درباره این اپیزود
There are often two reasons people don’t pray. Either we don’t believe that God hears or we don’t believe that God acts. Or, too often, we approach prayer as either materialists or magicians, thinking that there is nothing other than cause and effect on earth, or that if we can just get the right words or muster up enough faith then God has to do whatever we want. None of these are accurate pictures of prayer. Listen as Pastor Luke Herche preaches from Revelation chapter 8, showing that, despite what we tend to believe, in Jesus your prayers are pleasing in heaven, and your prayers are powerful on earth.

As we gather together to worship each week, the single longest element of our service is the sermon. Without it, we could get out of church a good 30 minutes earlier. Not to mention, preaching is seen by many as a tedious, moralistic, and condescending way to tell people what to do. So why, oh why,…
In this sermon on the Lord’s Table, Pastor Luke Herche condenses 14 week’s worth of sermons into just 9 points:
1) The Lord’s Table is table fellowship.
2) The Lord’s Table is a covenant meal.
3) The Lord’s Table is a celebratory feast.
4) The Lord’s Table is a community supper.
5) The Lord’s Table…

Everything that we do together on Sunday mornings and throughout the week ought to be for the praise of God, to glorify him, to delight in his goodness as our creator and our redeemer. Listen as RUF Campus Minister Ethan Brown preaches on 15…
