it's having us stuck energetically, emotionally, whatever it is, it's because there's mental pictures that have been created that is still holding us back. If we have charge on those mental pictures, if we have trauma on those mental pictures, if we feel like we're still the effect of something that occurred, then we're going to be chained in energetically. We're going to have energetic cords as people might say, or we're stuck in the past.

(05:01):

So we want to release those. We want to free ourselves to know that we have freedom of choice and can create right here and right now. Okay? So in this, what we want to do is we want to get our clients or ourselves into more of a theta brainwave state. This is what's considered the bridge. It's considered your conscious mind. Your conscious mind is kind of like the lieutenant in charge, but your subconscious mind is like all the soldiers. But if you're the lieutenant, you can't even communicate with the little soldiers. Then you're going to say a command, but the little soldiers didn't even hear you. In order to do that, we need to access it via getting into a theta brainwave. Now, the theta brainwave is basically accessed a few ways. Number one is when you're waking or sleeping kind of in that just falling to bed at night, falling to sleep at night, or when you're just, you begin to go in, you're in a kind of a theta state.

(06:00):

You're in the bridge between the internal world and the external world. You're in somewhat of a theta brain state, so you can access it during that time or you can actually access this through breath work. I've put together theta brain state, so actually theta brainwaves, which actually you can't hear because it's not in the external world. It's literally silent. It has such a frequency, you can't even hear it. Along with some other frequencies over it, along with HRV, which is heart rate variability and heart rate variability is done through breathing in and out, basically as slow as possible. There's specific seconds that you do in and out consistently, and what happens when you're doing that and you're also expanding the lungs and the diaphragm and it's resetting the nervous system and you're having coherence. HeartMath is an organization that's done a lot of research, scientific data on this.

(06:57):

You can look them up, they're great, very grateful for them. But when you're breathing in and out, you're basically calming down the nervous system. You're bringing coherence to the heart and the brain and you're incoherence. The point of getting access into that subconscious mind is we want to calm down the nervous system. We want to begin to go in so that we're in communication between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. So in this, you can do this through heart rate variability, breathing. You can do it through theta as well, frequencies, and just listening to the frequencies, it'll actually bring the frequency and you'll begin to be in coherence with whatever you're listening to. That's why when you listen to rap or something that's really kind of out of frequency, a discordance, it's going to get you a lot more stressed versus when you listen to theta brainwaves or theta frequencies, you're going to bring into a coherence of that state.

(07:58):

Okay, so why do we do this? We do this because when we're working with clients, we want, when we're in regression and we're actually transforming deprogramming and reprogramming the subconscious mind, we want to get them into a theta state, okay? This is not hypnotism. We don't hypnotize our clients. There are people that do. We do not in the school. We believe that the client themselves, they actually are taking themselves into regression and into past life regressions and into traumas of this lifetime and into E four quantum manifesting as well. We want to empower the client, be able to take themselves into the regression as the practitioner and the coach, we're guiding them, asking them questions and allowing their consciousness to do the work so that they have their own revelations and they remember what revelations they are having instead of us telling them afterwards, and they don't remember anything in hypnotism when they're a true hypnotism.

(08:57):

There's some people do a hypnosis that aren't getting them fully into hypnosis, so I'm not saying that for everyone, okay? I respect everyone's work. So the brainwaves, if you get my newsletter below, you can grab that along with the free universal law calendar. I go through all the brainwaves, what the frequency are as well, and how we access it through regressions. Once we're in the theta state, we're accessing the subconscious mind and we take them into three different processes at different times. One is current life regressions, the next is past life regressions, and the third is quantum manifesting time compressing for future, if you will. From a spiritual perspective, there's no such thing as time, but from a mental picture perspective, we see things as if they were created or they're being created, and that makes the consideration of time. So again, you naturally go into the theta state upon waking and upon going to sleep, so you can access and use visioning in this time as well.

(09:58):

And then basically just linking this down, I wanted to also go into some of the questions that people have about this, which is what are theta brainwaves and how do they differ from other brain states? So again, there's all different types of brain states. There's delta. When you're sleeping, there is, lemme just make sure I'm saying this correctly. There's delta, which is where you're sleeping or disassociated, right? Healing, regeneration. You're in theta when you're between the dream state and the wake state, and then you have alpha when you're just kind of calm. It's more of a time to be learning. And then there's a time when you're in beta and beta is kind of alert thinking all that. And then there's another one, which is called gamma. And gamma is really interesting. Gamma is actually from a spiritual perspective when you are downloading, okay, so whenever you're in a really gamma state of brain state, it's like high frequency.

