1:20
I've been coaching women all over the world on every continent and very different cultures
1:25
,like in Africa, South Africa, India, China in the US ,in South America and all over Europe.
1:32
Simone de Beauvoir I love her work where she says you're not born a woman you become one and this I think is incredibly interesting. We are architects our own experience so everything we
1:41
know about ourselves our self image our everything is just mental construct and also other research
1:46
is showing that we have been taught Men Are from Mars and women from Venus, but that's not true!
1:52
No. The truth is that we are much more alike than we're different, but we have been taught this narrative which we have made part of our own history so we think we are so different which
2:04
makes this divert between us which is absolutely not necessary, which is creating a lot of conflict. I've been on 10 years a very intensive, psychological ,spiritual training. We talked about
2:16
that the last time you know, we are spiritual Beings having a human experience. To understand the deep psyche and the logic of our psyche, which is who really are. This we talked about
2:25
last time about the patriarchy .It's a difficult issue to talk about because they don't recognize it and we are living such way according to it. Our whole society is based on that
2:34
,and like we said the last time I'm not here to criticize men. I'm not here to criticize anybody,
2:40
but there's such a huge potential. It is when we in society come to this place where it doesn't
2:45
matter if you're a man or a woman. Because we talked about that the last time, too, you know, how do we identify ourselves: Biologically or psychologically? And we have come to this time
2:55
where it really doesn't matter. And that's where in my mind if we want to create a better world and
3:00
it doesn't look so good, I think this is the next step of human evolution to that transformation to
3:06
the higher level of Consciousness, where we can access that potential and create that kind of
3:12
a world that everybody intrinsically know, this is what you want. Yeah. But of course we have to
3:20
break through so many glass ceilings and those glass ceilings as we know it's also for women
3:25
they really don't understand because they're just living in this world of the patriarchy organizational Society they think it's just like this is this is this is how it's supposed to be
3:34
if you look at like like the five six largest organizations in the world led by men we we we
3:41
seem to follow the ideas of these great men and I like to think of Elon Musk you know like he wants
3:47
to spend trillions of dollars to go and raise the civilization on Mars and and and you know
3:53
this is what we talked about the last time you know this is playing God and if you want to play God you will be punished. In my view you can spend those trillions of dollars saving our planet. This
4:03
is our home, and this is the only planet that we know in this entire Cosmos which has intelligent
4:11
life. Just this way of thinking and the costs to get there and what that will imply? you know,
4:17
is that the definition of genius? I don't think so. No! As humankind we are rising to a new level
4:23
of Consciousness and it's it's already happening. I think it's a bit danger to think of wealth
4:30
as the only reason for intelligence ,like, he has the wealth and the background to say I got rich so
4:36
of course I'm smart, but it doesn't always have to be like that in the efficient way as it's working
4:41
automatically today, so whether he got wealthy because he was inherited the wealth or whether
4:48
he he just got lucky, it's not enough foundation to say that this is the smartest guy on earth
4:53
going to save civilization. Because I also agree with you this is totally playing God, and it's
5:00
okay if he goes to Mars be welcome, but I don't think he'll come back to earth. Like you're saying
5:06
if he would spend the the money here we we would already save Earth, because that means that if we
5:13
can save Mars we could also save Earth of course ,it's like Neil deGrasse Tyson said is that if we
5:20
can terraform Mars you could also re-terraform Earth! Exactly. And how can he then be giving
5:28
up Earth? that's when it comes to my mind this is all about money. If you look at it from a global
5:33
perspective that we are living on this planet all the borders between all the countries and all the different languages what we are seeing in many parts of the world like particularly in the
5:42
States now, is the decline of democracy! Which happens when the world is in an uneasy state.
5:49
We're facing a lot of problems and at some point it will even itself out as for instance law of the systemic thinking, and the pendulum is now going in one direction and it will turn. But you know
5:59
if Donald Trump is elected the superpower United States of America is not a superpower anymore,
6:04
it will not be. And I see it as a huge opportunity for Europe! Ti show the world we can do it
6:13
differently. I'm thinking also Scandinavia, not because we are small ,but because we actually went
6:19
through a social democracy to get to the state we are today. It's not to say we are perfect,
6:25
because we are absolutely not, we have things to develop as well, but we are are ahead of America
6:31
in a lot of sense. They could look up to us in a lot of their politics, they're not even there of
6:36
the socialism we've been through, yes and they call it communism but that's not Scandinavia, because we're not that .So they don't even see the difference between socialism and communism.
