The ocean is one of the most dangerous places on our planet. Although the exact number of people missing at sea per year is unknown, it has been determined that between 1500-2000 sailors vanish every year, while around 400 people have disappeared from cruise ships in the last 20 years. Many instances of those lost at sea are still unsolved, with the harsh ocean waters being difficult to navigate and search. In today’s video, we’ll be examining just a few such cases as we take a look at three people who went missing at sea.