(10:54):

If you've ever done a lot of meditation or breath work, and then you sit still and then literally it feels like, I feel like I'm getting chills or a little bit of beautiful electrocution, not in a bad way, that's gamma, okay? Gamma is literally your one with the universe. So your mitochondria, your brain state is going everywhere all the time. It's like a light bulb that lights up and within you. Okay? So theta is the most important for just reprogramming the subconscious mind. Gamma could do that because if you get a download, it might do a miracle within your subconscious mind, but it's not as active. You can't control it as much.

(11:34):

How could you access theta state? Consciously? We already said you can do it through frequency, breath work. You also do it naturally upon sleeping and going to sleep. And then what else? There's a bunch of questions here. What time of the day is best? Like I said, it is more when you're waking and sleeping, and then can you manifest more effectively in the theta state? Absolutely. So when we're doing quantum manifesting, again, we want to get into the theta state. If you're in the SPPC program, we actually have a 11 minute, very, very advanced theta brain state along with HRV. I always tell people, do not drive while you're doing this. Do not operate any machinery when you're getting into the state. After you're doing an E four quantum manifesting, you want to make sure that you actually come out, shake your body out, look to things external and get back in your body because you're so subconscious that it can be a little bit almost like woo, you get a little woozy.

(12:31):

Okay? And then this week I want to also talk about the universal law lesson of the week. Each week we go over distinction. This universal law is the law of healing. So the same we have around this is transform your trauma, transform your life. Health is related to stress. 90% of doctor's visits are because of stress related things. Okay? So if you want to have the biggest transformation, it is through doing your deep trauma work along with longevity. Trauma work is actually one of the core principles of longevity because it releases the stress in the body. It releases all that dis-ease in the body, and that's not to take away from going to a doctor or if you have something else going on, but the truth is that healing is done by truth. Truth heals, and you're like, how does truth heal? Because truth, truth reveals all things.

(13:27):

You're not your body, okay? You always have divine, perfect health. But you have to understand that when you align to universal law, when you align and recognize you're one with everything, when you align with mother nature, you're going to have optimum health. Okay? Health is your birthright. Vitality is your birthright. Life is your birthright. There's only life. If you use up this body, it's not longer working, you drop the body and you get a new body or get a new form awaken. This is really done through revealing truth. All of health is done through revealing truth, aligning to universal law, aligning to mother nature, and really deciding. So you need to decide, are you ready to reprogram your subconscious mind? Are you ready to heal thyself? Are you ready to know thyself? And that's only a decision that you can make. No one can make that for you.

(14:16):

And you need to suffer as long as you need to suffer before you are at your low and you're ready to get to the new you. New evolved you. Okay? So in this, let's take a deep breath in, taking a deep breath in. You can access the state through meditation, just going within coming silence and really allowing yourself to go out of the external world and into the inner world, and you will begin to access theta state. I recognize right here, right now the power of mind. I recognize that everything is automated. We in an automated system, whatever we focus on and do repetitively becomes automated. And in this automation, in the subconscious mind beats the heart, does mathematical, chemical equations in the blood that no chemist can do ever. There is a genius, there is a consciousness within. And I know that as I access that and reprogram and put in the miracle consciousness, put in good programming, expanding consciousness, prosperity, abundance, vitality and love, I recognize that my subconscious mind will work for me and not against me of releasing all addiction, releasing anything that no longer serves, stuck patterns, negative energetics, stuck emotions.

(15:34):

And I recognize, I release that. I choose to use my mind to access my subconscious, to reprogram it, to accordance to what I declare for myself and my life. And in this I'm knowing powerful lives, divine lives that we love, leaderships leaders and practitioners and coaches, and healers and lightworkers being birthed right here and right now. I know this in the name of truth. Ask whether we say, and so it is okay. If you want the free universal calendar, you can grab that link below, join the newsletter, get all this stuff on the brainwaves. Also, if you come into Soul Society or into one of the certifications, you'll get the free Theta brainwave audio that has HRV with it. It is one of the most powerful audios ever. Took me some time to create that so that it's all condensed into one so that you can take yourself or your clients if you get trained in the work, to go into Theta State to get incredibly powerful regression sessions. Okay? Have a beautiful, blessed day, you guys, and may you live the truth.
