درباره این اپیزود
I can’t believe it’s been since Mother’s Day since I’ve last spoken with you all. After being away from the podcast for several months, I’m finally back and talking about what life is showing me right now. In this episode of Between Love and Lessons, I’m sharing some of the things I’ve been navigating, recognizing, and accepting in this season.
We’re talking about knowing when silence is necessary, paying attention to people’s behavior, recognizing when relationships and environments are no longer healthy for you, and understanding that walking away doesn’t always mean you’re alone. I’m also reflecting on boundaries, accountability, self-reflection, and the importance of trusting yourself enough to stop giving endless grace to people who continue to cross the lines you’ve established.
This episode is about moving differently without losing yourself, allowing people to misunderstand you without feeling the need to correct every perception, and remembering that you can acknowledge how others have impacted you while still taking responsibility for your own choices. Most importantly, it’s about locking in, protecting your peace, and deciding what you want the rest of 2026 to look and feel like.
