In this Project Onboarding session for Coherence 2025, Alex Lion Yes! (PREBRANDING) meets with ROSO from RnDAO to dive into the mechanics and vision of an emerging “swarm” of collaboration startups. Together, they explore the evolution of RnDAO as a network-of-networks — a collaborative ecosystem supporting ventures at the intersection of Web3, AI, and conscious collaboration.
ROSO shares how RnDAO empowers startups building collaboration tech by offering shared infrastructure, integrated CRMs, and mutual leverage. He explains why RnDAO is less of a traditional DAO and more of a venture studio “swarm,” where ventures cooperate indirectly and directly to solve bigger systemic problems.
Topics explored:
🔹 What is CollabTech and why it matters for the future of regenerative systems
🔹 The “swarm” model: combining small, focused ventures into a powerful ecosystem
🔹 How RnDAO uses collaborative CRMs and shared contributor pools to create leverage
🔹 Why RnDAO is ideal for builders, not job-seekers: co-ownership over employment
🔹 The onboarding journey: from Discord intro to becoming part of the ecosystem
🔹 RnDAO’s vision of async collaboration, AI-assisted matchmaking, and trust-building
🔹 The role of Coherence in helping people “give each other reasons to talk”
🔹 How collaboration begins with curiosity, conversation, and aligned intention
This is an energizing and candid look into the connective tissue of emerging collaborative infrastructure. For anyone building tools for collective intelligence or interested in venture ecosystems grounded in Web3 values — this is essential viewing.