6:46
We have a global problem, we have a global problem ecological crisis and climate crisis, and then if
6:54
they claim again this is politics and then they talk 'it's politics', what an excuse you know?
7:00
it's all about sharing the value and it has always been about sharing the value. In fact sharing the value has two sides of it; one is the shortterm saying I want my money back as soon as possible
7:10
and as much as possible, while the other sign is one who earns most money are the ones who invest longterm. These are the best investors. It just signifies that the men are the ones who are the
7:20
greedy ones who wants to fulfill their ego-needs as in look at me you know. This is a very basic,
7:26
psychological model which is called the seven level of consciousness. Where the first 30 years of our life we are about to fulfill our ego needs and then come the midlife crisis you know and
7:35
everybody says wow my my wife doesn't understand me and 50% people get divorced, because living
7:43
the desires of our ego is not fulfilling anymore. I call it desires and vales of the Soul which is
7:50
connecting us to the female ,which is connecting us to the common good. All those female traits
7:56
which is compassion and which is empathy, walking the extra mile and creating a safe environment
8:03
mentally and emotionally, you know stereotypically they are female. But organizations of today are
8:11
not Democratic! They are very command and control. Detail oriented and micromanaged, and it's a
8:19
kind of a paradox that modern organizations are organized according to this, when we are living in a democracy. So to try to sum up because I've been thinking about this when we talk about diversity
8:31
and about inclusion, it kind of divides because diversity is like okay so those are the people
8:39
that are different from us and then we have to include them into organizational culture. The
8:44
'inner patriarch' that you're talking about, say if women get the same position as a man in a big
8:49
business led by or made by men to start with, it doesn't have to necessarily mean it getting more
8:57
female. Just that they can show show to the world we are celebrating diversity because we got some
9:03
people in to do our job which we're telling them what to do, like you said micromanaging. I've been
9:09
also micromanaged, but I'm not so easy because I get very troublesome when they try to do that. I
9:17
hope we can say that there's some hope in the future to go towards a new Era where we try to
9:24
solve problems on the global scale, which is what Yuval Harari is saying. This is an opportunity
9:30
to globally connect and look at it from that perspective that we need to solve these problems together. I think the best way of doing that is creating this kind of organizational culture
9:41
which is supporting that. And if you do that you will earn at least 15% more money, you will be
9:50
more attractive as an employer you will be more Innovative. Yeah. And the right way is that the
9:55
top management has to be fully supportive of the whole, because it will be long-term strategical organizational transformation. Everybody talks about change today. What does this
10:05
change mean. Does it mean that okay we do the same thing but we do it in different way and nothing happens. I also know from a study done by Stephen Covey, the most famous coach, a beautiful person.
10:15
He did a large study on the top 500 Fortune organizations in the world and the results about
10:22
how good they are executing company strategies and the result was those 500 top companies in in
10:27
the world are only utilizing at an average 20% of the potential! And why is that? Because we
10:33
are not working together. The basic part of human nature, which is compassion, empathy, we're doing
10:40
this together, we create a safe environment. And if you do that, I mean, the sky is no limit and
10:46
it's not rocket science. And if you think about it logically to thrive in an organization we need
10:53
those part of our human nature to be fulfilled. We need to be seen, we need to feel that we are contributing to something that is for the greater good because we also need to take care of our egos
11:03
and we can do all that, but we are so hung up in the old way of thinking. Yes about Elon Musk
11:09
was his childhood that when you don't get enough attention, maybe care or maybe even recognition
11:16
as a 1 to 7 year-old, it is also a way of going back to that stage of competing and getting the
11:23
elbows out, because you didn't learn anything else when you were that little. You were saying that
11:29
psychology is following us all the way through these companies. Absolutely. Everybody has
11:35
narcissistic supplies to fulfill and we need to feel secure, moneywise, healthwise, we need to
11:40
feel secure in our relationships, we need to feel secure because that we're doing something which is meaningful for others, and these are ego needs that we need to fill up. Which is why we call
11:51
them narcissistic supplies, but very often those supplies are not fulfilled. And that's what we
11:57
learn when we are kids. We don't feel loved, we don't feel seen, we don't feel appreciated, and those incredibly painful experiences are being stored in our whole system, particularly
12:07
in the part of our brain which you call Amygdala which is the one who take care of the emotions. And as kids when we experience tantrums the Amygdala collapses, and these feelings,
12:19
those emotion remains in our body, so when we're grown ups and we experience something that is the same as we experience as a child, we become that little wounded child and we start acting like
12:30
one. This is what Donald Trump is doing. Erdogan is doing it. I mean a lot of politicians are doing
12:37
it. So to free ourselves, to go out of the comfort zone, we need to start to understand that we are
12:42
actually just a mental construct, and this is something that we don't learn in the school, we don't learn it anywhere. We never learn what does it mean to be a human being from society. Okay
12:54
you go to kindergarten, you go to school, you go to university, you get a job, you get a partner,
13:01
you get a house, you get a car, you get a dog, you know like we say here Volvo, Villa, Vovov.
