درباره این اپیزود
At 84½ years old, Michael Dorfman is still writing books, playing pickleball, experimenting with new health practices, learning from his children, and asking what else might help him live well.
In this episode of Conversations with a Chiropractor, Dr. Stephanie Wautier talks with Michael about his decades-long journey from vegetarianism to plant-based living, what sparked his interest in longevity, and why he believes aging should not automatically mean accepting chronic disease, inactivity, or a loss of purpose.
Their conversation moves beyond food into the broader ingredients of a vibrant life: movement, community, stress management, marriage, mindset, curiosity, meaningful work, and continuing to learn no matter your age.
Michael also shares what he has learned from studying longevity communities around the world and why, at this stage of his life, he sees health as something we participate in rather than something we simply hope to keep.
Important NoteThis episode includes discussion of plant-based nutrition, supplements, fasting, chronic disease, stress, cardiovascular health, longevity practices, and other health-related approaches.
