درباره این اپیزود
Join host Austin Clemens as we sit down with the incredible Lurleen Ladd, a musician, philanthropist, and the fiercely compassionate founder of Wavemakers Women in Music. After building a successful career in healthcare, Lurleen transitioned to the music industry at age 38, only to discover a profound lack of community and support for women over 40. Rather than accept the status quo, she built a new one. In this episode, Lurleen shares her journey of self-reclamation, the transformative power of authentic community, and how Wavemakers provides critical grants and wraparound coaching to elevate seasoned female artists. If you've ever felt like an outsider or wondered how to create space for others to thrive, this conversation will ignite your spirit. Tune in to be inspired, challenged, and reminded that true hospitality means ensuring no one has to walk their path alone.