13:10
And when you do that and then you find out - was that it? no it's much more to me. Going back to
13:19
Harari and also my studies in Social anthropology and sociology where they say that people who were
13:25
living in Stone Age-culture before we became steadfast, in those tribes because they were
13:31
living in tribes and the tribe couldn't be more than 150. If they were more than 150 they have to divide, because then they could not connect to each one of the tribe. In many of those tribes
13:40
we know that from studies today they didn't have a word for 'I' . Oh yeah? So when they
13:46
talk about individual needs in these tribes they don't understand. Exactly. Our tribe will
13:54
die because survival is 'we'. Yeah, and it has shifted totally into that in order to survive
14:02
you have to be the most successful individual, so that you have to push other people down to
14:07
get there. It's totally different worlds, and it's the same when I'm half indigenous, I'm half Sami
14:14
so I know a little bit about the nature that you grew up with and then I think that being in nature
14:20
creates more this that you have to rely on others to survive, because otherwise you might be killed
14:26
by a snake or a bear because you have to defend yourself. And being together creates this safety
14:33
that is more like our home we have to protect. Yeah, because that's who we are, which is very
14:40
true and that's where the potential lies for us to grow and Empower ourselves. You know that we can go to work and say I love my colleagues ,I love to go to work because we're doing something
14:49
great, we are contributing to something that is better for the world? Everybody wants that, but
14:54
you're not allowed to do it in this competitive environmental patriarchy. The paradox is that if
15:00
you allow people to thrive and do all these things you will earn much more money than the others. The
15:05
summary is that we constructed money as substitute for our psychological needs. Well it wasn't like
15:14
that if you go about 2,000 years ago you have to lend money to invest in cargos and buildings,
15:20
but in those days they didn't charge rents! Yeah, and every hundred year all the debts were nailed.
15:29
90% of the people were farmers and they were living in the small communities which by the way in sociology we call it geschelschaft and gemeinschaft. You're living in a city
15:40
and everybody doesn't really know each other and gemeinschaft is like the community we're in this together. The shift from being that everybody being Farmers moving to the cities created a
15:48
huge paradigm shift and that's when people really started to get rich. I mean there were a lot of rich people before that, but then then they started to colonize and it was only based on
15:56
the male ego. We are in a postcapitalistic world now where we're trying to enhance the
16:02
capitalism into a new elite, because the Gap will only grow. The Gap we already had and
16:10
now they're not getting enough from what we have until now so now we're going into space.
16:15
And now we're going into an artificial world and that's a new Elite again. I think we at
16:20
this stage now where we have a choice, and we have to rethink the economy. Because basically it's enough for everybody. They know it, the resources are going out so that's why they're
16:30
trying to find resources other places, because resources are now keeping them the only safety
16:35
net. We can say that artificial intelligence is kind of the new business as usual then,
16:42
right. The change, the transformation that will happen in the climate and in the resources, I mean we are ruining the oceans, we are ruining agriculture, we are ruining everything. Yes, so I
16:52
mean it's just a question of time before we can't do it anymore and I think that limit is already overridden. I would say fire all the old guys! The things are happening so fast, the transformation
17:02
is happening so fast you know like two years ago we wouldn't talk about artificial intelligence the way that we do today. Dalai Lama he says the Western World will be saved by the Western Women.
