Misery can feel safe. Expect the worst, and you're never disappointed. But what if your unhappiness isn't bad luck at all, but a habit you can break?
Marty Jalove welcomes Karen Holmes, founder of Lifeline for Healing in Wauconda, IL. Karen is a life coach and certified hypnotist who blends life coaching and hypnosis to help people get to the root of the patterns that keep them stuck.
Marty and Karen call themselves "ladder people." When you fall into a hole, they don't shout advice from above. They lower a ladder, climb down, and walk beside you. You still do the climbing, but you never climb alone.
Expect big laughs, a "Katie Holmes" mix-up, a moving story of loss turned into legacy, and a 92-year-old who proves change has no expiration date.
What you'll learn:
- Discover the hidden beliefs behind your self-defeating patterns
- Learn why negativity runs on autopilot, and how to switch it off
- Uncover the sneaky payoff of staying stuck
- Interrupt old habits with one simple, powerful pause
- Build a happiness mindset with Marty's nightly worksheet
- Make joy a daily priority for lasting personal growth
