FREE CO-ED CLASS 5/20: THE CURRENT STATE OF MEN + WOMEN
This week’s episode is devoted to the men. The good men. The kind men. The men who are devoted to the safety and well being of the most vulnerable members of our culture—the women, the children, and the elders. The men who are committed to shifting the reality of rape culture as we know it. The men who are ready to step forward as protectors, warriors, and guardians of their peoples. This episode is for you. Thank you.
This episode goes deep into:
Healing circumcision wounds and the imprinting of sexual violence that it creates in the male body, psyche, and spirit
Quitting porn and disconnecting the male libido from the insidious tendrils of the sex industry
Learning how to regulate the nervous system without turning to mind-altering substances + addictive tendencies
Training in combat sports as a way to best protect the most vulnerable members of our communities (women, children, + elders)
Joining and/or creating men’s groups to heal amongst fellow brothers and call forth a higher standard of intact masculinity
Listen with an open heart and share with a man that you love and respect!