17:17
And the Western women has to realize their power first though! Well they have it,
17:23
but they don't have access to it in larger context. I feel that a lot of us sleeping in
17:29
this comfort zones that are led by men, and they feel that's very comforting. Yeah because
17:35
they're really not aware of what what's happening to them living in that bubble, because I know with my coaching when I talk about the patriarchy and when I talk about this
17:45
in the critic that everybody has, it is the inner patriarch this internalized voice that tell women
17:52
that because you're a woman you have to behave in a certain way. To be loved, to be accepted, which means that you are missing so much of your potential! These are the facts and we talked about
18:01
difference on the brain, we talked about the cultural impact, we talked about Neuroscience,
18:06
we don't have to discuss that anymore. No exactly. It is this but the realization of how deep and
18:12
bedded that is in us is what we need to work with. We need to make people aware of that you actually
18:18
have this internalized Force which is judging you, criticizing you saying you're not good enough, not looking good enough, you don't have the right clothes, your hair looks awful and your makeup;
18:26
all of these things which is just something that is great is for the woman to look great for other
18:31
men. Yes I I feel a bit sorry because a lot of women they feel that this is the way of freedom,
18:38
because then they will be seen again, but it's kind of like putting out there so that women don't get the opportunity to thrive, because it's like you said if we coach more women
18:50
into this state to be more confident they would see that these needs are not there,
18:55
it's only artificial needs that don't really free them and they know that subconsciously,
19:02
but I feel it's a little bit like put there on purpose so that women cannot enter Society into
19:08
the power that they are capable of. There are so many industries directed at women, to keep them
19:14
in the state of this very superficial state. And who put them there in the first place? I mean,
19:22
who created those businesses? They were men. You know I am Norwegian ,but I live in Germany and I lived here for the last almost 15 years and coached women from all over the world and and
19:31
there was a young Chinese student who came to me. She was working on her PhD here in Germany at a
19:38
university. She said 'I can't take this anymore, I can't deal with the German culture'. I said,
19:43
Okay and she told me her story about growing up as a girl in China where you are actually regarded as
19:49
nothing! Because they want boys. She grew up in in a tiny village in the middle of nowhere and
19:55
the teacher said to her you know, "you are nothing and nothing will become of you, it would be better if you were dead". She was working really hard and this is what a lot of women are being told every
20:05
day in all the world, you know, let's be honest, let's be real! So this is her self-image, and when
20:11
she came to me you know, she didn't dare to look me in the eyes and she was just talking like this (whispering). The inner voice which is criticizing you, which we know is just a construct, because
20:21
you're not. So her realizing that she has a voice inside her which is a construct, which she learned
20:28
from school, which is not her, long story short : She ended up leading the whole department in
20:36
that University! wow! It works. I have several stories like that, women from Saudi Arabia,
20:44
and in the first meeting she was you know with her hijab, but after a couple of sessions she met smiling because she just realized she was living in this mental construct of other people running
20:54
her life. So what would happen in this world if every women in this world understood this?
20:59
And liberating themselves from living under the social construct of the patriarchal organization
21:05
of society? What will happen? I will think it will be a revolution. And I think that they don't
21:11
realize it's still modern slavery, because this is slavery, it's just in a different form. Yes,
21:17
even if we talk about different cultures and it's of course different religions behind a rule or norm, but religion doesn't have to be used as an explanation for getting equality,
21:28
because I think that if we talk about religion in a respectful way because I want everyone to believe in whatever they want to believe in and I want all religions to have their free space - the
21:39
way to preserve them, is to get more equality! Because otherwise we don't get the equity of the
21:45
religions and the wealth again is not going to be distributed fairly, so everyone needs equality. I
21:51
think if I should summarize ,for that to happen everybody has to have the feeling
21:57
that we are really all equal. And that we have the same opportunities and the same rights and everybody should be treated equal. This is not what's happening today's business and it should
22:06
happen! Which I would call self-organizational Democratic organizations. A study is being done
22:11
on that , and if you do that you will have a noble purpose in the world, you will actually contribute
22:16
to creating a better world, the business will earn much more money. How can you spend that money in
22:22
a way that serves your purpose? This I think will be the new Paradigm Shift. The potential in doing
22:27
this? They would jump on it! Most people are not aware of it, some people are aware of it
22:33
,but why don't they do it ? Well because then I have to lose my position and 'I won't be the CEO anymore.' And a littlebit the boyclub problem. Because losing against the women is one thing, but
22:44
against other men then it's like 'another billionaire comes ahead of me' and then they
22:49
have the competition problem again. We have the Cold War not only in physical sense with military,
