00:00:08.519 --> 00:00:12.599
at patreon dot com. Forward slash State Defense Force. Now
4
00:00:12.640 --> 00:00:16.120
another one of the badges that we're introducing that's never
5
00:00:16.120 --> 00:00:21.120
been done by Saugust before, and you're going to smile recruiter.
6
00:00:22.199 --> 00:00:26.960
We're about to enroll the Nations for State Defense for
7
00:00:27.239 --> 00:00:34.560
specific recruiting force qualifications. Because, as I mentioned, our recruiting
8
00:00:34.560 --> 00:00:37.679
in the State Defense Forces is very, very different in
9
00:00:37.799 --> 00:00:42.799
profile than the other uniform services. The tool set is different.
10
00:00:43.039 --> 00:00:48.520
What you're promising recruit snuffy is entirely different, and so
11
00:00:49.119 --> 00:00:52.679
we've put together a tool set. I'm working on that
12
00:00:52.840 --> 00:00:56.880
with an extraordinary fellow, Major Mitch Cochrane out of California's
13
00:00:56.880 --> 00:01:02.399
State Defense Forces. And Major Cochrane he's a professor by
14
00:01:02.439 --> 00:01:06.079
trade and cyber. By the way, he taught our first
15
00:01:06.120 --> 00:01:10.879
basic Badge cyber course one week at our last annual
16
00:01:10.920 --> 00:01:16.920
conference and we badged people. But Major Cochrane is working
17
00:01:16.959 --> 00:01:20.560
with our teams to roll this out. It's going to
18
00:01:20.560 --> 00:01:23.359
be a recruiting badge that goes on the lower pocket,
19
00:01:23.879 --> 00:01:26.959
just like you see the National Guard wearing and to
20
00:01:27.120 --> 00:01:30.239
our National Guard brothers and sisters, I say it means
21
00:01:30.280 --> 00:01:33.439
exactly the same thing as the one that you're used
22
00:01:33.439 --> 00:01:36.319
to seeing in the National Guard or the federal military.
23
00:01:36.640 --> 00:01:40.519
For a Title ten recruiting badge. However, these individuals will
24
00:01:40.519 --> 00:01:45.920
have gone through a program whereby they will have trained
25
00:01:45.959 --> 00:01:50.159
and qualified in recruiting, and we'll go back now to
26
00:01:50.359 --> 00:01:54.760
their state defense forces as force multipliers. To me, that
27
00:01:54.920 --> 00:01:57.359
is a critical element for Saugust. Our job isn't to
28
00:01:57.400 --> 00:01:59.480
build up the basic badges. Our job is to build
29
00:01:59.519 --> 00:02:01.879
up the force multipliers. It's the job of the force
30
00:02:01.959 --> 00:02:05.680
multipliers to build up all the people with the basic badges.
31
00:02:06.599 --> 00:02:08.199
So that's recruiting.
