Today, we're looking at Acts 7.
Discussion Questions:
Stephen knew that telling the truth about Jesus could cost him his life. How did he have courage to speak?
If you knew Jesus was with you no matter what happened, how would that change the way you faced something difficult?
Prayer Prompt:
Today, spend sometime praising the Lord for all his kept promises throughout history that led to your place in the family of God. And pray that we would be Spirit-filled believers who walk in the power and wisdom of God.
Unreached of the Day:
Our unreached people group of the day is the San Chay people of Vietnam and China. This is a large people group that spans across two countries. But the San Chay people worship the spirit world. They worship trees, rivers, and many other things. Also, the San Chay people live in our communist countries where it is against the law to share the good news of Jesus. Pray today that believers in Jesus would be brave just like Stephen our reading today and declare that Jesus is the Son of God!