22:56
but also in Industries. The Cold War in the industry is also about the landscape where they
23:01
have the power above societies, above military, above the industrial revolution, and it has gone
23:08
in a hamsterwheel totally out of control here. Patriarchal, but it's also they don't realize
23:15
that they are. Leaders are so much about competing against the other billionaires that is the only
23:22
thing that matters, that they have to be the best and the fittest. We talked about how we identify ourselves as human beings biologically psychologically, but there's also something called
23:32
social identity which is where do you belong in hierarchy. So for these guys, they need to
23:37
be on the top on this pyramid. They are you know Zuckerberg, Musk or Bezos. There's another amazing
23:44
coach and his name is Marshall Goldsmith. He's the one everybody calls if they have problems and he's just amazing, I mean, he's an older than me and he's a Buddhist and I understand why
23:52
he's so great, because he talks only about human behavior ! The purpose is not only earning money the purpose is also to do something good with the money. Yes and I think about the resources again
24:01
that they always fear to lose is that if they have the mindset that you're saying, this is also
24:07
preserving the real wealth with this resources that we are lacking because of we are destructing
24:13
it, but if we understand that this is the way to preserve it, this is the way to keep it,
24:19
that is the real wealth. The real wealth is like you said in the human sense and it's going to be
24:25
the longest lasting. We can choose! We in 90s have grown up in an environment where we have something
24:30
called userinterface that we were brought up with where we could decide ourself how our life was
24:36
going to be, so we were brought up that we could use applications or things online and also in the
24:42
real world to grow as a person, but it has shifted now to that we have to feed the biggest person,
24:49
which is again a kind of step back! We had the image that we could Thrive as persons when I grew
24:56
up in the '90s it was the boom of the internet you know, and we could scale up, so we got this called
25:02
userinterface where we were using apps for our Own development. Now with artificial intelligence
25:09
for instance, we have to feed the machine to keep the machine going to give us the answers and how
25:16
to develop - So we are not feeding ourselves! We're giving up our autonomy. We're giving up
25:21
our freedom and autonomy and we're hardwired for it, and when we lose that autonomy, when we lose
25:29
the freedom to be able to have the impact on our own lives which is happening all over the world,
25:35
and I think then is the moment where people get so frustrated and have lot of passive aggressiveness,
25:42
a lot of irritation, and that's why we can see the violence is increasing! Violent behavior in
25:48
so many countries, because we're just losing the sense of being a human being. Which is important.
25:54
And integrity. Like we don't have anything to say anymore, everything we do right now is to
26:00
feed the system, and that's what you're saying also, that we don't have this embodied, we don't
26:06
have a sense of self in the whole system. And that makes us also just very vulnerable, because they
26:14
can easily just use that you know. We are so weak as persons now that we can easily be marionetted
26:21
let's say. Yeah. And I don't think there's like evil forces as I don't have the conspiracies,
26:28
but what I think is that unconsciously we don't see the dangers that we are heading to when we
26:35
don't have the self Integrity. We're kind of asleep in a state of accepting the situation as
26:42
it is. Without Really knowing it. The point where we realize when we open our eyes that we do have
26:48
a choice to break out of the Conformity, the way that we always you know 'the wife ,the kids, the
26:55
house, the job, the mortgage' and everything is hard to break out from as we are in this sleeping state. And we have to realize everything we do is a choice and everything is a political choice,
27:05
but also everything is an emotional. Ao when we do something we are making some bigger choices.
27:12
It's interesting when I'm looking at the screen at us you know the the background is like we're
27:18
out in space and all the planets are running around. Yeah! So like I studied quantum physics,
27:25
I studed relativity theory, a lot of people would think about it as being spiritual but the fact is
27:30
and we are really Stardust; Every part of us, all our atoms, all Quantum particles, they were
27:36
present when the universe started. Everything with us is connected to this conscious universe, and
27:43
know this is not spiritual these are scientific facts. If you want to believe in science um and
27:48
I do, then I think about this potential. If you really could connect to that and I think that is what everybody's missing we are missing the connection, to the bigger part of ourselves which
27:59
is connecting to the whole. Is it spiritual? yeah all fine, but it's also scientific. Right. Yeah
28:05
because most people they need a rational way of understanding it first before they can go there. We are really in this together. Totally with you there but I think that to get other peoples with
28:16
us on that we also have to remind people that this is not for some alternative spiritualism,
28:24
this is actually made alternative by somebody who tried to divide us from the reality that we are,
28:31
because we were originally together. Like you said and we are a part of universe we're not
28:38
separated. Earth is not flat you know, we are a round circle that goes around a sun, and in a big
28:44
universe. We've been taught by history that all the divisions made also Universe divided like you
28:52
