Welcome to Between the Lugs: Diary of a Small Business — the podcast where we talk through the realities of running an independent watch company, from product design and marketing to the ideas, mistakes and conversations in between.
In this episode, we address Greg’s lack of hindsight when it comes to skincare, before looking back on more than 11 years of building Marloe Watch Company — from getting a business off the ground by simply “making it exist”, to the tactics used to grow, lessons learned, the importance of trademarks, and the trials that come with being the small fish in a big pond.
What worked? What didn’t? And what do Oliver and Gordon know now that they wish they’d known when they started?
This episode is sponsored by aloe vera after sun gel.