said, men and women, mother and child, and nature and humans, everything has been divided and how
28:59
Society works. Of course then why shouldn't we also divide Earth and universe? because we divided
29:04
everything else! The modern-Centric worldview. That's how the model framed us to think. Yeah,
29:11
so I'm thinking a lot about Consciousness you know what is consciousness. Carl Gustav Jung talks about the collective unconscious, but there's also a collective Consciousness. So I think everything
29:21
that we doing right now has something to do with how we create that Collective Consciousness, where people have some ideas of it. They will connect to this, which we can compare to the cloud
29:32
you know we use today and where you know the cloud is out there somewhere and and we can connect to
29:37
that with our ways of thinking, of being. But when people have these ideas they're questioning
29:43
themselves, they download it from the cloud and there's the guy using this and called it pre
29:51
sensing. You are pre-sensing and you're sensing and you're downloading what is going to happen
29:56
from the emerging future, and and he's a professor at MIT you know so we're not talking [ __ ] here, we're talking quantum physics you know; the double-split-experience. Yeah. It is dependent
30:06
on the Observer. And I think it's interesting The Meta image you present there, because we have an artificial Cloud that we are downloading from and we try to to find the answers from and that's kind
30:17
of like if you picture that to our minds in our old ancient times perhaps we had a cloud that
30:24
was more real at that time. Because I think that a lot of traits in humanity, and that's my theory
30:33
though, are that we are acting subconsciously from an earlier Consciousness. So we don't know
30:41
exactly what we're doing right now, because we are missing something. And that we used to have. And
30:48
maybe we're creating those artificial devices and everything just to re-experience original wisdom
30:56
we once had. But it's still there! You know, I went to a retreat in Italy because we wanted to create a new narrative about humankind and there was a professor there and he talked about this,
31:04
and he said the oldest people in the world are the newborn children, because they have the connection to the beginning of the universe and he used the the image as a snake biting itself in the tail.
31:14
He just open this perspective from me that if we allow ourselves to listen to the innermost part of
31:20
ourselves, the voice and the sound of our soul, the answer is they are there. People who listen
31:28
to this you might think we're talking gibberish but this is a scientific fact! And if you believe
31:33
in science? if you believe in quantum physics ,if you believe that we are living on the planet which
31:39
is going around the Sun, if you believe there's a universe, this is what we're talking about, and the more people listening to us, the more you allow yourself to feel it. That's the next
31:49
stage of empowering yourself to the next level of Consciousness. Experience of joy and happiness in all aspects of life. What we have to do in order to do that is we need to understand these voices
31:58
that are running our life, holding us back from doing that, which is a mental construct. Which is what we call in the critic. But we are not talking about psychology in the way that Freud was doing.
32:08
Mark Twain he said the two most important days in your life is when you're born and the second one is when you found out why. If this was like 500 years ago and we were talking things like
32:17
this , both you and I would have been burned on the fire as witches! True. I always looked up
32:23
to the witches because that's what made me the first discovery, it was actually to know about the witches history when I was 19 years old, and I started to think this world has something
32:34
I don't like, there's something that I can't recognize myself in, and I started to know about the burning of witches. It was actually one of the first steps to my Consciousness. I think
32:44
what we don't realize today is that witching is still happening. I remember in the'80s there was
32:51
a British and his name is Desmond Morris and he made a TV program and he traveled all over the world and did a lot of studies, and one of them it was that he allowed children to paint on a
33:00
glass plate and they filled it from behind so they did it in a lot of countries all over the world, different countries. And in every culture they draw the picture of a human being the same way,
33:09
you know the round head and the arms like branches and stuff everybody does it until they enter the age of eight or nine years old, and that's where the cultural impact strikes in. Before
33:18
that we are all the same emotional beings, because they're only connected to the lymphatic system,
33:23
they're just living their life, experience their emotions. But then 8 years old, Neocortex come in,
33:29
and then they start to be able to think rational and then they start to adapt and accommodate to
33:34
the environment. So the upbringing is the most important part to develop, with education that
33:41
can give the safe environment because otherwise you know adults we can see today is still a result
33:47
of that. And and see it today in the structural form in society when it's on the babystadium of
33:55
democracy, all these things it's the same thing. I wrote a book once, a chapter in a book called
34:01
How Not To Lose Yourself in a Male Environment ! yeah. Which is basically what we have been talking
34:06
about, you know , how you perceive yourself as a woman, you know diversity always win. The differentiation of talking about diversity and inclusion might actually be contraproductive that
34:16
it creates a conflict instead of talking about equity, which is a very different topic. Yes.
